This is the best pizza-by-the-slice place. I especially love the meat lovers and Mexican slices. The subs are delicious too. All in all a great experience Wheelchair accessibility: Its all flat so no problem...

But what a shame! The cheese was refrigerated AND it was fries from the freezer AND the sauce was too thick. This is an insult to Quebec culture!

Today I ordered a large pizza for $30 and when paying the gentleman added a 15% tip for me without asking me my choice!! I find that unacceptable and it was a take-out order too! I dont understand

I have been ordering pizza and other things from this restaurant for holidays for my family and compared to other places, the quality and quantity of the food is excellent. Of course, I ordered pizza from other restaurants several times to compare, but it was not comparable to Atlas Pizza in terms of quality and price. Thx

Depending on when you call, you may find a receptionist who speaks French or English. The food is excellent and the toppings on the pizzas are generous. The burgers are delicious and the club sandwiches have a good portion of chicken and bacon. Delivery time is generally between 30 minutes to 45 minutes except bad weather and unforeseen rush. All the delivery people I have had are polite and respectful.

I never write reviews but could not pass on this one. My sister and I ordered food last night and she is currently extremely ill with severe food poisoning and can hardly move. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone working there who was extremely rude and told me to call back when his manager is there and hung up on me. I was in the middle of trying to explain to them that they need to clean their kitchen better because the food was 100% contaminated from a dirty kitchen or the food was rotten. Either or. STAY. AWAY!!!!!!!!

Ordered twice so far and have been more than satisfied! Good pizza and very generous amount of toppings! Quick service. Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza was good, nice amount of toppings and greek salad was also good!

The pickup pizza special holds me down at late hours

i paid about 58 dollars for two subs and two onion rings. the onion rings were okay but the subs... barely any meat or anything, it was mostly bread! its the third time in a few years that ive tried pizza atlas and they always ALWAYS disappoint. you are 110% better off just crossing the street and going to pizza WELAT. Wheelchair accessibility: none, the restrooms are in the basement!

I ordered pizzas for a birthday party at 15h52, received email and text confirmations that pizza would be here between 18h15 and 18h45. I called at 19h25, Guy told me delivery was around the corner after checking my confirmation, no show I called back 19h47 they said would call back driver and call me back, 20h45 I call, they hang up on me, I call back and they tell me there is a problem, no pizza and no reimbursement , to talk to manager but he is not there. I call back this morning im told no manager and hung up on... terrible service will never order there again, what a disapointment to a big group of children celebrating a birthday. Shame on you Atlas!

Pizzas not bad its regular pizza id order here again The all dressed wasnt like the other all dressed iver had from this restau. This one most recently had barely any pepperoni. It had been mistaken for a vegetarian pizza.

Very bad hygiene. The workers touch their phones, the floor and other customers, then touch the food and the bread without gloves. The kitchen tools are rusty, dirty and old. I would never come back. I threw out the sandwish I got from there. 18 dollars wasted.

Pizza was good. Driver was upset that i only left him a 15 percent tip and said that I should ve paid more even though my location was only 1km from the restaurant. Won t order again.

I dont know if theyve changed ownership but the food has been different for 2 or 3 months. I always take a large, fully loaded one and I pay a different price each time. When its the lady I pay about 27, when its the old gentleman, I pay 26 and when its the young man I pay 24.... I spoke to him more. He didnt believe me. He told me that prices change every 2 months. I showed him on my banking application that I came to their house once a week... Lets say he changed the subject.... Agree on your price because at some point if you increase your price does not mean putting less stock or buying less good products!!

I usually dont post reviews. Last week I ordered a pizza from here and although it tasted good, the day after I got gastroenteritis and I am still dealing with the sickness. I ordered from many restaurants countless times and never encountered this issue. Im also sure the other things I recently ate were safe to eat. But based on some reviews I saw here, it seems like hygiene is not really prioritized in their food preparation. This restaurant needs to do better. Or someone else might get sick...

I ordered pizza for a work event through the website on Aug 17 in the early afternoon to be delivered Aug 18 and the pizza was never delivered. I have called multiple times to get a refund. We had to order from another pizza place. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service and will not be ordering from them again, which is a shame as the pizza is really good.

