Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant PHO & Grills.
I recently had the chance to dine at this Vietnamese pho restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The prices are reasonable, making it a solid choice for quality without breaking the bank. The broth was especially enjoyable—clean and balanced, capturing the authentic essence of pho without being overpowering. While the ambiance isn’t particularly extraordinary, it stands out for its cleanliness and comfortable, laid-back setting, especially compared to other spots. If you’re looking for a cozy, no-fuss experience with good pho, this is a great place to try.
Stopped by for lunch today at 3515 Av. Lacombe, Montréal, QC H3T 1M2. Nice Vietnamese restaurant. I had the Grilled Beef and added a Spring Roll. It came with rice and salad. The food was excellent and the portion was generous. Very impressed and will definitely go back again. Glad to hear they have one in the West Island also.
Ordered off Uber eats; food was prepared and ready to be picked up quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with the portion size! Everything was delicious! I’ll definitely be ordering from here more often :)
I ordered pho and my friend another thing without water. Both were super delicious and reasonable price.. service was fast
This is the best I am Pho location in Montreal (I’ve tried almost all of them). The portions are extremely generous and the food is tasty/flavourful and the chicken is tender!! The staff is lovely and friendly - and the price/quality is amazing. I always get the deluxe grilled chicken bowl.
Everything was just wonderful. The restaurant looks clean and follows a theme. The theme of the fine prints on the wall are something that captivates you inbetween waiting on meals. As for the pho, the price and portioning size is easily noticable. I'm from Toronto and a regular size here is basically any Toronto large pho. So, I am very pleased with what I got. I am pho easily is on the top selection of my favorite pho restaurants now. The pho noodles are so soft and carries the flavour of the broth in every bite you eat. The meat is very tender and has quite the flavour to it. Thank you for a wonderful dinner for our trip!
Very tasty food. Good service. Only negatives, water should be colder/iced and takeout 🥡 dish cost an extra $1. Besides that, everything was great. Definitely recommend. 👌🏼
Wow I'm amazed at how good the food is! The staffs are so friendly and the restaurant is really well designed. I took 3 appetizers : - Imperial rolls - Small Pho - Honey Garlic Chicken skewers. Guys I am not kidding, it's really really good! I am really picky when it comes to finding a good pho place and I think I found it! The food is high quality, well seasoned and came out fast. The presentation is cute and the prices are perfect. I'm already looking forward to my next meal here.
Really great service!
Good food good prices very young atmosphere inside. Also good location very close to the Metro five minutes walking distance.
Great imperial rolls and good soup.
The most beautiful Pho I have eaten in my entire life
Good pho . Perhaps offer a 3rd portion size: small; in addition to medium and large. As someone who is a big eater , eating the entire medium portion was not possible for me. There was literally enough for 2 people. I imagine what it could be like for small stomachs ( ). Without being excessive, I cant say that the price was affordable either. Offering a small portion would proportionally reduce the price. A little tight at the tables. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
I arrived as soon as it opened. The place filled up quickly, but the service was quick and pleasant. The beef and lemongrass soup was delicious (and not too spicy!). We bring it to you with sprouted beans, mint and lime to adjust the dish to your liking. Unfortunately there was no chicken when I arrived (which I wanted), but since its the first time Ive been there, I dont know if its exceptional. It was good but I dont think Ill have any cravings for the place in the future! Maybe its a question of taste. In any case, comforting on a cold day and large portions at affordable prices.
Among my favorite places to eat in CDN big bowl of delicious soup Food : 5/5
Everything is great. Highly recommended.
Food
Small, unpretentious Vietnamese restaurant but of good quality, I had the grilled chicken with rice, imperial rolls and salad and everything was excellent. Plus, the portions are generous; I recommend this place!
