Decent pizza, nothing more. Very very basic drinks. Flat atmosphere. But the big weak point is the service. There were two of us at our table and there were four other tables occupied, so a very quiet evening. There were two servers. We waited 25 minutes for someone to come see us. We had time to finish our drinks before the food arrived. We then ordered another drink. The waiter forgot and we had to ask again. Finally we got our drinks a good 10 minutes after finishing the meal.. I also had to ask for butter twice because they forgot to bring it.. we then waited an hour without anyone coming to see us and we never had the dessert menu... the waiters seemed bored and wandered slowly around the restaurant or looked at their cell phones behind the bar. Horrible horrible service.

truly nice place, nice food with nice employees

We went there late Wednesday, after the theater (well, we agree... 10:15 p.m. The kitchen closes at 10:30 p.m., like many restaurants now, perhaps short of staff...?). The waitress and the busgirl were charming, kind, respectful despite the fact that, clearly, we were going to hang out while they cleaned. We never felt rushed. Impeccable, generous service. Delicious pizza. Good Malbec according to my friend. A great experience! I would not hesitate to return. Eventually, maybe extend the hours if we have enough staff...?

The pizza was soggy, cacio e Pepe was really really bad. Tried to add Parmesan & yet it still tasted bad. Even the waitress tasted & genuinely agreed with us, said it was really bad today. We really don t think we ll ever come back here. Very disappointed.

We waited over an hour for our pizzas, which is absurd! When we arrived there was an error on the order, we reported it to the waitress who told us she would go check with the kitchen and who never came back! We ended up eating the pizza we didnt order. We will definitely not go back

The three of us came a little before 1 p.m. Installed quickly, we waited a bit for the order to be taken. We ordered 3 pizzas and asked for water. 30 minutes later we had no pizza and no water despite having asked for water. So yes there is an obvious lack of labor which is unfortunately very impactful in the restoration. But there is also a poor distribution of tasks and a lack of qualifications. We have the impression of being forgotten . No tables are served and we see that all the tables are getting impatient. The waiter takes other orders while the pass is filled with dishes. We see that the priority is to install to avoid the line up even if it means making people wait inside. No one is aware that there is going to be a delay and neither the waiter nor the manager tries to be smiling. After an hour of waiting without water despite having asked again we unfortunately decided to leave. Further on we came across another table who told us that they and other tables would do the same afterwards.

Worst experience ever. Overcooked Gorgonzola gnocchi bathed in béchamel, no taste of blue cheese. At $20 a dish, its ridiculously delicious. The other dishes were just as bad. Never again. I should have read the reviews before ordering. My bad.

Our table was not cleaned, there was no lock in the toilets, unfriendly waiter, we waited 40 minutes for our dishes, we were told that there were no more cutlery and I was offered a spoon to eat gnocchi. And the dishes were really average, Italian inspired but very far from it: Pizza + American without flavor, gorgozonla gnocchi drowned in tasteless gorgonzola sauce and very small quantity for $20. I give one star because the decor is cute.

Worst food experience in Montréal. They say that you can pay using a gift card, then when you try it, everything changes and demand you to pay using credit/debit card. After this, they promise the reimbursement due to the gift card, but the manager avoid contact. I have tried to reach him for 3 weeks, but no solution. Food? Nothing special.

Nice restaurant with a cool menu. The waitresses were really nice. The decor gives the impression that the premises are enormous and airy, which contrasts with the enormous traffic on Mont-Royal Street. It feels good. If like me you like thin crust pizza, this is the place for you.

