The staff are amazing. So polite and so friendly. My room was cleaned and organized every single day for two weeks. All the facilities are cleaned and in great condition and the food in the eatery was amazing. I d give this place more than 5 stars if I could. This place has doesn t need to upgrade/fix anything can t wait for the next time I visit. Rooms: Spacious and clean.

As with some other reviews, the rooms are dated and totally agree the bed was good. I especially like the shower with full pressure, now thats a shower. I would definitely stay here again.

I would only stay here as a last resort. The staff was rude and cold and would ignore me when asked a question. I had to get my room changed because the toilet broke and even in my new room the hair dryer broke and started smoking. There were stains and hairs on the beds and dead bugs on the bathroom floor. DO NOT STAY HERE

Very disappointed that I was not told about the labour dispute when I booked. I would never have stayed here. Until this company wakes up and treats their employees fairly I will never recommend this chain of hotels. Rooms: Adequate. Clean room but had started to show its age. Rusty mirror, water damage in shower . Food and drinks: We went out to eat. The restaurant had no one in it ever! Not a good sign of an excellent restaurant. Noteworthy details: Although the desk clerk was very friendly and efficient the entire hotel felt depressing. No other guest, no one enjoying themselves. Just a sad empty hotel.

The worst kind of business that puts profits far above the well-being of their employees and their customers. Please take a moment to stop and talk to the employees that have been locked out of the business for simply asking the business to keep their benefits. Please dont cross the picket line. Only stay here if you love cramped rooms and inconveniences. They didn t serve juice for breakfast and you re lucky if you even got coffee. Not to mention the horrible organization skills. I got back from a day downtown with family and none of our keycards worked when we got back. And the hot tub well that is just a lukewarm above ground slimy bathtub put beside the pool. Don t stay here if you actually want to enjoy your vacation

Was booked here by my employer so had no say in where we were going. Most of the regular staff here was on strike during our stay. This made service somewhat irregular but adequate when it came. Lighting wasnt very good in our room, nor was the temperature control. Hot tub was down for repairs while we were there which was a bummer. Free breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast standards.

Its an okay place for the price. Very hot in the room Thermostat didnt work, and the room needs to be updated . Food and drinks: Restaurant was in the building.

The room was very clean, the furniture other than the bed, is very old, the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept in! The staff were very helpful. The location is easy to find and not too far off of the Trans Canada Highwsy! Food and drinks: There is a lounge and restaurant, both close by 8:00 p.m.. We did not arrive until after 7:00 local time, did not realize the hours and ended up going over to Boston Pizza. If it had been a nice night, we would have walked, it is that close; however, it was too darn cold with a brisk wind! Breakfast was included, served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.. The sausages were okay the eggs were great, no toast! There were hash browns. Coffee was good. Could have been a better breakfast for the price of the room!

Would normally take the time with write out a well thought out review, but decided I ve wasted enough time with this place. So here it is in point form: Cons: 1) Booked a reservation for 4 people. Arrived to the room and found only 2 sets of towels, both with black stains on them. 2) The room smelt like someone dragged their bare butt across the carpet 3) Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, not sure how it s suppose to do the job it s designed to when air/smoke can t get to it 4) The bathroom hadn t seen Lysol or a rag in nearly a year 5) They charged my credit card the moment I left the front desk after check in, claiming it was a pre-authorization. 5) I m itchy And the cherry on top. Booked the reservation for 4 adults, two nights for $283. At checkout, I was notified that I owed $372. The reason for the additional cost that wasn t in the booking documents was due to extra guest fees . So beware, if you have more than 2 people staying in the room, they will try stealing from you! Read your receipts! Pros: 1) Had a lovely time chatting with the staff members who stood outside in the cold all weekend protesting their working conditions. To those of you seeing this, I wish you all the best in your journey.

Calm place to stay. Love their service and staff is friendly.

This hotel is really terrible. 1. Theres no heat water in the middle of the winter. 2. No heat in the room, when we got in, its less than 20 degree. We waited around 40 mins to finally get central hot air in, which was frustrating because its past 10:30pm. 3. We were informed 10% off due to the inconvenience. But the receipt only had 6% off. When asked, the receptionist sounded like she didnt care. There was some sort of marketing fee which cant be explained either. 4. The swimming pool had a very strong chlorine smell, disgusting. 5. Everything looks old and stingy, showing a sign of lack of maintenance.

The hotel is trying to keep up to date but needs some more work. The staff are friendly and polite and willing to help. The rooms are standard and nothing special. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and neat, and the bathroom was clean and neat but dated. The hot water was an issue. I had it the first night, but the next two were barely warm or just cool. The heat in the room was a pain. To turn on the heat, a fan would run and was super loud. In the end, I would try and avoid coming back, but I would if I had to. Its not the worst hotel, but I have been to better.