This used to be my favorite pepperoni pizza in town. Theyve changed in the last year and it is complete garbage now. The dough is thick and doughy, i get better pizza from the frozen section at the supermarket.

The hygiene is awful and terrible I saw it with my own eyes that something fell down and they pick it up and put a bit water on it and put it on the food. The delivery team for this business is a joke. The guy cant read the delivery address and then gives the client attitude for explaining hes at the wrong address. Avoid this place at all costs. The owner doesnt care that his driver is a moron. He wasnt capable enough to deliver the order to our door, left it outside on the stairs. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I bought the 14 $ hotdog poutine but the cashier wanted to charge 19$ he said I had to tip the extra 2 $ ,, the poutine was too salty and bad , dont recommend.

If I could not have added a single star, I would ve. I ordered this meal while at home with my sister. The apartment building I live in interphone system was temporarily out of order and so the main lobby door was left open by janitor all day and night. (I should know I went down a few times to check why the delivery was taking so long). An hour after ordering I call, for them to tell me the delivery man was on the way An hour and a half, still nothing. Mind you, this restaurant is only a few minutes away I call and apparently the delivery did arrive and was sent back 40 mins prior as and I quote no contact was left and the system was out of service, door was locked. I received an email confirmation of the order which gave me a copy of all the contact information I entered including phone number I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is honestly ridiculous service as we stayed in the night for this delivery. Very poor customer service and very less willingness.

Terrible restaurant do not follow no instructions. Plus whenever I order food from them there is always a problem I always try to believe they could be good but no. Last time their delivery guy didn t reach me and went back with my food that I paid for like wth , leave my food at my door why go back with my food ? Which I paid for ? And I was not refunded.

Picked up the phone quickly when I called but then put me on hold for so long that I actually ended up ordering online and then hanging up the phone. The online ordering website was glitchy but finally worked - it took me three tries. The pizza is worth it though. Looking forward to receiving my order.

I ordered a hamburger in person. Tasted very good but the wait was too long!

Not recommend at all, I ate a chicken poutine and men the taste was horrible, too much oil and it seems like the chicken was expired since a long time. The next day, I vomit so many times probably around 10 times because my stomach wasn t feeling good at all after I ate that poutine. Pizza Welat is way better. Go there instead of this desorganized place.

STAY AWAY By far the worst sub Ive ever tried in my life. Ordered it with no mushroom. It came loaded with mushrooms anyway. Bun was barely toasted and fell apart when you try to hold it. All the toppings looked old and sick. Next time I called to get pizza. It took them over 90 mins to bring 2 pepperoni pizza. Poor management, service and food quality. Stay away.

I used to love this place and ordered at least every two weeks. Not sure what changed on Uber eats; no more full pizza menu for a place that has pizza in their name. I figured its been a while so I would try ordering whats available, 1hr after I placed my order, its all cancelled. Thanks for nothing, wont be ordering here anymore. If you have issues with your orders communicate with your clients.

Really nice for decent money.

Good food at a good price. They gave me a free pizza once because I specified my wife couldnt eat a type of topping and they had added it by accident. Great guys, wish I could tip them (they wont let me!). I would have paid for the pizza anyways, but they insisted. Ive worked late night shifts and knowing I could get fresh food even at 0130 AM was always nice after a long evening. The day I leave NDG, Im going to miss this place. 4/5.

Went there to order a medium all-dress. I pay for it then go back into my car to read. Go back in there 10 min later, I wait for another 20 min before finally asking if my pizza was ready or not (restaurant was empty). The man at the cash says it not ready yet. Well it turns out they simply forgot it because the man in the back starting making a all dress pizza. Another 20 min later they finally give me the pizza and go home and it was undercooked and falling apart... yea... never again

This dive has many 1 stars for a reason and well deserved, ordered twice here once when I lived in Lachine took over 90 min for a small alldressed pizza and poutine , pizza was gros over cooked hard and burnt somehow was not even hot when I got it, poutine was drier than the burnt pizza, almost 3 months later and recent , moved into Cote St Luc located just 10 min away , ordered a sub and gave the poutine another go, sub was worse than the pizza , old meat , pepperoni was near changing color and had a off taste , barely any cheese , super greasy , loaded with just onions and bell peppers, again the poutine was dry never attempted to add a little more gravy to try at least damp a fry. This time Im blacklisting this awful place.

