DO NOT EAT THE SALAD BAR!! Not fresh at all! As I was eating it, I felt like it was a bad idea... I was right.. threw everything up the next morning... theres also nothing they can do because its no ones responsibility to improve their stuff... super super disappointed... I used to love scores.. heck, I used to WORK there!! Never coming back. UPDATE: a while later.. its been over a year since I last ate here and decided to give it another go.. I had the Chipotle chicken wrap as a take out (my guilty pleasure).. and a peanut butter brownie (also.. super guilty pleasure).. guys.. SO not worth it... the brownies was a whopping 8$ and was TINY! I couldnt believe it.. I got home and thought.. wow. They have some nerve charging that much for something so small and not even very good... Im reminded once again that this is NOT worth it... Oh... and [email protected] is an email that is undeliverable.. disaster guys..

Very disappointed food not fresh we were served in less than 5 minutes cooked by microwave. The waitress watched us the whole time we were eating, to make sure we werent sharing the salad. The rib was complete with good length but was only half in width, almost no meat for the price. And the hunters chicken was very vinegary.

I liked the concept with the salad bar, the dishes are delicious and generous! Excellent choice for a quick lunch, much better than facefood I recommend

From out of town. Some items you can get unless you eat in. Probably for the best. BLT Burger could have been given to your dog.french fries cold and hard. Onion rings not best but eatable. No silverware. Worst coleslaw. Clearly some of worst cooks in Montrealand that s not saying much. Only time I had a good meal was at the banquet at Fairmont Tremblant Hotel along with their breakfast. A shame for all the money they charge at Scores you would get decent food. And no silverware, are you suppose to sip the Cole saltless slaw. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. WASTE OF MY MONEY

To date, everything I have ordered from this restaurant has been good. On the other hand, their cheese bombs are not worth the price of $24, it was pretty ordinary, plus they forgot to add bacon, so poor quality-price for this starter dish.

Scores is delicious, no doubt. On the other hand, the prices have become much too high and the portions have decreased. Its a shame because this Scores is well located and it is very beautiful. The service is very good too. But $36 for a hot chicken and a beer doesnt make sense. Scores will have to lower their prices otherwise like East Side Marios which was there before, we will talk about it in the past tense.

My experience in the branch was the worst experience of my life, all because of the restaurant manager, Nina. The restaurant chain was the favourite for my family, friends, and myself from the Laval and West Island areas. Shame on any respectable restaurant that employs someone with such morals. Unfortunately, this was the first time I went to this branch. My daughter (she has special needs), my son, and I went to eat. I ordered my favourite meal, and likewise did my son. She asked me what you would ask for your baby girl, so I told her, My child is in a special condition and only eats special food, so I will not order something for her. . She said to me in a loud, un-mannered, and un-polite voice, You are not allowed to bring her food with you... You must order her food from the restaurant It is forbidden, so I dont know what the restaurant managers opinion will be on that. . I was mentally and psychologically hurt, so I told her that my daughter is a special case, but she just repeated herself, then left. I was shocked by her reaction, and it stabbed my heart. Especially considering my daughter s special health condition; she is autistic, has difficulties swallowing, and only eats special food according to the orders of the doctors and the specialists following her condition from CLSC. Nina was not just satisfied with that, she preferred to give us racist looks back and forth wherever she moved until my son and I lost our appetite, we did not even touch our food. I could not bear it and said I would talk to her respectfully and explain to her that what she did was immoral and inhumane. I had to show her my daughters report directed at her daycare, as that s all I had on hand at the moment. I explain to her that my child is a special case Her reaction when she saw the report was rude, and mocked at the fact that it was for the daycare. She additionally said its none of her business, and added to it, saying, I have rules that I implement, and this is not my decision, this is the manager s decision. You are allowed to bring her food because your child is sitting in a high chair. she said at the end. Then, when I asked for the restaurant staff for her name, I found out that she was the manager, and shes the one who makes the decision. She could have just apologized and I would have forgiven her and not left the restaurant, but She is a liar in addition to having bad morals, and continued to be racist and ill-mannered until I paid my full account and left the restaurant. I tried to call and file a complaint at the branch. They told me that she is the manager, and your calls were to no avail, therefore, I will go to the Canadian judiciary and sue the entire restaurant if satisfactory and decisive action is not taken due to the mistreatment of this manager and the racism with which she dealt with us.

