The brunch is delicious and I really like the atmosphere at Lloyd Always a pleasure to go back.

The extra portions are very small (too expensive for the quantity). Dont make the same mistake I did, If you pick up your order, make sure nothing is missing before you pay and leave. My order was wrong and items were missing, very disappointing. Two thumbs down for the taste. Buyer be aware.

Superb Brunch experience as we like them. The choice, quality and freshness are really good. The desserts are homemade by a real pastry chef. The financier, Christmas ball and blueberry tartlet are our favorites. The general tao chicken, maple ham, chimichuri beef, truffle sandwich and the Greek dish whose name I cant remember are all four of our favorites. The choice of cheese is perfect, in short everything was perfect for the food part. Where it goes wrong is the service! Very good service from Leo while waiting for 11:00 at the bar but during brunch oufffff. We are not offered a mimosa, the carafe of coffee on the table to avoid having to help ourselves from time to time (for a hotel of this standard it is a little disappointing). The room where we were looks like a cafeteria room and our table close to 2 trash cans in full view of customers with a trolley of dishes and the clerk passes 30 cm from me to pass. The general decor is magnificent but this room is a big lack. What can I say about the waiter, who walks around our table without ever asking us if everything is okay and when I call him to order 4 glasses of sparkling wine he cuts me off by saying The bill? Uh no my guy we want to give you money! He serves us the sparkling wine with the cup in his hands and holds the bottle at the neck. Big lack of service technique and delicacy. In short, a server who punches in and punches out who unfortunately must have too much seniority to get rid of him. All in all we liked our experience but next time we ask to be at the bar or on a table elsewhere. Well be back very soon.

Excellent Christmas Eve dinner. Perfect service and delicious food

The meal went well. The salty was good, the sweet less (very industrial). On the other hand, the service was catastrophic. Verbal and physical clumsiness on the part of the pot-bellied waiter during the meal, then comes the time of the bill: one of us doesnt tip. After all, we get up to go get something to eat so it makes sense but so be it. The unhappy waiter says your friend is nice, he doesn t leave a tip . Humiliating! Who are these people who allow themselves to make such comments to customers? SECOND OPINION: We returned to Lloyd last night where we had excellent dinner. We were very well received by the whole team (receptionist, room manager, etc.) and we are grateful for that. Thanks to Genevieve for her service

Wow, I was already won over for an individual meal but I just tried the group option, i.e. 45 people and really well done! Special thanks to Manon for her support throughout our event! She was able to meet all our expectations. Thanks to the team who served us! Incredibly kind! And above all, thank you to the chefs and pastry chefs! Amazing! It was just divine from start to finish! See you soon for brunch which I haven t tried yet!!!

Super good service at the bar! Thanks to Josée and Léo who had a good laugh with! The Royal Peach is my favorite drink they have GLUTEN-FREE bread for starters and burgers so ask for it .

I am very disappointed with my experience at Lloyd restaurant. First, when I called to make my reservation, the lady on the phone was rude and couldnt wait to finish the call. Then, the price I was charged during the Brunch was higher than that displayed on their website. On the site it is written in large letters $45/person for Sunday Brunch. When I asked to speak to a manager for more explanation, she told me that they failed to make the price changes (their prices have changed for 3 weeks) on their site (which does not is not our fault, we consumers). The law requires in these cases to reimburse the customer. She did not want to reimburse us and did not offer us any solution, which I find unacceptable. They put on their site that the Mocktails are available in the Brunch at no cost, on site, they ask us to pay for them. As consumers, we deserve total transparency on prices and quality service.

The eggs, bacon, potatoes, ham and beef were cold for the first service at 11 a.m.... Yet we say the first service is supposed to be fresh. But no, in my opinion these items were prepared in advance but not kept under the stove. In the end they were served cold at 11am. Not impressive for a $40 brunch!

