Coffee tasted watered down… kind of awful. Ran through twice maybe? I was so disappointed. I had been looking forward to a good Tim’s coffee. Nice staff. Nice place. Do better with your coffee.
Supervisor was rude when I ordered my med ice cap and food, then charged me for whip cream on my ice cap because I asked for flavour shots and still charged me for the shots on top of that. Only tims that I’ve been to that does that. According to her the store owner made that rule. Why make me pay an extra 2 dollars when the shot is only .50 cents. Then she basically throw my change back at me…. Going to be making a complaint to head office about this behaviour and how the store is managed.
We ordered 1 sausage and 1 bacon sandwich we got 2 bacon and they were both cold. We also ordered 2 hash browns which were both greasy and cold. The plates they served it on were very cold. The coffee was hot. First time my husband had breakfast at Tim Horton and it will be the last.
Tables so close together that you feel like you are a packed can of sardines. The lines up at times is so intermixed with customers.that you feel you should eat quickly and leave. But the staff try so hard to get each person served quickly and very polite.
They are the worst ppl working over here, they charge for everything without giving everything. First they gave all cold drinks instead of hot that we ordered. Then they didn’t add whipped cream even when paid. Then they didn’t add vanilla even when paid. For the 4 times they took our order back and what they gave us finally in the end was again wrong order. We had to leave as it is..after waiting for like 15 minutes at the take away window.
I ordered breakfast here regularly, normally the people working to drive through are very kind but whoever took my order today was absolutely ignorant staring at me through the window after I asked for a receipt whispering to her coworker and laughing, while also making some sort of face indicating she was annoyed. I need receipts to log for work.
First time eating Tim Hortons, huge fan of the egg/bacon sandwich on the homemade biscuit. Also really good coffee!
I come here occasionally. I enjoy their ice Capps though they are often pretty inconsistent on the flavour. Sometimes it’s stronger and other times it isn’t. Either way it’s usually good. The service is pretty good but I think they are more focused on being fast paced then customer care which maybe is good? I don’t know, but I appreciate that they are fast. I got a carrot cake muffin and a honey crueller which is my favourite donut! Side note: I do not appreciate the switch to paper straws. How about paper cups? Or compostable straws that aren’t paper.
Regardless of requesting for hot steep tea for the second time Simran the supervisor neglected the request and hand out the same tea as cold as before Very poor service Please raise your game guys ..

Watched multiple people get their orders. I waited 12 minutes to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. While around 10 people got their orders. Then I saw an employee that grabbed a bag that was sitting on the counter for about the time I waited. By that point, the food was cold.
Its a Tims, pretty much all the same just the service changes. Wasnt horrible here.

Night shift, indian guy provided me cold steep tea and when I complained him about it, he simply just answered that you had added more milk in it that s why it is cold. He thinks like i am first time buying steep tea. Milk is not the matter for the cold one. They deserve 0 stars.

For some reason the service was very slow tonight. We were 1 of 2 vehicles in the drive through and the person in front of us only received a wrap?
The French vanilla they provided were not good , doesnt have the original taste.

From the US, had never had Tim Hortons, wow, amazing doughnuts, the glazed doughnuts were some of the best I have ever had. Would frequent this place if in the stated. Like that most appeared to be family run as well. Feel like you get a better level of service.
Went in and order 10 timbits and 2 . Large . White . Milk. After repeating 3 more times guess what? I got a large coffee!!!. Twice more I stated 2 . Large. White . Milk. What part of that sounds like 1 large coffee??????

I recently had an abysmal experience at the Tim Hortons in Moose Jaw. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not priorities. The tables were filthy, littered with crumbs and spilled drinks, and the floor looked like it hadnt been swept in days. The staff were unhelpful and rude, barely acknowledging customers and moving at a glacial pace despite a growing line. When I finally received my order, it was wrong and poorly made my coffee was lukewarm, and my sandwich was slapped together with no care. This location is a disgrace to the Tim Hortons brand, and I wont be returning.

I was very disappointed with the service; and the wraps were poorly labeled making it difficult to determine all the different types we got. I felt the order was very straight forward as I ordered two crispy chicken wrap meals with drinks (the exact same for both), a chicken bacon ranch wrap meal and coffee, and a Habanero wrap meal with frozen lemonade I was told it would be a minute for the chicken when I ordered which was fine; When I got to the window I got asked if mine was the long order , which I felt was unnecessary; they could have just said the order with the wraps or 4 meals. And the only markings on the wraps was crispy chicken which all 4 of them were that. There were also no straws given for the drinks which luckily I always have spare straws in my car; but would have been a pain otherwise.

They close at 11pm, only open for drive thru afterwards.
3 mornings in a row the bagels are very dry. and They charge 50 cents extra for no name peanut butter that is dry and really ruins the bagel. At least with decent peanut butter the bagel wouldn t have seemed quite so dried out.

Worst experience at tims The staff is so rude and one of the lady, i think she is supervisor, she dont know how to talk with the customers. I am sure that she also came as an International student here but she dont know how to talk with customers. Her name is simran. Staff should be trained about how to talk with customers.
We stopped in Moose Jaw to use the bathroom facilities and bought some donuts and drinks. Ate in and headed to Regina.
I usually just get coffee or muffins, gotta love the raisen bran muffin!! New remodel has downtown location looking and feeling much nicer to visit.

Fast service as always. Nice staff. The prices keep slowly rising Im finding, as with anything nowadays. Ive slowed down my Tims visits because of this. Inside is usually kept clean, as are bathrooms. The fireplace is a nice touch and adds to the cosy feel.

Customers were missing parts of their orders and wait times were about 15-20 minutes for a ham and cheese melt, potato wedges, 2 herb and garlic pastries and 2 bottles of water. Management needs to train their staff in time efficiency. Wont be coming back.
Disappointed... I know its the end of the night but ask for 3 different products and none were available... Settled on others and they missed placing one of the drinks in the order.

Some employees are very Rude to customers.
They constantly get my order wrong, but always fix it asap. Their drive threw lane can get a bit scary in the winter with the deep ruts of snow and ice. Its tim hortans though what do you expect. Just a quick coffee shot for on the go caffeine.

This spot boasts a great location, being conveniently close to the main attraction , Mac the Moose . The staff is friendly, and I had a delightful experience trying the BLT, which was absolutely amazing.

There was an indian boy who is on drive through on oct 23 2023 at 10: 20 pm . The way he treat with us was very disappointed because we not expected this kind of behaviour from him.. Just got hot coffee spilled onto my Boyfriend and my new car!! Because the workers are too silly to put the lid onto hot liquid. Good job.
