Absolutely lovely local bring-your-own-wine bistro. We ordered the multi-course table d'hôte and the food was fantastic; well-presented, interesting textures and flavours. Loved their bouchons Lyonnais (classy!). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was especially exciting that evening, as there was a couple celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with their family, singing and dancing! Would definately go again!
Amazing atmosphere, decor and service. Food is decent. Love the BOYB element
Had the meal of our lives here on a Thursday night. Absolute perfection. The octopus and scallops were some of the best I’ve ever had.
We went for Mtl a Table and honestly it was just “alright” the proportions were too small
Very different experience and you realize it as soon as you come in. The decor is funky and they use socks instead of napkins. Overall food was very average. Had the duck, the duck itself was good, but the sides were meh. It did not feel complete. My friends also found the food just okay. It is always nice to have a bring your own wine but I think I will not be coming back.
Lovely slow paced tapas culinary experience! Fantastic spinach strawberry salad, scallops and shrimp, mushroom risotto, crème anglaise, and chocolate tourte with raspberry coulis. Everything super fresh and thoughtfully prepared! Warm, charming service, very personalized and eclectic ambience.
My gf and I really enjoyed the food during the week of Mtl à table. The decorations are very original. However we find our waiter need more trainings. We were utterly insulted/offended when he asked if we paid as we were leaving. Context: we paid in the front as he didn't come with the machine and honestly if he stopped there, we would have considered as an honest mistake but as his colleague said yes they paid, he then replied what, it's a good question to ask... Night would have been perfect if it wasn't for this incident
Cozy, original and a great experience. Took my 9yo kid and we both enjoyed our meal. My recommendation; order multiple side dishes rather than a main course meal so you can taste various things, the cuisine is exquisitely french.
The decor is good but it lacks maintenance! There was dust and cobwebs on the ceiling decorations... The service was good, nothing to complain about! The food was my biggest disappointment. I have nothing against paying $30 or $40 for a main course, but I expect quality. My $30 soup tasted like soup in a can....very very small portion.....seriously I was amazed. My starters were the same... the taste was not there, the price was exorbitant for what was offered. I unfortunately believe that this is the kind of restaurant that is riding the wave of this category of restaurant that can afford to charge $40 for a dish but does not deliver the goods.... my experience is better as it is. major, bird bar, scoundrels, blind pig, islands, for example.
Very nice design
I really appreciated the kindness of the staff, simple, unpretentious. A gay friendly establishment. The food is good nothing more, maybe thats my personal experience. Is the cake a little too hot?
Beautiful restaurant with vintage decor. Lots of nods to the former occupation of the premises. Personalized and pleasant service. Local food, beautiful presentation and adequate portion A nice restaurant to adopt
A very beautiful, atypical restaurant with EXCELLENT seasonal cuisine! We can t wait to come back to taste the other dishes that we weren t able to taste! Excellent service! Great experience!
The food was excellent we ate the cassoulet and the casserole which I highly recommend!!! The friendly and courteous service, very friendly!!!
it was simply extraordinary, even the vegetables were tangy with such excellence that I will never forget them just wow
The scallop dish is the worst thing I have eaten in a long time. Too bad because the 3 scallops seemed of good quality. Good tartare, salad with no taste. Octopus starter, meh with a side of olives. Pudding ok. Very very ordinary service. Disappointing experience in summary.
Average service (slow due to lack of staff) We ask for entry without a lawyer, entry arrives with a lawyer Fish was not cooked: you re right, you re the third person to tell us, the chef is on vacation. If you are unable to provide a service worthy of the price paid, close your doors during the chefs vacation. In the end 135d for two for a dish and a menu with fish that could not be eaten The tartare which was the only thing I liked on the menu came with chips, no home fries.. Of course it s a bring your own wine option but at this price I prefer to eat well elsewhere..
Always an exceptional evening in the company of the establishment s wonderful team! They know how to renew their generous menu, having equal success with meats, ocean products and seasonal vegetables. We recommend the experience for this must-see in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district!