One of the best places for vietnamese food in the area and the ambiance is unmatched
Parking is an issue
If I could give zero, I would! The customer service was terrible. When my boyfriend, my friend, and I arrived, there were three available tables for two, but since we were three, the waiter told us they couldnt accommodate us. We politely suggested combining two tables and we even offered we can use one table and just add one chair, but they said they wouldn t want that. He said, we have to wait that the table of 4 is available. And he really insisted it wasnt allowed. He told us to wait for others to finish, but it didn t seem like others would be done anytime soon, so we decided to leave. I ve never encountered a restaurant that wouldn t accommodate a party of three when there are 3 tables available and not reserved. We were hungry and ended up going to a different restaurant. I was really looking forward to trying their Vietnamese food for the first time, but because of the poor service, that never happened. I can t comment on the food, but I will definitely not be returning! Rude waiter! Dont know his name but he is a bit old. There is a guy wearing yellow shirt, dont know if he is the owner, who didn t also try to accommodate. Didn t regret eating here since it is also a bit dirty place.
Nice staff
I feel bad writing this because it seems like a family-run business, but the food has significantly declined. We used to have such great pho at this place but I was shocked at my last bowl which immediately led the question/discussion if these are new owners. Like others, I had previously experienced a situation where the place was empty at 11 AM but we were refused to sit 2 at a 4 person table. I understand the logistical issue of moving tables around at a small restaurant, but when the place is empty its hard to comprehend that you cant sit wherever you want.
I am Pho in Côte Des Neiges is a decent and alright restaurant here is why. Pros: A) Soup tasted good and flavourful. B) The service was good and alright. C) The location is right by the Metro and the main Boulevard. D) Prices were alright for me. E) Washrooms was clean and taken care off. F) Portion sizes weredecent for me Cons: A) I wanted the soup to be more hot in terms of of temperature but it was alright. B) The waiter I think had a difficult time understanding my English. Because I asked him what to recommend and I felt like he did not understand. C) Also the waiter seemed tired or just was not more positive enough. Service was good though. To Conclude the Food and service was good. The Fried egg rolls and the number 7 was tasty and plentiful. God Bless the business and God Bless the people past and present who work there.
No sense of welcome. There were 6 of us and we were forced to sit on 2 separate tables because they refused to allow them to be brought together.
One of my favorite Montreal restaurants. They always are the fastest to prepare the food ( I get my delivery orders in 10 minutes), the food is super tasty and always fresh and hot! Their Cha Gio are just the absolute best! Good work, I reccomend!
Great discovery! Tasty Vietnamese at a good price. I have been back several times! Tables inside and terrace in summer. The dishes are served hot. Always good and there is a terrace with tables in summer.
Spicy lemongrass soup with good ingredients, good quantity. I dont like stainless glasses. Imperial rolls, too much breading. Very fair price
Im disappointed that half of the dish is lettuce, you cant call it a salad...
The pho here has a lot of meat and is soft but does not have an attractive pho smell. Unfortunately, the pho soup is not hot. If you put vegetables and bean sprouts in the soup, it will boil. The inside of the salon is clean and there is an outside area for customers. Vietnamese iced milk coffee is also ok. If I have a chance, I will come back to support you again.
Very good place, food and service are exceptional. I highly recommend it.
We enjoy it. Taste great! Beef is marinated well. Not hard to chew .
Food is great, service is fast and efficient. Prices are good! Rear combo these days, so definitely I ll be back to this restaurant.
Very nice restaurant with good and simple food
This is my favorite Pho place. They dont cheap out on ingredients, and everything is fresh. The chili oil sauce is delicious. I recommend the imperial rolls and the Pho Dac Biet. Yum! Kid-friendliness: They have a baby chair.
The food is very good and tasty, authentic flavor and the portions are generous for the price the pho dac biet is great!!!!
Notably generous portions. Good quality. Happy to find this place.
The only bun bo hue that I enjoy that is not my mum s. The broth is to die for !
Inexpensive and good food. Very happy with both the pho and the vermicelli dishes.
Our soup was incredible and the rolls too!
Excellent service, reasonable price
Rude people
This is a terrible restaurant. She forced me to sit at a table for two when no one was around. I dont like her rude hospitality. I eat in other similar Vietnamese rice noodle shops, and the boss will tell me that you can sit anywhere you like. I will never go to this store again.