Very good and inexpensive cocktail! Basically we wanted to eat there after we saw the reviews, and then the menu. The menu offered little choice, compared to what was on their website I find that a shame. We had to go elsewhere to eat because no truffle pasta or Burrata

Went to this restaurant at 5:00 p.m. and received our food at 6:05 p.m., we were attending a concert at La Tulipe. Ambiance is great, restaurant was clean but the service was terrible. We were seated and forgotten. It was only after we called over a server to say that others who had been seated after us were receiving their food that they looked into us. My wife saw them taking her pizza out of a box and putting it on a plate and based on how cold my submarine sandwich was when it arrived, I think they must have prepared our order for pick-up. Someone came over once our meal arrived and said something about a computer not working properly but restaurants ran well prior to computers, very bad service. Had to call over the waiter to get water on the table. On the up side, the cold sub and pizza had a good taste and it was like eating decent leftovers the next day. Very disappointed with how the restaurant handled this situation, they apologized but made excuses for why it happened that are not my concern, it is theirs. They made no effort to compensate us for the cold food and extensive wait, but I sort of expected they would have comp d one of the meals, offered us a discount coupon to return but they offered nothing but an assurance they would share our experience with the owner. I hope the owner does read this review because based on my experience I would not return to this restaurant. Update: Monday, November 1, 2021 I received a message on Monday morning from the owner asking me to contact him directly by email which I did that same day. I have yet to hear back from him. Update: Friday, January 7, 2021 Despite writing to the owner of the restaurant twice, I have never received a reply. Bad customer service starts from the top.

The server was not friendly. No joy in being at work. He spoke to us once. We had to run after him to ask for service. No water refill. More than 30 minutes before he came to see us to order our drinks. The cocktails are good. The food was very very very salty. We couldnt finish our plates. The mac & cheese is the only dish I liked. (Even though it is clearly made with cheese whiz or kraft cheese) The prices are reasonable for the alcohol but way too expensive for the quality of the food. Damage :(

We ordered a pizza around 7 p.m. She was supposed to arrive around 8 p.m. Around 9 p.m. no news. I managed to contact them and they told me that the kitchen is closed, that my order was spoiled and that they will refund me (which is the bare minimum). 5 days later, still no news, no response to my calls, no refund, no apology from Pablo, the owner. I ordered a pizza online and paid over 35$ for food just to get there to pick it up and be told the restaurant was closed. I contacted their website for a refund and never got anything. Be very careful ordering online from these people, make sure you order during opening hours, since their systems will take your money if youre not, rather than refusing the purchase. Ridiculous.

Terrible service! The restaurant forgot items from my order yesterday. My husband had to go there to complain that our Uber eats order was missing our two pizzas. The employee replied that it was the delivery man who had forgotten them even though there were no pizzas on the counter! Thats when the cook placed two pizzas on the counter with the same toppings that we had in our two missing pizzas. My husband told him that seemed to be our pizzas! The guy gave them to him and didnt even apologize! I dont know if there is a manager in this restaurant! If so, hes not doing his job at all.

Super nice place, clean, very polite waiters and good service. We were 3 people. We ate on the terrace which is very nice and pleasant to be outside. We each had a glass of wine, then as a meal we ate an excellent zucchini salad (it looked like spaghetti pasta, but no, it was zucchini) and a famous primavrra pizza. We shared the salad and the pizza. It was just perfect for a dinner. Im sure Ill go back there.

I had a pizza delivered by Uber Eats, they sent me something absolutely disgusting. The cheese hasnt melted, the dough doesnt even look cooked. Piiiis they dont answer me when I call. Its so inedible that I had to spit out the one bite I took.

We were the last to be served, because all the customers after us were served. More than 30 minutes of waiting for a beer and were not even talking about 2 pizzas. Bad service, zero listening!

The soup was ok, small croutons and basil leaves would have added a superior taste. The pasta dishes were not great, the sauce was not homemade, industrial taste like jarred sauce and especially not Carbonara....the chicken the same, vacuum-packed type pieces... too bad, we could compare it to a dish bought at the metro or Iga food counters. Damage ! Dessert was well presented and tasted good and garlic bread served to accompany the dishes but 1 for 2 people.