Friendly atmosphere, authentic and refined cuisine, as if you were visiting grandparents, honest portion, be careful not to forget the chocolate cake, its worth it
I love this neighborhood restaurant, the food is very good, the service is impeccable, always relaxed and well received. 5 stars! Dietary restrictions: Suitable for celiacs
Super friendly service, succulent cuisine and a slightly humorous menu, decoration made from recycled materials and white stockings instead of napkins. Not expensive at all for the quality!
Wow and wow!! A re-discovery ! We found our old neighborhood and this restaurant which used to be good...but now has reached an exceptional level. A beautiful menu full of great adventures for your mouth AND you can bring your own wine. Quickly, go ahead
Very good, a little expensive for the quantity and what is served.
A mischievous histrionics has strewn pearls through the menu and the eclectic decor. You will not fail to smile while savoring the authentic, inspired and warm cuisine.
Surprising decor. Friendly and attentive service. Excellent food.
The place with its history! Very nice staff and very nice food! Some dishes I have never tasted before! It was special! By the way I recommend the duck confit
Very good! Traditional or revisited dishes. Quantity more than correct. Attentive and friendly welcome Fair price. We will come back!
Delicious! Exquisite flavors, Bertrand is a real chef!
Original decor, pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. Good cuisine from the south west of France based on duck and vegetarian options. We will definitely come back to try all the dishes!
Awesome place.
Warm neighborhood atmosphere, refined cuisine, impeccable service. A great discovery!
Yesterday we celebrated a friends birthday. There were 8 of us and we had the 5-course menu. The portions are generous, the cuisine is tasty, the service is impeccable and what can we say about the kindness of the owners with whom we chatted for a good time. We will come back without hesitation, thank you for this beautiful moment, Our friend was won over!
Fine, refined cuisine, homemade dishes, seasoned to perfection, delicate, original nuances for excellent value for money An original decoration, eclectic and cozy and friendly at the same time And last but surely not least , an exceptional team, smiling, welcoming and so competent! ... you will have understood, this discovery has a taste of come back ... and that is what we will do.. thank you again the Cabotins and see you soon Vegetarian options: A wide choice
Superb place! Original, unique, beautiful almost family welcome! My 4* for the cuisine is very personal, it was excellent, tasty, but too rich/fatty for my taste. A little green (asparagus for example) would be welcome. But excellent restaurant and I will definitely return!
Amazing experience! The decor, the different exhibitions of works of art, the unique napkins, the mushroom meals and the service..! It was so perfect! Thank you for existing Vegetarian options: Burgundy mushroom meal
The place is decorated upside down! Upside down the items. The service is courteous! The food is very questionable, especially the main dishes. I ordered the mushroom bourguignon and it was missing sauce, the large uncooked mushroom it was a terrible experience. My companion the fish which arrived on foil, no good way to present the food and lacked spices. On the other hand the onion soup was excellent.
Super nice restaurant, friendly and original decor. The staff is friendly and laid back, although sometimes a little disorganized. Once one of the people at our table received all their dishes (tapas style formula) at least thirty minutes before we quietly began to receive ours. It was good, but a little disappointing for the price. On the other hand, we once again took the 5-course formula which was divine!!! Bringing your own wine is worth it too!!! This was my favorite restaurant a few years ago, but it seems that the quality is sometimes a little lower now; but its still worth the detour!!!
Super friendly service, excellent menu. I loved tasting the purees as a starter.
Superb restaurant without pretensions and with very warm service and atmosphere!
A restaurant that we know quite well and we have always loved the concept, the atmosphere, the cool owners, the tables with a good amount of space between them and the food has always been good including our last visit about a month ago but ....but....we had portions that couldnt have been more minimal for the high price paid! Were still talking about it! We understand very well that restaurants havent had it easy for 2-3 years for many reasons but we were literally chilled by the small portions. We had brought our own wine.
