Tasty food but its really bad when you call in opening hours like 10:00 and no one answer I called 4 times Food

I really enjoy the ambience here, it s very calm. The Burgers here are straight up fire. 10/10 recommend to try out if you haven t already.

Staff is very generous, food is filling and worth the price range. Recommend if around the area and looking for some good grub for hangouts or just a good meal.

Very warm reception and extraordinarily good submarine

I only tried the Swiss burger so far. The burger was big and filling. The bun was great, but I felt that the flavor was lacking and underwhelming. Its juicy and has lots of great topping. Ill be back to try a different burger, and Ill update my rating if the flavor is better.

Their burgers are no doubt gigantic one of those babies will fill you well. Plus side the burgers are good well seasoned and garnished, however their poutine is terrible , dry , barely any cheese 12$ for a regular size for basically dried fries with a sprinkle of cheese.

I can eat here everyday, the meat is great quality, seating is not crowded, just simply a great place to eat . Parking: Its on a street corner you can park right out front or on the side road Kid-friendliness: I have a 4 year old they have 2 main kids meals , beef and chicken, theyre nice to kids too Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs , its right on street level

In terms of fast food burger places this would be in the better ones. The quality of the ingredients was higher then expected (fresh lettuce, crispy tomates..), patties can compare to home cooked, the portion was huge and I eat alot. I was happy to see a burger built wide instead of tall, it made the experience much more pleasant. The service was friendly and fast, the ambiance could be improved with the seating accomodation.

35 mins of waiting for 2 burger, 1 hotdog, 1 poutine. Prices makes no sense whatsoever. Ive never seen employees work that slow. How many people do you think it needs infront of a grill flipping 2 burgers ? 3 seems like... Absolutely cant understand a rating that high.

I usually love B12 Burgers, but the NDG branch was a disaster. The burger bun was soggy, and the food was cold. It took too long to get our order ready. They also have an annoying Fly Zapper machine that is very loud. While I love their crispy potato chips, we were served cold and old chips. Never again.

Good burger. Some of the best we ve had ever tried in Montreal. My only complaint is that we ordered a burger with special order and the totally missed it. We asked a burger with buns on the side for a gluten Intolerance but they putted the buns on the burger. Dietary restrictions: Do not recommend going to this location with dietary restrictions.

I m a regular here and this location has never disappointed when it comes to the food and the service, I don t know any of them by name but some of the workers recognize me as a regular and always ask me how I m doing. The workers a kind hearted hard working people who make spectacular food. In summary, TRY IT!!!!

I am a new comer to Canada, and i was recommended to come to this restaurant. I had a first time experience it went well. But the second time i was there i was mistreated by an employee who at the time was mistreating a costumer over the phone. When i comented he was being very rude he began to agravate me and then he said there is no order for you and put my order aside and refused to give me my food. Note: I ordered by Uber for pick up. He didnt cancel my order and said to call uber and cancel. I was with my wife and brother inlaw. Uber did nothing because the order had been accepted by the store and said to call the store and ask them to cancel but of course it didnt happen because this person was the 9ne on the phone. It was a terrible experience. Its such a shame because I really like the food.

The food here is excellent quality, they ve made a choice to make food that is of good ingredients and huge portions although it costs us more it is worth it. I m not a big fan of the hotdogs and chips but everything else is great. The Sherbrooke location has great seating and usually there s a lot of available seating.

B12 Burger is a small chain around the Greater Montréal Area. From my many experiences, they offer great food and portions, though prices are a little more on the higher side (trios will cost between $20-$25) the aumount and taste makes it justified. It also has a good variety of burgers on offer. The food is Halal and possibly kosher aswell as they dont use pork. If you are in the area or near to another B12 location, go check it out. Dietary restrictions: Food is Halal & possibly Kosher.

Says it close at 2 on a saturday night. I arrive BEFORE 1:30AM and they say they don t have any meat. Their delivery was closed not even a minute ago.

