Fast casual restaurant, true Lebanese taste with modern local twist. Your first visit will be the first of many. Let your senses guide you to the delectable flavors of the Mediterranean. Only at Boustan will you feel as though you are eating homemade Lebanese food- accessible, convenient and nutritious.
This is my first time eating Lebanese cuisine and I absolutely loved it. We are traveling from Florida and we’re amazed at the quality of fast food here! Wow. Simply delicious!
Got the chicken shawarma plate and it was delicious. Chicken was seasoned well and the potatoes & garlic sauce were a great combo. The hot sauce is so flavourful as well. Would come back again!
One of the best beef shawarma I have ever had. I am so glad we decided to do a late night venture from our hotel room and find this gem. The only down side of eating here is that I am now ruined for eating donairs or shawarma back home in Alberta. Nothing will compare to their toppings and portion sizes. The hummus on the pita just made it pop so much and the meat was done to flavourful perfection. The service was amazing and super friendly which just made the experience that much more. Also, super clean and really fresh, especially for a Friday night close to midnight.
Ordered a falafel saj and it was ok. Not super flavorful nor fresh but good and was perfect for curing the drunk feeling.
I like the seating of this restaurant. Although there’s air con but the restaurant is completely open to the side walk. There are no windows. It’s like sitting in the outside enjoying the fresh air and watch the cars and people going by. It’s a popular place. Crowded. The souvlaki combo is $20 tax included. Portion is generous. Fried potatoes are crispy. Rice and meats are tasty. They put all the sauce you requested in the bowl. But we did go back to ask for some garlic sauce to dip my pita bread. The staff are accommodating. I like this better than souvlaki bar. I’ll return.
I was looking for budget food, came across Chicken Shawarma Trio for 10.49. I called to verify the price as it seemed to be a good deal. The man said yes on the phone, I asked a second time because I really wanted to be sure and he said yes again. I walk a total of 50 minutes just be charged $33 for two chicken shawarma trio instead of $24 (with tax). I brought up I called and confirmed it was around 10 dollars each and that I asked twice and he said he didn’t hear me ask about the price over the phone. It’s illegal to advertise one price and charge another, especially when I was given verbal confirmation of a specific price. This is also a significant price difference, 40% higher than what I was told ! As someone who is Lebanese the “shawarma” was a joke. It had very limited toppings, and was extremely small. On top of its size only a third of it had anything in it, and it was wet and soggy. Also when I looked inside the chicken was grey.
We ordered mixed shawarma plates, and they were super fresh and tasted amazing. We forgot to add salad to our plate, so we went back to buy it, and the cashier refused to let us pay for it. Everybody was nice and respectful, so I really don't know what all those complainers are talking about.
The food is so fresh and delicious! It’s halal too. A variety of meats and it healthy option. The white sauce is awesome.
Best Boustan of Montreal!
The worst shawarma experience Ive ever had, and Im a big shawarma lover. I ordered my first Shawarma, it was too small, so I went back in to order another one and the cashier first didnt look like he wanted to take my order, then he was upset that I wanted to choose my own toppings. I asked for my money back and left, I wont be coming back.
No, no, no very poor service, very very rude worker with customers and delivery people, by the way without the delivery people you are nothing. You must use judgment and tact in your words. Arrogant staff, poorly educated, I wonder if the staff is like that, if you make good food which is why I dont like your food and I will never recommend someone to eat there. I told you the truth you reported to me at worst disrespect I leave you this message to digest
At night good service
Not a good store today, I waited 50 minutes to take my order
Best shawarma ever. Very delicious.
There is an employee who does not communicate well with customers
Absolutely hit the spot at 2 am. So good. I got the falafel wrap and the potatoes with garlic sauce.
Nice place, small eating area but food is good and location in downtown
Best service boustan in montreal

I went to Bostaine de Lasalle boul Newman the shawerma plate cost 15 dollars plus taxes he charged me he charged 17 plus taxes. When I asked for it he told me that Ilya junior and signieur. I told him me I dont work here, its up to you to tell me so that I can get it. The most serious error is that he doesnt speak French, otherwise there is no sweetbread on the plate.
Delicious
Super good service from MM. Kabir and Anas who were able to accommodate us for our reception of 50 people. Everything was respected, they were on time, and the set format was a great success. Thanks again!
Staff is amazing, especially Ahmed. Top notch guy
Best late night and day time food in Montreal Downtown. The workers especially Britesh served us the freshest and tastiest shawarma bowl. Amazing!!! tastiest potatoes and chicken!