Terrible service, I have rarely seen a place like this offer such poor service. The waiter greeted us by saying do you want coffee? » followed by but what do you do with your money if you don t drink coffee . He never came to see us again before the bill. We hadnt even finished eating when the bill was already on the table, given to the man at the table without any explanation (there were 4 of us, including 3 women). In terms of food, nothing exceptional, its good but still very ordinary. Extremely disappointed with my experience.

The all-you-can-eat buffet is very interesting, several choices and very good, I recommend it, however make an appointment to avoid waiting

The wine selection is very good and the bar has a very comfortable layout with lots of sofas and chairs. The service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

I share with you a rather disappointing experience of the restaurant. I showed up at 10 am for a brunch with two friends, at the entrance I was redirected to a table, the warm welcome, quite friendly atmosphere. I realize after 30 minutes that the kitchen is closing and we have to pay. I was literally shocked. I asked for explanations, and was told that brunch is over. I demanded at this point to speak with the manager who was super courteous and understanding. They offered to reimburse me for my share, knowing that we practically ate in 30 minutes. I would like to point out that no one warned me at the beginning that the kitchen closes at 10:30 a.m. or when booking online. In short, a total disappointment, fairly simplistic brunch buffet, nothing extraordinary.

Sunday brunch didnt really live up to the long wait to get a reservation. The setting is pleasant, the brunch is of the standard quality of a decent hotel lunch buffet. It s more about quantity than quality. The pastry is undoubtedly what sets the buffet apart, especially the tropézienne and the madeleines. The beef was also very good but cold despite being on a stove. The eggs benedict cooked correctly but also cold with the sauce frozen and dry. Overall lack of healthier choices. The rest is classic and of average quality. A little expensive for what it is, especially the side dishes like cocktails, coffee etc. ($5 for an espresso!)

The only positive point: at least we ate well. But upon entry, the service launched a competition of the most unpleasant: the hostess barely gave us a look and even less a smile, no hello either. After a trip or two to the buffet, we decided to go back for desserts but it was closed. A waiter is surprised that we didnt have a last call and offers to try to find desserts. Hes the only one whos catching up a bit with the rest of the team. Back at our table we understand that we have a waitress, Aurélie, because she rushes at us to give the bill and kick us out. At no time was she present to fill the water glasses or offer tea or coffee, or even a cocktail. We also had a single menu for 3... We explained the situation to her, she replied with the kindness of a prison door that the buffet closed at 3 p.m. and thats how we should have known. We ask the question of the last call. At this mention she leaves, saying that she is going to try to find some desserts. Did she forget to do her work? Having not come to solve an investigation but just for brunch, we simply hoped to have some desserts before leaving. Did Aurélie get a bonus if she kicked out the customers more quickly? We have never experienced a restaurant, even less so in a luxury hotel, where we were so encouraged to leave. While around us customers finished their plates and took the time to enjoy their Sunday, Aurélie prowled around us like a vulture waiting for its prey to give up on life. We ended up forgoing drinks and savoring that Sunday. Perhaps the experience would have been more pleasant with a service that actually was one. This is the only Mariott where I have seen this. But I will never return here. And I would not recommend it to people who want to enjoy their moment.

If I have to take into account the service of the gentleman who managed the childrens section this Sunday morning, I will be there every day. Excellent quality, excellent service, friendly atmosphere. 5/5 Kid-friendliness: They have child seats in a section dedicated to people who come with children.

I m here for brunch buffet (11am-2pm), one of the best buffet restaurants in MTL, old-school and classic, it never fails.,Very good deal to eat a lot of steak and fresh smoked salmon !(may 5,2024) For 90 minutes breakfast , all you can eat and drink.Its a great taste !(Mar 17, 2024)

Nice place to be at, the waiters are amazingly nice

The ribs were exquisite, a very generous portion, thanks to Sophie our waitress for suggesting it, who was also very friendly and cheerful. The desserts were also very tasty, crème brûlée deliciously successful and once again very generous. My compliments to the chef and his team!

