Went there for a large double double. Got half way across town when I realized they used half hot water! Tastes disgusting and burned my mouth. Lady on phone was super polite and apologized, she was good but drive thru staff needs to stop putting water in coffee when we pay so much for coffee.
It is a very comfortable place to enjoy a donut and tea. Everyone bends over to get you served quickly.
Constantly getting burnt coffee. iced, cold brew and hot.. delivery and drive threw. It's happened 8 times in the last month... I've only got coffee here 10 times..... I'm highly un impressed because I know how times works and there shouldn't be burnt coffee... and if there is it's not this much.
We went here after a baseball game today. It was busy but they worked well through the rush. My blt was delicious and well made. The girl with the blue in her hair was awesome. The way she interacted positively with her co worker while explaining something was nice to see.
Food was fast and correct , I was there at 6 a.m ,the breeze coming out of drive through windows was a sick smelling bad odour person,I almost through up ,almost pucked , although food was correct and fast ,I Will Not Return!!!!!
Rushed, inconsiderate, inaccurate. Impolite workers who genuinely look like they don't want to even be there who have no value in customer service. When asked to add a simple item to an order give attitude, and huf and puff about it. Never have I been more disappointed in the service of a tim hortins in my life. Makes me wish there was still a Robin's in town.

Went to the drive thru just to grab 20 Tim Bits and a ceramic coffee cup. The cashier behind the microphone did not understand what I said. I repeated about three times, eventually I told them I would drive up and explain my order. I went to the window and for some reason they still didn't get what I was saying. I ended up having to go inside the store to show them what I had wanted. Inside was very clean and the cashier was very pleasant.
Always great place to eat. Food is hot and taste great.

Its one of the best Tim Hortons. French Vanila is a must try. It tastes good here.
They will ignore a drive thru line and make you wait while they take multiple orders through the other even though you are trying to get their attention, they will then act rude almost like its your fault they werent taking orders from the other lane. Those working drive through should be fired or moved to a different position
Double double, tim bits, glazed donuts and the all day breakfast menu are yummy to the tummy!!!

Bought an Ice cap, and a apple fridder, the ice cap was why to sweet, and the fridder for some reason shrunk but cost a little more.

I have been given the wrong order probably 50% of the time in the drive through. It is the only Tims in town that consistently does it.

Drive thru line up was crazy long. We were through in 5 mins with the correct order.
Went there around 24:00 and got an apple fritter and iced coffee, the service was fast through the drive-thru and they were very nice, had a great donut and coffee (probably the best I ve ever had) and will definitely be coming here more often at night
The donuts were raw. Like we couldnt eat them. So gross.
I visited last week. Everything was awesome. Food was also fresh and I enjoyed the ambience. But most of them I found were speaking in their own language, which was very rude. After taking my order the girl started speaking in her language, probably it was phillipine language. Being grown up here in Moose Jaw, I felt it very rude to me and disrespectful.
I come from Drive Through every morning around 5.30. I would like to appreciate a boy who stands on the window to hand out my coffee. His big and cheerful smile with a dimple makes me happy and my day becomes awesome. I tried remembering his name, but I could not. But I know his name probably starts from T on his name plate. Cheers to Tim Hortons!!!!
I went to Tim s last week with the fam and the one server couldn t even speak English and was speaking what ever language she was saying with a little English in it too the food took for ever to make and was cold and not warm I would rather go to a different coffee shop

I ordered a Medium Steeped Tea with 2 sugar and an xtra lg triple triple and both had no sugar in either of them.

I wish I could give 0 stars it was a long wait and they got mad when I said I wanted an iced lemonade and they gave me a quencher after I specifically said no just the iced lemonade and upset and had attitude and told us next time to say it differently. Never will go back

I like coming to this location as the coffee is always hot at night but tonight I was a little disappointed as they messed up our order. It was right on the order board but when handed to us two of our drinks were not correct and the one we didnt realize until we are home
The staff werent wearing their masks while handleing my food they were also chatting with their friends over my food the food was over cooked the sandwich hand ranch all over the Bag

It is impossible to get an ice cap from here that is not so watery that it will sploosh out of the top when they hand it to you. And dont bother ordering and paying for an espresso shot as they take your money but dont put it in.

Last time we were here got 3 wrong orders before finally getting the right one. Today thought lets give it another try . . . Last try!!! When trying to pay the cashier took 4 tries to ring in our Visa as a tim hortons gift card so naturally declined it, added extra food to our order. When we got our to eat in order we didnt get a tray, no plates, no utensils, no condiments, nothing!! Made 3 trips to the table carrying things and had to ask for utensils getting huffed at for her having to do her job. Were done!! Every single time we come there is something wrong with our order or terrible service!! Not gonna lie someone who not only speaks English but understands it would be a huge asset to your business!!

I am literally a everyday multiple times/day customer, so much so that I should be partial owner, and I always get the same thing, anyone that knows me will get me my regular, large ice coffee. Usually ×2, at each visit. And practically 80% of the time they mess it up. HOW??? HOW???? its a darn coffee. It wouldnt bother me so much if it was once in a blue moon. But its not. If i go in one day... 3 times and get 2 large ice coffees each time=6.... Ahhhhhh. 4 of those 6 will have a issue. Its driving me nuts and both Main and 9th Ave are equally at fault. Its to the point where I will drink a less tasting ice coffee to punish the ice coffee gods. Timmies I love you... But train your staff with the basics. At a coffee shop the staff should be able to make a ice coffee. Cause making me go back to fix mistakes occationally I can handle, not darn near everytime. But the staff is always friendly.
Never have anything their supposed to. Its ridiculous. Your better off going to Starbucks or another Tims location.

Changed my rating to three stars because it is the seventh day in a row they have messed up my two item order of Medium Mocha Iced Cap and a Large Iced Cap made with Chocolate Milk. Service here is on par, but nothing special.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes but all 10 of the staff was focused on the drive thru so I left. I would recommend one of the other 2 locations for better service if you plan on going inside.

The service the young girl gave me was very very very bad she should go back and find out what kindness is if she dosent like her job than quit and find something better or something she likes but dont take it out on the ones that pay her wage if my money isnt good enough for people like that than they should tell me I see it for what it is in my books when I go in some where I am spending money than they are working for me not me working to satisfi them and I am fed up with the service that I and a lot of other people get from the ignorant staff at Tim Horton if I had anything to say about it I think you should fire the works and start fresh

Nice place . having in side and outside dining area. Staff was awesome. Place was neat and clean. Different kind of fresh coffee and other menu items such as Bengals, hash brown, soup etc served here. Good place to hangout with friends and family.
its a nice place most the time. but they get orders wrong pretty often, and whenever there is an unusual change ( no drive thru, lorry closed, no debit, ect...) they never have signage & leave you to try to figure out what is happening. they also often leave customers waiting even when not doing other work. one time there was a line of a few people for 5ish mins until a police officer who was drinking coffee decided to go back there and ask for them to help us
