Not great. I wanted to like it since it is fully vegan, but they wouldn't let you modify anything. Also, they added mayo when it wasn't included in the description. That's a safety hazard, and also, just dishonest. Not super friendly service either.
Incorrect timings. Store was closed at 9PM on Friday. Although Google says it is open till then.
Wow....if you want what is essentially microwaved food this is your place. It could not have been more like a "I don't give a F" chain restaurant. Out of bottled water?..... really?! Out of muffins too. The breakfast sandwich was super disappointing.
I quite liked this place. It's in a mall so the atmosphere is very affected by that. I didn't mind so much though. It's music festival season, pride week, and there was an anime con so I had lots of interesting people to watch. The food was a lot. I got a aztèque bowl which is a lot of food and just okay. The vegan poutine was really good though. This is an interesting place. I'm sure you could find something good.
Absolutely disgraceful, I told them that everything was cold and they said I have to buy another one and they’ll make it hot. Refused to heat it up, refused to change it to another. Told me it’s too bad this is what you chose. Rude, no professionalism. The 3* rating is super generous. Staff hates their job, probably hates their lives 0 passion 0 flavour They really don’t care it’s sad and pathetic for copper branch to have people like these ruin their reputation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Very expensive for what you get, but usually pretty delicious. I got the bao buns and asked for cilantro (as advertised), but the person working there had no idea what I was asking for. Regardless they were good but the cilantro would’ve made it way better.
Copper Branch is a great fast stop for a plant-based meal - keep in mind this is fast food, not fine dining! With the right expectations I'm sure you can find something you like - the menu is on the larger side. This location was the first Copper Branch I ever visited (okay, slight lie - we went to a nearby location first but it wasn't quite open yet so they only had barely half the menu to choose from..). This is a convenient location in the Desjardins complex food court, plenty of seating available and the complex has free wifi. We ordered an assortment of items for brunch. The matcha latte is good, on the sweeter side - would get it again for sure. Gandhi smoothie is tasty! Bagel with cream cheese surprised me - it was really good! The General Copper Bowl was also really good, especially for fast food. Poutine with mushroom gravy is good but there is definitely better out there. Their s'mores cookie was great - I meant to save half for later and it was just gone :) I would definitely visit again.
I had the Aztec Bowl, with quinoa and tempeh. Even the mini box was a large meal. Service was pleasant. Glad there is this healthy food available in the Complexe Desjardins food court.
Burger and burrito really not good. Barely cooked steak and fries The burrito is almost just rice and the pancake is undercooked. Even for a fast food and junk food its really disappointing. Its not even worth testing

You say that you open at 7AM, but when we show up at 7h50 for a smoothie bowl, your employee tells people that you are closed and that you only serve food starting at 8h30. If you open at 8H30, dont say that you open at 7AM. Waste of time.

It is located in the Desjardins Complex, a beautiful Kiosk which is well placed, well maintained, beautiful lighting, welcoming staff ready to offer their services, a place which is warm, it is a kind of place which deserves to be sincerely appreciated . Only one small downside, he is strictly vegetarian, I myself am not a total vegetarian, it is true that I would not eat meat very often but I like to eat it from time to time, which I do not like not too much in these places most of the time the foods are excessively expensive, this policy discourages people not to consume these kinds of products or (Its kinds of food and thats it). Vegetarian options: They are already strictly vegetarian, so they should have plenty of options in store. Dietary restrictions: Indeed the food restrictions are displayed. Kid-friendliness: Yes, the Complexe Desjardins Shopping Center is always open to young people, that s a fact. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrances are designed for this kind of situation, there are also elevators that are available for these kinds of circumstances.
Notice to the manager: we stopped by at 7:30 p.m. to buy a salad; your employees refused to serve us under the pretext that they were closing even though according to your schedule you are supposed to be closed at 8 p.m. So I dont understand why they close 30 minutes early and refuse to serve customers.

I was surprised the entire menu was vegan! They have multiple locations so search for one nearby. Had the breakfast sandwich and iced caramel Cappuccino!
I am not vegan but shiitake is my favorite protein especially in the burger, the Gandhi smoothie with its beautiful green color too, people who love nature, peace will prefer this type of restaurant
Wanted Ty try it out came to the Complex and they have it roped off and doing bag checks. I am coming to a mall to shop and eat. Not going to bother.

Tried Deluxe burger with fries combo. Fries were completely uncooked and the veg patty seemed to be reheated. The other branches offer better quality.
The girl at the cash as no idea what customer service is. Rude rude rude! Made 1 request for my burger and answered me :hen with a smug look on her face. Never again!