Great experience with the all-you-can-eat Sunday buffet. Their cocktails are to die for! Chic, good-natured atmosphere. Our server Luis was attentive! Big congratulations to him. With my two little girls and my partner, we will definitely go back!!

Located in the Marriott hotel in downtown Montreal, Lloyd is a great place to enjoy an all-you-can-eat brunch for $45. We love the tranquility, the sober and modern decoration of the place and the large selection of choices in the buffet.

Heads up, this is the Marriot Hotel restaurant. We enjoyed the food but you may pay slightly higher prices and receive underwhelming service due to this. Wine btg is overpriced and poor selection for a Montreal restaurant of this style/price.

Nice place. Cozy and tasteful decor. Good service. The cuisine, on the other hand, is disappointing. I had to ask for bread for the foie gras (all dry) and the burger was frankly bland (I had to add mayonnaise). For the price, its not worth the detour. Could do better.

Firstly the food was bland, and no salt and pepper condiments offered on the table I ordered a tomato salad for my daughter but just 2 large pieces of tomato I dont call it a tomato salad, for that 1ui is my mushroom rigatony dish no taste of mushrooms the pasta very hard and no flavor very disappointed and for the rolls so hard and dry my god afterward for the service no one is there to serve you quickly and I expressed my dissatisfaction to the boss from the restaurant without saying that I dont want to pay, its not my intention but I dont eat anything neither me nor my daughter just my partner who ate my plate just who compensates us or replaces him who offers me something well he told me you shouldnt even complain about him EXCUSE ME.....the customer is king and if I say that your service is bad I should receive service from you quote the bill to cost $89 j I gave $100 and I left I dont recommend this restaurant unless you want to waste your money on just decor and bland salad and tasteless dishes dry bread and a rude boss for example the positive point the waiter him I could see he would have done something for us, very polite

The food is very good but the service.. the worst!!! I reserved for 2:30 for brunch as it was the only available time left only to be told by 2 very snobby hostesses that the buffet closes at 3pm! The reservation never mentions this. The price should be reduced at that time .. how can I get my money s worth in 30minutes? No one ever came to serve us drinks, we had to run after everything and wait an eternity to get it. I do not recommend this place just for that. We were not treated appropriately. The waitress then says she had to leave so we had to pay. She actually didn t leave she just wanted us out What a farce.

Beautiful atmosphere, located in the Mariott establishment. Nice decor. Friendly service. For Sunday brunch, the food is good, nothing special. Fresh but raw products such as cold meat and smoked salmon, few dishes cooked on site. Its a beautiful place nonetheless.

Superb atmosphere and decor with an interesting table dhôte during lunchtime. The modernization work was beautifully done. Very pleasant to go there for jazz Wednesdays with a musician present and a discount on Negroni. The staff is very solid too. Well done!

I found this restaurant on Xiaohongshu. People said this restaurant was amazing, but I think the service is so bad. The waiter was perfunctory. We ordered 6 oyster but they didn t give that to us And they changed their menu two months ago. So we didn t get to eat many of the dishes we want. The atmosphere was a little bit strange. Luckily, some of the food was good

Extremely bland, super long wait times. I got a coffee at 6:30 and by 9 pm I still havent gotten it. The food is very bland. I got the $75 meal combo - the food is hyped up and its simply from the hotel. The lamp chop was tender but hyper underseasoned.

Graziano and Aurélie were amazing! We had an amazing time for new year here! Highly recommend for new year and anytime you want to come they will take care of you! Definitely ask for them and Benjamin and Emma!

