I just ordered. 2024-12-15 7:35PM received at 8:00 PM and I'm pretty sure the driver dropped my pizza and the bread sticks are way smaller than they used to be. I used to order from here quite often but recently the portions are way off and the service is terrible. Needless to say I will never order here again ever.

I order from this store on uber eats more than 6 times and all the time they cancel 30 minutes after!!! for no reason!!!! Because they want to force large tips and control delivery!!! I used to like the pizza here, but recently something has changed, the pizza is suddenly bursting with sauce, you feel like you are eating sauce with a little dough instead of pizza. It's also looks like they try to save on cheese. Today I ordered pizza and it reached a new point where you can simply see that the whole pizza is full of sauce and a few flakes of cheese are scattered over that they didn't even come together to coat the pizza in the heat of the oven I am so disappointed I have never been so disgusted by a pizza And unfortunately, from the past experience, calling to complain doesn't really help, so I hope that maybe the review here will help more, at least for the next customers, because they have already lost me...
Alain handmade a custom pan pizza for us today. He provided excellent service and was very kind to me. Left him a generous pouboire. This unique Pizza is their best kept secret. Merci beaucoup!
Used Domino's app to place the order, very easy to navigate, user friendly. Order processing time was fast and convenient, as promised. Order came on time. The food was hot and delicious. The boxes were sealed with protective stickers witch I liked. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and we highly recommend Domino's Pizza.
I used to enjoy picking up pizza and ordering from this exact location. Its unfortunate the owner of this franchise decides to hire some unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude workers. This store is filled with temporary foreign workers or visa students whom when their boss is not around is play fighting throwing stuff around the store when I go to pick up pizza. One recent incident is the last straw for me. I ordered delivery, my sauces were wrong and I was missing a drink. I call in and they tried to convince me that the order was fulfilled by another store. The employee gave me a number to another store. I check online for the address and number on the receipt and all signs point to this store. I call back and yet again they say they "can't find" my address. Then I read off my order "they can't find my order either". It's only when I began to press the issue further that they "found my order." I don't care if people make mistakes its fine, but to try and convince a customer that they are wrong and try to mislead them, is unethical. My friends, and family will not be ordering from this location again. Too many incidents have added up and these employees simply don't care about the quality of work they do. Please find people who actually want to be in this country and respects work ethic, quality, and service. I'm not a stranger to work, like others everyone has to start from the bottom and prove themselves.
*Update* Every restaurant at some point has an off day or makes an error, however not all correct theirs. Their level of customer service makes up for this and far beyond exceeded my expectations. I will be returning for more in the future. Highly recommend! Domino’s pizza itself is decent however if you are ever in the mood for chicken wings, don’t bother ordering from here. Ridiculously small sized wings at a high price. In fact the wings were so small that I could fit the entire thing in the ranch dipping sauce container. This is just not it and if I could rate lower, I would!

Update October 19 2024 The attitude of the staff and drivers of this establishment theyre still quite pathetic. Drivers constantly speed and ignore road rules such a stop signs. The driver of a greyish colour Honda Civic license plate starting. ASC ignore two stop signs on Bailey Road almost hitting somebody did not even slow down. Upon calling the store I was given a very nonchalant attitude from the employee of oh well make sure it doesnt happen again. I have called the store multiple times for this type of behavior, but this time I have even gone as far as to report it to the police. Horrible customer service. Delivery drivers are dangerous. Called to complain about their drivers speeding and running stop signs to be ignored and left on hold waiting to talk to the manager. The driver in a Blue Ford Fusion had ran a stop sign doing at least 50km/h in a residential zone coming within 3 feet of a child on a bike!!! Do not do business with these people. Ignored on Hold for 10 minutes. Filed a complaint with the MUHV Police department. #montrealpolice #mucpolice

jai laissé la chance 3x commandé aucune fois la pizza etait pareil 1ere fois parfaite 2e fois pas de sauce 3e fois ordinaire a moitiée cuite et surprise facture 10$ de plus pour des miettes d oignon.... n importe quoi je comprend le turn over en restauration mais cette instabilitée pour une franchise en dit long .... JAMAIS je recommenderais de cet établissement

that guy shouldn t be on the register, doesn t understand what pepper is , there is a coupon for 2 pizzas and not using it therefore charging us more and says he doesn t know how to refund , in the end they messed up the sauce , ordered alfredo and got marinara instead

This was the worst domino pizza I ever had. I ordered three medium sized pizzas which one of them was almost burnt and the other two were overcooked and dried and made me so embarrassed in front of my guests.