Chicken tasted reheated. Was cold and dry. Server did not validated our complaints nor did he try to make us happy. charged for mashed potatoes without being told there would be an extra charge. Salad bar was fine., but their famous chicken soup was cold and tasteless.

Accidentally ordered chicken tai salad instead of chicken cesser and instead of the manager trying to help and offer for me to pay the césar sauce to somewhat fix this error, he refused to help at all. Thats what you ordered that what you get. Horrible service!!!

Salad bar is out of the world. So many varieties. SOUP was good. Trick is ordering any speciality and add the salad bar as add on. You will love it. Tenders , club and brochetes are very good to eat Food : 5/5 |

So disappointing: salad bar veggies and servings not fresh. As if they were kept from new years eve. Unfriendly and rude staff spying on their clients to see if they are sharing the bar food. Portions split to half and expensive. Kids meals served without dessert. They charge extras for the salad bar which is already unappetizing at all. They have a strategy not to let you look at the bar before ordering from the menu maybe so that you dont change your mind and leave! If you try to taste something on another plate chosen from the bar and you didnt pay for the bar a waitress shows up immediately and threatens to charge u on that! They deserve one star only for the cleanliness of the place. In addition, the waiters speak only English. No or very poor French. To sum it up, this restaurant would rather throw the food than see you eating from your kids plate. I dont recommend it to anyone. I wont set foot there anymore! Soooo deceived!

I love everything in this restaurant.all the ingredients are fresh and when i order for delivery or pick up it only takes them 10 to 15 minutes to prepare. All the items are complete with good presentation.

Less good than before and no choice

The waitresses are selfish, they choose the tips on the interac machine themselves before giving me the machine back to enter my pin. When I changed her choice on the machine, she didnt like it and didnt smile. When I returned afterwards to eat, she didnt serve me well and started talking to the other waitress about me and I listened. The management of the service at this restaurant is ridiculous. The last thing is all old in this restaurant, no renovations for a long time, the benches are finished. Owners must invest part of the money that earn with us. I started going to the restaurant next door ITALCO. They have good cheap food and good service better than Scores. Kid-friendliness: The boss doesnt like the noise of children, he sent the manager and the service to tell us that our son is making noise and that it bothers the boss.

I used to enjoy the chicken here but now it is very high pressure for a tip. One waiter gestured with his hand for a higher tip. We could not believe it. Demanding high tips for questionable service. One of the staff members was lurking behind furniture while gawking at customers plates. It really felt as if I was on a movie set.

Not too fresh :( But the service was good even though I asked twice for extra sauce which I never received.

I used to love this brand name. We were greeted with we are closing in an hour. Salad bar had few things that wre not that fresh. New menu items ( Parmigiana chicken) taste was not really how it should be. I was disappointed.

I was very much looking forward to this place as I am repeat customer. However I was disappointed to learn that they now charge almost 7.00 to add the salad bar but I realize the rising cost of food so I can somewhat understand. HOWEVER, they include nachos in the salad bar but have DISCONTINUED the nacho cheese as well as SEVERAL other items that used to be included. The one that stands out most for me is the chilli. So now they ve even DELETED the meat. So you charge and extra $7 and cancelled several items I can t say I ll be returning but I must say the main courses were fresh and hot. So there is a possibility. Really too bad I USED to looove this place. Service was great also.

The place is quaint. The food is average. The worst is the manager Milian, he is seen wandering lost around the place. When he did stop it was to speak to our server about personal topics. E.g: Someone husband has not worked in 8 months. While talking about these issues, he did not offer assistance to help service. They seem slow possibly understaffed only one server was seen.

Those ribs from the restaurant were absolutely good! I had Ubereats delivery was quick and the ribs were tender and flavourful. Gotta try them out!

The manager refused to give us parmesan to go with the salad bar even though all the other scores gave us some. The salad bar lacks choice.

This was an unpleasant experience. We felt like we were shaken down for our money. We were told they are not a bank and wo t do the exchange rate. Maybe that is what they do here in Montreal. But in other parts of Canad they say we will give you change in Canadian money. I really felt that this establishment never heard of the Canadian reputation of kindness and good nature. If your traveling abroad stay away from this place like everyone else. We were 5 of 15 people in a restaurant that could sit up to 100. The manager was no better acting like they dont know how to do business. I am ashamed. I will not go back there for anything.

