The waitress looked straight into the paying device and asked me why I didn t put the tip if I said everything was good. She was looking deadly into my eyes while asking. I m not going to come back to this location after this.

Its good but nothing special, the kind of place you stop at when passing by. The eggs are not marinated. The gyozas are very good. Decent portions.

The Tonkotsu ramen is very traditional but a bit on the salty side.

Sansotei branch The taste is always the same and consistent. I liked that they even added corn instead of eggs (but corn has a strong taste, so I recommend playing it separately from the soup). What I always eat is Tonkotsu Nua, but other things seem to be delicious too.

theres no vegan options but that s not the issue, the issue was that they laughed at my ask and treated me as if i demanded the most complicated thing. very strange encounter there s plenty of better ramen spots nearby.

Very good ramen in a chic and unpretentious setting. Super friendly service. The menu offers classics but also surprises like a clam and tomato ramen! There is beer and a terrace. What more could you ask for? I will definitely go back.

Pretty good, pretty good

The worst ramen that Ive ever eaten. No flavor at all and very poor in content. Just a little bit of pork belly and an egg. Maybe I came in a bad that but I was with high expectations because of the reviews and by the end it was the worst ramen i tried. Also waitress almost spilled the ramen all over my colleague and they seemed not to be interested in serving you.

The service was exceptional, and the food was superb. The Gyoza served as a flavorful and crunchy starter. For the main course, the Tonkatsu ramen with thin noodles and extra chashu was delightful. The portion size was just right, making it an ideal choice for a chilly evening.

Amazing ramen, perfect for a rainy day! The dark miso ramen was redolent of garlic, full of mushrooms and pork, peppery but not overly spicy. Partner s tomato ramen was also full of umami.

I recently visited Sansotei Ramen in Motreal and had an incredibly disappointing encounter with Shunya (apparently he is one of the managers). From the moment I entered the restaurant, it was evident that the individual serving me was disinterested and rude He also responded curtly and with a dismissive attitude. The lack of professionalism was glaring. He handled my queries with impatience, barely acknowledging my presence as a customer. It was evident that he had no interest in providing quality service or addressing my concerns. Furthermore, his demeanor bordered on outright hostility. His tone was brusque, and his body language conveyed annoyance. I left the establishment feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Overall, my experience was marred by the behavior of this particular employee, and Im hesitant to return in the future if such treatment persists.

I passed by the place by chance and my friend and I decided to have dinner there and I can say that I dont regret it at all! Very nice warm place. The food was very good, generous portions and the staff very friendly. A special thank you to our server Philipe!

The food was a horrific experience eating it made me appreciate life and moms food. For 20 bucks you get a bowl of noodles a bit of black fungus, scallions and 2 slices of poorly cooked chashu with broth. THE BROTH WAS THE WPRST PARTto mention to loud blasting DJ music out of nowhere. The service was just normal

Very good ramen, quick service

This is specifically about the service in the restaurant. One day I asked my friend out to have the dinner here, but unfortunately I had an emergency call and had to pack up the food to go. I asked the waitress to bring a box and helped me to pack the untouched the food. At the same time, I paid a 15% tips even though I barely received any service. Once he bought the take out box, and I asked him to help me pack it since I might poured the soup out. Then he said he was too busy to help me this and insisted not help me this. Eventually the soup was poured over the table. This service definitely doesn t deserve a 15% tips, and I think I will never come back to this restaurant anymore.

A great dining experience with delicious food but the highlight was the impeccable service of the staff. We came as a family of 6 on Sunday afternoon. We were greeted and served by a very beautiful young lady, sadly we forgot to ask her name. She explained to us so clear about the menu; she was so sweet and kind. We then had Tonkotsu Black, Tonkotsu Plus and Miso Black ramen. Everything was made perfectly with good portion size to leave us satisfied, and the flavors of the soup blended beautifully. Everyone was very happy with their dishes, we will definitely return. Service was perfect from the beginning to the end: the lovely young lady took very good care of us the whole time. We look forward to another wonderful dining experience soon.

