20 min in the drive thru for the wrong coffee every day it gets a little worse. McDonald’s at least is fast no matter the time of day.
Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Was on a trip going through Moose Jaw and had to use a washroom quick. Sign on the bathroom door says to ask a team member to be buzzed in to the washroom. Talked to a staff member and they said it is their policy that you need to buy something first. I have been to other Tim Horton’s all over Saskatchewan and Alberta and this is not a problem. Sure, some just need to be unlocked but you don’t need to buy anything first. Is Tim’s now a franchise with each one having their own rules? Not fair to have to pay at one Tim Horton’s but not at the other. Was another sign on the front door that they can only open their dining room at 5 due to the vagrancy. Doesn’t make sense because that is everywhere nowadays. Regina is worse but none of this paying beforehand bullshit happens there.
I buy Steeped Tea all the time... it's my bad habit... flatbread pizza is good, craveables are great, and apple fritters are AMAZING!!! The service is incredible and I have never not had a big smile waiting for me!!! Timmies off Saskatchewan in Moose Jaw is by far the best!!!

I asked for a Large Blackberry Yuzu Quencher with NO ICE. I got my receipt then asked her to top it up cause she reduced the amount of liquid in the cup because I had NO ICE!!!! She informed me her policy is to do that. I said it wasn't a policy and to top it up. She once again said the same thing. Thier policy at this store is not to fill it up when you don't have ice. I said to top it up. She said she would have to ask her supervisor. She came back and topped it up. Handing it to me she said it was their policy. I said NO ITS NOT A POLICY. It just rips a person off. I have never been treated like this at ANY Tim Horton's! AND to argue with a customer! VERY BAD Customer Service!!! Makes for a VERY BAD name for Tim Horton's!!!!
I went there for lunch, staff were nice, I tried the chicken sweet chilli wrap and the flat bread chicken pizza plus the cantro dip! The quality of the wrap was acceptable as a prototype of Tim Hortons food, but the pizza was not palatable! It was just some little cheese on ketchup and very little chicken chops. The flat bread itself was nice, but the pizza was disappointing. The cilantro dip was just mayonnaise, nothing more, a waste of money. The washroom was one of the cleanest I have seen so far in any restaurant. It could get more than 3 stars with a better chef and nice ingredients in the supposedly pizza!
Great people and great coffee but the past two times I went for breakfast they forgot to add eggs on our breakfast sandwiches. I won’t be going back to this Tim hortons.
I have placed an order for an hot chocolate, I have used drive through to pick app the order. To be frank the quality was so disappointing The hot chocolate was not hot at all. 😞

On January 4th, I went through the drive-thru to order a tea( not for myself, but my mom). What your employee doesnt realize is, my mother has been fighting cancer for the last 3 months. She likes to drink tea every now and again! The employee who took my order was VERY rude! She didnt hear me the first time so, I repeated it a bit slower for her. She came back very snarky and made FUN of how I had repeated it back. Please speak to your staff about being polite unless it is necessary to use a bit of aggressiveness! You never know what someone is going through! Your rudeness made a good day turn sour! YOU MADE MY MOTHER CRY!! She felt that it was an imposition for you to take a simple order! NO effort will be made to stop at this particular Tim Hortons. If a zero rating could have been giving! I would have!
Its a downtown Timmys...foods always good, service is alright...the people that are there for hours on end outside at all hours of the night
Service slow drive through and in store
This particular location does the worst job of getting orders correct. In the past 4 years, I honestly cant count the number of items that have were incorrect or just plain missing. Often numerous items in the same order will be incorrect. I have worked at a Tim Hortons before, and understand how rough it can be during busy hours. With this understanding, I would usually just take it back and have them fix it when it was possible. One time I finally became fed up and called the manager. She sounded like she couldnt care less, but did offer a credit to replace my meal. The meal I ordered with the credit was also served to me with multiple mistakes. The manager also made many excuses for how they had been dealing with a large turnover rate. While I do see how that could impact the service to a degree, 4 years with that many mistakes tends to make me think the person doing the hiring is an incompetent leader. I will say that there are a few staff that are friendly, and make ordering there when I am short on time somewhat bearable. They always give my dog a timbit, say hi to my kids and have a friendly tone and smile with the service they provide. Overall I am far more likely to go to the south hill location or Starbucks for my caffeine needs.