Extremely disappointed in every way! The feeling of being in a $150 canteen. At least the wine we brought was good
A unique and warm place
Good restaurant
Highly recommended
Very ambiguous menu, be careful because it is poorly explained regarding the table dhôtes and invoices full of errors. Really not good food. Starters without taste and very expensive for what is on the plate. Very ordinary and very expensive onion soup $15.00 and bland. Main dishes tasteless and expensive. Dessert I had the unemployed pudding. Room temperature no syrup in the sugar so dry and below a white cake which was massive, in short the one from IGA bought in the metal dish at $5.00 for 2 is better. Restaurant not recommended if the cook and food does not change!!! Wheelchair accessibility: No walking
The servers are so friendly
Thank you Bertrand and Yves and your team for your warm welcome. Plus, we had a blast!
A pleasant visit and a great experience for this bring your wine restaurant. The unusual decor is fun and intriguing. The staff was courteous and helpful, although the service was a little slow at the end of the evening. The onion soup and wagyu tartare were good but not exceptional. All the same, a great discovery of this restaurant, I will come back with pleasure to discover the next menu proposed!
During my partners birthday, the whole team set out to serve more than 20 people at the same time. Congratulations to the whole team
Waitress, waiter and owners are excellent! Thanks also to the cooks who prepare these delicious dishes for us, we chose 7 together, we are very full!
Launch of my first novel last night in this magical place that exudes human warmth and respect. Zero pretension. Tasty cuisine, enveloping decor. An address to know by heart.
Tapas formula. It s a somewhat minimalist cuisine in terms of ingredients; there is little in the dishes. This way, you taste each component better once in your mouth. It s generally a success! The dishes are thoughtful and enjoyable, and the ingredients are fresh. On the other hand, it sometimes lacks flavor and could benefit from being a little more spicy (spicy or marinated) in my opinion. But I also respect the approach. The octopus was delicious. Baby potatoes, delicious too. The beef tartare, also tasty. Service OK. Table outside a little shaky. Relaxed atmosphere. Good experience overall!
Always a warm welcome with a friendly team in a quirky setting that I really like. The food is top notch. We had our wedding reception there and we are particularly delighted with our choice which totally suited our tastes. And they largely met our expectations.
Neighborhood restaurant offering good value for money with local products, atypical and creative setting.
Its our favorite restaurant :) Everything is delicious! Its a special place in Montreal.
Excellent neighborhood restaurant with a superb welcome, beautiful atmosphere and excellent service! The food is delicious and well executed.
Favorite restaurant with exploded menu Bring your own wine
Superb discovery! Original and vintage restaurant, excellent food and Quebec products. The service is very good and prices affordable. Finally another beautiful restaurant to discover in the east of Montreal. A big thank you to Steve.
Succinct menu, very mediocre starter, very light main course, three little pieces of Broccoli fighting a duel, expensive for what it is, disappointing dish at over 30 dollars. Much better in the past. Square is there MPa
PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT!!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: No walking!
A delectable menu! Outstanding service and a fantastic atmosphere. What a beautiful moment! What a great team! A huge thank you.
Lots of fun. We have to come back.
Great discovery through MtlÀTable. Pleasant evening with friends around a good meal with truly exceptional table service! Well done to the whole team.
Unfortunately very disappointed with this restaurant for the kitchen side. However, we really liked the atmosphere/the completely offbeat decoration which made us smile, but its frustrating not to have the same surprise on the plate. Visited during Montreal at the table by taking the table dhôte. The tuna tataki was without any flavor, we make it much better ourselves at home. The duck was good but nothing exceptional. All dishes were generally disappointing. And we found it expensive for the quality. Maybe they werent very accomplished dishes because of the special menu... But I wont take the risk of coming back unfortunately.
2023-11: mtl at the table. I found the kitchen uneven. The duck leg was also well preserved, very soft, very tasty. All it needed was a crispy skin otherwise this dish would have been perfect. The salmon mousse, the lobster bowl and the chocolate cake were rather average. The wagyu meatball (the presentation would benefit from being more careful), the plate of cold meat, the wagyu skewer were good.
Food with sophisticated flavors, all in a relaxed atmosphere and funky decor. It feels like home. My first visit as part of Mtl à table, but had heard good comments already from friends. I will return and definitely recommend.