Never disappointed when we come to iampho cdn. The service was excellent. The small girl took her time to explain the menu for me. The chicken pho is the best in my heart. Other than this, we ll keep coming back.
Great place if you d love a bowl of Pho within a minimal wait time. Quick service and tasty Pho. Highly recommend.
Mickey is good..
Very good soup with a very tasty broth, the meat is also excellent!!
When we got here, they refused to let us sit away from the door because we had to sit on a 2 seater table. Its particularly cold today, but I didnt let that bother me because, whatever, I understand. We moved tables after one freed up and it was cold there too. But a handful of deliver people after, then 3 other couples that came in after us all got their food before we did, which motivated me to leave a review. Its my first time here because the one close to our place is closed. (The 3 we usually go to are closed on Tuesdays). The food is like any other decent pho place. Only thing special is that their spring roll is wrapped w rice paper. There was a lot of beef in my soup, which could be cool, but it was over powering the soup. Couldve made another soup with the meat my bf and I removed from our bowls.
Pho is great. Appetizers are even better.
I came here with a friend and we had the bun bowl of chicken with spring roll and vermicelli. The portions were so generous and the flavour and freshness outstanding! The staff were friendly too. We also appreciated the air conditioning on the hot day.
taste so good
Great Pho, well-located, good price ratio, nice people. The chicken is pretty good.
Good not great. Ordered takeout. I had the bun cha gio dish. For 19$ I expected more. Presentation wasnt great, even for takeout. The dressing for the salad was minimal and wasnt sufficient. Noodles were plain. The toll was tasty and so were the other meat pieces. overall I wouldnt order this again. The pho might be better here as thats what they specialize in. But value wise not a great place . I am impressed with the reusable bag they give you for a takeout order. Havent seen that anywhere else before.
Best Vietnamese food ever!!!
I really loved the meat. I would have liked a little more instead of sprinkles. THANKS.
Super fast super good gives free candy
Great pho soup!
I read a bunch of the one-star reviews and saw that the rude Asian robot lady has pissed off MANY of her customers and even the delivery drivers, on which her business depends. Rude, ignorant, no social skills. Ive eaten there twice and while the food wasnt bad (nothing good either.... its just like every other pho restaurant) it was the incredibly ignorant lady with OCD who ruined the experience. Its not a racist thing. Im betting if she ran a restaurant anywhere in Asia, the customers there would hate her just as much.
Good food, good place and good service. Everything is good from A to Z
Vegetable and grilled chicken soup my fav
Unprofessional and poorly behaved staff!
I went to eat at this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Wowww Amazing, delicious!
Really good Pho. The meat brochettes were very nicely seasoned. The service was really good. The servers are very friendly. The resto is very well located, near the metro and close to bars, stores, and hospitals (for those healthcare workers looking for a warm bowl of Pho after work). Edit: still as good as ever!
it was delicious! spicy just the way i like it
As an English speaker, I got the iici Quebec on parle français treatment from a Vietnamese lady with eyeglasses who spoke a broken French. Unbelievable, I apologize to the cooks for the 1 star, the food came out fast and was excellent.
The food was delicious. Their soup base wasnt that salty compared to the others. Also, our food came under 10min. during a lunchtime rush. We had 2 pho, one order of spring roll and chicken skewers
The pho are delicious, generous, have great taste. We love it!!
Top 3 best Pho in MTL. The grilled chicken one is insanly good. Food
WOW WOW WOW!! Just the smell of this place is amazing!!
Fast service at lunch, the food is excellent and the cashier / owner is extremely nice! Thank you!
Good pho, well garnished. The broth is not quite up to the standards of the neighborhood competition. The best is on Victoria at Cote st Catherine......phobulus broth!
Very sweet Vietnamese staff! The food is good and the painted walls reminds me of when I was visiting Vietnam, decor is modern. Family friendly, good for take out and dine in. Stayed open even at -27C! There not soup options are also pretty good! Kid-friendliness: Rather kid friendly. A good place to eat with the family. Definitely still Vietnamese food though so not necessarily for picky eaters (except if they like pho) Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, theres a small (around 5 steps) flight of stairs to get to the front door. Seems accessible once inside though.