Standard Tims selection but friendly staff and quick moving lines. There is a drive thru as well for convenience. Parking: Parking wraps around half the building with the drive thru taking up the rest
The staffs here are extremely inferior in job qualification, training and quality of services. Tim hortons has an APP for customers (my wife) to use, but nobody here knows how to use it. The consequence is that they were not willing to serve customers who want to use APP to make an order. Theyd rather to show you their ugly faces and complaint that you come again? What kind of company in the world had such goodluck to have such kind of pathetic people working with? But the problem is I am the kind of person who will visit them more often with APP ordering only. And I will be much more Nicer than the way how they talk to me.
Very nice staff, but the ground are a bit dated. There are often panhandlers outside. Doesnt feel that safe to linger. But service was quick and everything was made well.
I called to ask if they have any donuts and I went to ask if the Boston crème was the one with chocolate on top as I forgot which one it was and he rudely interrupted me and said I have drive thru orders are you coming or not. Made me really frustrated and told him no. Pls train staff better to talk to customers

Over rated. I have no idea why people go there for there Tims...who knows why but I was curious when I was in Michigan. Coffee is the same as here nothing to get excited about . I tried Dunkin donuts too for comparison. Why is Tims big in Canada but not USA? And dunking donuts big in the states? It cant be about coffee? Lol

Its 7th November 2023. Why is Google showing this place open, when there is construction going on from past 1 week? Shouldnt you guys update it on internet. I came in heavy snowfall and found it closed. Manager of the store.... please use technology and update it asap to avoid inconvenience to customers. Thanks.

Ive had hot water that tasted more like coffee than the weak coffee I got at this location this morning.

Tim hortons on main street in moose jaw is the worst tim hortons in Saskatchewan. 1- could never understand what theyre saying 2- the employees have horrible hygiene, literally makes me nauseous. 3- always giving out the wrong orders due to lack of attention. 4- language barrier makes it horrible as they will speak a different language in front of customers. I do not recommend this place if you have anger issues or a weak stomach.
Staff is very friendly, orders are got really quick! Place is also very clean and bathroom has always been fully stocked
Young man that took my order was very nice and does all the work mopping the floors and everything, very efficient young man and did a very good job with my coffee and espresso shot

My last three visits through the drive thru at this location havent been the greatest at all. First one they messed up on my coffee order by giving me a black coffee instead of a double double. The second visit the scanner wasnt working for points which is a regular occurrence and today I sat at one screen while they put two vehicles through the other lane before they took me and not even a Ill be with you in a minute.

Honestly most of the time they get my order wrong but they always fix it for me. The items are always the same from one location to another. A prime example of how a franchise should be.

Do yourself a favour and never use the drive thru at this Tim Horton s in the evening. We ve been here so long I had to turn my car off and the other patrons in line are talking to each other to pass the time.

I paid for an iced cap and it took damn near 15 minutes for it and they didn t have any of the special sauce they used to make a iced cap so i waited for nothing and their was terrible service.

Terrible service. Their management either cant schedule properly, or their employees are just lazy. After a 12 minute wait at the front of the till they finally decided to serve their dine in customers. Im almost certain it was because a group of 4 people with the same shade of skin joined the line. 2 employees who were on break during my visit sat staring at the lineup, talked to their group in Punjab, and proceeded to laugh at the customers. Shame
The one lady who works the drive through moat mornings is an absolute joy to see. I always look forward to her smile and her cheerful demeanor. I have also noticed a drop in the amount of mistakes made ony orders in the past couple of months.

The South Hill Tim Hortons is the best location I have been to in Western Canada. The food was fresh, service was fast and friendly, and the manager, is really something. She is really a professional, and is one who consistently goes above and beyond, providing fantastic service. She is a fabulous Tims representative, and I think is the reason why, South Hill Tim Hortons, is by far the best coffee, fast food outlet on the prairies.

Had some troubles, thankfully they were willing to speak with me, in the end we both found out that there was a broken machine. Now things are on their way to being repaired. I appreciate the attention, as a regular customer and consumer, its good to know that you can be heard and thing can be resolved in a positive way. Thanks for taking the time to hear me and at the end of the day improve things for everyone.

There needs too be better hygiene, many times I go through the debit machine has coffee split over it, today I bought a coffee and there was something sticky on the cup, in times of covid shouldnt we keep things cleaner?

I think Tim hortons has some great options for food but when the staff is too lazy to cook anything then it gets frustrating. Countless of times have I ordered food but the staff tell me they don t have this or that like a hash brown when I know for a fact that they do they just don t want to cook them