My god i love this place

Went for dinner at Lloyd s for their Magic Christmas Eve w/ set menus - and was left extremely disappointed with the experience. Firstly, I had hoped a Magic Christmas Eve meant a minimum in terms of decorations. Instead, it felt like any other night with only some of the tables having Christmas themed centerpieces. Secondly, the service was lacking and we waited at least an hour between courses. We were sat for over 3.5 hours from start to finish, with 3 of those hours spent waiting for the courses. When my supposedly warm entrée and main arrived, they were cold and had to be returned. Lastly, the lack of personnel was felt through and through. The waiters (while agreeable and accommodating) were running around like headless chickens. It was clear that we weren t the only table having a similar experience, and the overall ambiance in the room kept deteriorating as frustration was felt in the air. To reiterate, my party and I were left extremely disappointed to have had such an experience at a 4-star hotel s restaurant. I won t be returning to Lloyd as I can t justify paying $200/person for such service. Seeing as this was a set menu (with reservations made well in advance) I was hoping for better preparation on their end.

We came to dinner at Lloyd for Christmas Eve with my boyfriend and we had the sea menu which was really very nice, my compliments to the chef! on the other hand, we were a little disappointed with the quality of the service: overturned cutlery, wine glasses filled to the brim and wine spilled on the table, no waiter capable of announcing the dishes and knowing what he was is on our plate when they are served to us... That didnt stop us from having a good evening so thank you to the staff who took the time to take care of us :)

A real gastronomic treat! Unlike similar haute cuisine restaurants, it s family-friendly with a menu for kids (which itself doesn t lack in taste and presentation!).

Idk what was up with the service but I went for brunch and the waiter spilled soup (they had this thing where they poured the soup at the table) on my white sweater and didn t even acknowledge it was also told that the chicken was dry :/

Poor service! My partner and I reserved a booth for New Year s Eve. When we arrived at the restaurant they took our jackets and placed us in an area that looked like a hospital cafeteria. When we told the host we had asked for a booth she told us the booths were reserved for big groups. We were about to leave, but my partner wanted to talk to the manager. They eventually placed us in a booth. We could see that they had plenty of space to seat us. Anywhere was better than that cafeteria area. Also,when we had looked at the menu online we saw the different options and liked what was offered, but when our server arrived, she told us they only served a new years eve menu and were not able to serve the regular menu. The food was fin, but service was bad, especially for the +/- 300$ bills we ended up paying. The servers were unavailable, inhospitable and gave us the impression we were not welcome or that they didn t want to be there. The whole evening they kept asking/pushing for us to order more drinks (I think, to make the bill go higher and this make the tip bigger as well). We kept saying we were fine and even explained I have allergic reactions to most alcohol. When we were about to leave, it took us a good 10 minutes for us to find our jackets be aise no one had told us they were placed in a wardrobe, which by the way, had no type of security on it. The only positive points about my experience there was that my partner and I were able to make the most of our time there and got a small gift at the end (4 macarons each). I would not go there again and don t recommend this restaurant.

Tonight, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Lloyd. Our seat was in a cozy half moon bunk on the back of the restaurant. The beef tenderloin was served with a truffle sauce on the side, white asparagus, carrots and small potatoes. The ceasar salad was delicious. Everything was so tasty and wonderfully presented. Our server, Tristan was very attentive and professional. Definitely would recommend and will come back. Thanks!

Very surprised, it s very tasty. Usually those kind of spots are overpriced and the food is average. The risotto was really good and my fave was the dessert , much Lloyd is very known for.

Exceptional service and outstanding quality! The atmosphere is well balanced; you can either choose to enjoy a cozy evening in the Alcoves area or a more vibrant feel in the lounge section next to the bar. Great signature cocktails as well!

Been here twice so far after moving back to the city. First time, Leo made some great cocktails and I couldn t stop trying them, so shout out here. Second time I invited my coworkers for the 5-7 and again, the cocktails were great and the service time was reasonable (the restaurant was pretty busy). As for the food, my coworkers liked it. Although I had a small issue with my plate, it was very quickly and efficiently fixed by Slava who has definitely improved our overall experience that night. In a nutshell, nice the atmosphere and lovely revamped design. I recommend.