The hotel had a decent room. Semi clean. Beds were OK. Sheets are a little starchy. No hot water for showers at any time of day or night. Its definitely outdated and needs renovations (the floors are slanted). Staff were so friendly. We arrived and didnt know there wasnt an elevator. It was awful carrying our luggage up the stairs and then being as far away as possible, was not convenient. Pool was just ok. Love the sitting area by the pool. The free breakfast was not good at all. We had booked 30 rooms and not a single group enjoyed it. We ended up having to order breakfast. Which was better than free stuff. Options for drinks were grape juice? (couldnt identify the flavor) and coffee or water. The front desk staff was the only great part.

Had my grandmother stay here I made it very clear that we would need a late check out because I had to unload a uhaul after moving from bc back to saskatchewan. First thing in the morning the staff were calling my grandmother asking if she is paying for another night. The staff member that was checking us in was supposedly too busy but only seen one guest asking for cutlery when we arrived after 12am. The heat in the room was 98 degrees and would not turn down and the windows would not open. The showers were ice cold even after running the water for 30+ minutes. The staff just gave poor excuses and then invited us back my grandmother was on the road with me for several days and we got in after midnight you couldnt even let her sleep in then came up with excuses after excuses on poor service. Definitely a 45$ a night not triple that. I feel for the house keepers because they must be working in that heat the owner shouldnt be so cheap and fix things so people will actually enjoy their stay. I was at herritage in cranbrook bc and wow the series was absolutely amazing if you had half the series they had you would be a decent hotel but dont see that anytime in the near future because you will probably come up with excuses of why you cant fix things.edit -just looked at the other reviews guess your excuses dont work with the hot water if its been going on for several months unbelievable

Bathroom toilet had pee all over the sides!! fridge had crumbs and hair on it carpet was dirty as well so I went to the front desk and showed them the pictures they had someone come clean our room. We left came back 4.5 hrs later got to the door of our room and they left the door open (we just pushed the door as we seen it open and didnt use the key card) thank God nothing was missing horrible service breakfast was nasty I found a hair in the bacon we also waited 10 mins to be seated as it wasnt busy 4 other people in there at the time. Hot tub was also dirty there was stuff floating around in it. I would not recommend anyone here worst place ever

We had our work Christmas party in there Jubilee room A the room was done up great, the food was amazing and the staff was very tentative, whether it was making sure our team was well hydrated or just the clear of the dishes!

DO NOT STAY HERE Stayed here as we were driving through moosejaw from vacation. The hotel was totally empty but yet they put us way in the far back wing of the hotel. It appeared this was a worse room because we had a dog ( which we paid for). The whole wing was ice cold as if there was no heat. Thank goodness there was a manual heater in the room but very hard to control. Turned into a sauna while we were sleeping. The carpet was so old it was pulling up at the corners, the only nice thing about this room was the bed sheets appeared to be new ish The pool and hot tub are not up-kept. The hot tub was the grossest thing I ve ever seen, the water was far from clean and it smelt like 30 year old pile of dirty wet socks and body fluid. I can t even guess when the last time this was cleaned or shocked. We chose not to touch the pool after that as we were running down the icy hallway to the shower. The breakfast was made to order, you choose French toast, pancakes or eggs and bacon. Service was friendly. Although the men s washroom in the restaurant constantly flows and leaks water from under the urinals to under the toilet. Th restaurant staff said this was normal Bugs all over the hallways and window sills Somehow this was the most expensive room we stayed in our entire vacation .

This place was absolutely wonderful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and plenty of hot water. The free breakfast was phenomenal, great taste and portions. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were all great. I personally had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

I went there for the past 2 nights! And I was very happy with the room, and the overall experience! The staff were very friendly to us. And when we were gone our beds got made and our room got cleaned. Even the blankets we brought got folded onto our beds which was really nice! But the thing a I didn t like was the breakfast, no hot water, and the key cards through out the entire hotel stopped working for a bit. But the beds were VERY comfortable and I definitely would consider coming back if I went back to Moose Jaw! Rooms: The rooms were fantastic! Walkability: There is no elevator in the hotel unfortunately, but there are a ton of staircases through out Food and drinks: They were okay. But there is a restaurant connected to the hotel.

Spacious, accommodating rooms with everything you should need for a good visit. The beds are comfortable, the towels and sheets are replaced daily, and the complimentary breakfast is good. Food and drinks: The café attached to the hotel is nice, and there are many restaurants within a comfortable walking distance.

Staff were awesome when we lost our pet, I had half the staff helping us and we eventually found her! The hotel is clean, beds comfy and best of all the AC worked fabulously to save us from the extreme heat. Would def stay here again!! Rooms: Clean comfy beds. Everything worked like it should. Nearby activities: Not far from the dt or the highway. 20 min walk dt.

