Always a fav of mine I can eat here everyday (Im not vegan/vegetarian) and all branches are equally good , great service and very nice people to add to the good food I wish they had cheaper healthy drinks though, $7 for a fruit drink from a can is not a bargain

Everytime I order off ubereats, the order is wrong. The first times Ubereats pays you back, but after a couple of times they stop as they believe you are trying to get it for free. Today I ordered the « bûcheronne », and received the Truffle Party Very deceiving

Been going here for years, and I have complaint about the level of the (not so great) music that, according to the staff it is now remotely controlled by head office, and it cannot possibly be adjusted under any circumstances in the restaurant. Completely changes the experience. If anyone has any insight into why sound cannot be adjusted in a restaurant at any time , please let me know! Mandy s seems to have a remote control for all of its restaurants from some central point apparently and no one can It. This is what they said!

While preparing salads with gloves on, a lady used one of her hands to rub her nose. She then proceeded to continue preparing salads, which involved putting the hand she rubbed her nose with into the salad and ingredient containers. What is the point of wearing gloves?

What has happened to Mandys? It used to be such a treat for me. I ordered the Tokyo drift salad after being told that there were no pomegranates left for the Endless Summer and no Mangos left for the satay salad. It was bland and the shrimps were so salty and not very tasty. I was very disappointed. Also, their delivery orders are not as good. Its as if the employees dont care about deliveries and make less of an effort. The service as usual is very cordial and the atmosphere is nice.

I love their salads, they are truly my favorite! When I If I want a good salad, I order Mandys if I cant get there. You can compose your salad with our favorite ingredients, or choose one of the delicious salads designed by Mandy and co.

Overpriced and portions are smaller now. This location seems to ALWAYS be missing a bunch of ingredients. Not worth it for 20$+

Im giving one star because of the girl that gave me my ice matcha, i asked her how come the size of the cup is smaller than the Mandys in Atwater and she looked at me with an attitude telling me but we dont have it here ok!! But what is the attitude for? Im expecting a nice and clear explanation for the question i asked but instead i got an attitude. I wish she could ve be better in how to behave with a client!

Nice salads, huge portions. So so location, not special.

I really like their Wolfe salad, and I get it basically every time I order or go, so I cant speak for the other salads. But I find the Wolfe very satisfying and have ordered it many times, always very happy that I did. They are consistently good and fresh.

Great place and great food

Very disappointing - I ordered a peanut satay salad and half if not more of the ingredients were different than those listed on the site and I thought I was getting. Dried cranberries instead of mango, quinoa (?? which is not listed), cucumber instead of green onion, no crispy noodles, no red cabbage, specifically asked to remove the mock chicken and it wasnt done, and more. I have no idea who made this salad but it looked like they just decided to put whatever they felt like instead of what its actually supposed to contain. For 30$+ dollars for a salad, I would hope they could do better! I would not have ordered this had I knew this is what Id be getting delivered. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ok let s just take this off the table to start. It is a little pricey. I get it, so it doesn t need to be an everyday occurrence but make sure it s on your list of treats! Aside from their beautiful decor at all their locations their food is fresh and delicious and creative. Their salad dressings are amazing (I love purchasing the turmeric and the maple one!) Staff are wonderful food is wonderful! Treat yourself!!

Salads and other healthy choices are diverse and delicious. The restaurants decor is charming and always clean for a eat in meal. My only complaint is the staff can be snooty.

My sister and I ordered from Mandys last week. I had been there before (DDO & Sherbrooke) but never did a review. In todays time with all that is going on I decided to do a review. The portions were enough for 2 meals and the taste and freshness were excellent. If you have never had Mandys you are missing out. Give them a try and I promise you wont be disappointed.

I ordered on Uber eat and I was very satisfied with my salad! The plant-based chicken with peanuts is delicious, very filling and the vinaigrette is served on the side, so it s perfect for dosing. I will go back directly there next time However, the price of the salad is really high ($31)

I ordered a salad on Uber and only half of the ingredients were included missing ice berg lettuce, capers and parm crisps.