Strongly recommended by a friend to go to Lloyd for dinner, I was not disappointed with my experience. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted with a big smile. Despite it being crowded, the service was impeccable and what about the meal, it was simply incredible! A special thank you to Slavik the Maître d hôtel and your team who took care of our comfort all evening. This is why I highly recommend this establishment.

Best cocktails in town!!! Good service!!!! The peach Royal cocktails, I highly recommended!!! The bar restaurant is very chic and cozy. Perfect for a drink or to dine in. There food menu is also very good (burger, salad or something more elaborated like steak or sashimi). And the service is top notch.

The food lived up to our expectations. So I thank you and congratulate you Christmas non-existent. Contents of the poor plates: in the sea menu of scallops as a starter and in the main course. Main courses served cold. Visible lack of staff: a few servers running around: forgetfulness, delays in service . Dinner unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Totally unjustified value for money.

I chose the 80 yuan set meal, and also ordered two cocktails and a bottle of red wine. The appetizer was salmon tatare, which was okay, but it was a bit strange to pair it with sabre. The main dish is beef stew, which is very soft but the portion is large, more than enough for one person (surcharge required) Dessert is similar to cream coriander and vanilla ice cream. Overall, the quality and service are in line with its price point.

Nice restaurant, attached to the Marriott hotel. The service is spectacular along with the food. The menu is very limited, but I guess its because they are perfect at what they do, so theres no need to add anything more. I had the Wagu burger and fries. The only thing I was not a fan of was their complimentary bread. It was hard by the time it got to the table.

As a regular at Lloyd for the brunches we often come to, I note that after several thoughts on the fact that there was no changing table to change your baby in the mens and womens toilets, nothing has been done, the situation remains the same even though we are in a luxury hotel, its a shame... Its like going back 30 years! We have to change our baby on the floor, very disappointed Sincerely

We were here for F1 weekend. The f1 dinner menu was lacking and I wish they had their normal menu. They weren t very busy but our food took forever. It was good but but not great and overpriced. Go elsewhere if you can

Great spot if you are staying in the hotel or want to grab a drink before the hockey game (very close to the arena). The hotel may still be going through renovations but Lloyd shines. Simple elegance with great cocktails and beer selection. Sit, sip and people watch. A great way to start your dinner or regroup after work.

I was at dinner time. Sublime decor. We had a table set back which was perfect for more privacy. The restaurant is close to the hotel lobby so noisy upon entry. The only downside was that the buns were still frozen in the center of the bread.

I came during the evening period. And oh my god I cannot wait to come back again. First of all, the place looks STU-NNING! I tried their wagyu burger with fries and salad (bacon was included in it but I removed it for preferences) and I was not disappointed. Also expect some pretty pricey price for the meals. But this restaurant is really worth it and I recommend you to try it if you can! I d also love to thank my waitress for her hard work and efforts during the busy night

Delicious and great value for the money

Family of five ate here over Christmas Holiday in 2022. We enjoyed their absolutely spectacular brunch buffet WITH bottomless mimosas. I have never seen a better buffet in all my nearly 50 years. Astoundingly good. Fresh lobster. Oysters. Shrimp. Asian dumplings. Lamb. Ham. Roast beef. Beef Wellington. Charcuterie. Pastries. Desserts... ugh - still full.

The Menu d hôte at 80 CAD was a generous four courses featuring innovative combinations that did not fail to please. Geneviève was a kind and vivacious serveuse and the decor is also very pleasing.

Good food , a nice setting inside the Marriott, service was a bit slow

The female manager treated us with a very arrogant attitude, completely different compared to other customers, not sure if it s because we are Asian. We waited more than one hour until we got our first course, and it took them 20 mins to bring a cup of orange juice, 10 mins just to bring our birthday cake from kitchen to our table, after calling the waiter 3 times when there s only few customers left in the restaurant. They were still forcing us to pay 15% tips in the end it was hilarious. The food is good, but the service we got is just way too disappointing

Went for the MTL à Table promotion that Lloyd is apart of. For 83$, everything was amazing! The portions of the food were much larger than expected, the four course meal really filled me up! Very impressed with the freshness of the food and the decor of the restaurant!

