Eat here often for events at the Centre Bell. Food is always great and this time we had exceptional service with Josiane.
After seeing the reviews on here I was hesitant and almost canceled our reservation, but honestly, WOW. Excellent service and the food was great. The steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered (medium rare and blue), Michelle, our waitress, was super nice and very efficient. Beautiful place, fast service and I will definitely go back before a Habs game.
The Appies were great, The Steak was delicious, good wine selection, service was great. Sides could use some work, that's the reason for only 4 star instead of 5.
Don’t waste your time and go waste your money somewhere else. I dont know what I was thinking, there’s only a wall separating the restaurant and the 20+$ drinks. I expected to pay more, but I wasn’t expecting the worst ribs I ever had. Very disappointed!
I took my Brother in law to a game vs. the Canucks Nov 9th. I thought I would make the experience even better by taking him to the 9-4-10 Steak house. The service was weirdly fast, almost as if the plates were prepared in advance. I had asked that my steak be cooked (BLUE) and I had to explain to the server that that is even less cooked than (RARE). The $72 steak, a Faux Fillet, that I had received was grey-brown inside, not red, not even pink. My Brother in Law's chicken was so dry and meager, that I gave him half my steak because I felt bad about his chicken . The Veggies were seasonal and not overcooked, yeah. We weren't even served bread at the table. When I asked the server why there wasn't any bread served, and she brought us bread as I was finalizing payment. Timing is everything. The only good thing was the $87 bottle of wine. (Tom Gore Cabernet-Sauvignon) I am taking my daughter to Mtl-Ott on Jan 31, and she wants to experience the 9-4-10, but I am nervous it will be the same as my first experience, too expensive for the poor quality of the meal we were served.
The soup was served cold. The white wine was served warm. The coffee was also cold. The waiters don't know much about wines. There was no drink menu at the table.
They call themselves a steak house yet I don’t think they actually have a grill. Our meat was served directly out of sous-vide so was grey in colour, cold in the middle and didn’t have any flavour. Service was extremely slow. They should have maintained their original high-end buffet offering. Not to mentioned over-priced for what you got. Never going back.
Went to have a nice meal before the game. Was not happy with the service. It was very slow. We waited 25 min before someone brought us water. 1 hour for my son to get his fries another 45 min after that for a total of 1 hour and 45 min before till we got our meal. For the price we paid for the meal. It was not worth it. The waitress was nice but felt like they ignored us and felt like they were judging us as well. If I could give zero star rating I would. Would not recommend. I went to have a nice meal before the match. I was not satisfied with the service. It was very slow. Nous étions réticents en voyant certains avis mais, comment dire... Nous navons vraiment pas été déçus! Le service était super rapide, laccueil et lambiance chaleureuse, la nourriture excellente (cuisson, goût et température) et le service impeccable (mention spéciale à Michelle qui était notre serveuse)! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!!
The food is so coooooooool, the crepes are so good, plus it s close to the Bell center Parking: The parking lot is very accessible (please follow me)

I decided to go to this restaurant for dinner despite the mixed reviews, telling myself that the negative comments couldnt be THIS negative, but I was wrong. We ordered a blue strip steak, ... blue, its about the easiest cooking to do and 2 times the steak arrived very cooked, barely pink, on the 3rd time, we received a steak which was not a sirloin steak, but it was still less cooked than the others and we gave up trying to turn the dish over again. The restaurant is terribly expensive for the quality of the food, it is extremely disappointing and the most disappointing thing is that despite the fact that I ate my dish cold and waited for my daughters to finally be served, no one offered us a little something to excuse the situation. I want to describe the restaurant as a tourist trap. Believe the negative reviews, they are true. $375 meal... They shouldnt call themselves a steakhouse!

Superb evening Josiane took care to give us an excellent evening. Everything was delicious and we had a good laugh with her humor! We will go back
I loved this restaurant! The service is almost personalized and the atmosphere is great! Its quiet, people are courteous, dont talk in your face.