The shrimp salad was atrocious. More like a sweet dessert. Never again!

I am NOT happy!!! I spent $28 + tip for the Crunchy Sesame salad at the Sherbrooke location. I paid for 6 extras, but 3 of the extras were NOT included, along with the sesame seeds and the crunchy noodles that COME with the salad. Not to mention that I paid for extra dressing . When I called they told me they don t give in store credits anymore and that I would have to go back to that same store today to get a new salad I live in the South Shore, and just got home to eat. I do NOT recommend this place. They are of no help, saying that I could only get possibly $7 refund if I go on the website and make a complaint. The salads are already expensive to begin with, the LEAST you can do is make sure to include EVERYTHING a person asks for. This your job!!!!

Went there this week with a group of 5 people. The music was blasting loud, could not hear ourselves talk. We politely asked the staff to lower the music a little. They refused saying there were not authorized to do that! So we left and went somewhere else and told them they would really miss out on serving 5 people. Do not understand this policy, does not make any sense to me!

I dealt directly with manager or team lead : Dara. & she was great.. very polite & caring , it was also my wifes first time trying Mandys & my first time back in 2-3 years. Dara understood all the instructions for our salad and she made sure they were perfectly made to our liking , will be back just because of HER

Finally made it to the Montreal landmark and I wasnt disappointed! I had the Lumberjack salad and it was amazing! The Salad was plentiful and filling. The price was, as expected and the ingredients were fresh and flavourful. Definitely worth the wait.

6 months ago I rated this place 5 stars. I loved Mandy s. They were delicious and the flavours were so spot on. Today I went only to be disappointed by the quality and flavours of the same salads I ADORED just a few months ago. Peanut satay doesn t even taste like peanuts! The greens were sour and some wilted! The salad wasn t salted and the salt shakers didn t work! Mock chicken was half as flavourful as I remember. And the last time I had it was a couple months ago. I used to crave these salads. My boyfriend had endless summer and it was a bummer too. I don t know what happened but I am so sad about it.

I ve been to this Mandy s about 5 times and each time it struck me how nice, polite, smiling the staff there is. Keep up the good work and spread a great vibe. Thank you All

Good salads at reasonable prices

Life is full of surprises and I just had another one. I am probably the last person to try Mandys. Though I pass the Sherbrooke outlet daily, I continuously as well as judgementally avoided the restaurant as an overpriced salad location reserved for the comfortable Gen Xers and Baby Boomers. Worse than this opinion, I never joined the dots as I regularly passed the double parked cars in front of Mandys, honking at the messengers to the entitled. My wife and I are completing a pleasant spring time walk and I am hungry following a day of dieting in response to a mid rift expansion that needed attention. We walked into A&W which fortunately was busy. No testament to their food but their menu is concentrated with fat and protein far removed from the $1 any size coffee that was on our mind. With my emphasis of watching calories, I capitulated into Mandys. The vibe is there with young people waiting for take out, good music in a French bistro atmosphere. I ordered the sesame salad with chicken as recommended by the manager. At home, I started into a huge portion of romaine lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, mandarins,crispy noodles,sesame and fine not dry chicken. It wasnt good, it was great !! I finished half of it fully satisfied leaving the second half for a later time and registering that one can get two meals out of one Mandys salad thereby debunking my previous judgement about a pricey restaurant. The best of the story has yet to come. The remaining salad in the frigidaire went to trial by my careful wife and the rest was history. We are converts. Incrementally food inflation move over. Eat light and right!

I had the worst food poisoning of my life from this Mandy s. Myself and 3 of my friends have now all had food poisoning from here.

The new prices are really disheartening, after being a consistent customers for years I don t think I ll be eating there anymore. Really a shame.

Wow! Flavorful, beautiful and huge! We had The Lumberjack and Satay salads. One of the best salads I had in my life. The smoothies are also out of this world.

