Our meal at this Scores was magnificent, especially the service offered by the waitress Laurence, which was some of the best I have ever had. Im 61 years old and Ive been traveling all over the world for a long time. Laurence gave us fast and impeccable service, was charming, smiling, and was attentive to our needs throughout the meal. She deserves a reward! The meal was also excellent, the chicken and ribs perfectly tender and hot, and the salad bar was plentiful and unique in the world.

Good little restaurant

Last night I was in the restaurant, the waitress Karine refused to serve us. We heard her complaining about her salary and the tips with the elderly people. We made several signs to her to check your cameras! We waited 30 minutes no one came to bring us the menus we made signs to around 4 employees who looked at us ignoring us we went to help ourselves at the salad bar after 20-25 minutes we finished our salad and no one had come to serve us, no drinks, no menu, so after 30 minutes we left, expressing our dissatisfaction. What bad service we went to Scores Pointe aux Trembles subsequently there we had service our bill was $200 25% tips to the charming waitress at SCORES POINTES AUX TREMBLES. Above all, do not go to resttant scores !

Its always great there but we didnt catch a waitress who had the audacity to tell my son when he asked her for the fourth time for his glass of iced tea Well, I dont just have that to do. Very well eaten and very well served. Our waitress Karine gave us good advice, the ribs were delicious!

We went with a group of 11 people and the waitress whose name was Chantal was our waitress, I have never seen a stupid look like that I had the impression of being served by someone who worked in the army , a slight smile would have been appreciated. I will never go back,

The salad bar is of lower quality. The broccoline and cheddard salad has disappeared to make way for a noodle salad. So much less attractive with 2 pate salad among all the salads. They lower the quality to save money

I contacted this company 3 weeks ago... For food poisoning... In Ste-Julie. I was asked for details and since then I have had no response or compensation.

I dont recommend eating the chicken parmesan! The boss says not to put sugar in the tomato sauce but it was so sweet that I didnt even have the chance to order anything else. Finally, my friend was charged an inedible dish! The boss refused to cancel the dish. Inexcusable. I dont recommend the restaurant. The waitress was 5 star.

A waitress by the name of Chantal came to see us to ask us for a tip, mentioning the fact that she is paid very little and that she lives on tips and asking us in a very impolite manner you can see that. don t go out to restaurants much. My friend felt uncomfortable and gave her a tip and despite this she seemed angry. This situation made the experience very unpleasant. Chantal, if you dont like your salary, change jobs instead of asking students for tips. kiss

Had a nice lunch. Portions are pretty decent and fair - a little salty for my taste, but still very good. The menu has changed over the years and they have lots of new dishes if you haven t been there in a while, I suggest you stop by and have a look

Excellent service and attention.

Always happy to come and take a look. The staff is helpful. The salad bar is better stocked than in other Scores restaurants it seems to me, possibly because this one is busier. However, I would have liked the chain to keep flank steak on the menu... Im less fond of the new cut of beef so Ive stuck to chicken ever since. That said, with the salad bar included with certain menu items, and unlimited soft drinks, and the quality of the food, this undoubtedly makes it the best chain in the rotisserie field in terms of value.

Good food, not too expensive. Especially meals that include the salad bar! I really like their chicken noodle soup, tostitoes with guacamole, and fruit for dessert. A family and sporty atmosphere. The service was a little slow and the young waitress had no manners.

Great restaurant. Me and my brother had a great meal. I had the fish and chip, delicious and generous serving for the fish, and they dont skimp on the tartar sauce. Service was very nice and polite, waitress offered to refill our sodas (free refills with a meal btw) which is always appreciated. We choose to have the salad bar with our meal, great selection or salads, soups, nachos and crudité. Family friendly restaurant, very clean and cozy atmosphere. Will be back for sure.

Eat really well

Be careful to look at your food carefully. We ordered to bring and the cake was moldy (the cheese was hairy) we returned with the bill and the cake and it took 3 employees and a lot of stubbornness to simply get reimbursed so I believe that the healthiness and They don t care about the freshness of their food very disappointing service and experience!

Its honestly very good, the products are quality. This is a great option for a rotisserie line. The rib sauce is excellent.

Well... it was quite ordinary... My 90-year-old mother-in-law... had to wait 20 minutes after the others to receive her simple fried breast... My steak was overcooked... So not great but left out given the time it took to return for my mother-in-law... All the baked potatoes on the table, overcooked.. Burnt under the skin... Dry chicken in general... Average service... no validation of our plates... Not picking up the plates from the salad buffet before the end... No offer of drink something else The restaurant is not busy at all Quite quickly And our waitress disappears Not in the juice Also unpleasant comment when I went to see another waitress to get feedback for my mother-in-law We were eating at you at every opportunity... We will consider another location... This is the first time I experienced a such situation: the waitress left my table and sent another one saying that her colleague is very busy serving other clients while the restaurant is empty. There was nothing wrong with the place or service. We just felt a little pressured and rushed by the waiter.

Really lovely restaurant. Their chicken is always cooked to perfection. Excellent barbecue sauce. Nice variety of menu items from sandwiches to wraps and burgers. They are all delicious. Their mashed potatoes are to die for!! So fluffy and creamy! Portion sizes are great; you really do get your money s worth. My only complaint is that some items are a bit on the pricey side. Delivery can also take long at times but I recognize they are likely busy during the evening rush and on weekends. Clean restaurant and attentive service when dining in. Highly recommend. Much better than St. Hubert in my opinion..

I have tried several in Laval and this one is the best. The chicken and fries are tasty and the service is impeccable. I recommend it above all.

1 star only for the waitress who was nice and gave good service. Smiling, sweet and kind. For me it was a chicken skewer with grilled vegetables and rice. The chicken was dry, it rolled around in your mouth. The vegetables were overcooked and too salty. My daughter had the club sandwich and the same thing, the chicken was dry. The salad bar is broken...they dont do any rotation. Very disappointed because the one in Granby is excellent.

Still good, but the wine at room temperature was a bit warm and uncorked for too long.

I made a mistake ordering from their website (I selected takeout instead of delivery). My address is outside of their regular delivery area. They still agreed to deliver our order and I thank them for that. Plus everything was hot and delicious.