The customer service was substandard.

I came here and they harassed me the guy that is bald and kinda fat came and push me and my friends and then he took our snakesthat we bought from dollarama and was about to throw it in the garbage and I had to stop him he pushed us out of the chairs outside of the restaurant and took my bike and threw it out I was really close to call the police and sue them but I don t wanna ruin there business for a rude emploie that makes minimum age.

Pretty mediocre, I dont quite understand how they have managed to stay in business for so long when their food is below what I would consider satisfactory. The pizza was very below average. The poutine, I would not touch...I love poutine, the fact that I would not touch this one, says something. The gravy was just very off-putting, and I didnt bother taking a second bite to distinguish why. Atlas Pizza was a pizza place I loved as a kid, but I had since switched to a different establishment. I returned, attempting to find that love I had for their food as a kid, but it could not be salvaged. I am very sorry :( Edit: I found a hair in one of the leftover slices, I believe that is enough to take it down to one star. Again, apologies.

Late and pricey delivery was rude when I refused to tip him because it took 1 hour 30 mins to give me my food when I live three blocks away food makes up for it tho

horrible service, cold pizza.

I was picking up an order. There I came home and asked if the order was ready, the gentleman told me no. In a few minutes a young man gave me the order, I said oh he told me it s not ready without doing it on purpose and unkindly. When I go out I wait behind my back decolisse . When I went back to talk to the manager the guy dared to laugh in my face and the gentleman I spoke to was defending him. Educate your employees if they dont like customer service then they should work elsewhere.

Honestly I really like this place. The pizza is great and I love how they use real pepperoni. Poutine was also good. They use good quality ingredients. I dont get heartburn after eating food from them compared to other pizza places like the one next to it.

Zero stars if possible. 8 piece fried chicken meal for over $30 and 5 of the 8 pieces were drumsticks. Not cool at all.Also the chicken was dry. Avoid unless on a budget.

I ordered through skip the dishes and the delivery was made by the restaurant. I tiped the minimum 10% as I always do for delivery. When the driver pulled up about an hour later he told me I had to give him $2 extra for tip to get my food. I will never order from this place ever again

Honestly that was the best pizza Ive ever had in Montreal. The size and the quality are both great considering the price! I tried Atlas pizza and it was full of details in used ingredients which makes the taste awesome. It is an entirely different taste and quality compared to those tasteless BIG names in the pizza industry. By the way, they have awesome variety of veggie pizzas. Ill definitely go there again.

Horrible customer service, ordered 1Large VIP pizza received it 1 hour late, COLD and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box like someone sat on it. i called to notify them right away, and the person i spoke with, said i would get my next pizza for free! when time came to order another pizza, they said, no you are not getting a free pizza we give u 5$ discount??!!! Seriously? UNLESS YOU WANT COLD PIZZA WITH CARDBOARD CHEESE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

I had ordered a poutine and 2 pizzas through Skip the Dishes. It took a little longer than what the app was showing, and when the Skip driver showed up, he only brought the poutine. I asked where are my pizzas, and he just said to call Skip. I phoned Atlas instead and told them what happened. They said the driver just left quickly without the pizzas, but they were gracious enough to deliver the pizzas for me in the end. Thank you!

Worst restaurant Ive ever seen. They cancelled our delivery without notice because we had the audacity to complain after waiting for 1.5 hours. Called back 30 minutes later to be told that our meal would never come. Man on the phone rude and cocky. Will never do business with them.

The food was fine, but I used Atlas online ordering system. It took almost an hour and a half to get my food from the restaurant located less than one kilometer from me. The food was cold. The problem is with their own online ordering system. There are no issues when using a third-party system such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. I was trying to ensure that they didnt have to pay a portion of the revenue to one of those third-party companies by ordering directly, but I will never use their own online ordering system again.