Great experience, great service, very friendly, beautiful decor, pleasant atmosphere, low prices.
Bad experience unfortunately at this restaurant We went for the MtlaTable and everything was really not good except the dessert and the bread. The mushroom tartare tasted like grass, the wagyu meatball tasted like normal beef, the tuna tataki was not fresh and the tortellis were bitter. We expected much better, because the reviews are good on Google, but it is very disappointing. In addition, our server (young, long hair and has a beard) was really not great, very silent, didnt ask us if the dishes were good, got the wrong dishes and also dropped the dishes without apologizing. One of our glasses already had lipstick on it too. For $122 for 2, you can go elsewhere.
We reserved our table (Montreal à table) on October 29 for November 17 at 8 p.m. When we arrived our table wasnt even ready. We waited a good 5 minutes before being seated. We were told directly that wagyu beef was unfortunately no longer available. Its off to a good start! We came for exactly that!! (No mention on their website or Facebook page regarding this lack). The server was not polite. The irony is that we were served after customers who arrived 10 minutes after us. Not very correct. No good appetite on his part. No water. Had to ask. At the menu level. The meatball starter was okay. Wagyu beef. Difficult to say because we didnt feel it. The lobster was good. The dish on the other hand was bland. Vegetables cooked in water without any seasoning. Dessert, a semi-cooked one, arrived cold. Very unfortunate because it tasted like dark chocolate.
Currently at the restaurant for mtl at the table. I reserved a table on October 29 when I arrive, the table is not ready. He explains to you that the wagyu beef skewer is no longer available. No information on the site. Not very correct especially since I only travel for that! Very unfortunate! Menu: Wagyu beef meatball: nice but not wow Charcuterie platter: Grison meat tastes very good. However, the cold meats had been left in the open air and everything was dry. Confit duck leg: good, but its a shame that the skin is not well grilled because its the best. Potatoes and vegetables in water lack seasoning. Soft chocolate: very very chocolatey for me but just a question of taste! Decoration and super calm atmosphere. We had the best table in the restaurant! With a little more rigor in the kitchen, it would be a gem.
Super service. Met two of the owners who work there, super nice. Four service meal was excellent and the decor is truly original. Will definitely be back.
Good food but not excellent. The atmosphere is old and poorly maintained. The food is original but lacks a bit of wow. Offer ground pepper for the main meal? The dessert was excellent.
My reservation being at 5:00 p.m., I always arrive exactly on time. The hostess welcomed me anyway, telling me that my reservation was at 6:30 p.m. There are free tables, so I will still accept you. Even showing her my reservation on Libro... She comes back later to tell me shes the victim of a computer bug. (The eternal excuse to mask incompetence.) I had asked for a table FAR from the kitchen when I made my reservation: she gave me the table next to the kitchen. What is the point of making a request when making a reservation? (I had to insist a little.) In terms of cooking, its good and simple. I asked for a starter of salmon mousse, I received the equivalent of a teaspoon. The grape leaf looks like it came straight out of a can. The temperature of the dishes is between medium hot and lukewarm, closer to lukewarm. The decoration? You have to like the genre, of course. Luckily the service is excellent, impeccable. Thanks to this very friendly waitress. What saved this meal and the disastrous reception.