We really enjoyed the Pho and the chicken plate my son took was amazing! Definetly going back. Price was goos as well.
Been ordering a few times and never disappointed.
Nice and quiet place to have a bowl of Pho on a snowy evening. I will come back again.
Beef soup is so bad today, rice vermicelli are all broken in small pieces broth is not aa good as others locations on downtown and brossard
Best pho!!
Best in town!
My family are so disappointed with this restaurant. This is our second time to visit. We accumulated 3 stamps last time. But they are faded because my son put it into his pocket before the ink was dry. We asked the waitress/cashier to recover them, but she refused. Dont you want to have more returning customers by this promotion? But finally you lost loyalty customers by it.
No taste, low quality meat, dry-aged nasty chicken, quality went down. Used to come here a lot and had a 5 starts. Owner got greedy.... Sad... AVOID this place.
Tasty broth with generous portions of meat. Would have enjoyed more tripe and tendon in my tai gan sach, but was still satisfied and satiated by the end of my bowl.
Ummmm so good
The food is delicious, affordable and comes in generous portions. The ambiance is cozy and warm.
Great food and satay beef! The bun bo hue and pho is flavorful and delicious! Good quantity too! Even near closing time (~9:00pm) the food was delicious!
One of our favourite restaurants to call for takeout (always ready in 10 minutes). We are constantly satisfied and happy with our meals. I ve lost count of how many times we ve eaten here
The beef noodle soup here is better & better than down the street, the coffee here never disappoints me.
Excelente food love it takes me 30 minutes get there but it s so good I don t care the drive
Excellent soup and good quantity of meat.
Absolutely delicious as always. I hope they add steam egg to their menu!!
I had a bo-bun for the first time in this restaurant the noodles were dry the meat was overcooked hard and not minced very little sauce no herbs I didnt like it at all. I know about bo bun, I dont recommend it. To avoid very bad experience ended up in the trash too bad
The food as it should be. Exactly as in Vietnam!
Amazing quick service. Generous portions. Kids and I fully enjoyed our meal.
Excellent restaurant, very fast service.
This rating is for Vietnamese. The food isnt authentic. The taste is bland. Bún Bò Hu smells a bit lemon grass and no authentic smell or taste of Bò and Sa T , a typical side of fresh salads and cabbage isnt there for BBH. Fresh rolls are missing Basil leaves which is a must have, and dipping sauce is weird. I wont ever come back.
Always a pleasure Vegetarian options: Tonkinese vegetable soup
Disappointed. We went there in the morning to have a light breakfast so we ordered mini phos and spring rolls and there s a group came after us. We ordered first and waited for a long time. But they served the food to the group first(we saw they served them a normal meal) and then told us yours will be coming soon ! Just because we ordered small dishes then we didn t get to served in order?! And the mini pho was over priced and super mini but the spring rolls tasted good. Won t come back again.
Very delicious soups !!! And very fresh ingredients. Food
I love I Am Pho near Montmorency College in Laval. In Côte-des-Neiges, the pho broth has a lighter and less salty flavor. Additionally, they dont offer spicy oil like in Laval. Ill have to get used to it. On the other hand, the portions are more generous and contain more meat. The imperial rolls are always so tasty. In short, its good enough that Ill go back when Im at UdeM. (My order: 2. Cha Gio and 7. Pho Dac Biet, large)
very nice restaurant, surprising decor wonderful service and food
I recently had the pleasure of dining here. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm ambiance and friendly smiles from the staff. The Spring Roll dish I ordered was nothing short of fantastic. Each bite was bursting with fresh flavors, and the combination of ingredients was perfectly balanced. For the Pho, it was cooked just right which created a symphony of taste that left me craving for more. What truly impressed me, aside from the food, was the prompt and attentive service. The staff at I Am Pho demonstrated a genuine passion for their craft. They were quick to offer recommendations, answer any questions I had, and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. Overall, the fast and helpful service further elevated the dining experience, leaving me a sense of satisfaction and a desire to return.