ILL SAVE YOU THE HASTLE PICK A DIFFERENT PIZZARIA The wait time is insane, the quality of the food is less the costcos frozen pizzas. Just go to a different one Ive ordered here many times

I ordered a cheese pizza got a pepperoni. My order was wrong. He told me wait for a new pizza with the pepperoni one intact or he could not do anything for me. I didnt mind returning it with the two slices missing off the large. Manager was rude and said the best he can do was 15% off my next order since we took 2 slices. I tried to pay cash and tip well (25%) because its local. I think i deserved my rightful cheese pizza next time i order. Point being screw this management. Bad establishment. Talk to the manager see if he cares. Im only posting this because the manager challengend me to do so. Bad service. My tip alone was more than the discount offered.

This is the only Pizza restaurant, that always gets my order right!, Plus the quality of the ingredients here and the sauce is all so good and the price is so affordable! Atlas is really the best of the best! No matter where I order pizza from I always ask for thin crust an extra tomato sauce and a lot of places for some reason say sure but the just never bother to put the extra tomato sauce, I guess either because maybe they re cheap or because it s just not a structurally sound pizza (it s gonna fall apart and be messy) but if I wanna eat a messy pizza that s my prerogative. Anyway kudos to Atlas for not only being a delicious fantastic affordable pizza place with fresh ingredients but also literally always following instructions and giving me the pizza I asked for. I made an order at the store, got home with the food and it wasnt the right order. I called back and they wanted me to bring back the order that they got wrong and wait for the driver to get the right order from the other person that they gave my order. I told them to come and pick it up and to make me a new order but they just gave me the old one that they gave the other person. The order was not full. There was missing fries that the other person clearly took. In Covid times it should not happen that someone else touches my food. I called back so they can fix this issue and asked for a new order to be delivered and they said yes. I never got my order. I had to throw out the food and spent 40$ PLUS TIP FOR NOTHING!! 45$ to the garbage. They should be sued for not having the right sanitary measures during this pandemic! VERY BAD SERVICE!

Weve been ordering from Atlas for a few years now and absolutely LOVED their poutine. However they recently changed their fries and cheese for very cheap quality ingredients. When we asked them about it they said they didnt change anything....We gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered the poutine once more, it was the same disgusting ingredients. We will not be ordering atlass poutine again.

The food was good but kitchen was pretty dirty.

I liked it and was a frequent customer, but lately the accounts were not correct, I asked for the receipt and they said that the printer didnt work, the last time they got very creative with the account; I demanded the receipt and realized that they charged me 50% more than what the menu said, they told me it was a mistake in the menu that they could not correct. What an excuse to get the money out of your pocket. They hardly give me my money back

The pizza and poutine do the trick and theyre from the hood. Nothing that will warrant a cooking show over, but this is good local food

I have ordered through uber, i dont know what they put in the pizza, pizza doesnt taste good but i was hungry so i ate all of it(my bad) and the next day was disaster,felt sick plus diarrhea. I dont recommend this place.

Pizza great, price affordable, and customer service a joke. I have ordered here previously but tonight was a joke from the moment I called, I had to basically correct the employee because he tried to tell me they didn t have garlic sauce . Either way arrived to pick up my pizza to see an employee sitting on the side which what I assume is his girlfriend. He gets ups calls my order back to me, hands me the machine, and tells me the sauce is on the top. To my surprise he joins his joins the young lady in the high tops. I had already began to process my payment or I would not have tipped him. I recently moved in the area and since I have tried the place before I figured I would make it my local spot but I will be looking for something new after today s visit. Maybe I ll try the place a few blocks down, or take a drive a few blocks down!

Good quality pizza for the price

Pizza was cheesy as hell (in the best way possible). Hamburger was great. Fries are excellent. Very much worth it.

No offense, but the pizza is way better than American pizza, especially when it is leftover, warm in the microwave; it still tastes like you just brought it. I am coming back for that pizza.