We went for Mtl to table on Sunday the last evening. Each restaurant we visited was chosen by studying the menus. So this one for the wagyu skewer which does not appear on the menu we are given and we are not told about this change when the menus are distributed. I show our waitress the proposed menu and tell me its the last evening and there are no more, thats all. We could have been offered something for compensation as we expected to eat the menu listed on the site. We want to encourage Montreal restaurants even though we are an hours drive away and the menu is very important. The waitress spilled my Norman hole on the table and wiped it all off with a napkin. They brought us bread at our request but did not fill the butter. We were never served our wine and no explanation of what we were served. The tortellini were quite bland and the mix of textures was not there. For me I took the lamb skewer which replaced the wagyu one, perfect cooking but very ordinary accompaniments. With each plate we felt that the waitress was eager for Mtl à table to finish. We were recommended this restaurant with an unusual decoration and its wow but for the rest its nothing more. Parking: a free Sunday evening
Nice atmosphere but very noisy, original decor. I still had trouble with the napkins on the plate and my dish was served to me completely cold
Restaurant with successful eclectic decor. We were 4 people Saturday evening December 9, 2023. Restaurant 30% full, little atmosphere obviously. The dishes are expensive at $34 per plate and the portions are very small. In my opinion the portions are poorly calculated, one plate is not enough for one person and 2 would be too much in quantity and also for the price. Beef skewers, just 1 tiny, not very tender skewer on the plate with lots of potatoes and other vegetables. The tuna tataki, on the other hand, was better proportioned and very good. We can bring our own wine. The service was acceptable. So I do not recommend this restaurant, there are surely other restaurant choices to consider before this one.
Very warm and original restaurant!
Nice atmosphere, good service, I was still hungry after taking the table dhôte option for $70 (good, but small portions) I went to the McDonalds afterwards.
Very disappointing food and overpriced for the quality served. Tartar in no way spicy and served with a salad (Iceberg lettuce yes yes) finely chopped, 2-3 slices of cucumber on top. For dessert, a crème brûlée about 1 cm thick, served in a ramekin that is too large. Anyway, my first and last time.
Hearty meal
Wow! I loved the food, the service, the atmosphere!! Thank you I had a great evening with my friends accompanied by good humor and good food!!! :D
Simply perfect
Friendly restaurant, friendly atmosphere, excellent service, succulent meal. We will definitely return.
Outstanding atmosphere, food and service!! Original decoration, varied and excellent menu, good choices of wines and beers and exceptional staff! A must in the Hochelaga district.
I love going there for brunch on the side terrace. The atmosphere, the menu, the simple and no-frills service will make you want to stay for one last Mimosa!
Original, unusual atmosphere. Good food.
Not empress services good ,food not good.
So tasty English pâté. Perfect puff pastry. Great Queen Elizabeth cake.
Outstanding service. Excellent meals. I will go back again and again!
A small, friendly and original restaurant with a haberdashery theme. Staff full of humor and attention. A cuisine with sought-after flavors and exquisite desserts! And the terrace is super pretty!
Excellent service, the dishes are original and delicious, the atmosphere is unique
An excellent restaurant! They take care of their customers and the food is high quality! Real gastronomy! Classy, really! THANKS!
Good service! Good food
Always exalted, well done to the whole team.
Well done, don t give up!
This is an awesome little local restaurant where the chef wears underwear on his head. Just one of the quirky, funny and eclectic things I love about this restaurant. If you bring a button or any small object (we brought two Scrabble tiles) and some good quality glue you can glue it to the button wall. This place is beyond LGBT friendly. Before COVID-19 there was a private room available for an intimate tête-à-tête. They are presently accepting take-out orders. The food is good. Not great but very good and ordering food there would help keep a little, friendly and fun restaurant afloat during these hard times. Weve eaten there 3 times - order a dirty martini. The burgers were delicious as was the fish. Some of the entrêes were exotic and unusual. The wait staff is super friendly and your food requests are respected. During non-COVID-19 season make a reservation. Well worth it!
Excellent in every way! Very good food!
Big favorite! Great welcome, great service! I always have a pleasant time there with friends and colleagues. Tasty dishes made with local foods that make us say yum throughout the meal. I particularly like the space they give to art exhibitions. In addition, very nice use of recycled materials which add richness and originality to the decor. A restaurant that shares my values. Very excited to go back!
The octopus was well cooked, but the potato salad was bland. I was disappointed that the swordfish accompaniment was also the same potato salad. I didnt realize the dish came with just one scallop. Lots of greenery to fill the plate. I prefer to eat on Ontario Street where other BYOB options have more to offer.
Delicious and inexpensive
A delicious meal and a very warm welcome. Everything was very good with quality products. We will come back often for sure!
More than 3 years in Quebec and WOW my best restaurant discovery, excellent dishes, an unusual place and a wonderful team. Thank you for this wonderful time spent at home with your family!
