This red chicken is absolutely amazing. Every time I go there, I have incredible service, always smiling and efficient, both when its busy and when its not busy. In addition, the quality of the dish is always impeccable. The ingredients always fresh, the chicken always perfectly juicy. This St Catherines red chicken doesnt compare at all to the others in Montreal. Today, I almost shed a tear at how much the service touched me. Thank you red chicken

I am deeply disappointed with the management of this restaurant. Not only was the food not up to my expectations, but I also witnessed unacceptable behavior towards a food distributor. Respect and fairness are essential in any business, and this restaurant seems to be severely lacking in these values. I do not recommend this place and will not return

i would not talk about people who are in the surrounding area of the store because when youll go at night ( mostly between 10pm to 12am) youll find homeless and addicted people but its alright for me and for anybody who wants just to eat and go, i would like to talk about the staff who works there, i dont think they work there at anytime, but todays shift 23 October at 11pm, i was served by the best shift ive ever frequented in Montreal since my arrival, even though you see stress and the fatigue in their face, they were more than kind, cheerful and helpful and they put too much toppings, because i dont eat vegetables i asked only for cheese and crispy onion and tzatziki sauce, you would imagine how much they put to me and even asked me if i needed more, always in other poulet rouge i take rouge bol with same thing and i eat it all because they put a less reasonable amount of toppings, but with those guys, i ate only 40% of it and i was full! i am keeping it for later,(keep in mind i didnt even tip but i wishes if i did) i kindly ask the manager of the store to give them all a raise! they were 3 girls and 3 boys

Each visit is a delight in the mouth and for the eyes, a very warm atmosphere with the background music. The poutine was super good, all bowls can be accompanied by 2 to 4 choices of toppings out of a choice of more than 15 accompaniments. The chicken cooked on the grill can be topped with one of 4 flavors of sauce, for my part the sweet BBQ is my favorite. The prices are very good for the quantity offered, the staff is very friendly, polite and generous. Some choice of more beverages will be nice, Root Beer ;). A beautiful place in the sun for a more than perfect Sunday. Parking: Sometimes you have to go in circles, but opposite the IGA has plenty of space

I work very close to this place and often here I take my lunch, there is a girl behind the counter who has her hair dyed red, she serves vegetables very badly, they make her not want to eat more here. On top of everything, he serves clients with a bad attitude, if he doesnt like customer service, then he should look for another job, if I see her again behind that counter, serving, Id better go to lunch at another redtaurante

Too much sauce is a shame because its not bad. The guy at the cash register gave me back $4 instead of $4.25, $0.25 isnt much, why charge it to the customer, its ridiculous.

Very good concept! The meat is super good and the portions are generous. The only downside is the music is a little too loud.

A clean, lunchtime staple. Very fresh chicken, flame broiled before your very eyes and many options to add to your bowl. Always pretty packed here during peak but it s to be expected in the belly of the beast! For under $20 you can easily get 2 lunches out of it, value-tastic!

We got the mini bowl each and it was A LOT, I dont know how people can eat the full size bowl. I got the BBQ chicken, guacamole, beans, corn and cucumber with rice. My partner got the garlic chicken, guacamole, tomatoes, onions and cucumber. Both bowls were super tasty and good price / value. This is a bit like fast food so service was solid and seating was basic but if you are looking for tasty, healthy, customizable food for good price I recommend Poulet Rouge on Ste Catherine.

I went during peak lunchtime and they were packed. I got my food within 5 minutes and it was delicious! It s a bit pricey but you get a huge portion so I think it s worth the price. I will be going back.

I understand that working late at night is hard but I ordered a late dinner tonight at 11pm from Uber eats and my bowl had RAW CHICKEN. I had already eaten an entire piece before noticing the other 2 were VERY PINK and visibly undercooked. Food safety should be taken seriously regardless of how close it is to closing time.

Best of all the poutines I ever had. Must try chicken poutine and their rice bowl is delicious. I definitely suggest jalapenos and fried onions as toppings. Once, when my chicken was overcooked, they offered a new one too. I appreciate their service and they offer student discount too.

Food 5/5. Good service, but we mostly get answers in English. Fortunately I am bilingual, but that is not why I give 1/5 for the service. The reason why I give 1/5 is because of one of the employees who gives you an attitude and withholds your order simply because you didnt understand the order number she mentioned. It was November 12 around 5 p.m. and she was the only one in line wearing a mask next to the Grill. Can t believe it took me two years of living in MTL to come here. Many people I know spoke so highly of Poulet Rouge and now I see why Fresh, filling, tasty, and reasonably priced! I ordered two one flavour rouge bowls for us and one is easily enough for two lunches. I also appreciate how our bowls were thoughtfully presented - they looked just as good as they tasted. Service-wise, my takeout order was processed and ready for me very quickly and served by friendly staff. Overall, Poulet Rouge is a great choice for a filling, relatively healthy, and budget-friendly meal!