Went here for late lunch on a busy weekend. Quiet place probably because no one was there. Literally just us and a couple of tables who also were parents with their baby/toddler. First of all, food was average. Nothing special but alright. Edible. But one thing we did not appreciate in particular was the manager being unfriendly and rude. We have a toddler who obviously likes to move around (walk, hop, roam around #iykyk). We walked in and were greeted by a pleasant timid lady. She led us to our table and was then followed by the manager who immediately took whatever were on the table (sugar pouch, salt, pepper etc..) and we were told im taking these they are not for you. Like wow, ok.. and your point is??? He watched us walk through the restaurant as we wait for our food, observing every move our toddler made even though we accompanied her every step of the way. He made us feel extremely unwelcome, uncomfortable and was rather irritated. Its a sad, disappointing experience.

Ordered a piri salad with brisket. Received a regular salad with thigh. 2nd delivery received a regular salad with brisket. Its not the first time. I changed StHubert because of the errors. Scores are not better. And when I call there is no presence of courtesy. Im treated like its my fault. Never again from Scores. Dont order there.

Great roasted chicken and ribs, and variety at the salad bar. However, do not upgrade to Parmesan fries, it is a ripoff. Just sprinkled over the fries, not worth the price. Sprinkle it yourself from the salad bar if you must.

I have nothing bad to say about the delivery as it was super fast. But the meal, UGH. I took the chipotle burger and honestly the chicken was soaked with grease to the point that the chipotle sauce didnt even taste. I like to order food from this restaurant but I am disappointed tonight. I got an email confirmation of my order saying it would be delivered in 45mins. Hungry, 1 hour and 8 mins gone by and my order still did not get delivered. Called the store and they called the driver who said apparently he would be there in another 5 mins and he had alot of orders. I got apologies and thanks for my patience but I thought more would have been done.

The dishes are a good size, not too big, but not small either and absolutely delicious with just a little spicy kick that enhances the taste even for those who dont eat spicy food (like me). The staff is really nice and sincerely happy to serve you. Good atmosphere.

We were greeted warmly. I discovered that the menu is greatly diminished since my last visit. Food was okay not much more.

One of my many visits, was greeted and served by Melanie tonight (October 25th 2022) a true professional, the food was good. I was disappointed when I left the restaurant and looked at my receipt, not sure why the standard 15% is applied on the meal including the tax. The card machine should be programmed to only tip on the price of the meal.

For the type of restaurant, a family rotisserie, meets expectations. Hot dishes, attentive waiters, fast service. Menu is not extensive but there are still choices. Having a few restaurants in a shopping center is always better than the food court when you want a more relaxed atmosphere!

My friend reserved a whole seating area for a birthday surprise party this evening. They only had a few balloons on the wall and the rude manager told them that it was illegal and we had to take it down. Manager even told them that it would be okay to put up balloons. I like the convenience of Scores. The food is decent and its nearby. I wouldnt say its anything super special, its still rotisserie chicken after all but it definitely hits the spot when youre craving some bbq type food. I like their pick up service, Its always been well organized and fast. Everything is always well packed and they give enough utensils and condiments.

Ribs were ice cold. I should have known when they only took 5 minutes to make after I ordered. Dried peas on hot chicken sandwich. Its not the same restaurant I used to love. Everything seems to have been cooked hours earlier. I used to eat here every week. Im sorry to say never again.

Quick take out service with friendly staff.

Made a order for lunch for a commercial address, the driver failed to notify that he was in our office and chose to leave my lunch hidden in a corner. When I called after an hour and a half I was informed that it had already been delivered. After searching it was found, cold chicken and cold Cheese Sticks were not good at all.The driver had my direct phone number and could have called if he could not find me. After reaching out to Scores they have said that the driver did try to call, but that is incorrect because when I called them I heard the driver in the background confirming he did not call. So on top of all this they lied to me.What is the point of Scores reaching out to someone after a complaint if they are willing to do nothing and on top of that have a negative attitude towards a legit review.

They say revenge is a dish best served cold, but what they dont say is that lunch is delivered cold. We have made a few orders and each time the food was delivered cold or at room temperature, the first time I called only to be placed on hold forever. The second time the woman who I spoke to was rude and just made excuses, my advice would be to stay clear of this place.

