Very good service and good food! Looking forward to coming back

I ordered on Uber Eats, I usually order from the Masson store but not being at home the one in St-Denis was closer. BIG MISTAKE. I order at 8:10 p.m. it is written in 15 minutes (8:25 p.m.) and below the latest time 8:50 p.m. I see on the app that the driver is in the store but it says that my order is delayed because we forgot to process it. I see the time passing, the poor delivery man stayed 20 minutes in the store (obviously no way to cancel the order otherwise I lose food + money). Delivery arrives after the latest time which normally equates to a refund. I was only reimbursed $6, less than the tip I left. Its nonsense, evening you change on the app in more than 45 minutes, or you call the customer if you are overcharged to explain the problem and if they accept the order. There we validated and forgot to prepare it for me. In the place of the delivery man I would have left and waited 20 minutes. because he also makes you lose money, he could have taken other races. Frankly, I am shocked that there is zero commercial gesture when the deadline is not respected on your part. There is a difference between 15 min and 45 min. If I had known it would take this long I would have ordered elsewhere. Plus my fries were cold and not cooked. Its obvious they forgot and wanted to do it quickly, but cold and uncooked fries, what a horror. I dont want to get food poisoning, a little respect for your customers. Finally, I will no longer be a customer in your store. Im waiting for my refund because guess what? : Im hungry since its inedible (even the cat doesnt want it, to tell you the truth).

I went with my son by pure chance to just try it, we loved it and we went back, we also really appreciated the service of a young lady called Liza, she was overflowing with kindness, smiles, energy, it really served us well. THANKS Kid-friendliness: Huge variety of toppings that accompanies the chicken, being restrictive in terms of food, my son was spoiled for choice.

I was impressed with this place. Its like if Chipotle was good. Build a bowl of grilled chicken and veg over rice, quinoa, or couscous, youve got yourself a healthy, tasty lunch. And the staff was awesome. Definitely going back.

I just received my order via Uber eat, the package was well closed but the drink was not inside. I called the branch, a gentleman who said he was responsible, he accused me of lying. He told me that this is not at all possible because the delivery person checks before taking it. He asked me to order it again!!! I asked him his name, he didnt tell me and he hung up the phone, I called him again, as soon as he heard my voice, he hung up again! For your information, I often buy meals from this branch, this was the second time he forgot a few things!!

Just like the rest of Montreal, I m a sucker for Poulet Rouge.

Worst McDonalds in the country, 3 years to collect the order, on 2 boxes of 10 nuggets, there are only 16 served without sauce, same for fries, on 3 trio menus, only 2 fries served . Deplorable..

Well, well, a new red chicken has just opened. My chance to give you my favorite composition: red bowl (obviously) with rice base. I actually tasted the wheat base and I must say that I was convinced, the mixture of the two on the other hand is reserved for people who refuse to make a choice, and inevitably end up making the wrong one. Not making a choice is not a choice!!! The choice of chicken now: Top 1: Lemon. Not only is it the best, but it is also the second favorite of everyone who has another preference. This is what we call a safe bet in gastronomy. Top 2: Garlic shisha. This flavor goes very well with a rice base. However, if you choose two flavors, do not take lemon and garlic at the same time, as this risks unbalancing your dish. Favor a clear choice between one of these two flavors, and avoid those who choose the other. Sometimes the best communities are built through pain, Im counting on you. Top 3: Spicy Volcano. Dont be fooled by its third place, it remains on the podium and there are two reasons for that: first of all, it goes perfectly with your first choice (and therefore constitutes the holy grail for gourmands who take two meats). Plus the top 4 is disgusting. Top 4: Barbecue. Stop with this sauce, we cant take it anymore. Overall, the sweet and salty taste is rubbish, except for the caramel pork. As said above: make a choice in life. With your chicken selected, let s move on to the sauce. You have two good choices: Lime & Coriander or Feta Oregano. Personally I alternate, this way I never get tired of Red Chicken. Well yeah smart guy I know I know my mother always told me that I was rather advanced for my age. Finally the 7 ingredients to choose from: - First we have tzatziki. Its fresh and when you use the great technique of mixing everything it gives something nice. - Then we have the essential and obligatory: tomato - pepper - onion - cucumber - crispy onion. - Finally, your little personal touch. If the rest of my comment doesnt leave you with much choice, you are now the hero of your own story. It is this ingredient that will differentiate you from your neighbor and make you shine in society. Be bold!!! Lets take my example: Where many will choose to add cheese, I choose to double the peppers. Oh yeah we can double an ingredient, you werent expecting that my guy. The staff are very pleasant and explained all the different options. The mini bowl comes with 3 toppings and they are very tasty. The regular size comes with 7 toppings!!! There are many options of toppings to choose from including fresh veggies. The base can be quinoa, brown rice or white rice then you get your toppings and chicken. Mini gets two strips of chicken and regular gets four. Both are fantastic portions! There are also a whole bunch of sauces to choose from to top your base. The price is also terrific for the amount of food you get. Definitely an anytime of the day or night spot to grab something to eat! It s a good option for groups where one person might wanna eat healthy and another person wants to indulge. There s that option for whatever you re looking for. They have poutine as well, but we didn t try that. We saw other people eating it though and it looked really good. The chicken isn t fried. It s white meat and it s grilled.

INCREDIBLE service!!! The owner contacted me and did WAY more than necessary to compensate for a minimal error from an uber delivery person, best experience Ive had in a long time!

Ordered on Uber eats for pickup, staff was very friendly but portion sizes were significantly smaller than other location (the bowl was filled up half way while at other places it s filled to the top and almost overflowing (can usually use for 2 meals). Also selected spinach as one of my toppings and then paid extra for additional spinach and there were literally 4 leaves of spinach in my entire bowl.

Not safe for celiac or gluten intolerant people. The only menu item with gluten is Crispy Onions, however they spill them into every other ingredient container. The crispy onions are placed far away from the staff member, so they spill into everything. When I brought this up to the manager, and suggested moving the onions closer, he said he would consider it. This whole issue can be solved easily by swapping the Tzatziki sauce and the onions in the food prep area, so that the onions don t fall into everything. If you have a gluten allergy, celiac, or gluten intolerance, avoid this location. Some of the other poulet rouge locations are safe, but this one is not.