I Am Pho Restaurant offers a delicious Vietnamese culinary experience. Their Pho is flavorful, with a fragrant broth and perfectly cooked rice noodles. The meat is tender and the fresh herbs add a burst of flavor. The servers do their best to accommodate customer requests. The restaurants decor is simple and unpretentious, reflecting the informal atmosphere of Vietnamese street food stalls. However, the ambiance could be improved with Vietnamese ambient music and more authentic decoration. The value for money at I Am Pho is reasonable. Overall, I Am Pho is a nice place to enjoy a good bowl of Pho. If you are looking for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience, this establishment can satisfy your taste buds.
Ordered 15 and 16 and wow, both amazing. Being tourists from Vancouver we thought we had pretty good pho already, but this was something else. Perfect viet spring rolls, the spicy soup pho was amazing. People Im with ordered the beef soup-less rice noodles and that was great too. Wish we had this place back home but glad we tried it here. Service was excellent too as the server was super nice and courteous. Additionally food came lighten fast too which was a bonus. Kid-friendliness: Nice and spacious
This place is so good! From the broth, to delicious noodles & tender meat, they really know what theyre doing! The service is so friendly & so quick. Lovely decor & there is a beautiful terasse in the summer. Thank you!
Good Pho but so authentic Vietnamese food. Good prices but limited choice.
Most delicious Pho , i tasted in some time.
Music was a bit loud the night we were there, but its still the best bang the buck for delicious food!
Great place
Classic pho experience plus the servings of meat are generous.
Asked for chilli, never received it.
Great tasting food. Tender chicken with rice and salad. Welcoming staff, fresh atmosphere. FOLLOW FOR MORE.
Very nice waitress, delicious food and fast service. I will be coming back to this amazing restaurant!
Good food, but too much vermicelli noodles in the dish, an even portion of salad would have been nice. Con was for an extra piece of lettuce cost is $2
Good quantity and price
Delicious pho beef & grilled chicken but not a fan of the veggies in the soup (brocoli & carrots )
The burnt roll dry noodle ended up trash to leak
I frequently come here that it has become my regular spot. Rain or shine, I love how this place is open later than others (thats how I found this place). The atmosphere always feels homey. The food portion is bang on.
This new pho spot is closer to the metro than Lien and delivers as good pho as the legendary spot. Ill be back to enjoy more of this.
I asked for washroom since I deliver Uber my spare time and the owner said its only for client But wait a second I am your deliver guy that makes your business run HELLO !! True I am not a client but I deliver to your client .. bad judgement and behavior I think you should be more kind to people if you want to keep on . Anyways bad experience I was shock and I will make sure to tell all friends and family and my clients I have never go there so you can use the toilet just for you maybe * By the way people I met they are so so wonderfully super nice , in this case its my first time I see this happened.
Delicious authentic Vietnamese food. Highly recommend it
Ordered take out via their website. Portions were very generous with a lot of meat. Will definitely be one of my go to spots for pho in the neighborhood.
Good pho and its a clean environment. Theres another famous pho place down the street, but they take cash only and the place doesnt look as clean... Over here, they accept cards and the pho is grea too, so I prefer to dine here especially when its cold outside.
I was here yesterday evening with my friends and i saw a fly s all over the glasses(which are placed open to the air with out any lids) we left the place immediately. Not coming here again.
I love the seating and decor. It feels cosy and intimate. The food is pretty average. I like how they have cha gio because not every pho place has it. Service is pretty apathetic. I have to always pack my own to go and pay for the containers.
Excellent Pho with a delicious broth and very generous quantity of noodles. Fast service. I recommend.
Great portion and delicious food.
Great grilled chicken soup! And you absolutely have to try the Thai roll, they are sublime, they taste fresh .