I discovered this ramen place and ordered a Shoyu ramen. It was delicious. The meat was tender and my broth was tasty. In addition, my glass of water was never empty and the toilets were spotless. I plan to go back and try another one of their specialties.

I ve went to their St Catherine location multiple times. Now, it s closer to me; it s nice to visit. As a chain, you can expect what you see at other Sansotei. It seems they changed their tomato broth ramen; it s more of a Laksa or seafood broth than tasting any tomato purée. I still enjoy Sansotei s broth and noodle than the popular chains downtown like Misoya, Tsukoyomi, or Kinton.

First experience this afternoon. There were 4 of us and we all liked our respective dishes. The service was fast and courteous, the employees smiling! A big thank you for the service in French, it is much appreciated!

The food is really good. There is never much people, so it is a good alternative when you do not know where to eat.

While not my favorite ramen personally, the restaurant is excellent. Delicious, prompt service, good portion sizes and good prices. The chairs were so comfortable! However, I do wish the staff was a little less attentive. I dont need to be bothered every five minutes.

Brand-new restaurant, beautiful and clean. We have come here a few times, and the ramen consistently maintains high quality. The noodles are chewy, and the broth is good, not overly salty. Although the bowl appears small, its deep, making it just right for me not too much or too little. I love the Spicy Tantan and Shoyu ramen. The Tomato ramen is surprisingly good; the broth is light and refreshing. Fried chicken is good, too. The serving accurately matches the pictures on the menu, complete with two half eggs a small detail but a significant bonus for us. Noteworthy is the availability of chili powder, a detail some places overlook or charge extra for. The staff is nice and friendly, and the waiting time for food is quite fast. Keep up the good work!

Chicken ramen was so good on a cold day and the service was impeccable. 5 stars from me.

The ramen was DELICIOUS. Savoury, clear, and umami broth with perfectly cooked noodles. Toppings were pickled to perfection. Every bite was delicious. Prices are good for good proportions. Service was good it s just I got a little pressed by the manager for not leaving a tip. Would still go back for the food though, highly recommend.

The place is not even open yet. We drove all the way there, paid for parking, just to find out on their window that they are opening sometime in the future.

Food looked so good and tasted amazing! I forgot to take a before picture. Finishing up their simple set here with added chilli oil and Ghizlane with green onions and ginger! Yummmm the drink in the back is relish capicol I think try it out!

This restaurant opened very recently in the St Catherine location and I was very excited to try it out. They did not disappoint! The service was fantastic from start to finish and all the staff were very kind and attentive. I ordered the Spicy Tantan which was quite delicious and the pork in it was super flavourful so i would recommend this dish. The yuzu cheesecake was a great choice for a dessert as well! Atmosphere was cozy and we felt very welcomed. Will be coming back again :)

The service gets an 11/10. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food came very quickly. I ordered the Spicy Tantan. It was really good. It won t blow you away or anything, but it was still very good. Overall, really great spot. I ll be back again to try some of the other dishes.

Going to give 5 stars because the staff is amazing & everything is clean, fresh, well taken care of & yummy. My only points being lost are towards the music being way too loud. Some people dont mind this, it personally gives me a headache. Nothing else to complain about.

It s not open every time I pass by, but this time I saw it was open! I went in and tried it right away. The taste was as good as ever. It was much bigger than the one near Chinatown, and the decoration and layout of the restaurant was also much spacious. In addition to the ramen that I usually order, I also tried the beef rice bowl, which is a small bowl that usually contains rice, and it tasted good.

5 stars falls short, the flavor is incredible, the service is very good. We ordered Noir épais (a delicious flavor, the caramelized onion gives it an incredible touch), another one we ordered was Miso Épais with a touch of Ginger but subtle, perfect for spicing it but not fragrant it. Very quick service and delicious ramen

Ordered two Tonkotsu Black and two side dishes. I like that all their ramen has the eggs, one of my fave item. Also the broth is so delicious! I didn t feel thirsty afterwards (for those who are worried about msg). For me, it is the best ramen place in town!