The cheese was completely dried out, and the toppings mushrooms and onions were so minimal that they were barely visible. We expected much better, considering our past orders, but recently, the situation has deteriorated sharply. Were very unhappy with both the food quality and the service. The manager who worked on 04 Mar 2024 at around 5 pm was one of the most disrespectful individuals I have ever have to deal with. This man cannot handle stress... I requested to the staff for my pizza to be made with gloves on and the manager came out fuming telling the employees to cancel the order and stormed off when confronted on my hygiene concerns 0.0 The employee apologized and proceeded to fulfill my order anyway (with gloves on) which I totally appreciated. I will never be ordering from this location as long as this manager with 0 management experience POS is working here. On a side note big shout-out to the staff for having to endure working with such individual.
My husband and order a mix pizza and haiwaan and bacon with 8 chicken wings Pizza was good a bit salty but the wings were so tiny and it was disappointing that the manager would serve these tiny birds wings, this is not acceptable pay money for this kind of low quality chicken Food
Be careful, never order here I ordered a pizza today they brought me back with cinnastix something that I never ordered and they attached the photo of the receipt to me, on top of that I I asked for a fanta he told me ok then I didnt receive my bottle they said we didnt have this drink even though she never told me this information on the phone, I could have changed it to another choice!! Then I asked for a refund or to correct me, she said that maybe one day well do that...!!! like the lack of respect, the dishonesty and the very poor, catastrophic service that I have seen it I have never seen it in my entire life omg!! The tables were very dirty, we asked twice to clean them but they didnt and previous peoples drinks were left on the table. It was horrible. You had to put tissues everywhere so you wouldnt get sick.

They brought us cinnastix instead of bread sticks that we ordered. I asked them to simply bring us the breadsticks since we live five minutes away. They refused. They said eat what you have and they will give us a credit. As a dominoes lover, they really let me down. Delivery experts should also be experts in fixing their mistakes. This location simply does not meet dominoes standards.

Garbage food and customer service. DO NOT BUY/ORDER FROM THERE. My wife and I ate their pizza and immidiately found it tasted weird. We were both doing great and had not eaten anything besides that pizza.We then became both violently ill for the rest of the day. Shivers, nausea, vomitting, etc. When I called to make sure, for the safety of others, that they check the freshness of their ingredients, I was met with laughter and a young girl started telling me that it was due to something else I ate because my body had already digested their food. Give her the Nobel for science!!! Do not buy anything from them, I have made a formal complaint to health and sanitation. If they dont have the decency to check their stuff after I called, they dont deserve any of our business.
This place is great they go super heavy on the toppings. Probably the best dominos in the area!

Just ordered pizza as always from the same place I have been ordering for a year and apparently I had give the gentleman hard work to read my name on the door bell and he told me to be respectful and he is a (manger not a regular staff ) I don t understand what s wrong of reading my name and how is being respectful my name is to this gentleman he really was rude on the door urging me about I have to tell the number not the name to pointe he get into my nerve I get my money back and he took the pizza is it normal .? Be noted I own a restaurant and I serve people my self it s my job and everyone working with me is a family we don t call a manger or boss or any names to feel others are less we are all employees and we are all human doing our jobs Thank you for this bad bad bad attitude MR MANGER

When I have friend over, dominos Is the app to go to. It s super efficient and tasty. Truly loving it. The 60 points = free pizza makes it interesting, because I always volunteer to order it and someone else pays, so I get a free pizza on a rainy day. Lol I d totally recommend.