The French onion soup was cold, and it was about 3 hours for 3 courses. All the food ranged from mediocre to downright bad. No hate to the staff, but somewhere in the management chain, something s gone wrong.

The food, drinks and service were all excellent. Great spot for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. My husband says it was the best braised beef he has ever had. Dominique was fantastic.

The food was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed our visit. The chicken portion was very large! The cocktails were wonderful too.

I wish I could say I loved my dining experience at Lloyds, but this would not be true and I do not sin. The food was amazing as always, but one issue I had this time with my Husband, I cannot forgive. Our waiter made a tiny mistake by bringing out the wrong drink. We informed them that it was not what we ordered and they replaced it immediately with a sincere apology. That is not where my issue lays, Gloria the manager (I had to ask for her name and title) came out to us to ask if everything was okay. We said yes and we loved our meal. She then asked, if everything was okay, why did you replace your drink I politely told her, it was simply a mix up and the server fixed it for us. She continued to ask, why we would get a drink change, and implied it was because we wanted a free drink. Even though I immediately told my waiter after one sip, she started talking as if I had drink the whole glass. She talked very condescendingly and it felt like she was accusing me of something so she could charge us extra money. The customer is always right, maybe Gloria doesnt see it that way, but that is how it works. I got the wrong drink so I sent it back. I did not think it would lead to an interrogation when we got our bill. Gloria has an attitude problem, and as long as she is working me and my Husband will NOT be coming back. Lloyds used to be Classy.

A great combo of superb service and chic ambience. We loved the trendy lounge - perfect for mingling and networking. Shoutout to Lea, our wonderful waiter, who provided top-notch service and made our happy hour stellar. The cocktails are to die for - exquisite presentation and great taste. Its an experience worth savouring.

Good atmosphere for a meeting with a friend or a romantic date. The staff is really welcoming and polite. Food is tasty, but in my opinion appetizer shrimps with gazpacho is a bit too sour, and desert with pear and chocolate is not sweet enough. Salmon was perfect! I will definitely come back!

We went there on Christmas Eve and it was great! Absolutely delicious meal, very creative and fun. The staff was very attentive and efficient. I cant wait for the dining rooms to open again so I can go back!

The atmosphere and the service of this restaurant was great! I was however disappointed with the food. We ordered the tomato salad and the gaspacho as appetizers and the tomatoes didn t taste that fresh. We ordered a fish dish and a beef dish for our main dishes and both didn t taste like anything special. The desserts were pretty good however. We ordered the watermelon tartare and this raspberry mousse cake. Good place for drinks but maybe not the food .

Fantastic experience, the quality of the food is exceptional without being pretentious, great staff, great service, beautiful environment, lots of space in between tables; the beef tiramisu was delicious and original;

Elegant and chic decor exuding a beautiful architectural design. Different types of seats, chairs and tables available, depending on the atmosphere desired by the customer. The large bar is very inviting and comfortable. The staff is available, courteous, sociable and demonstrates the decorum expected for this type of restaurant. Culinary discovery along the entire line from starter to dessert. To be frequented for a happy hour, a tête-à-tête or for a business meeting.

