My pizza came shmushed, I called and they replaced it within the hour, no questions asked. Satisfied with the customer service. Especially nowadays, I was impressed :) Keep it up!

Ordered two canadian pizzas for pick up. They were not ready and had to wait 15 minutes while they languished under the heat lamp. The worker told me he was alone and was sorry.The pizzas were over done and had very little toppings. One slice had one piece of burnt pepperoni, no mushrooms or bacon and hardly any cheese. Worse pizza I ever had. Tried calling twice but the manager is never there. Not the first time I had a bad experience there. Will never go again.

What happened to customer service? If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only did they get my order wrong, it took almost an hour to reach someone to try and fix it. When I finally got a hold of someone they were extremely rude and belligerent and unwilling to work with me to deliver the pizza that I actually ordered. They then refused to refund my money. Thieves. Order from Pendelis instead.

I hate writing bad reviews, but even though the pizza is good, the customer service is 1/5. I ordered something for delivery, left a generous tip and then was told that I didnt leave enough. This is not the first time that I had a bad experience at a Pizza Hut. I really hope I can change this review to a better one in the future.

Very very tasty and great deals as well

I am very disappointed with the service. I went with my family to have a good time, but we were greeted by a gentleman who only spoke English and made no effort to understand French. His attitude was rude and arrogant. I think those who work in customer service should remember that they are dealing with people. He gave us a bad night and because of this experience we decided not to come back to this place.

Pan pizza is the best

They delivered RAW chicken and argued with me. I had to drive there to show them and they still denied it. Terrible service and major health hazard.

Great family run business at the Pizza Hut on Côte Saint Luc road. Super pizza and service! Highly recommend it. Parking: Free parking lot on the side of the restaurant.

Do not order over there if you order a pizza. I order two pizza and the dough was mushy and not fully cooked.

Food is good, but 2 of the last 3 times I have ordered delivery, online and for a specific time, the order is 30 to 45 past the max delivery time. Tried to call the store to see why the delay, end up with a call center rep who is rude and hangs up. Never ordering delivery from the store again.

It is Pizza hut so the food is what you would expect. I opted for pick up and food was not ready at the time I was supposed to pick it up. Only 5-10 minute wait so not a big deal.

This Cote St Luc store must be the worst Pizza Hut I ve ever been to. Got the pepperoni pizza today and it was tasteless. The saltiness from the cheese is missing and the pepperonis were sliced sooo thin and were barely in them. Do not waste your money there.

Worst experience with the staff! They don t speak French. And honestly, we didn t even understand their English. They talked like a robot. There are plenty of tables to dine-in but there were no plates, no disposables or whatsoever, they offered us a paper!?! Lol. We ll never go back! (Just this branch)

Dont give this location your business... they dont want it I ordered off the pizza hut website. When my pizza cane, the delivery person decided it was a good idea to criticize my choice of location. I phoned the location to let them know that the delivery person has issues with their website and that is in no way my fault. To add insult to injury, they couldnt refund the automatic tip to the driver.... Nothing happened and they dont care.

When they opened the franchise at this location, the pizzas were delicious with good ingredients. Now they are cheap with the ingredients, you are lucky to find a pepperoni in a slice of pizza.

You can Dine in but not use washroom. Food was good

Waste of real estate. I ordered a large instead was given a small in a large box. They pizza was tasteless and oily. When I called to let them know I got the wrong size the staff was incredibly rude and essentially just told me too bad. Didn t realize it was the same incompetent staff as the double pizza that closed down in the same location. Hopefully they will be gone for good soon

Mostly a delivery place. If you sit in, food served with paper plates and plastic utensils in boxes just like you would have gotten if you had your food delivered to your home. Employees were cold in their approach and made us feel like we were bothering them.

I will never get food from this store! I had the worst pizza imaginable ,the taste and smell was horrible like the ingredients went bad. Plus they put a lot of onions I felt like I was eating a curry pizza. You have lost a customer.