First thing youll notice when you enter to this restaurant is a lot of mosquito in the air which made us to change our seat 3 times in a row & unfortunately these gnats might fly in through your food and you accidentally eat them The good and service was acceptable Food

The food was absolute slop I had heard many reviews about this restaurant and had High Hopes. The staff that was running the evening shift were either stoned or completely inept the fries were cold despite being served apparently fresh the burgers had a ridiculous amount of sauce on them so much that the bun disintegrated before I had a chance to eat it. The patty was more gray than brown and tasted like it had too much filler. The place was also not very clean tables were oily and greasy and seats and benches were covered in water/soft drink stains. Definitely not going back there again was very disappointed as I heard when it opened up the quality and service were impeccable. But this time, it was the complete opposite.

30-40 mins wait, meh. Its still better than the others but still expensive

Food is good, little hot inside, but excessive waiting time. I asked the guy how long it will take to receive my food first he said 10 minutes, after 15 minutes he replied it was just a prediction you have to wait 10 minutes more. The staff must know how long it takes, as it is not the game of predictions.

I recently visited B12 again in NDG, and as always, it was a great experience. This wasnt my first visit, and every time, they consistently provide excellent service. The staff are always kind and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. This time, I decided to try the PHILLY STEAK, and it did not disappoint. The steak was perfectly cooked, the bread was fresh, and the combination of flavors was spot on. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and satisfying fast food option. Consistent quality and exceptional service make it stand out every time.

I LOVE this place. Its clean and organized and everyone is friendly...really pleasant service. The burgers are huge and delicious and you better be hungry to get thru them lol. Im not joking...2 people can share a burger combo and be totally satisfied for lunch. The chicken tenders are crispy and SO tasty and also come in very generous portions. The menu has a lot of choice so theres probably something for everyone. Forget your usual burger place and give these guys a try... You will not regret it! I had to break up with A&W because they could just not compete with B12 in NDG. Vegetarian options: I just found out that their veggie burger is a falafel patty! I cant wait to try it because all their other food is delicious.

It shouldnt be this slow, a hamburger cant cook for that long. Ive been waiting for about half an hour. My order still hasnt arrived. They keep telling me 5 minutes, 5 minutes is pretty slow. The employees are very careless. They work very slowly in the background. They dont care at all. My first order now and its actually my last order. I did not like at all. service. I have never seen such slow service in my life.

Anyone who knows me knows I love a good burger and it s usually hard to impress me. I passed by this place so many times before and totally regret that. The food is amazing! Super friendly service, and nice atmosphere. I feel like the bad reviews were just unfortunate one offs so pls don t judge by those. Give it a try and you won t be disappointed. Burgers are huge and it s big enough to share tbh haha. The tater tot poutine is my favorite + the b12 burger 11/10

Horrible service. Burger was served cold after 30 minutes waiting. I also saw the person in the kitchen collected fries that fell on top of the table to my dish. They did not care how their customer feel.

The most rude staff and the worst service! After a long delay for our order, which was a simple B12 hamburger with fries, they gave us cold food, when we claim about it , they just responded aggressively that the delay was because of the fries!!! Then, instead of preparing a fresh hamburger, They only heated the sameone in the oven, which led to the deterioration of the lettuce and the rest of the sandwich contents. This branch was really disappointing. I will never come back, and none of my friends too!

Rudest stuff Ive been seen !!! I went to this restaurant last week on Thursday night. There were two guys serving people, and wasnt a busy night since it was 10:30 pm. After 30 mins delay and asking for our foods they gave us a cold burgers and when we said its cold please fix it they put the whole ready sandwich into the oven!! Even they didnt apologize at all and treated us too rude and disrespectfully. I should say I really like B12 burgers and recommended it to my friends but was first experience in this branch. Ill never try this branch again even for a free food!!!

I just ordered Their Classic burger on Uber. What I received was a patty which clearly wasnt 100% meat and it had soy protein mixed in, a tiny piece of tomato and exactly 2 slices of pickles between two buns!!! I used a promotion on Uber, yet it cost me $38 for two burgers that werent even edible. It was the first and last time for me.
