I’ve been going to teriyaki experience my whole life, it’s a big childhood nostalgia place for me. This one is so bad. They were so disorganized taking orders. They didn’t ask the usual questions so one lady who didn’t want mushrooms got them. They would start taking the next order before making the first person pay. So you were just stood there awkwardly. It made no sense. The worst part: they were stingy with the sauce. I’ve asked for extra sauce every single time I’ve ever gone. They’ve never said no. She said she couldn’t give me more because she was running low. The sauce is the entire point. It’s literally the name. So now I’m eating plain rice with sad chicken. $21!!!! So disappointing. Badly run place I don’t think I’ll eat there anymore sadly.
Friendly service and generally good flavor. However the noodles in the crevette Panasiatouse were not cooked very well to my taste.
Ordered a soup around 6PM and they were not very busy. Later this evening I had food poisoning and pretty sure it was from this. She prepared my soup using beef that was already cooked instead of having it cooked fresh on the cook top by the "cooks". Where did it come from ? Was it from a batch that was going bad so give it to this guy ?! Never again, and I suggest everyone watch what they are doing... Teriyaki at Carrefour Laval is much better.
I’ve started coming here about 20 years ago !! I’ve always been delighted with the yummy taste, and lovely employees. I get to have comforting, tasty and healthy food at each visit. Highly recommend this place!
Food was delicious and the price was fair ;) we ate it all. We got the shrimp teriyakiwith noodles and the beef teryaki with rice. Both 👌🏼
I had noodles and asked to the staff to make them very spicy. They are so friendly and made me a delicious dish. For sure I will come back!
Noodle is not well cooked, some yellow some white. asked owner change, she only gave very small bowl, not recommended

I ordered a poké on site, they added extra cockroach to my bowl. The restaurant didnt even offer to refund me. TO AVOID !!!!
Be careful for your health as cockroaches were spotted in their food. It raises legitimate questions as how their food is stored. Is the kitchen disgusting or what ? Cockroaches are the tip of the iceberg, who knows what kind of germs they serve you. No refund offered despite obvious proof of this mockery of a restaurant. Hygiene rules are the first step of learning how to cook properly. Please close your restaurant, preserve everyones health and go back to school.
the food is good and the service is fast.
Barely served beef for beef teriyaki and didn t provide an extra empty plate or spoon when asked for it.
To avoid. I couldnt finish my plate which was supposed to be served in a bowl since I ordered a poké bowl. Its not tasty at all, the chicken isnt cooked very well and neither are the vegetables..
They kept telling us to use debit cards as their terminal had some technical issues with credit cards but people behind us were able to use their credit cards... They asked for a tip as well.
Huge portion and all the staff were so so nice, especially the lady who took my order! She was very kind and smiley :)
I ordered protein bowl with noodle(extra 1$) and all I got was noodle and 4 shrimps and I paid 21$ (with tips) for it.

Teriyaki Experience is a decent place to get Teriyaki. The service here is alright and the portion sizes are generous at best. I paid around $20 with the Spring roll Water Dasani and Chicken Teriyaki plate. It was alright for me. It was good. The Service was good and decent and the staff that there there doing the best and I can tell that it is alright. I would Recommend it and will try other menu items in the near future.

The lady working in the cash register is soo sweet! Very good service and food! I got the salmon teriyaki with rice, and I loved it. I will be back again.

Food was DISGUSTING. Ordered chicken noodle chicken was not well cooked and full of skin yak Paid $18 for a plate of noodles with a only a few piece of chicken full of skin and not even well cooked . STOP stealing peoples money bunch of morron . Won t recommend this place

Ordered the protein bowl with salmon. Sat down to eat it and the salmon had no taste. Had my friends also try it and they noticed it was freezer burned. Literally the worst food court meal I ve ever had. First time giving it a try, never again. I brought the meal back to the restaurant and they didn t even care and didn t refund me. The girl at the counter gave me a quick I m sorry to hear that and that was it. Literally worst place.

A supposed protein bolus with vegetables was finally a big bowl of sprouts with 5 prawns...... dont stop here!! this is robbery!!
Good place to have a lite and healthy lunch. I had a beef teriyaki with rice. What I liked is that food is freshly prepared and every meal comes with vegetables. Keep in mind that this is Teriyaki cuisine: Soy Sauce with Sugar and Sake. So dont expect something hot and spicy. Enjoy the unique taste instead.
Love the teriaki sauce from here. Very servicable for quick and easy asian fast food.