Very very disappointing. We stopped there at random and the 4 cheese pizza was unworthy of being served. Completely reinvented for the worse and probably with the aim of maximizing profitability. We dont taste (or see) any cheese except mozzarella in overabundance to the point of wondering if there are other cheeses. The surprising addition of balsamic vinegar desperately tries to mask the lack of flavor in this pizza but we should have at least chosen something other than the cheapest on the market. Without exaggeration, some frozen pizzas sold in stores are better. The service is also bad (you are not given water, 10 minutes just to pay the bill). Despite everything, much more than the bad service, its the pizza that leaves me with the worst memories. I wont go back there especially since you can find a lot of good, cheaper pizzerias in Montreal

Ugh, not enough choice on the menu, I had the beef cannelloni, it was passable!! The service wasnt the best in the world either, the water served wasnt fresh and the service was slow even though there werent many customers in the restaurant.

On ma dit que les pizzas seraient prêtes en dix minutes... en fait, je crois quelles étaient sûrement faites la veille, les croûtes étaient froides et à texture élastique. The food was mostly good but in ordered a pizza with prosciutto and the prosciutto tasted old. I got home and had a massive stomachache that is persisting the next day. It is not a good time to go to restaurants; they are all understaffed and end up cutting corners like this to get their orders out.

A very nice place to have branch. Reach menu and tasty coffee. It is a what we(newcomers) usually call French breakfast coffee shop and pizzeria. Highly recommended

We ordered in from Bacaro on a delivery app, and OH BOY did we have a nice evening in. The arancini was brilliant as a starter - great, creamy risotto balls with a lovely, hearty accompanying sauce. I took the Quattro Formaggi pizza which was so rich - admittedly my partner is not a huge of blue cheese and therefore was not too into it, but I loved it - the balance between the sharp cheeses and the sweetness of the balsamic reduction was a brilliant combination. He took the Gorgonzola, which was lovely - rich and sweet. We re now both beyond excited to relive the experience in person in the restaurant with a glass of wine, but even based on the food itself, it s absolutely worth it.

Incredibly expensive for not much food. The focaccia was stale as hell and they gave 2 pieces of burratta cheese for $10. Definitely would not order from here again.

Stayed on the terasse for over 90 mins with no order in sight. They kept saying it will come out soon but never did. Just to keep in mind, the appetizer we chose was buffalo cheese and tomatoes. I means its sliced cheese and tomatoes. How can that take 90 mins to serve ? The to go orders kept going out like crazy tho, seems to be a priority...

Another new spot on the plateau.... Its a nice spot with nice friendly staff - not too expensive. Ive tried them 4 times now and the food is pretty good but inconsistent. EG one day, my salad had so much dressing it was swimming in the stuff and the next time, it was almost a bowl of dry greens. However, Im hopeful theyll find their rhythm. Friendly, polite staff go a LONG way in the overall experience and Ive been very nicely received each time so far. I look forward to eating here as years go by.

The food is very tasty. They give out some complement garnish that Ive never seen at other pizza joints which is a mix of the spicy oil and veggies. The prices are a bit expensive considering what were getting and theres one dessert in the menu thats never been and will not be available the Pizzanookie. Am not getting impressed with the service as I go there. I recommend getting the Margherita pizza and nothing else.

Visited the restaurant yesterday and I was pretty disappointed. I ordered their bruschetta as an appetizer and it was basically cheesy garlic bread with slices of tomato on top, served with a side of rochette which was not very fresh and soggy. The whole appetizer didnt have much flavor besides garlic. I also ordered penne Primavera that didnt contain much veggies besides mushy mushrooms and overcooked eggplant. The rosé sauce didnt taste much and the whole dish lacked seasoning and flavor. I ordered their homemade bloody Ceasar which was delicious but I dont think there was any vodka in it ( or a very small amount ). Perhaps their recipe was covering the taste of alcohol ? The service was good as out first waitress was meh but the following waiter who took over was very nice and helpful. I dont think I will visit that restaurant again.

I only went there once, but my pasta dish was sublime The tortelini are delicate, just enough fillings. The alfredo sauce oh la la... With the crunch of panko. Seriously, it was perfect. The pizza is terrible, no flavors, the dough almost burnt and above all the sauce leaves in the mouth, an unpleasant aftertaste and I am sure that the pizza sauce is a can of sauce and it is not homemade. anyway!!
