Les Momos in Montreal

I wish I had pictures to show how good these momos were .. we ordered steamed veg momos delhi style , makhani momos and kurkure momos. All of them were vegetarian and still they all bad different stuffing and tasted amazing keep up the good work.. also the restaurant is on lower floor from the main road. There are stairs going down. If you are not from the city like me, hoping this would help

I had to wait more than 1 and a half hour to get my order ready. They were very careless. I had to cancel my order and walk out. Very bad service. I am never going back there. Food

The service was absolutely ridiculous. There was only person handling the till, orders, and cleanup for the whole restaurant. It took them 10 minutes to seat us, 10 to take our order. It took 40 minutes to get our order, and then each dish (out of 5!) came out one by one. Terribly slow service. Hire more people! The momos were good, if a little cold by the time they got to us.

Food was absolutely delicious! From the first bite we were totally hooked! The price was reasonable for the quality and taste. Only think they need to improve on is their service, food didnt all come at the same time and there was 10-15 mins between each dish, got our first dish and only got plates for them 10 mins after which I found a bit weird. Also a group of others came and sat after us and ordered what we ordered and somehow got their food before us?? Overall staff are nice people and the food is just soooooooo good!! Will definitely be back again and again!

We loved the food served by Garima I recently tried the momos at les momos and they were absolutely delicious! came here first time , my friend used to visit here often, no doubt food is very delicious but only one girl working , lot of burden on here, everytime we have to wait for her long to order another dish.

We placed a pickup order over the phone and had to wait an hour to get it. When we received the bill, we were charged $56.29 for two food items and one mojito, only to find out we had been charged for an extra item. Mistakes happen, but when they refunded us, they didn t include the tax! Overall, we wasted two hours and the food was just average. Really disappointed with the service.

Had ordered a couple times and was always delighted at the burst of flavors. 3 days ago, I decided to go eat there as I was already in the area. Lucky me, it just so happened to be their 1 year opening anniversary. The staff was really nice and the food was really good, as per usual. Ended up leaving with a nice little gift bag that they were handing out to their customers. Glad I was able to be part of their celebrate and congrats on 1 year!

I love the momos. I have ordered 3 times and each time food was delicious. But the delivery time is ridiculously long. Order in advance. Each time I ordered it took almost an hour and a half to get my food. I live 5 min drive away and my orders were 4 different types of momos so not huge. Would have given 5 stars if it didn t take so long. Food is great though! Edited to reduce rating after tonight s delivery. Driver waited well over 40 mins at the restaurant with them repeatedly saying 10 mins. If the restaurant can t handle delivery orders they shouldn t be on Uber.

we ordered the aghani chicken momos, afghani veg momos, tandoori veg momos and crispy cheese corn momos for takeout, costing $60. we were 2 and quite full, with leftovers, but we were surprised at the size of the momos and thought theyd be bigger. we werent huge on the afghani momos (perhaps our palette) but loved the tandoori ones the most. the crispy cheese corn was also tasty. we would come back to try the paneer and kurkure but likely wont get the afghani again.

We ordered food and thats not spicy enough and when we ask for schezwan sauce they told that its finished and later on we aksed for mayo and they didn t have that as well food taste the same but now service is downgrading day by day

This was my first time ever having Indo-Chinese cuisine, and it was such a good experience. The food was phenomenal. Absolutely delicious, full of flavor, fresh and authentic. I got the chicken Momos, the chicken chow-mein, and the soup Momos. Every single thing was absolutely delicious. Zero complaints for the food. Considering the fact that they had one single employee running the entire establishment. We did not wait that long at all for our food.

We love this little friendly restaurant. They serve delicious momos from Nepal and India with a twist. Everything is made from scratch, fresh and delicious. Our favourites are the tandoori chicken momos, which are delicate with vibrant flavours. We just tried two of the new additions to the menu and they were very good: the chicken club sandwich is apparently a well know Mumbai snack and is absolutely delicious, with a mix of veggies and chicken in a light but tasty creamy sauce; and the mango malai is a delicious dessert made with fresh mango, whipped cream and nuts. They also just renovated to expand the dining room and they have a quaint terrace outside. Very reasonably priced. Service is very friendly.

It took 40 mins around on a lesser busy Thursday night to get our 3 items, that too we got them one by one 15 to 20 mins apart. There was only one girl serving and I am not sure the cooking staff must be single person only, thats why such slow service. We ordered Mango Malai but it was not at all fresh, but the girl was kind enough to understand and return, the hygiene was not maintained well, plates were not fully washed, I could see marks, washrooms were not cleaned and no soap as well. Having said all these I am happy we have a momo place and I think I can go for snacking there, but never on busy days. Hope they change the speed of service and keep it better cleaned.

First time trying this type of food and we ll definitely be back. Everything was delicious, great recommendations by our waitress.

Me and my wife at the age of 63 had 2nd international trip and I must say Les Momos made it memorable because of the taste which is above expectations in canada and the hospitality they have given. So we visited Montréal from Toronto recently and had an opportunity to visit Les Momos! They have amazing food. We loved every dish which we tried. Outstanding service and special shoutout to Shadhara for great hospitality! Must visit!

Good place to taste different types of Momos. I wouldnt say they are super tasty but they are good. The good thing is they have various types of Momos. Apart from this we have also tried paneer 65 which was really tasty. We couldnt try non vegetarian momos but I am sure they would be good too.