Great restaurant, the food is excellent and the service too
Very good food. A little pricey for a BYOB ($17 for a starter and $25 for a main course) but it s still worth going
Questionable and VERY slow service. We waited 30-45 minutes between each service. Bland and tasteless food. Exorbitant price for the quality of the dishes. The aperitif bites tasted like canned goods. Presentation may be appetizing. Very disappointing.
Excellent! Good and beautiful starters. Perfectly executed beef tongue (wagyu). Generous pie. Tasty desserts too. Nothing to complain about.
Great appetizers and mains, but the desserts are a little weak.
I adore! Very good meal, very good service, superb evening! How lucky to have such a beautiful place in our neighborhood
Amazing place, food and service. Love the experience and the authentic atmosphere
Terrible service, or no service. Food ok nothing more.
Super nice owner. Impeccable service.
Just a good atmosphere! The food was bad.
Neighborhood restaurant to absolutely discover! Excellent cuisine with very fresh local products. Tasty dishes! Very friendly staff and excellent service in an original decor. Discover the Cabotins en Diable tasty cassoulet and excellent tartiflette, don t miss the sublime chocolate torte.
We ordered the Valentines Day menu and oh what a great dining experience. Whether it was the salmon trio, the tomato cream, the granita, the quail or the raclette... Everything was exquisite. We no longer felt in confinement, we were in Cabotins. Congratulations to the whole team, we will do it again soon because this meal was a real pleasure. We warmly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy a meal.
Very good neighborhood restaurant. Original menu, quality products, tasty dishes. Very friendly staff. To discover!
It was excellent! The service was exemplary! And what can we say about the famous Lynou: adorable! THANKS !
Its a place to visit! Cabotins, never before seen, is a restaurant where everything is upside down and that is what makes it original and its charm. The food is superb. One visit and you will make several more.
We chose this restaurant since their menu for Mtl à Table had lots of options and looked great. We were a little disappointed. We like the idea of the restaurant, that it is a small neighborhood restaurant with an original atmosphere. I like the fact that they dont have a paper menu, but the fact that our server didnt tell us this upon entry gave us a bit of a bad impression of the service. They should create a QR code so that their customers can easily access the menu. We had to look Otherwise, the employees were welcoming and friendly. The presentation of the meals was average, and the food did not live up to its description. The meal was just ordinary. The bread was not hot. My mushroom tart was more like a quarter of puff pastry with pieces of mushrooms decorated with 3 spinach. Ceviche not seasoned enough. My friend had the chocolate tart and it was pitiful... Otherwise, the Alaska bomb was good. We also waited a long time to get our bill... We would have hoped to appreciate the experience better. Simply a big disappointment.
Very nice surprise! I discovered this restaurant yesterday thanks to Mtl à table. The 3 courses were very good, and the service more than excellent! Its as if we had eaten at a friends restaurant, they took great care! Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!
A unique restaurant! Incredible atmosphere with a most comforting culinary experience!
First and last time, as a starter we had a beef carpaccio which had shavings of parmesan which was so dry that it looked like plastic. Afterwards we had a ceviche which consisted of uncut fish fillets stacked on top of each other with marinated vegetables underneath. It was inedible. As for the service, they were happy to take our orders and bring us the dishes. At no time did the servers follow up to see if everything was to our liking. I have spoken highly of the restaurant for a long time but it was a very bitter taste that remained with me at the end of this meal.
I go to this restaurant at least once a month and I am never disappointed. I had a beef carpaccio and it was delicious, the parmesan shavings were cut when serving my plate. Next time Ill try the ceviche, Ill let you know. Thank you dear Cabotins for being our neighborhood restaurant for 16 years. Dont give up, we love you!
Amazing night! Service: impeccable! Food: delicious! The octopus was incredible! Their new scallops & blueberry dish = so flavourful! Cozy and spacious terrace. Definitely coming back. And BYOW what can you ask for more? They even said if you bring your own rhum, they can create cocktails for you. I mean wow!