Pizzas great, however customer service was below our expectations. Weve had 2 negative experiences with them. On both occasions, weve had issues with the price. Our first experience, we were given the wrong total and ended up paying more than we were led to believe. On our second experience, (we decided it was fair to give them a second chance since mistakes do happen) we decided to order a pizza online for the 20% discount promotion on first time online orders, everything went well however when the pizza came, we were surprised to find out the 20% discount had not been applied. The delivery man called his boss and explained the situation, but the boss did not want to change the total cost of the pizza. He said something along the lines of: if they charged us that price, its because it wasnt our first time. At the end, the delivery man left with the pizza. Very disappointed with how things were handled as we genuinely enjoyed eating the pizza we ordered the first time. However, the last two experiences weve had with this company is enough for us to stop making business with them. They did not show a slight hint of concern, and we did not feel valued as customers. For this reason, we rate the business 2 stars.

Horrible service. Ordered from them twice, and was very disappointed on both occasions. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, but was left, again, surprised and disappointed with the overall service. After, declining the pizza, we got two calls from the restaurant. Several things bothered us. In the first call, the guy had professionally apologized and admitted for the mistake they made. However, we were unhappy with how he said that they wouldnt mind bringing the pizza back if we were interested since we dont live too far from the restaurant, which we found weird since the location of where we reside should not have to matter when it comes to quality customer service (besides, we had already moved on, and found another pizzeria nearby). The second issue we had with this phone call was that they had offered to deliver the pizza back and sell it to us for only 4$ less. In the second phone call, a woman admitted and apologized for her mistake and asked us again if we were interested in the pizza for 4$ less (what the 1st phone call post-delivery was about). We found the 2nd call unnecessary, as we had already clearly stated the first time that we werent interested in getting the pizza. What added to our negative experience was the lady telling us that the boss was very angry at them. We understand mistakes happen, and feel for the employees (and appreciate the apology), but a simple communication amongst the boss and staff (or whoever is responsible) could have prevented this from happening in the first place since the delivery guy did call his boss to try and fix things. But the effort was not passed on from that point on.

One of the best pizzas I ve had in a long time. They even delivered during the snow storm! Vegetarian pizza was loaded with fresh toppings. Lots of cheese and the crust was delicious. I definitely recommend.

Pizza was fine , but we did a pick up , and..... the inside was so in need of a proper cleaning , i do understand that things get greasy when frying , but you add dust build up , was not inspiring to order from there again,!

If i could give no stars i would. decided to try after seeing the menu with the PRICES ONLINE. The person over the phone was not bright. had to repeat the address over 3x, even spelt it twice and still managed to write the wrong address. The special online was 2 mediums for 22$ & they had some choice to pick from but i decided for one of them i was going to make it like an all dressed only i would change the pepperoni for bacon and the green peppers for green olives.I realized i never gave the guy my buzzer code so i called back to tell him and he said the driver left and that he would call me. The driver called me i gave him the code. He gets to the door He doesnt say hi he just looks at me and hands me the pizza. So i look at him and ask him how much is it and he gives me the bill and says nothing. I get the bill its 39.25$, so im not understanding how it said 22 online but i just froze and handed him 45 he takes it and just walks away. So i check my bill and see that they charged 33 something plus tax for the two pizzas. For the one that was like the AD the guy charged us normal price for a cheese pizza and added all extra toppings so the bills more expensive. Didn t make sense how a cheese is the same price as an AD and hes charging me extras. So i call back demand they give me the money the overcharged me for since they lied about the price online so the guy tells me hes going to give me a credit so i kindly declined because i was only visiting wasnt my house. He tells me he doesnt know than so i told him there is a problem and its your job to find the solution not mine! I just simply wanted my money that was overcharged back and this guy had such a bad attitude that i lost my appetite & didnt even want the pizzas. told them i want my money back, i will give the pizzas that this is unacceptable and so unprofessional. he puts me on hold, speaks to the manager instead of getting the manager in the first place. So than i have to explain the story to the manager which tells me he will send the delivery man to come back with my money and i told him i want my 45$ back full he says yes no problem. So the delivery guy calls me and asks me what happened and at this point i was so frustrated that i told him i wasn t going to explain for a 3x. i made my sis answer the door cause i didnt want to deal with them and he rudely grabs the pizzas, puts them away and says its only 20$ i give you back so i hear and go to the door. I proceed to tell him that its 45$. he refuses and tells me only 20$ plus the pizzas cause now there s nothing they can do with them. i explain the story cause he told me that he was THE MANAGER. he still refuses to give my money. My bro comes to stand near me and my sis and we tell him how the price online is different and he goes blank. He gives me my money. So i count the money and its only 40$. So i turn to him and ask him where the other 5$ was. He starts screaming telling me that hes not my slave its the delivery. So i tell him that its my choice how much i tip him that I DECIDE not him. Its my money that i work for so who is he to decide what i do with it? He wouldnt give me my money so i tell him very clearly that if he doesnt give me my money back i will go to atlas in person and make a scene which i was ready to do he again says no. So i start putting on my shoes and coat and thats when i realizes im serious about what im saying and gives me the 5$. So i than proceeded to close the door on his face. Honestly speaking if he would have gave me the 45$ in the first place i would have gave him something since he did use his gas. But since he was so rude about it he didn t deserve it at all. I also feel like because me and my sister are both younger girls in our early twenties that they wanted to just take advantage of us.