Used to be a big fan of the place!! Good salads, when your order doesn t get messed up. Went for a lunch pickup for two salads and ordered dressing on the side - came home only to find no dressing in the package at all for both salads. I am left with a bowl of vegetables unable to be eaten. Called the restaurant only to find out that the listed number doesn t work. Disappointed.

Nice place, nice people, good food, a double door entrance would make the place perfect. Banging door and winter winds make it less enjoyable.

I decided to take out a friend for lunch and we decided on Mandy s. The salads were mediocre and in my dressing were whole cloves which I inadvertently ate one. Terrible. I decided to give it another chance as I really like their tuna salad. Unfortunately at that time it wasn t offered in their menu. So I purchased 4 different salads for over $90.00. I don t recall the name of the salad or most of the ingredients except it included overcooked Raman noodles. It was awful. So overpriced and awful. Haven t been back and don t plan on it.

High expectation

They forgot to put chicken in my salad. Quite disappointing with the price the only solution offered was to fill a complaint form. 1 half of egg in my ceaser salad. Very disappointed. At this point why spend the money... very mediocre

Terrible customer service or rather no customer service. Ordered a salad that had a piece of paper with a note written on it embedded in the salad. Called to complain and I was told I would get a free salad next time I ordered. Fast forward a couple of months to today and was told the book they kept notation of discounts in was no longer in existence as they had gotten rid of it. Told essentially so sad but too bad you re s**t out of luck. Good look for you Mandy s!!!

the restaurant is super cute and i love the aesthetic & decor, but most importantly - the food is amazing! the tofu teriyaki bowl was amazing, i really liked the cashews and the quinoa was super good :) i had some food leftover and it was still really fresh the next day, so the its great if im ever too busy to prepare lunch in the morning for school haha service was really quick for a busy day, i would definitely come again

Forget the bao breads with the deluxe duck salad, $40 salad to forget half of it... without taking all that into account (but we agree that at this price for the two salads, you cant really forget anything either) the salad is good.

I got the superfood salad and a vegan cookie. The salad was amazing, so fresh. And the cookie was so decadent and perfect. It s a little expensive in general, but for a treat once in a while, it s worth it, and my dog just died so I need some comforting food to get me by, and this helped so much. Just a life hack, bring the cookie home and pop it in the microwave for 10 sec and it s a game changer!

Super tasty salads. Goes good to share when order in elsewhere to take the salad up a few notches (I find most places donèt offer great salads). Also very tasty meals on thier own. I used to find the salads not that satifying on thier own however the bowls they now offer are a lot more filling without upping the price tag.

The salads are great, staff were sweet and sympathetic but the no cash policy is discrimitory and classist. In a city where its hard enough to find a healthy meal on the go to add another barrier unacceptable. Not a single case of covid has been recorded by handling cash, theres really no excuse.

Just had the Island shrimp salad today. Very good, but the sauce was overly salty. The avocado helped smooth it a bit, but not sure if i ll order this again.

Im a fan of Mandys, but Ive noticed over the years that the Westmount branch often makes mistakes in my orders (for example if I ask for no green shallots they put some). I have not experienced this problem in their other branches.

I was literally KICKED OUT from my table (where I was waiting for my Order to be prepared)at the WESTMOUNT location just because the waitress/woman in charge decided someone would sit on it. The person didnt even had their salad ready. So, probably someone she knew personally. Not happy about that. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! ATTENTION owners...thats not OK!

Extremely delicious big salads worth every penny

I saw someone eat there 5 years ago and made fun of them for eating salad. I tried it today for the first time, and it was actually . I was wrong.

I regularly ordered salads at least once a week but I stopped since I found a fly in the salad that I took to take away and I wrote to them and never got a response... So unfortunately I would no longer recommend Mandys salad from Westmount

Mandy s is exceptional, if you ve ever tasted it, you must, it s some good salads. Plus, its good for your health heille what more do you want my boss!?!?!? If anyone here says reviews arent good, theyre just not right. Simple as well WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, MY CHUM? DARK!