Quite fast and rich, Recommended
Small gem inside Cote Des Neiges. Their soup is amazing. Great service and very friendly
Ive never seen a woman at the checkout so clumsy. At the time of the bill, I take out my credit card to pay for my dinner and that of my friend (employee of the Jewish General Hospital = 15% discount), my friend tells him that he would like to have the discount. She agreed because my friend is also a regular customer. As she entered the bill amount, she asked me if I worked at the hospital. I replied that I worked at Brébeuf college. The expression on his face changed. Once I had paid and given a good tip, in front of me, she mentioned to my friend, pointing at me: Next time he wont have a discount.... Poor woman... ZERO business sense... If she imagined there would be a next one, shes dreaming in color... Its going to go well . She certainly lost more than just one customer. My friend and certainly, and all my colleagues and friends will hear me talk about this great experience .
I ordered the Bo Bun and I was super disappointed $19 on Uber eats for a rice noodle dish with 3 salad leaves and a little chicken. A scam! Normally the bobun are much more filling than that! I dont recommend it at all! If youre looking for a good Bo Bun, the one at Red Tiger in the Eaton Center is to die for!
Went back again and instead of take-out, we finally got to try it out fresh at the restaurant! The spicy soup is hot and flavorful, top notch! Definitely the best I AM PHO around town (is actually better than other stores) Parking: Free street parking on Saturday after 6pm
Big portions for not too much money, and the employees are really adorable. I recommend!
High quality food, good service, affordable prices and very comfortable patio... great combination to have a wonderful experience. Ive been there several times and have never been disappointed. Ill keep going to this restaurant and recommending it to all my friends and family!
Food was good but service was slow and bad. Waitresses just ignore you and have bad attitude. Forgot one of our order and pretended like theyre cooking in the back (while punching the order in the cash when asked wheres the food) so we cancelled that order. Could have been 5 stars if it werent for their bad service and attitude which made the atmosphere unpleasant to eat.. either way they dont really seem to care about it.
Good tasty pho, nice interior and clean bathroom. Newer establishment and price is a bit elevated but good quality nonetheless. We got the vegetable broth shrimp pho. Super tasty and staff are very nice people.
Excellent Vietnamese food I recommend the NRO 9 soup which comes with chicken and beef Pretty good quality/price ratio
This is a failure. There is no other way to say it. Sometimes I dine here, I was always pleased with the delicious food and cozy atmosphere. But today, communication with the waitress simply negated everything positive that this place has. I turned to her with a request, in return, without even listening, she turned around and left. I had to follow her, but when I started talking, she began to jabber at the same time as me and threaten to cancel my order. I asked if there was an owner of the establishment, she answered no . I asked when I could catch him, and she answered never. I asked what your name was, and she answered I don t know . Totally inadequate behaviour. I had to leave otherwise she would definitely have spat in the soup Question for the owners: why cook delicious food and at the same time hire staff with whom communication makes you sick?
Taste good, big portion, I love it!
The food is always exceptionally good. I order there at least once a week and never ever had a bad experience.
Not bad but far from authentic.
Steaming, sauna grade bowl with a sizeable heap of assorted cow parts - last time I elected to take out the tripe and fat clumps, but they neglected to include me meatballs! Pho broth is fragrant and tasty, and their other offerings perfectly acceptable. Good spot!
Nothing special about food. Nice place, good service and the soup is on par with most of the 100 other Vietnemese places all over Côte de Neige. Nice terrace. Good prices, not cheap nor expensive at 15$ for a Large soup. Shrimps in the soup were freshly out of the freezer so not enough time to defrost. Verdict : give it a try.
I came here last week and ordered take out for my wife since she was craving for soups with veggies. food was okay. However I came here this afternoon as a dasher and picked up an order for my customer. I asked the small asian lady if I could use the toilet as i really want to pee. She was soo rude and a snob, she told me toilet is only for the customers in a condescending tone. She didnt think that I went there to pickup an order in behalf of the customer. This is the only restaurant who refused to let me use the toilet. Poor customer service. As if I would take even 5 mins to use the toilet when I am also in a hurry. NO COMPASSION! I told my wife not to order from here anymore as well as my friends. To that asian lady who denied me access to toilet, please AT LEAST, say it nicely to my face, who do you think you are? you lack training in customer service.