I am really not recommend that restaurant for the dalivery because I had very bad experience with that restaurant they takes 45 to 50 mints for the preparation my order

The momos were flavourful. The noodles and tandoori momos were a bit spicy, but they tasted good. We had ordered the veg. schezwan noodles, steamed paneer momos, steamed veg. momos, and tandoori momos. I recommend the paneer momos. Absolutely delicious. Since we had ordered quite a bit of food, service was a little slow, but Abi was very kind to check in on us. I had mentioned the restaurant was hot and he immediately went to go turn up the AC.

Food quality is good, service is pretty amazing with Nepali guy name Abi. only reason for the less ratings is .all the time I visited this restaurant when abi is not there , I find peanut sauce out of stock, and it is not available in Uber delivery too despite mentioning clearly in the notes . One more reason is loud noice from the kitchen like someone is fighting each other, laughing out loud .. especially in the night time, which makes dinning experience very annoying.

Excellent food. Its rare to find authentic momos outside India or Nepal but youll find them here. Chicken tandoori momos / steamed momos / jhol momos / peri peri momos all excellent. Rolls are also authentic Kolkata style Kathi rolls. They accommodate any customisation requests (removing certain ingredients etc.) and the service is also really good. Insanely high reviews, very puzzling. Service was incredibly slow with us having to prompt the waiter to provide us utensils, on top of being a bit clumsy and basic setup took a long time. Food took even longer to show up. The steaming baskets were stone cold but the dishes inside were warm which makes me think that its unlikely the momos were even steamed at all? The filling was ok but judging from how uniform the wrapping is, I get the feeling that these are prebought. Basically, it seems like we got served microwaved momos. Fried momos just taste of batter.

We went here a couple of times while in Montreal, the best part being they were open till 3am. Authentic taste of Momos, really appreciated the service and suggestions given by Ritika, The kurkure momos are must try one and the Chilli garlic noodles are also very tasty. Must visit.

I placed a pick up order on July 16 at 8:24 pm. To start off, I had a hard time communicating with the staff due to the connection of their phone being poor. I had to repeat several times what I wanted to make sure that they got the order right (they still got part of the order wrong). They told me the wait time was about 30 minutes. I arrived at 8:45 pm and expected to wait a bit. One of the staff told me that they ran out of stock and are restocking at the moment. They were busy and I told him how long was the wait considering I placed my order over 20 minutes before arriving. He wasn t sure so I said nothing more and waited. I waited over 45 minutes and everyone dining in got their food, finished and left and I was still waiting. By then it was over 1 hour and 10 minutes that I placed my order. I was beyond frustrated but stayed calm and collected. He only gave me 10% discount on the order. It s appreciated but when someone waits that long, you should be more generous. I m a restaurant owner btw and if my client waited that long, they will get satisfied with the compensation offered by us. The food was good. I wasn t disappointed. It s nice to have a halal dumplings in Montreal that delivers good taste. But the wait time was ridiculous. You could at least compensate properly in a situation like this. Presentation wise, I would suggest to dine in and not order take out. You would probably be prioritized and be better treated than ordering take out and wait almost 1 hour for your food and get nothing out of it. You could have at least warned me on the phone that you were re stocking and the wait time was going to be over 1 hour wait. Which is why I m giving 1 star. Idk if I will be going back

Fantastic restaurant. A must go for all momo lovers. We ordered chilli momos, jhol momos and steamed veg momos. All were up to the mark. Already planning to go again!

Really good momos!

Les Momos is a very friendly restaurant. A little hidden gem on Sherbrooke West street. I really appreciated that they have a great choice of vegetarian meals. The only meat they serve is chicken so this make it easy to invite friends with dietary restrictions The manager was super nice and helpful into advising us on the different dishes Thank you again for having us

Loved the food! Staff was really helpful and accommodating. We were a group of 13-14 people, and the staff made sure that everyones needs were met. A very unique spot for adventurous people, wanting to experience India here in Montreal

Its a lovely Indian cozy little place service variety of Momos, both veg and non veg. Very tasty and served hot . One can choose whether they want spicy or not. Alongwith the Momos three kinds of dips are given which enhances the taste. Theres seating outside on the footpath and the main hotel is situated on the basement. Service is good and it takes upto 15 minutes to serve from the time order is placed. Pets are not allowed. Background music is played. Around 30+ customers can be seated at a time. Online orders are given and collected. They do not deliver. Credit cards, Cash and digital payments are accepted. Washrooms are there. Wheelchair access to the roadside seating is available. No lifts to go down. Parking on the roadside only. They serve late in the night. Kids will enjoy the Momos. Hindi films songs are played. Friendly staff. Tipping is a must while paying the bills. Sitting on the footpath, one can watch the traffic go by. Well decorated. Mocktails are good.

This place is a must try for momo lovers! I loved the fact that they actually took my request (on a busy Fri night) to make chicken noodles kid friendly! A very considerate and soft-spoken staff! And they did a wonderful job at that! Kudos and thank you! My toddler loved the noodles and ofcourse we loved our momos!

Not sure what the hype is all about! We order 2 different kinds of momos and chicken noodles. The chicken in the noodles was dry and over cooked tiny pieces of chicken! And even though we told to keep the noodles mild it was extremely spicy. For momos they didn t have the momos we wanted to order so we ordered pan fried and tandoori momos. While the filling was good the momos were so damn oily!!! It was unappetizing and left a weird oily after taste. In terms of service there were three servers running around with little to no service. The order took forever to come and came in 3 instalments! Other customers were yelling in the restaurant. A very weird and comfortable space to be in. The worst part of the night was my partner and I both ended up getting sick after the food.