Delicious meal in a beautiful atmosphere and great service
I had a wonderful dinner here on a Wednesday evening. The terrace is beautiful, with many, carefully tended plants. The service was charming and efficient. Everything we ate was delicious - the food is not overly fancy but made with much care using local ingredients.
Atmosphere Home Food
Excellent food, well presented, original decor.
5 stars and up more. Friday, August 27, 2021. A little-known restaurant, but what a discovery. A warm welcome, a communicative and jovial waiter, a wide choice of menu, I chose the tartare table dhôte: Homemade apple black pudding Wagyu beef tartare and Chocolate torte . A pure delight. A warm welcome, I really recommend it.
Impeccable service, attentive staff, we had a very good meal there.
The food is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxed and the service is extremely friendly, worth discovering!
Dont go there if you are a group. We wanted to go there for the MTL à Table event for a group of 10 people and they told us 2 hours before booking that they were going to charge us $55 per person instead of $39 after telling me the day before that They were going to do something to avoid any costs.
Very good food in a relaxed atmosphere. We love it.
Excellent service, local and delicious food!
Delicious food and interesting decor
Very nice place, good vibe. The tartare could have been more spicy with another inspired menu. Attentive service. We go there with friends.
The place used to be a sewing shop and they kept the theme, which was nice. The decor is pushing the boundaries as it should and I love it. The food is good, although, a bit on the smaller portions. The service is friendly and quick. The fact that its a Bring Your Own Wine is a plus. If you want to have a taste of local produce, its a place to try.
Excellent service, good value for money.... several meal choices at the table dhôte and a lovely cozy vintage atmosphere. And bring your own wine is a plus
The staff is exceptional and the decor is great, its worth the detour
Good value for money! The duck leg confit was delicious and the service very friendly. I also recommend it as a BYOB!
Excellent restaurant, very good service. The wow menu! It was delicious, I highly recommend
The atmosphere, the service, the food, everything was EXTRA! THANK YOU very much for yesterday evening! The table of 7 was delighted
Delicious
Yum yum, eyes full, belly full and heart full. Staff is super welcoming and warm. Plus, very affordable.
Different and casual
Quirky place and great food
First experience of this restaurant thanks to the delivery service set up during confinement! Verdict: top notch! The starters and main courses were hot and delicious! Little extra for the bread, supplied with the dishes! We recommend :)
Delicious and wonderful staff
Family dinner for my childrens birthday....great atmosphere....impeccable service....food that everyone loved...especially the tartare...risotto...and the rabbit... .in addition we bring our wine now.....a detour that is worth it...and God knows I have made detours (restaurants) Thanks to the entire Bertrand and Yves team....
We went to the Cabotins restaurant yesterday and it was delicious. The service was warm. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. A very good neighborhood restaurant.
Bring your own wine, great food, cool service, affordable price, crazy decor. I go there every 2-3 weeks
My first but certainly not my last visit, Saturday September 19, to this very nice restaurant! Excellent and refined food, very attentive service, very pleasant atmosphere, nothing but positives, Luc Gauthier, Montreal.
One year ,our last visit we hope come another time. Thanks, merçi.
The place is original, the staff has no allure and the food is satisfactory. We hope they dont become too popular to continue being so cool.
Very good atypical cuisine, very original, friendly atmosphere, special menu for children and toys to satisfy the expectations of little ones.
Great decor! Very good food! The staff is really cool! Go try
Very friendly staff and a chill environment
Great experience! Quality meals, very reasonable prices, great staff... I have lived two streets from there for two years and I didnt even know... we went back there on Sunday for brunch with always the same quality and the same sympathy !
Delicious
Excellent food good service friendly atmosphere!
Simply Super
This place is so good! The staff is always super smiling and very friendly! The menu always has something new, something to return to all the time. And the decor!! Completely unique!
Friendly chef and very good cassoulet
The servers are naughty and good food $ reasonable
Delicious, refined and unpretentious!
Delicious
Unpretentious restaurant that serves French classics at very reasonable prices. An excellent choice in this area of town.