Great restaurant! Really good and everytime I order take out, its fast. The portion are good and the food is tasty prices are fair
The chicken in the soup was ok. I didn t like the coconut drink. I also find the staff unfriendly and unaccommodating. So I wont be coming back.
Delicious pho soup, with huge portions and great prices. Maybe not my favorite to stay in but would probably order some to go.
This is really Vietnamese taste ever I had experienced in Montreal. I feel like this restaurant has the most Vietnamese taste in Montreal (today I ate Hue beef noodle soup and 3-color sweet soup).
Amazing food, amazing experience! Price is good Very charming and comfortable
purrfect
Good morning, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of a waitress in your restaurant, Im Pho, located in Cotes des Neiges On Friday December 1, 2023, we wanted to dine in your restaurant with my husband. We have been regulars at your restaurant since it opened. When we arrived, we asked to sit at a table for two, but there were only two tables of 4 free, so we chose the one near the wall to avoid being in the passage and next to the door with how cold it was that day. However, the waitress refused us, forcing us to sit at the other table located in the middle of the passage near the door. We were very surprised and disappointed by this refusal. We are regular customers of your restaurant and we have always been treated with courtesy and respect at the time when the owner was still there. We insisted that we did not want this table as it was uncomfortable and inappropriate for a winter evening. However, the waitress responded with rudeness, almost she was going to kick us out. She shouted in front of all the other customers which was very embarrassing for us. We were shocked and outraged by this behavior. We find this behavior inappropriate and disrespectful towards anyone who was present that day. This is the first time in our lives that we have seen such despicable behavior towards a customer. We are very disappointed with the experience we had at your restaurant that evening. Yours sincerely
The food is fine but the people working there are so rude. I have been there at least 10 times and I have never heard the word please or thank you from anyone working there.
I recently dined at I am Pho, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the food was average, the service was notably poor. Our table was overlooked, leading to a forgotten dish for my friend. To make matters worse, when we ordered additional items to eat in-house, they were mistakenly packed in to-go boxes. The staff failed to apologize for the oversight, and to top it off, these items were still included in the final bill. Such lapses in attention and customer service are disappointing, and I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve in these areas.
I have been going to this place for over two years and the quality is always there. The dishes are delicious and the service is fast. A sure bet for a memorable culinary experience!
My goal moving to mtl was to find a good pho restaurant. I walked by this place and was immediately attracted by the smell. So we stopped to order take out. We ended up ordering 2 vegetarian pho, 2 vegetable spring rolls and fresh spring rolls. The food is not fresh. The spring rolls are pre made. I can get by that but when I took a bite out of one, I instantly realized there was shrimp in it and the lettuce in it was black (spoiled, rotten) Opened the second box for the other rolls and there was no rolls just braised meat I was pretty disappointed. I figured ok mistakes happen. I took a bite out of my pho and I honestly never had such boring and blan pho in my life. My son, my spouse and myself threw away our dinner and ordered elsewhere. I m not a fan on wasting food and this is the small amount of times I ve ever wasted food from a restaurant but The food was just not good. Will never be going back.
Been here multiple times, the food is great and the portions are generous for the price you pay.
Best Vietnamese in Montreal
Glad to have a pho place that offers Bún bò Hu everyday and has consistent taste as other places, its only during the weekend and either not spicy enough or too salty. Edit: While the soup are still good, the service has been really bad lately. We ordered for pickup and was told 5-10 minutes and we arrived after 15 minutes and had no idea what we ordered. Then pretended to remember only to have the wrong order. During summer on a nice sunny day, the patio wasnt open and they didnt want to open it all and couldnt give a reason. It was very full inside and it was smokey since there was no air ventilation.
Really good and fresh. Average waiting time.
always the tastiest pho bo, you won t find tastier just trust me
Great Pho !
Nice
Very tasty. I love their imperial rolls, so crispy.
The broths are delicious, the service is very fast and good.
The quality is not the same as near Concordia. Personally I prefer which of Concordia
