I had a kafta bol here and it was the best kebab i had since kuwait. I would rate the service 10/10 as they were polite and hygiene.

Very standard… taste like nothing. Ordered two chicken bol and was very disappointed. Probably won’t buy Boustan food again! Wouldn’t recommend. Basha is far much much better that that!!!
Was visiting in from Toronto and have been to the Oakville location several times. The service there is incredible. The food is always amazing! I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and had alerted the staff both in english and proper french and yet to my surprise the very ingredient I specifically said I couldn’t digest (the pita I was given but didn’t eat, as well as the tabouleh which contains a grain) was cross contaminated at the bottom of my bowl. While I understand accidents happen, in this situation I am very confused as to why there was not any care. Luckily I knew what was and wasn’t gluten free to order because the waiter did not check. I really hope this was just an off day for the staff but the pain I ended up suffering was definitely not worth the price of my meal. I will gladly eat from the chain again but I would recommend allergen and food safety reminders be given to staff.
****update April 14, 2023**** Wow. The staff this day could be much much much friendlier. No smiles, just take your food and go. Very disappointed on the decrease of how the staff has become emotionless robots compared to the teams of when we first came and gave the review you can read below. **** We have come here a few times. Mainly for take out and we have not disappointed in the food we ordered. Last night we decided to eat at the restaurant. Generally the staff behind the counter are neutral in their interactions with us. Which is to be improved as we are friendly to begin with and like asking how people are doing. Now the staff last was a pleasant surprise. Friendly and interacted with us. This is how you get clients to come back and eat inside. Those walking by who see this are more inclined to walk in and order.
Edit: I’m retracting parts of my original review. After being here a couple times after opening service has fallen off a cliff. It takes forever to get a pita done, and they’re extremely small

The rice was not seasoned and had no taste. The small potatoes were not roasted but burnt and so hard that they made a knock when they fell next to the dish. Total disappointment

I was there around 7:30pm tonight. The girl doing the cash was ok, nothing spectacular. While I was waiting for my order I saw her serving other customer, GIVING THE KEY TO THE BATHROOM to a client and then decided to play with the food to make one of those bowls. No gloves. While the guy in the kitchen was wearing his and he wasnt touching the cash register, he seemed to know his way around. Then she decided to wrap my order and while she was preparing the sides, my sandwich was on the grill. She went for the wraping papers, with her dirty fingers, no gloves, took my sandwich with her long nails and wraped everything. If you are doing the cash, you are not touching the food. I wont be going there anymore and its sad because Ive had the food there before and it was good.

Got an order late at night and it came out nicely. Staff was expedient and friendly, cant say much about the place because it was closing already by the time I got there.
I went here for my last meal before being sentenced to death. They added extra garlic sauce to my potatoes, I can still taste it today.