The burger and fries I got were not up to standard. The staff prepared a replacement for the initial order, which was better than the first one, but it s not on par with other Copper Branch locations.
This was my first time visiting a Copper Branch and needless to say, will most likely be my last. I should have changed my mind about even ordering when the cashier could not understand my request in either English or French. She did not understand her own menu. I waited over 15 minutes for my order to be made, while people came after my order and were served before me. My order consisted of two items; one flatbread and one poutine. My poutine was made in advance of my flatbread, and just sat on the side waiting for my second item. I ordered a regular poutine (as on the menu), was told there are no potatoes, but offered a sweet potato poutine in its place. Not only did they run out of potatoes by lunch time, but I was charged extra for the sweet potatoes even though it was offered to me as a replacement. Once receiving my food, I went back to complain that the box of poutine was only half full. I could have ordered a small poutine and ended up with the same amount in the box. I requested a refund for the difference, and was told no refunds can be given. The only thing offered was another poutine (which I really didnt want to begin with). The employees did not even know how to make the flatbread, and not only followed a screen but kept asking me if I wanted certain ingredients which should have been included anyways. The only positive out of this whole experience was that the food did taste very good. I have waited to write this review, because I tried contacting customer service with no response after one week. Therefore, I unfortunately have very little to say and would give 0 stars if I could. My two items were definitely not worth the cost that I paid and the time that was wasted.
Shiitake burger which tasted reheated and was very dry. Undercooked sweet potatoes. Very ordinary experience. I have eaten better at other Copper Branch franchises.

I ordered the BLT, Smoked Tempeh Sandwich and the Aztec Bowl. This location, at least on Thursdays, opens at 8am not 7. Friendly staff.
In addition to the impeccable customer service, the food is impeccable. Well assembled and never forgotten! I recommend this branch. :)
I love Copper Branch and have never been disappointed here! I just passed this morning (Saturday August 6) and we were very well received with excellent service!
I threw away half my order! Honestly disgusting! All the products have been reheated several times, the bread hardened from being cooked again. The fries were not cooked and impossible to eat, they were fries blanched and reheated in the microwave. I dont believe that the cold chain is respected there. It s shameful to serve products like that!
Great food, but the business hours are incorrect. Im stood here at 08:20 on a Saturday morning and its locked up. Disappointing, but it wont stop me supporting Cooper Branch in general.
Pretty slow service. In addition, they forgot to make my order. When I asked in English if it was being made, the staff member told me, I don t speak English; I only speak French (in perfect English). Then they proceeded to argue about the point of sale software. Also food was bland.
La nourriture n était vraiment pas bonne. Le bagle n était pas salé et les « lardons » étaient trop grillés et inmangeables. Le burger au champignon à 12$ n était vraiment pas bon et pour couronner le tout le toast aux avocats était trop salé et inmangeable également. Heureusement que les employés ont proposé de le refaire mais je ne retournerai plus jamais ici ! Pour le prix c est du vol
Burgers are not like the pictures, they are two slices of bread with a leaf of lettuce, absolute rip off for 10$, do not go there.

More efficient and courteous service this time. Good alternative for those who want to eat healthily. 2019-08: one * less. Shitake sandwich. It seems to me that the recipe has been modified. Instead of sriracha coleslaw, tomato lettuce and alfalfa, aioli sauce replaced with sweeter red sauce, burger bun with ciabatta too toasted and therefore dry!? Everything tastes different from the original product which is original. Disappointing.

I m a big fan of copper branch and always take the same thing (general copper bowl with shiitake teriyaki instead of general tao as the protein). This copper is using another kind of shiitake and it s not good at all. It was darker and dryer. I went back to ask if they changed the shiitake and the guy working there told me they did. I spent 15$ just to eat lettuce.
Im a regular at the Copper Branch, yes its expensive, but some branches go all out for the price, others like the one at Place Desjardins REALLY leave something to be desired. This is the 3rd time Ive been there and its the 3rd time that everything is cold! my Burger is cold and my buffalo wings were also very cold! For $20, its a real steal!

Its only recently opened. The service was pretty ordinary. This was my first time at one of their meal locations, so I was not familiar with the menu and had some questions about portion sizes and certain menu items. She really had the face of a girl who didnt want to be there. The people who take care of meal preparation and bags were much more courteous and friendly, despite the fact that an error made my order. For the food, everything was tasty and well seasoned.
