Im a biiig fan! Most items are vegan, and I have yet to try anything that I did not adore. The phyllo pastries, cakes, coffees, all delicious. Yesterday I purchased the baklavas for the first time for my partners birthday, and he said that they reminded him of the ones he would eat growing up in Ukraine. That European taste is harder to find! Elegant and cozy atmosphere and LOVELY customer service from the talented chef herself and the owner. A must try.

We had brunch here one day and I couldnt recommend it more! We tried all of their savory pies (which were all extremely tasty), a cinnamon bun (excellent) and coffee (very good). Service was amazing and interior was clean and tasteful. Will 100% be coming back!

I live in a neighborhood that is about 25 minutes away from the Mouton Vert, but I show up here weekly because the dishes are phenomenal! They remind me of the veggie stews my Balkan grandma would make in my childhood. I always go for the veggie Moussaka or the Dauphinoise. The haystacks (kadaif) and baklava are state-of-the-art (it has sesame seeds, wow!). The vegan donuts are moist and flavorful. And there is also a solid range of quality Greek imports. I never new my favorite place to eat in Montreal would be a Greek vegetarian cafe :)

I will always go here for my vegetarian meals. So deliciously fresh... my children even love it...

Drove 20 minutes to find out they are closed for supply chain issues fair enough but in this time and age a simple update on social media or Google maps to let customers know they are temporarily closed so people arent wasting their time.

*didnt know fixing what I wrote would post it as today. this is years ago. Maybe Ill add another picture then My garage is just a few streets away. Everytime this is my to go place while I wait. The owner and staff are awesome. The food is amazing. Theres everything you need here. Everything is made here, organic and local ingredients. everything is vegetarian, they have vegan and gluten free options. From drinks, breakfast, lunch, dinner to desserts. And so on. I get the olives here and always grab those vegan cakes. Yummy. They have a fixed menu but they also have new meals they prepare. And everytime you can choose. Exemple. You can add as many items in your plate or as little.(per dietary restrictions) You pay per weight on plates. I love that. So if I want to try a few things then I go ahead and add them to my plate. With my kombucha or coffee and im good to sit and wait for my car. They now have a party room. Its beautiful. Try this place you wont regrette it. Star service and selection. Purchased a major assortment of Maggie s home made delicacies for my family. Bought some of Maggie s amazing family imported extra virgin Greek Olive Oil as well as olives from Greece for my home as well as to gift to my boss for the holidays. Purchased some coffee beans for home. Definitely repeat customer for life. I promise Maggie.

Excellent selection of homemade dishes and treats. Olives in the jar are very good not overly salty and I used the oil to out with my salads. So you get two things in one jar. I liked all the dishes I purchased and some of the desserts were yummy and not overly sweet. Counter service was very kind and courteous.

Love this little NDG gem. The owners have really put a lot of work into expanding it recently and making it stand out amongst other cafes and healthy shops in the area. They make excellent coffee and sell goods from Guillaume bakery alongside vegan and gluten-free treats PLUS items imported from Greece. The energy in there is fantastic and I love the loud Greek music they play. Cant wait for them to be able to seat people inside!!

The only place I know where you can get baguettes from Guillaume west of the main. Sandwiches and salads are tops

Greek Food is the staple of my home. This place has similar to my home, high caliber food made with high quality ingredients and prepared with care. The staff is excellent and warm, giving credence to the notion Greek hospitality. .

Very good food. You get a taste and feel of Greece in a healthy and progressive atmosphere. I took off a star because the owner, not knowing I was Greek, said something behind my back. She realized this and gave me free food.

I got great service, and a really tasty vegan sandwich. Plus the outdoor seating is just perfect. I love the plants they have in their repurposed olive buckets. It is a bit pricey, but so worth it when you can.

This is absolutely one of our families favorite spots to eat. There is a true love of food, quality and service here that is extremely rare to come by.

I just got in from biking to Mouton Vert and back, its about a 40 min ride each way from where I am if I hit all the green lights....It is easily my favourite ride because I come home with a backpack full of the best food. The olive oil and honey are beyond incredible. The pesto...wow I mean i eat it with a spoon. While I was too late for the spanakopita this time (its so good it sells out) I got what is probably the best vegan chocolate chip cookie Ive had (on the house too! Thank you!) I cant say enough good things about this place. My employer purchased a gift card for me and I am so grateful she did as I now have a new favourite destination in the city. I only wish I lived closer! Cant wait to go back :)

This small restaurant is Veg and has some vegan food as well. I like to encourage small businesses that come from the heart! These fine people make a lot of awesome food from scratch and thats worth the detour from wherever you are!

Good food, but crazy expensive. For a veggie place, their choice of alternative milks for coffee is quite limited. Their hours are limited as well. They have a huge space for service, and dont seem to use it unless its for events.. kind of strange set up. Their pastries are delicious and their other food as well, but its hard to justify the price and portions...

Some of the best vegetarian and vegan food Ive ever had. My mom and I went for the lunch and the servers were attentive, kind and helpful with their info. Great vegan and gluten free options. Its also unique in that its one of the only mediterranean veggie options in the city.

Mouton vert is an amazing friendly place; a vegan restaurant with a variety of options. There are also some other products for sale such as olive oil that are nicely packed and ready to go. The plates are simple and you have them ready at the counter! They look fresh tasty. I tried the Greek coffee and an apple brioche which were both yummy. They had forgotten my coffee because they were really busy and they therefore didn t charge me for it! That shows how they care about a customer and that attitude makes you feel right at home!

This restaurant is well hidden, but once you find it, youre in for a pleasant surprise! The food is savoury and fresh, not to mention mostly vegan, and the staff very kind. They also have a nice selection of prepackaged foods.

The place is nice looking, the owner is nice but the price and the food are tasteless, If your not a dead end vegan DONT go there, the clientele is not for everyone either, if you dont fit with the crowd they look at you funny. We didnt feel comfortable as client there just getting served, I wont site there & chill because I might just get frustrated from the people looking at us weird specially if you are not granola. Nothing personal a lot of HIP place in NDG, if you dont fit dont stay you will feel odd and looked at like : what are YOU doing here