If you like Pizza Hut, this is a good place to order Pizza. Their pizza are good and they have good choices on the menu. They have good prices and every day you can also order the pizza of the day for a medium pizza for around 10$. You can also save more money by ordering 1 pizza and getting the second one for a lower cost, etc.

This Pizza Hut is a nice place to get pizza of your choice. I like the way they cook the crust of the pizza. There are a sufficient number of toppings to choose from. They have special everyday like BUY a large pizza for $17.99 and get upto 4 medium pizza for 5 dollars each. The behavior of the service people are excellent and very friendly. I buy bread sticks for over 25 years i came across this location few months ago i ordered breadsticks waited 20 min, i open the box i see ketchup i went back to ask the employee since when they give ketchup he said we run out of suces. Unprofessional i advised 3101010 about this location. Bunch of amateurs since pizza hut locations closed down those location make bad name for the brand. I never went back to this location. Idiot workers. I didn t even ask for refund. This review will make you loose thousand of clients. And thousand of dollars.

DONT ORDER HERE,If youre here wondering if you should order pizza from this store, then dont. Theres a good dominos just down the road. This store cant even keep up with an order. Odered 2 stuffed cheese crust and i got none. I was so famished by then I just ate the pizza. I just lost 10$. If yourre the owner/manager reading this know that youre losing a lot of money because of incompetency.

Last time I ordered I received the wrong order. They said they would give me 50% off my order the next time. They removed 4 dollars off my pizza, WHICH THEY GOT WRONG AGAIN, A SECOND TIME. I received a pan pizza with no taste whatsoever. Basically all crust, no sauce and tasteless cheese. Don t even get me started about the rest of my order. It is completely inedible and has ruined my perception of Pizza Hut. At least the Diet Coke is good.

Checked them out on their first Friday. Manager was very on top of orders, calming people down because people had been waiting. He gave me a free 2 liter Pepsi for waiting - What a good guy! The people understood that the restaurant just opened. Next time will be quicker. The food was worth the wait though. I will be back. So glad to have a pizza hut in the neighborhood after the Decarie one closed. Maybe we couldnt support a huge restaurant like that one but the one on Cote St Luc Rd is small and mostly take out/delivery.

Its nice to see Pizza Hut backin NDG but its not like I remember. I dont know if its the owners of this Pizza Hut that are cutting corners but the pizza was subpar very bland. I ordered an all dressed with added bacon for $18 and 14 traditional wings for $15 plus the $4 delivery fee and taxes it was $41 for disappointment. The pizza had almost no sauce and the topings were none existent, the chicken wings were supposed to be a glossy delight turned out to be something you would order from pizza rodi. I expect more coming from a huge franchise like Pizza Hut. Tried it out for the first time in a very long time and was disappointed I wont be ordering again its way over priced for something thats a C-.

Tried it twice and each time my order was not cooked in the middle: Pizza; cheesy bread; cinnamon roll each of them were raw in the middle both times.

I was so happy to see double pizza was closed and pizza hut opened there instead... Same staff as double pizza, probably same owners and same garbage service and extreme incompetence. I hope head office will sort out this mess. Their only good employee is the tall guy with glasses. Hes always polite, works very hard and at a fast pace. I would avoid this place if you dont like disappointment.

I have been at this location 3 times. it has improved from Double pizza days. Food is nice. During rush hours , you may have to wait a bit due to too many orders. I do see continous improvement in their preparation time compared to two weeks ago.

Good pizza offers

Greasy crust and I am pretty sure our delivery man held the pizza boxes vertically the entire trip... Also its pretty expensive. Dominos is half the price for better pizza.

There was a problem with the app when I wanted to order the triple delights box . Then, I tried on the computer too but it doesnt work. Looks like there is a bug. I decided to call and order over the phone. The person who answered me kept saying sorry wait two seconds wait a minute. They couldnt even take my order. I dont even know what hes supposed to do other than take the order over the phone. After waiting he hung up in my face. After a while someone else called me to take the order. I encountered the same problem. the person called me who wanted to take my order didnt even have time to take the order. He kept asking me to wait. Horrible services. The application doesnt work like the world, the website doesnt work like the world and the workers dont work like the world!!
