Tonight I went there for getting food and I asked for price but the cashier was a 40 years old man with beard was super rude. I liked this place but I will never recommend it to my friends here because of his attitude. Food is good but working on your people who are working there. I don't know the cashier gonna change or not but I went there around 10:00 p.m. Whenever I wanna buy a food from there and see him, I won't go anymore. Respect is most important thing to the customer.
Food: 8.5/10 - Place: 7.5/10 - Staff: 10/10 Recommended: kafta bowl is my favorite. My second favorite is mixed shawarma bowl. Overall very good food. Place is kept clean and the staff are well trained. Updated Review (2024-11-19): Visited again and tried again their kafta and their mixed shawarma plate. kafta this time was great, it had a smoky texture and flavor and their beef and chicken were excellent and not dry. I am not sure if it is because they dialed in my recommendations from the previous review or they just made it better. But excellent job in all cases, specially if they pay that much attention to customer feedback! Previous review: My recommendations: use better beef and chicken marinades/brines as the chicken and beef are dry. Kafta is a bit rubbery as well and should be much softer. Kafta should have a more smoky flavor and seasoning is a bit off compared with the traditional Lebanese kafta.
Not the best middle eastern quick food I've had but not the best - mid. I ordered the falafel wrap and it was prepared pretty quick. It was wrapped a bit sloppy though but the flavor was good. The portion was really small for the CAD$9 I paid. The place itself is just chais and tables, not much of an atmosphere. Great for a quick bite that is a bit more on the healthier, affordable side.

Worst Boustan ever I went after a year hopping it became better but its even worst! I ordered yesterday kafta they told me to wait 15 min so I came back pick up my trio and came home,to see that pita was old not fresh,crushed, burned and instead of cabbage I had 3 chunks that goes in the garbage, 2 cm 2 piece of burned so called meat dry,no salad,or sauce, I was shocked and went back to return and show them they told me that's how it is and didn't wanted to reimburse me took me 35 minutes to get my refund of 20$ for the leftover garbage they served. Look at this my picture look even nicer it was a horrible experience avoid this place.Don't trust the high reviews they offer a free dessert for a 5 star review this restaurant ,if they had 0 I would rate 0.

Excellent customer service, they recommended us for a dinner for around sixty people, everyone enjoyed it and the quantities were more than perfect.

The food was great! portins are very big. Be warned, they have all the ingredients to destroy your diet. Having said that, they have many healthy options too that are equally yummy. I just could not help myself

boustan i love you. if you want some nice lebanese food with a good price that ALWAYS hits the spot, go here. the falafel is, uh, its okay. you kind of need an ocean of garlic sauce for it but everything else IS PERFECT.

There are good Boustans, and there are less good Boustans. This is the BEST Boustan of all the ones I have been too; on all fronts. - The food is top-notch, no matter the time of day, or day of week you go. They are always consistent - The place is bright, airy, always clean, well ACd ,spacious and welcoming. - .... and then there is the impeccable service. This staff here really puts in the effort to produce a good product and create a good experience. Whether its Omel or Abdullah that happen to greet me with their attentive service, or all of the staff in the back -- whose faces I know but whose names Ive yet to learn -- who make the visit a positive one, I enjoy going out of my way to come to this Boustan. - Quick service ! Ive observed that, no matter if there are two people or 20 people in the restaurant, I always get my food order quickly. They put in the effort. [ I gave them 5 stars DESPITE the fact that they no longer serve Brio ;-) Note to head office: restock Brio again please. And make soft drinks available in cans, not just family-sized bottles ] Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Falafel, eggplant, tabouleh, salads, beans...

This is the worst Boustan ever, which is a shame since I was so happy to see one in this location, and the fact that it was open at 12:15am! First, the employee was incredibly rude!! He basically acted bothered by me because he was watching something on the TV. I asked a question about what I was ordering, again he acted annoyed and bothered because he was watching the TV. As for the food, I ordered a junior bowl with half rice half potatoes. What they gave me was basically a bowl of 80% rice with few burnt looking potatoes, ZERO vegetables, nothing like the usual Boustan plate that comes with coleslaw, turnips etc. Im talking ZERO veggies. Basically a pretty dry bowl of mainly rice only.
