Excellent breakfast, great portions, great price.

Very slow service even if the place is 3/4 empty. Water is not offered right away. You have to ask for a glass of water specifically and there will be no spontaneous refills...

Its a great place to have a drink with colleagues on a weekend evening. The parking lot is spacious and the cold beer and plentiful snacks are great value for money.

Horrible experience. Food took over 3 hours to get there and only 1/3rd of it came in the end. The second it gets busy they get overwhelmed. Sad

Could be a one-of deal but food took several hours to come. Our poor waitress was working as hard as she could to cover like 25 tables by herself on a Stanley Cup final game night. Not fair to her, please staff more workers on big sports nights...

I m very sad about the experience we got during the game yesterday. Very much understaffed, just one busboy for the whole place and the hostess that was controlling more than 15 groups. It was not fair for her to be hosting and also doing even more than she was supposed to. She helped everyone with the tvs and volume, when our waitress was ignoring us she came and helped us. If you re gonna work during a major sport event, be prepared and treat customers nicely. Kid-friendliness: tv, some distracions

I went there for the game yesterday with no reservation and I could tell it was pretty packed, tho the hostess named Irianna was super friendly and found a way to help us out. We got our table, order our drinks but no food cause the waitress told us we couldn t yet, an hour passes by and no contact from our server. The only one trying to help us was the hostess who then became busgirl, she was not just trying to help us but many tables. I hope you get prepared for events like this cause your workers shouldn t be doing the job of others.

Went yesterday for the soccer match CAvsPE, ordered escargot and everything perfect. I always choose MANOIR when it comes to sport évents, great spot!!

Each time we ate at the Manoir NDG, the meals were delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. The Manager, Louis, oversees a well organized team. Its always a pleasant atmosphere.

The service was terrible, ordered porc souvlaki was given chicken instead. The entire dish was tasteless. The other plate was smoke meat, which was dry. The experience was undesirable. The food was garbage.

Not bad at all; the restaurant is nice and clean. The service was quick, and everyone was very nice. I only had fries, which were quite good, so I cant complain. The service was odd this time around. They didnt have the beer we wanted (Bud), and they didnt give us enough wings. Nachos werent cooked either. Go there for the sports; stay for the possible sightings of people coming out of the Amazons (saucy).

It took 1h 30 min to get nachos with beef steak just to arrive with no beef steak , then they brought me overcooked burnt nachos cold with beef steak , during the whole night it would take 30 min to get servers attention . Ordered fried calamari got the soggy Super C version took 50 min. All this during UFC 300. Missed old PJs and quality... save your money go somewhere else or stay home. I used to be a regular . Not anymore, last time for me. I usually dont judge bathrooms but they couldnt even afford soap or working soap dispensers , neither all faucets worked , their prices are fairly high for its quality so I wonder how they survive ...

They forgot to put the chicken in the crispy chicken sandwich. When I showed the waitress she was appalled and brought it back to the kitchen. Took another 15 minutes before they came back with a sandwich with any meat in it. By that time my friend had already finished eating his salad. Should have ordered the salad instead. All was ok in the end.

Surprisingly kid friendly. Typical sports bar, but has 2 main zones, bar & restaurant. Food service on both sides. Divisional championship football gave the night we were there so atmosphere was loud.

Cant say anything about the food, we were never even served!!! Waited 15 minutes, then when no one served us... we left. If there is staffing issues, then manager and owner need to step in and help. NOT impressed.

The food and service have greatly improved since covid. Very spacious restaurant so you can talk and not have to shout. I would recommend this place.

The food usually is pretty good here, especially breakfast. We were there just before 11:00 in the morning and waitress told us it was too late for breakfast. We were about to leave and somehow an all day breakfast menu appeared. Waitress was not very pleasant and because of that will likely not return.

No service. Waiting to be served while bar tender/waitress talks to friend at the bar. Terrible. This all happened this friday 19th January around 9pm till 10pm.