Never going back again!!! Have been going there for years and also take advantage of the take out. Yesterday we went for sit-in dinner with the family and the waitress made a mistake on a few of the meals, when we flagged it to her, she took a defensive approach, argued with us and told us it was our fault as we didnt articulate well. When the bill came she didnt want adjust anything. For me its the principle versus the value. Just lost a long time customer.

Great place to go when you want to kill traffic after work. Nice salad bar and food comes out quick. Its probably prepped in advance and reheated. Oh well, cant really complain for the price. Table service is nice and attentive. Glasses are always full of water or soft drinks and used plates are taken away promptly.

They have the buffet but i dont wanna pay 12$ 13$ to eat salad that i can make it at home and soup that i can buy it from any market and prepare it at home. A regular customer since its 2006 opening, I usually have the chicken breast and salad bar, the latter being the star of the restaurant. Chicken is juicy, no complaints; I tend to wipe off any excess grease i.e. flavorings as I prefer it a little more drier. Salad bar tends to change its offerings lately; I prefer healthier selections/salads, though certain offerings Ive liked, such as the Lentil Salad, apparently werent popular with customers so they were switched out for new offerings. However, I do prefer that new offerings occur from time to time to keep things interesting. Washroom facilities are kept clean... a good sign of responsible staff. Decor was redone a number of months ago and I prefer the new, neutral color scheme; it creates a more relaxing ambiance. Service is polite, professional, friendly, reliable; they give me their undivided attention. Overall, a good experience. Update on March 22nd, 2019: Well, since my initial review above about a month ago, the Salad Bar has switched offerings many times, however, most of the time offerings I liked and were reasonably healthy were switched for creamy, far less healthy fare. I understand theyre trying to appeal to the greatest number of customers at a cost where they can make a decent profit, but it seems what they think the customers want is not what I would prefer. I can list at least a half dozen offerings they switched out that I liked in the past few months: Fennel Salad, Lentil Salad, Orzo Salad, Rainbow Salad, Mandarin Oranges, and Chick Peas. The only item they added and so far kept which I like isnt a salad but a condiment: hummus with olives. Wont change the rating yet, but if it continues to the point where nothing at the Salad Bar appeals to me, then Ill just have to find another Salad Bar that suits my preferences. Regarding the menu items, other than the chicken breast, havent had much else except the Santa Fe Chicken plate which I liked, but - you guessed it - they eventually dropped it too. :/ Update on March 27, 2019: A positive change at the Salad Bar: the addition of a Cauliflower with Turmeric Salad. Hopefully this signals more healthier salads to come at the Salad Bar. Update on April 20, 2019: Turns out the Cauliflower with Turmeric Salad was just a promotion for two weeks... its not there anymore. Will wait a little longer to see if things improve, otherwise its off to another, healthier salad bar. Update on June 12, 2019: No changes at Saint-Laurent Scores so I went to Dorval Scores and they had everything at their salad bar that was taken away from the salad bar at this Scores plus more healthier offerings. They even had honey for the chicken. Im sold on Dorval Scores.

Nice decor, friendly and competent server. Decent variety of food but mainly chicken, ribs. Good salad bar. A little skimpy on the fish for the fish taco and fries/rice for our groups meal but very tasty. Lots of parking. Good for groups.

Not so good, cant find delicious test

I had the worst experience ever.. we were a party of 8 5 kids and 3 adults every one ordered food .. i ordered salad bar for my self and i asked my mom who is 65 years old to taste from a plate i brought to the table.. few minutes later the waitress came in very aggressive way and approached the table and said that my mom can t eat from the salad bar because it is not sharable.. we told her she was just tasting .. she was very cruel and brought her boss over and the boss started the conversation that it is only 5:99$ extra for the salad bar ..they made me feel as if we have never seen food or been to a restaurant that serves salad bar! they could have delivered the information in much nicer and respectful way but their way was very condescending ... plus their food is less than average! i had to cancel the adults order because they do not deserve a penny! our bill was to exceed 100$! u better learn how to provide decent customer service before just provide food..

Ive had Scores many times and this new desert just didnt cut it. If it werent for that white cream I think this would be a flop... The main meal was great as always. Soup and salad bar was good.

What kind of service is this, I ordered a poutine and they gave me a kit to do it myself as the gravy sauce was cold and Cheese as cold.I did the order online for pickup and they forgot my side as well