What a surprise ! I am planning to go back to this location many more times ! I just try to resist not going next weekend. I highly recommend the restaurant to have a good time. A last minute reservation was possible on April 17th,2022 at the bar, for the Easter buffet. I love the modern chic decor, very inviting. Me and my wife really enjoyed everything. Service was out of this world, friendly, and welcoming. Samanta and Asilex at the bar were outstanding. I am impressed to say, that I really enjoyed seeing those 2 passionate girls. It shows big time that they cared and were offering perfect service. It was probably the best buffet I have had over the last 10 years (high quality). Usually you have enough when you taste something once, but... it was so delicious - I could not stop... The oysters were very nice. Snow Crab amazing, prime rib and lamb (that I have abused, ), sashimi salmon and Tuna ,tataki, omg... I am hungry again. I am certainly not a dessert guy. I was told that the patisserie were made at the Chateau,, yikes.. I made a huge sugary exception ! Nice.

While staying at the Marriott Chateau Champlain, I ordered takeout from Lloyd, in lieu of room service which is currently unavailable at the hotel. You call room service and they connect you with Lloyd, you order and they call you for pick up once ready, which in my case was quick. Wow, what a feast, absolutely worth the pain of having to do the pickup. Have a look at the photo (disclaimer: the wine and glass, I supplied) Thank you, Lloyd!

Best food that I tried in montreal. Everything we ordered was amazing. Best duck I ever had in my life. Appetizer with mushroom was awesome. Service was really good too. Chef is the master of tastes.

Absolutely gorgeous beef tiramisu and interior decoration. Waiter was top notch as well. Salmon could ve used more salt but I would recommend and go again for both business and pleasure.

Pricey for drinks. Nice Decor. Better signage need to get around.

A superb new restaurant-bar with a lovely atmosphere and good food.

Drinks were good, food was mostly good too, burger was a bit over done and dry, everything else was great.

The place was pretty quiet for a Saturday night but no complaints here! We received good service and the food was delicious (I had the sashimi as an appetizer and the octopus and scallops as a main). Drinks are a bit overpriced but thats anywhere you go now. Decor is beautiful and elegant. I would definitely go back!

Food is okay but service is cold, slow and irresponsible, which makes the overall experience feels like eating in a fast food restaurant at 70+ per person. Constantly getting ignored by the staffs.

Beautiful place to dine in. Dishes are well presented and food is tasty. At first I thought the portions were small but the food is so decadent that it fills you up.

Quick stop before a Canadiens game. Very fast and friendly service. We will definitely go back to try the whole thing!

We decided to eat in our hotel at Lloyd after a busy day sightseeing. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the drinks and food were excellent.

We came to Montreal to eat. When the waiter took our order, we specified an apple allergy. The waiter told us that he would warn us about the allergy in the kitchen. I will pass on the bad service that we had all evening (forgetting utensils, person in charge who blows while raising his arms in the air because of his team which works poorly instead of apologizing... ). Dessert arrives, my wife eats and of course, under the dessert are apples. We called the waiter, who obviously had not informed the kitchen. He goes to find out and comes back simply telling us: I don t think it s safe . Dont even mention that yes its apples and hes sorry. We decided to notify the lady who seemed to be in charge and who told us: oh really sorry, nothing more. No one really seemed to understand gravity. No discount on our invoice, no commercial gesture for an error that could have cost someones life. If I could not give a star, I would.

Great food, great atmosphere, came for MTL a Table and had a great experience.

I had the salmon and it was way overcooked. The waiter was drunk and didnt give us great service. He had to correct our bill three times.

The welcome and service leaves something to be desired. We received the aperitif at the same time as the first course and the bottle of wine ordered. Very long to receive the invoice and error on the invoice. The food was tasty.

Occasion: Group dinner for the MTL event at the table with a menu of $75 per person. Meals: The dishes were ordinary. Atmosphere: very nice atmosphere and very beautiful decor Our servers service was terrible. He had a nonchalant/unpleasant attitude and made several errors both in taking orders and invoicing. The service was also very very slow. However, the other employees who served us (those who brought the dishes and put away our plates) were very helpful and smiling, very nice attitude. Very unfortunate that we received such service, the evening could have been more pleasant.