Very good service, really delicious dishes, top quality
Vegetarian options: Delicious Kid-friendliness: Yes
Good service and nice employees 100% recommend
The oven baked pita shiitake mushroom option was to die for! Excellent texture on the mushrooms, well cooked with some char Fresh toppings and service was efficient! An amazing vegan option that would satisfy omnivores! 10/10 would recommend to all! Vegetarian options: vegan shiitake mushrooms were amazing!
Burst on the ground shawarmaz of wish is wrong in the sandwich starts to talk to me Indian to vomit
I want to speak with the manager urgently your employees scammed me they dont want to go past the manager so that I can expose them and tell him what they did so if you see my message contact me urgently!!!
The food falls from the sky but the music is so disgusting and too loud it makes you want to cringe in front of a tank
Maybe it was because I hadnt eaten in 13 hours or maybe it was because I was drinking, but the food here was fantastic. My only regret was not ordering a larger size.
Good place for shawarma, delicious, ample quantity to fill you up to the ears, reasonable price. Better to take out. Inside seating is just ordinary. We visited this place many times. If we are in the area, we will go there again. Location is good, at St-Catherine Est
The food is wayyyyyy too good, great quality food, great service and great people Vegetarian options: Le sandwich vegetalien est trop bon
Takes too long
Delicious food, friendly staff!
They don t put some garnish just to save money
24 hours. The area is not good at midnight but the food is amazing

The food is top notch and halal. The vegan bowl was just as tasty as the meat Vegetarian options: Amazing vegan bowl Food : 5/5 |
great service. fantastic food! Kid-friendliness: Yes.
Only wraps or bowls, meat is bland and pickled veg has no bit to it. Last ditch option
We had swarma and falafel. The falafel was really good! Swarma was good too :)
Love it
Counter boy Was Very bad behivear Tata has put more on our bill Shawarma inside Hair very bad Quality Bad man counter boy
very good
Good service polite ,fast , very good service
RIP old Boustan They changed owners and since then, it s gone completely downhill. The chicken is dry, the toum tastes like fake toum/mayo, the tabbouleh isn t tabbouleh, the spices are awful and I always feel sick after I eat there (I only eat there when everything else is closed, cause they re open late). You can tell they re only here for the money now, with the rebranding and the bro drizzles zigzag sauce over a bowl kinda chain. EDIT: Emailing you wont do anything, Ive already said what was wrong here in public. Im sure you know what Im talking about if youve tasted Boustan in 2020 vs Boustan in 2024. Its completely different, and it tastes soulless now. This applies to every Boustan, theyre all awful now.
The food is not sweet and the bread is burnt
Amazing food, fast service and great price!!!
Always miam
Excellent food at a reasonable price and fast and friendly service
I am so disappointed with the service I just had at Boostan PieI IX. I took a Mix party pack for $115 +tx. The potatoes tasted with garlic, didnt taste like garlic and they were cold. It was stuffed with rice to demonstrate that its filled with meat since the meat is put on top of the rice, when I ask the employee why he puts so little meat on me since its supposed to be a meal of 6- 8 people, he answers me, do you want your guests to only eat meat or what? There were 2 sauces missing from the sauce compartments yet the location is for 6 and I only had 4. In addition the sauces I had were only half full and once again, everything was cold. Really a big disappointment this Sunday family dinner for $115 +tx I would have been much better served and happier with a family 4 for $39.99 at St-Hubert right across the street. I hope not all Boustan restaurants are so incompetent.
Boon rest
Regular customer, the bowls are satiating a bit overpriced though. I would stay away from the fried potatoes as they are greasy compared to other boustan ive been to. One last thing, the old guy preparing orders needs to learn some manners talking to customers and maybe god forbid try to smile once in a while like the rest of the staff. Dietary restrictions: Halal meat
I ordered Shawarma wrap. Didn t like it.
Really delicious meal
Its clean and the sellers are nice.
We ate in 4 people two boxes and it was absolutely delicious
The staff was unfriendly and I had almost nothing in my pita (a little meat, almost no toppings or sauce). Everything was really bland and dry considering the price it s not crazy
Good food, bad experience!
The food was good but the place doesnt care about cleaning
Its not a great option to go for while seeing their service and quality of food and packing
Best shwarma there this! Always my first stop when I visit Montreal :)
The service is so good and the staff were epic
Underneath the potatoes in my poutine, well hidden, burnt crumbs full of oil from the fryer, lets be clear, its carcinogenic. When I pointed this out to him he told me: that s how it is. Like DREAMS. AFROUS SERVICE it s sad, TO AVOID
So far the best Boustan Ive eaten at. Really tasty, generous portions. Ive eaten here a few times before and it never disappoints. Really quick service too.