Their pamphlets and website say 20% rebate for your first order. It s a scam, I did not get any rebate and had to pay full price. Pizza was good.

when I called to order they asked me my number and found my address fast. they followed by asking me my order .I said 6 piece chicken that comes whit fries and drinks. He said thank you. I said wait I want to add a desert he sounded bothered by my request and said it will be there in 45 min . 20 min later the food was here no drinks no dessert BTW they did not ask me what drink I wanted they where to bothered by my business.

First time ordering here. Decided to try after seeing some good reviews online but oh was I disappointed... As I took my first bite, the dough just stuck to my teeth and the taste of raw dough was just disgusting. I know some pizzas can get a little soggy towards the center because of the toppings but Believe me, the dough was wayyy undercooked. I had to put it back in the oven for a good 10 minutes before I could eat it and even then I think I should ve left it in for another 5. The pizza being undercooked probably didnt so the rest of the toppings a favour but I wasnt impressed with the rest neither. Tasteless sauce, cheese like rubber.... Bad experience. It might ve been unlucky this time but definitely not ordering from here again.

This is my first time ordering here. Ordered two simple pizzas, two hours and three phone calls later, pizzas never arrived. The person on the phone didn t even seem to care, no apology, no concern for customer service. There are other places to order from, would expect more based on the reviews.

Really fast delivery and easy online ordering form. Also one of the only fast food pizza places in the city that uses ACTUAL PEPPERONI, not massive pieces of wet salami under the cheese. Honestly, who the hell thinks its a good idea to put pepperoni under the cheese? How is this the Montreal standard for so many places? They are our new go to delivery place. Honestly really impressed.

I was impressed with the service Ive received tonight! (Friday March 8 at 11 PM) The employee was super nice and extra polite, hes definitely a great asset to your company. Someone give him a raise!! Food was excellent. Best pizza Ive ever eaten. It was my first time at Atlas and I will be returning.

This place is good. I went there with my wife for the first time and we had a good experience overall. The food was good, there was a lot of choices on the menu and they have reasonable prices. The restaurant opens late at night until 2am and they also offer delivery with Uber Eats. The place is located on Somerled near Cavendish. I will definitely go back there next time and I recommend this place to try.

The price really is what youd pay for regular pizza, however the pizza was so sloppy. None of the topping stayed on. The taste was mediocre overall. But the service was awful. This young guy at the cash acted annoyed the entire time and would never answer our questions. Wont see me returning here.

Honestly, the chicken is really good.

Horrible service. Ordered from them using skip the dishes, they sent the wrong order and gave me a hard time about it. Hung up on me the first time then when I finally got a hold of they they told me itll take an hour, 20 minutes later called to say they cant send the order because 15 minutes away was too far from them and they have other customers that ordered. Finally got a full refund from skip the dishes but most definitely staying away from this place. Worst customer service.

Worst customer service ever stay away from this restaurant, made a mistake on my order the employee recognize the mistake and proposed to me to resolve the problem , his manger took over the phone and said that it s not their business . I paid something that I never received , what a shame

I order from this place weekly and I love it. But its true that some things on the menu are not as good as others. My favorites are the deluxe lasagna and the Club sandwich. But avoid the calamari.