I saw a lot of good reviews, but the experience with my friend was very bad. The food was OK, not exceptional and a little expensive in terms of quality/price, but the worst part was the service. Worst experience of my life, the waiter did not clear our table, constantly forgot our table and no excuse, nothing, only the waiter who sends us away! For more detail, we ordered a cocktail and a glass of water when we sat down at our table and it took 30 minutes (for a glass of tap water with a little ice). Then, we see that the other table who orders the plate of beef are entitled to a sort of presentation from a chef who takes care of the plate in front of you, we were not allowed that. Finally 30-40 minutes after the starter (we got rid of our plates and utensils after asking twice) we signaled to the waiter for 20-30 minutes to ask him for forks and knives, because we had the food in front of us, but zero damn utensils. Everything was long, but only for us it seemed. Most of the tables that arrived 15-30 minutes after us left 1 hour before us. We arrived at 5:15 p.m. and left at 9 p.m. At one point we wondered if it was racism (me and my friend are of Asian origin) because it took so long and when we tried to get the waiter, not only did we get no apologies, but we almost did. made fun of us! In short, highly not recommended!

Beautiful dining room with amazing booths. We tried the special MTL à Table menu & everything we ate was delicious. The cocktails were on point, the atmosphere is perfect for a date night, only the service needs improvement. A definite spot to try on your next dinner date.

We enjoyed our experience at MTL à table! The dishes were delicious. We also had the wine pairing. 4 stars because the service deserves more details (our dishes were served twice without utensils, the wrong wine was served and we had to insist because the waiter told us that it was indeed from the Côte du Rhône which accompanied the salmon ...).

Absolutely superb! The food was delicious, the presentation and atmosphere stunning. We enjoyed lunch and dinner in this restaurant. They also have a kids menu and the staff is the cherry on top, as they are kind and extremely helpful. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is available

Great restaurant! The atmosphere is very nice, especially for an evening meal, but even the bar area is nicely lit and comfortable. They have bar seating, table seating, and some cozy corners containing armchairs/couches. Since we were staying at the attached hotel we had dinner, drinks, and breakfast at this location. There were plenty of great options (even with our dietary restrictions), all the dishes were delicious, and the breakfast buffet had the most impressive spread I have ever seen! All our servers were very attentive and polite as well. Would certainly recommend! It isnt necessarily a bad thing, but it would be good to note that the DJ music on Friday evening was a bit loud (although lots of fun)... so if you are looking for a quieter location maybe plan to arrive earlier in the evening or on a different day of the week. Dietary restrictions: they were able to accommodate our gluten and dairy sensitivities

So disappointed, be aware that the regular menu isn t available before 7pm. It s not indicated anywhere, so I ended up having to order from a limited and very average bar menu. Not good if you have a hockey game or concert after. I sat at the bar and had friendly and attentive service, shout out to the bar staff.

The presentation of the ribs was wild! Food was really good! The atmosphere was cozy and nice.

Great food, excellent service, very pleasant ambiance. The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially William. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the services and to ensure we had a great experience. William is definitely an exemplary team member that every company/business should have.

Great restaurant to discover

The portions are miniature. The mousseline tastes like salted coffee mousse. $200 to stop at McDonald s afterwards. This restaurant is not worth it.

This restaurant was amazing. The furniture was nice & comfortable, and the food was delicious (photos do not do justice). There are reviews below saying small portions, but I think they re average. I came in starving, and left full. We had a Cesar salad to start, I had salmon and my boyfriend had the duck dish, and the watermelon tartare for dessert. Everything tasted amazing and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Our server Sophie was great & William who seated us was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good restaurant.

Went for dinner at the brand new restaurant in the Marriott Chateau Champlain. First of all, the new design of the restaurant is just stunning. The furniture is also very comfy. Overall, the ambience, the staff, the food and the drinks were absolutely amazing. Will be back for sure during my next visit in Montréal.

Menu is innovative and amazingly good whether it os the cocktail or food.