Before leaving the negative notes that need to be said. I must first say the situation has nothing to do with the waitress who was pleasant and respectful. As well as for the food was exactly as you would expect for the price in terms of portion, size and quality. The issue at Hand has to do with management of the space, in particular, how one manager handle the situation and then continue to have an Escalate. The manager in question is named is Mark as he made sure I was aware of his name. It started when myself and my companion asked him. If there s something we can do due to the noise level of the table next to us, please note that the restaurant itself was relatively empty, and there was plenty of room to relocate us. However, as opposed to offering to add the football game, we were watching to a TV elsewhere in the restaurant his reply was and I quote this is a bar, what do you expect. To me, this is a very unprofessional way to of handled it, but I sat there for a few minutes. As of the table next to us continue to escalate their noise, playing their card game. my companion went to ask Mark about having a put on another TV seeing as that was not originally offered. The manager continued to talk to us in a negative way, almost as if he was doing us a major favour by changing the channel on another screen. At that moment, I decided it was time to leave and said, you know what. Let s pay our bills and leave. Mark proceeded to turn around and tell us that we were not welcome that we were wrong, I then let him know that I run multiple businesses with higher revenues in his one location, and that if any of my managers were to speak to a client the way he was, addressing us there would be some sort of disciplinary action. That his remarks were not appropriate and that we were going to leave. Mark then asked if I was threatening his job. I did not reply as I am not his boss. My colleague and I paid our bills, I had left a tip. My friend originally did not. The waitress then commented about that. I then explained to him that it was not the waitresses fault that he should leave her a tip while Marc was arguing over, is telling the waitress not to worry, he would tip her as if I was the problem. I tried politely to let him know that it was gonna take care of properly as it was not the waitresses want to eat. She decided that I was done, giving him an attitude and started to get into my face. I then asked him if I should be recording this conversation that played for the ownership group that he works for, I was going to continue to become more aggressive with me telling me I was no longer welcome there ever and I should leave. At this point, as we were still walking out towards the door, quietly and calmly, he continued to Brade me with comments like, are you leaving? Do I need to call the police? When the only one raising your voice or throwing a temper tantrum was him. I suggest that you avoid this place like the plague, until they fix the issues with management.

Large cavernous barnlike immediately next to a bar. Enjoyed the space and service, not how the sound of everything was everywhere too loud.

Ive been going there for years now. Ample free parking and the service is excellent. The manager, Lewis, looks after every details to ensure a great experience. The breakfast menu is varied and generous. No matter how you like to start your day, they have it and theyll serve it with a smile.

I was trying to support local and really wanted to try their nachos. I requested NO OLIVES and light on Jalapenos and what I received is full of Olives ..too many to just pick off...I am so disappointed and will give this away to a nieghbour or throw it out

I watched the Habs opener there and really enjoyed my meal. It was a little pricey but thats pretty much all restaurants nowadays.

I love the Manoir! Wish it was more packed! Its fun. A lot of the food is really good - Brasserie Food - nachos are good - pastas are good - the liver dinner is really good - breakfast is great - beer is great! and so are the shots!! Go, people, go! Its in our neighborhood!

Poor quality.

Good value for the portions of food, the taste was good, nothing too special for your average sports bar. Good selection and options, pasta, pizza, burgers to fish n chips. Service was a little wonky. Server was nice but appeared scattered. Didnt ask us for dessert before the bill, didnt ask us for more drinks, he brought my appetizer and meal at the same time. Venue is nice though, big screens for the game, and the awesome surround sound and speakers. The bar looks really nice too, modern. Would go back for cheap meal with large portion, definitely good for beer and game.

Ordered 5 Holiday Plates from the Special Holiday Menu For a December 24th pickup. Didnt have to wait long, servings were big enough that we all had leftovers for a snack later. All were satisfied and impressed with the quality of the meal. Also noticed the prepared meals fridge while there. Will be looking into this very soon.Thanks for the great meal.

Poutine and pancakes were good. There isn t enough sugar in Montréal to save the coffee. The coleslaw is inedible. Service was good but disorganized for the most part except for the hostess who is just not suited for the job. The meal was not spectacular but I was having a nice time with my daughter. At the end of the meal she ate something that was burning her mouth . There was no water on the table (never brought) so I waved to the hostess and asked her for water quickly. The hostess then launched into an explanation that she had plates to bring in. I said fine, please hurry . Minutes go by and I see the hostess talking to another staff member. I flag down our waiter and ask him for the water. Again emphasizing the urgency. He made a stop but still managed to bring the water long before the hostess got to us. I fail to see why a request like My 5 year old needs water doesn t lead to someone dropping what they are doing for 2 minutes to get the kid water but then again I don t run a restaurant. When I told the hostess we had water she tried to admonish me for asking 2 people for water. I said she did not bring the water in a timely manner and please leave us alone. She confronted me and I vented telling her she is was a big part of turning what was a relatively positive experience into a negative one. Will not return obviously.

