Super good, the service to be desired, I missed a drink for a long time

I cant say how the kitchen is since despite a reservation made a year ago and already paid for, they canceled us for no other reason than a simple situation beyond our control the day before our event. Really very disappointing we couldnt wait to try it.

Poor service and didnt have items listed on the menu.

Quite hard to find where to enter, we almost arrived late because we were looking for where to get to the restaurant... Dietary restrictions: They were very knowledgeable about my partners soy allergy.

We went to dinner on a Sunday evening, before the SnoopDog show. With a reservation we were assigned to a table quickly, but after 20 minutes the waitress came to us, we ordered a bottle of sparkling water (large), a beer and my husband ordered a bottle of wine for the supper. The waitress comes back with the water and the wine, my husband says to her: uh I ordered a beer too, she empties half the bottle of water into her glass, and leaves with the bottle of wine, for 5 minutes. she comes back, we tell her that we want to order now, she says it wont take long, Ill write it down, I give her the order, a starter and a dish to share, she says thats all? well no need for me to write it down FIRST!!! another 30 minute wait. At the end of the meal, my husband asks her if we can pay cash, she normally says no, but if we want to pay cash, she will pay with her card afterwards... Funny method, but hey we accept, she tells us that even if the service was long, its not her fault (we didnt even give her a comment on this subject) she doesnt usually serve at this restaurant, but that the restaurant has filled at once...Well yes, but it could be on a show night.

Très belle endroit, ambiance de style lounge. Le menu est intéressant tout comme les vins et cocktails... mais malheureusement on na jamais pu manger de plat principal. Ils ont un sérieux problème au niveau du service et de faire sortir les plats en cuisine. Cétait la même chose pour les tables autour. On a fait connaissance avec les clients autour à quel point cétait ridiculement long.

We were eaten at this restaurant on January 13, 2024. The waitress took our order, brought us the starter and we never saw it again....no knives, I had to run around the restaurant to find some... she never came to refill our glasses of water.. or wine... after about 30 to 40 minutes that we had finished our dish... she did not come to offer us dessert or coffee... our dishes were lying around on the table...I notified the manager..who was kind and reimbursed us for our bottle of wine and entry. As for the food...very good but paying $60 for a small beef cheek.....the lasagna was very good according to my partner...for the wine...a Tom Gore an72 $ while it is worth around 20 at the.SAQ......so for the lousy service and the ridiculous price I would never go back there again.....

Excellent service from our waitress Véronique! We didnt lack anything. Despite the traffic, she found the time to bring us water several times and made sure everything was ok! The food was excellent, really! I plan to come back! Thank you Véronique

Excellent service! Ideal for a drink between periods. A WoW to your bartenders, especially William XX whose drinks are delicious. I will definitely recommend you. Dont give up!

Venu de France, jai bien aimé laccueil que jai eu. La lumière tamisée fait vraiment du bien, les musiques jouées correspondent vraiment bien à lambiance. Les plats sont très bons (la première fois que jai aimé manger de la truffe dans un plat). Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, très bon barman dailleurs. Rien à redire, au top.

Be patient to access, you are entering the Bell Center so security is required. The service was good, everything started out very relaxed but at one point we arrived not far from show time and suddenly saw everyone running. See the photo of my Bloody Caesar, he was hungry, never seen this drink so pale and obviously it was the least tasty Ive had to date. The octopus was probably the worst example I have taken so far, perhaps a question of taste but I found that the combination was not good. I also tried the lasagna, nothing is impressive especially for the price. The next time I go to the Bell Center I will eat at a restaurant nearby

Not locatable. Very little signage and multiple locked doors prevent you from accessing the location at the Bell Centre.

A little overpriced tbh but not a bad place to go before an event at Centre Bell or after work with colleagues/friends.

We went to the restaurant for dinner on the night of a show. Very bad service! We had to leave for the show without even having received dinner. Very disappointing.

Very ordinary and ultra long service for a match evening. We waited 20 minutes just to get a glass of water and 1h30 later still no main meal served! We will have to miss the start of the CH match to eat or come and eat our meal during the intermission under the pretext that everyone has arrived by 5:30 p.m....for a restaurant in the Bell Center which must be quite aware of the opening hours. match we received our meal 10 minutes before the start of the match, and the waitress took the liberty of telling us: Well, you had time to eat it..in short a big fat zero never again!