Firstly, difficult to find on the street (poorly marked). Disappointing, for the price we pay ($300 for 2). Mixed waiters, faulty music, quality of meals....empty plate with 3 burnt cold carrots and zucchini, steak full of fat. For the price it costs, the sides and sauce should be included. However, our waitress Julie was super friendly.
There were 4 of us when the restaurant opened, at 4:30 p.m. because we had a show. Our waitress was very prompt and always pushed us to make our choices. I asked for a Dry Martini and there was only one olive. I asked her to bring me some and she replied: we only have 10 for the whole restaurant. Impossible to take you away. She came back later with a small dish of olives. When choosing my wine, barely 3 minutes with the wine list in my hands, it comes back asking me, have you chosen? We felt rushed throughout the meal which was in no way worth the price. 1 filet mignon, very normal size, with just a few vegetables, 3-4. $72. Its laughing at the world. Nothing exceptional in terms of flavor. On the other hand, very beautiful view. I will not return to this restaurant.
The restaurant is not easy to find because it is very poorly marked outside. The food was good and the service very good except for the person who brings the dishes to the table. He was confused and came close to spilling one of the plates on my partner. In summary we had a good time but a little too expensive.
The food is not up to par, too expensive for nothing.
A big thank you to Josiane for the wonderful service. Excellent food and even more exquisite service. I will definitely return.

Restaurant which lacks food and moreover, informs us after 1 hour and 15 of waiting that it will not be able to serve before our show. We ended up eating hot dogs in our seats at the Bell Center.

Dinner at $270 extremely disappointing. Our meat dishes were served cold, we asked for them to be reheated and when they returned to the table it looked like they had simply been microwaved. Despite our comments left with the server on two occasions, nothing was offered to us to improve our experience. I recommend the Madison right across the street.
One of the worst steakhouse experiences of my life. Prime rib cooked in the microwave, cold filet mignon without flavor. Nothing against the server but I would have liked him to offer us something to improve our experience. Despite the request to restart our plates because they were cold...the waiter came back to us with boiled dishes. I would have liked to take a photo and I dont regret having done so. Luckily...the smoke meat nachos offered at a stand in the Bell Center...were excellent. I do not recommend this restaurant in any way...A festive dinner spoiled by a restaurant that just has a beautiful view.
Good overall, overcooked vegetables, the starters are excellent whether it is the lobster bisque or the crab cake. As for the filet mignon, perfectly cooked. Lacks a little spice, but we are far from restaurants specializing in steak such as Keg, 40 West or Towne 380. On the other hand the price is high, it must be said that we are inside the Bell Centre. Beautiful decor

What an excellent dining experience!!! And very good service too
Front of house and wait staff was friendly, called 6 months in advance to the reservation to make medical dietary requests and was told there was no issue in accommodation, arrived to venue and was reassured by staff, sure enough, one course after another came out with zero regard for the medical requirements. This lack of respect for their profession and customers may very well land a customer in hospital. Apologizes and smiles were offered between every course, sadly you cant eat that. No compensation was offered, our money was taken and the service was not provided. I thought it would be a cold day in hell that I said this, but Ill cheer for the Sens before I EVER Cheer for the habs.

Excellent! First experience and very satisfied. The service was excellent, their smoked salmon with caviar was succulent. I had the Angus beef fillet and the cooking was perfect, it melted in your mouth. Nice atmosphere and a nice view of the snowy streets of the city center. A lovely evening before a show. Good value for money.
Friendly atmosphere and decent menu to enjoy as much in a group as as a couple before a game or a concert. The service team is very professional and listens to our every little whim.

Very disappointing for the price, sold before the show as an a la carte menu and on site served as a buffet with the dish having to be hot, barely lukewarm.
The beef and oyster mushrooms are excellent. The only downside was the shrimp risotto, which was slightly too salty for my taste. The service is pleasant. Good pre-show or pre-match meal solution.
Very disappointing for the price. When we were there, on a show night, it was a buffet. The food was lukewarm and there wasnt much choice.