During the week at lunchtime its quiet. All food we had was very good. Great service from the one waitress covering the whole floor.

Thank you for this hidden camera prank with the waitress last night (Thursday March 17) Very complicated evening with the waitress who didnt understand anything. From start to finish, from the 3 wrong orders to the bill, it was a fiasco. We tried in French, English and showing the names on the menu. It took the intervention of the 2nd sapper. She wasnt bad, just not competent. But it may be bad training, it should be reviewed in your establishment. We were his only table to manage. The food was basic, the key lime pie was very good though. But expensive $7.95 for a small tip. So 2 stars unfortunately. THANKS

Was there to celebrate a birthday ,group of about 20 people. 5 of us were served our appetizers then within two minutes our dinner while the rest waited for over a an hour. We had to bring our appetizers home didnt have time to enjoy them. Because it took so long we had birthday cake in between i assume to fill the gap. One ordered a Pepsi with her meal and got it during cake. Not sure if they were under staffed or not but it was probably the what service Ive ever experienced. The food was adequate, cant really say much about that but will not go back nor refer anyone just based on the lack / bad of service. Quite disappointed.

Service was awful. Waited forever for our drinks, never received water to begin with. Took forever to bring out cutlery. Bar staff had to beg the kitchen to make food. We were a party of 16. Another one of the servers was rude with our group. Just not impressed and an unpleasant experience. Won t be back.

I would give this place more stars, but unfortunately the service is horrible!! I really hope they make some changes to their staff, because if it werent for the poor service i would go there alot more since Their breakfast is good.

Came for early breakfast. The service from our waitress Joane was exceptional! The breakfast was served with lots of fresh fruit and was delicious. The portions are large and the prices very reasonable. I would certainly recommend this place!

I was hesitant to go there after reading reviews. I usually go to Manoir Lachine, but once UFC PPV was only on at St-Jacques location so i tried it out! So far been there twice, Brandy is super nice and friendly!!! Pizza and frenchfries were great, nice clean place, would go back!

The service was slow, taking at least 1h30 the waitress was not concentrating at all making a table wait 20 minutes to collect the bill we simply left leaving the money on the table hoping that she would return to the table one day to collect the money Very noisy place, the waitresses let their customers shout without even warning them, this quickly gives you a headache

Great food. The wings are out of this world. Fried regular and sweet potato are great, awesome. Their onion rings superior to say a&w, etc. Their fish and chips is good but batter lacked something otherwise a great two chunks of good quality fish. Their Cesar salad with chicken breast is superb.

I used to go to PJs Pub until it closed. Im glad this place opened so I can still enjoy the food. I like how bright it is with all the windows around. And they have TVs around, which occupied my daughter a little (its a pub, but they allow kids in the front section away from the bar). This time, I went with a couple of people who were in from out of town and they liked it too. The manager greeted us at the door and was very pleasant. He helped to bring our food to the table, too. Its nice to see a manager wholl get down and work with his staff rather than stand back and bark orders at everyone. The waitress was ok too. I think she was having an off day, or maybe she was new. She wasnt rude or unpleasant at all, she just seemed mentally distracted, like she was just going through the motions of the job. I do have to say that she was distracted enough to slow her service down, though. The food itself was very yummy, as usual. Between all of us, we ordered a bacon cheeseburger, poutine, chicken burger, all dressed sub, chicken wings, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. Everything was very tasty! They also have freezer meals of their food, which is such a great idea! Ill definitely be going back.

Very good food, good atmosphere for sport and reasonable prices. On the other hand, the service is a little slow, but with the current situation I can understand.

I mostly go there for breakfast. Big plates for small price and, delicious. Beer is quite cheap as well for the Happy hour and also Monday , Tuesday, pretty much giving the beer (3,50$ for a pint)

I frequent the NDG location and this is one of my go-to breakfast spots. They have a $10 special that is simply massive. There are a number of TVs sprinkled throughout the restaurant making it a great place to watch sports while you eat. There are booths and tables as well as a long bar if you prefer that option.

For the Cage aux Sports type of place! Very honest and very good and affordable!! Clean! Space! Nice people!

First and last time going to this establishment!!! Majority of beers on tap taste horrible or the dispenser did not work. Manager claims there is a shortage in beers. Nachos were burnt and the taste was horrible. Only positive review is for the server.

This place has a lot of room for improvement. I wished it was somewhat similar to the old PJs but we are far from it. It feels cold, there are not many drink options, and service is hard to get. Location is great though and so much could be done to make this place great !