The music was loud and we had difficulty hearing each other. We ordered a plate of charcuterie to share for 2 people, very disappointed, very small portion. For the service it was very slow we asked the waitress if the service would be fast because we had a show at 7:30 p.m. and her response was it doesnt matter if its a little long the real group starts at around 8:45 p.m. j I found his answer easy because when I go to a show I want to arrive on time but we arrived at 8:30 p.m. we practically missed the first group. During dinner no one came to see us to see if everything was okay or if we needed something and whats more, billing is done per table, Ive never seen that in Quebec, it was the first time so there also we wasted time each calculating our order because there were 5 of us for 3 bills very disappointed with my experience before a show do not choose this place because you will be disappointed

The worst service we have had in our lives. No one came to see us for at least 20 minutes. The waitress really thought she was someone else, she spoke badly to the employees in training and she really let the internal problems show. She even spoke over an employee in training with a table of customers who seemed completely uncomfortable. When we said we were disappointed, she laughed and the other server told us that if we didnt want to come back, well that was our choice. No professionalism.

Definitely Do not enhance your experience with a dinner before your show. Food was not worth it. Service is worst Ive had in a long time.

Pre-event table d hôte dinner. Very good food (cucumber salad, risotto and raspberry dessert). Too bad we were pressed for time. The staff understood our rush very well and we were served quickly. They even suggested a drink to take with us for the show. Excellent service!!

Beautiful place, for me your food was excellent and the service too but its true that the wine is hot, we asked for an ice bucket received in 1 minute everything was perfect

Me and my wife loved this restaurant. The food was excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant, and the service very courteous. We are definitely going to go back there. Thanks to the entire restaurant team. Serge

The food is not very good unfortunately

It s very big and soulless. There was no atmosphere despite a show being held the same evening. The food is ordinary but affordable if you take the table dhôte. The big advantage is not having to wait to enter the Bell Center afterwards. I dont think this restaurant would be all the rage if it werent for its presence on the amphitheater site.

Very disappointing! My pregnant friend wanted a mocktail but they had nothing to offer her other than an iced tea for $5 a glass. The bartender refused to make him anything since the ONLY mocktail on the menu was BO..... The menu is not entirely representative of what we receive at the table....risotto with seasonal vegetables which becomes risotto with mushrooms (we hate mushrooms)....apple tart becomes apple tartlet. The cook offered to remove the mushrooms and serve us a simple white risotto with nothing in it....In short, not an accommodating restaurant for those who have restrictions lets say

Just a little slow with our waitress this evening but nothing alarming. I would have liked to have my white wine before my entry. A detail. Very very good dishes! I go there every time I have a show or a hockey game.

Expensive for what they offer. There should be a menu at the entrance of the restaurant to see that its a gourmet start and not wings and nachos like you would want to eat before a game

Service 10 out of 10 WOWWW!!!! Gorgeous! But but but... my friend had a beef tartare and phew it looks like a sandwich with chips. Not great presentation.

Excellent restaurant with a delicious menu and a very good range of drinks. Lounge atmosphere with a DJ and very good service. Advice, go early.

Very good, but small portion

Mythik Restaurant, excellent service our waitress named Josiane was extremely welcoming and very competent. The food was excellent in a warm and relaxed atmosphere!!! We highly recommend this place and if you have the chance ask to be served by Josiane. Enjoy your meal

Poor service, my friend was served 15 minutes after me. The white wine was warm and the ice bucket arrived after 20 minutes. The salmon was raw and they have no idea how hot shots are made. The decor of the restaurant is nice. I dont think I want to go back.

Seriously, receiving a call the very morning of a reservation to be told that the restaurant will ultimately be closed: a very ordinary organization. I was then offered 9-4-10! Um, not the same cuisine at all! Thank you now I will know NEVER to count on your establishments on event evenings

The restaurant at first glance offers a beautiful decor and atmosphere. It goes bad quickly. Poor service. Amazing how lost our waitress and the rest of the team were. The restaurant wasnt even full. Poorly balanced portions for an exorbitant price. 3 scallops for $36 We werent even able to get our bill in time for the show! To avoid.

Very nice atmosphere and fast service. It was perfect for a drink and a little something to eat before our show.

Place is ok. Didnt like leaving the bar and having security come ask me to show (again)my parterre tickets to prove I was actually on the ground near the stage. Maybe because Im a dark skinned Latino? The tickets cost me 85 bucks so I dont know what the fuzz was about. Anyway, dont recommend this to my fellow Latino Canadians.

Industrial food and not good Industrial-flavored starters and sauces (even those found in supermarkets) serve the same thing Fish with Miso smells like old rotten fish, tough vegetables. Gnocchi with industrial sauce! Go to McDO much better for your money Im in medium and high end restaurants several times a week and never seen this. Yet nice atmosphere