The amount of food is substantial, and the staffs are super nice
Great staff in a Saturday morning
Garlic sauce tastes like nothing and neither does pickled turnip.
It was a very nice place and food and service except no air conditioner there and it was hot yesterday
One of the worst food and services I ve had in my life ! There is a Tim Hortons next door, just go there ! Food
Get a real shawarma from neighbouring places This one is unfortunately designed for an international crowd and not the Lebanese one Innovation is great, but what would your granma say if she sees you serving that and calling it shawarma
I like to eat
Dietary restrictions: Halal Food
Great food, awful service. They dont bother explaining the options and just choose for you. Now Im stuck with a meal I didnt even ask for. Shouldve asked him to stop before he shoveled everything on.
kind and good food.
No, I dont recommend
I dont recommend
The services suck
Really the quantity is not generous and the guy at the checkout is disrespectful . Bad service
Very warm welcome and excellent cuisine
Poorly handled shawarma
horrible, waited 1 hour for a SMALL poutine ?????
Boustan is a delightful gem for lovers of Middle Eastern cuisine. Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, this restaurant delivers an authentic and flavorful experience that keeps patrons coming back for more. The menu is diverse, offering a wide array of dishes that cater to both meat lovers and vegetarians alike. I started with the Vegan Shawarma plate, and it did not disappoint. The veggies were fresh, crunchy, perfectly spiced, and accompanied by fluffy rice, fresh salad, and creamy garlic sauce that added a perfect tang. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you leave with a satisfied appetite. The Falafel Saj wrap was another highlight. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, the falafel was complemented by fresh vegetables and a drizzle of tahini sauce, all wrapped in a soft, warm saj. Its a must-try for anyone seeking a vegetarian option. One of Boustans standout features is its dedication to freshness. Each bite tasted as though the ingredients had just been picked and prepared with care. The service was also top-notch; the staff were friendly, attentive, and more than willing to make recommendations based on your preferences. Overall, Boustan provides a memorable dining experience with its delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. Whether youre a longtime fan of Middle Eastern cuisine or trying it for the first time, Boustan is sure to impress.
Finally a 24h restaurant with delicious food and with very friendly staff. Thank you to Amer for the very nice and respectful service. It started my day on a very positive note!
Definitely a hit if you want to have some good Shwarma. Chicken is too juicy & well marinated! The garlic potatoes are really good. Must visit in Montreal.
The food is so fresh and delicious! It s halal too. A variety of meats and it healthy option. The white sauce is awesome.
Shawarma quite good, but the service code is missing, please smile at the customers and be friendly! we dont come to eat for free
very good service
Great food, didn t like too much the rice
Earlier, good for introducing new people
Terrible terrible staff and service If you don t pay tips they ll delay your order and let other orders ahead of you Very nasty strategy Food : 1/5
Food was so good I was boustan all over
Good food and polite waiters.
I ordered a falafel dish with shawarma and salad and rice. For falafel you cant eat it because its too hard as if it had been cooked for a few days. For Shawarma, they only put a few pieces so they cut them from their bodies.
Great service Kid-friendliness: Great service Food : 5/5 |

Best in town
the best
It s delicious!
At any time of the day and even very late, a safe bet in downtown Montreal. The chicken pita or Shawarma are consistently the best Ive had. A mix of hot and fresh, crispy and with authentic flavors. In terms of value for money, there is nothing better in Montreal.
the best place to have dinner at night, I love them!!
Good service and quality food.
Excellant
Kamil is the best in all boustans
The service was quick and friendly, also very clean
The food was great, the avocado salad was superb. The potatoes and garlic sauce splendid. Highly recommended.
This time, food was indescribable. Both tabboule and fatouch had no sauces, very dry, just a bunch of veggies put together. Tabboule had turnips and bread, a premiere for tabboule. Very disappointed.
Amazing food
Great Bengali shawarma boys
Super good<3!!:)
I like it

Quick and attentive service, delicious food! Thank you
Loved their food so much. Also, the staff are very friendly and polite. Thank you Boustan. Every time I eat there, I am happy with the food and the friendliness of the staff.
Unfortunately, its disastrous. The quantity of meat is very low and the restaurant staff lacks respect for the customer. Unfortunately, this is the last time I go to your restaurant.
The food is amazing but there is a guy named Omar very rude we are a costumers and We deserve a good service. He is throwing food & napkin not giving it ?? I hope he learns people come for a full experience Thank you