*BED BUGS* We planned to stay here and commute to a family gathering all weekend. Unfortunately for us, our stay was very short-- only about an hour and a half-- and we lost the weekend with our family. While there were other quality issues, we overlooked them in hopes of just making the best of it. Within the first hour of being checked in, one of our beds started crawling with multiple bed bugs. We trapped four in a cup and gave them to the front desk so that they were well-equipped to handle an extermination. The hotel staff refunded our stay and allowed us to check out immediately without penalty, but out of fear that we might spread them, we drove home (3 hours away) at 11:30pm with our three young children and began a cleanse and treatment of all of our effects. Not only did we lose our weekend with family, but we lost sleep, hours in driving time, hours in cleaning, and money for our fuel and treatment products. Though we appreciated being able to check out quickly without penalty, were terribly upset at all that we lost.

See below Food and drinks: Funny the most recent reviews on here are 2-7 years ago, humm well here is my experience on September 3rd Today my family grandkids and I went for brunch at Seasons for my birthday. There were 18 of us. I am so disappointed in the food and service. I thought a brunch was breakfast and lunch so the lunch part was roast beef in gravey, that s it no buns no bread just beef in gravey. The French toast and waffles were ice cold eggs were soggy, no salad bar no omelette bar and only pie for dessert .. My grandkids work hard for their money and they re in school with minimum wage jobs and $24.00 for that is a lot for them. Yes before you ask I voiced my concerns to the manager, she said she will let the owners know who are in Alberta, she said she had a list of complaints. I think they could have at least compt each meal 4-5$ but again that s customer service which I didn t see today. I had over 100 comments on this post on Moose Jaw s got beef and not one was positive which shocked me. You people need to sister up and make this right.

On my business trip from Edmonton to Winnipeg I had to stop at Moose Jaw Heritage Inn location. I want to mention receptionist Nguyen. She provide us the outstanding service with impressive willing to help and kindness. Her great concern and noticeable professionalism definitely should be rewarded. Thank you.

The hotel room was nice but seemed a bit outdated and the breakfast was okay other then them screwing up our order the second day. In all the hotel was okay other than staff not being completely honest and blatantly lying to my face. I booked a Jacuzzi room on October 16th for my husband and I to go November 17th-19th. We traveled 4.5 hrs to get to the hotel and we did not know until we got there that they were on lockdown (strike). When we go to the front desk she apologized and said that she called us that morning to give us a heads up about this lockdown and I looked at my phone right away and then looked at her and said you didnt try to call me because if you did it would be on my phone and she didnt say anything after that. We explained to them that if we would have known about the lockdown then we would not have booked with them because my husband and I are both union and crossing a picket line is not something that we do. My husband and I explained and apologized to the men and women on the picket line every time we had to cross. But if I were you I would make sure to ask if they are on strike or if theres any other stuff going down at the hotel that you need to be aware of before booking a room there. I have never had to ask that in the past so I never thought to ask it but I will be sure to add that question the next time I book hotel rooms. Food and drinks: Make sure theyre writing down your breakfast when youre giving your order and if not, ask them to or they will screw up your order Noteworthy details: Ask if they were on lockdown/ strike before booking a room unless you are fine with crossing a picket line.

Lots of rooms but consistently puts loud people around people that need their sleep.

The front desk agent was very polite and accommodating! The pool is nice and there s a restaurant and lounge at the front. I thought the breakfast was fantastic. I read some reviews on here about the bacon but we got lots and it was delicious so I don t know what they re talking about. You can t get a better included breakfast at a hotel anywhere else. I would have given this 5 stars but unfortunately, housekeeping had forgot to add the shampoo conditioner toiletries and they had missed garbage in our room from the previous person. Again I read reviews on here stating the same thing so it just needs a little more attention I think. Overall it was great. Good price for what you get

My girlfriend and I got in an accident on highway 1. We booked a night at the Heritage Inn while we figured out how we were going to get the rest of the way home. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating, they let us have a late afternoon check out because of our desperate situation. Thank you. Rooms

We attended a wedding that was beautiful. If it hadnt been for that wedding and the ease of being in the same place we wouldnt have stayed and definitely not for the 2 nights we did. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, regardless of the thermostats. They are small and dark. The hallways and stairwells are even dark, its not inviting. The rubber stair treads are lifting and very dangerous. The front desk staff was either busy and under staffed or slow. The restaurant was a different atmosphere, clean, bright with all those windows, and the food was good as was the service.

Just want to say thank you to Spencer the food n beverage manager for all his kindness n help really is n was greatly appreciated!! Wish I cud a say the same about the hotel manager Eve as she made my stay day after day completely uncomfortable and stressful as we were there for 4 days n night until she decided to make things difficult n we stayed for 7 days in total n gave over 800$ to the business but now 2 days later she still has charged authorized charges to the credit that was on file and is refusing to return calls ... not happy with this manager at all as fir all other staff they were great ...from C.jones and R.Baillie

The HVAC system wasnt efficient and no guest laundry where you use coins in the machine. Good side is that there is an indoor pool and hot tub.

We looked for hotels in Moose Jaw and this one seemed the best rate with a pool we went to check in and the room was disgusting! I went to the front desk and the lady was very helpful she had someone vacuum my room and said we would give you 10% off which seemed okay until I got back to the room and further investigated it was disgusting there was hair all over the bed all over the side table the heating element was disgustingly dirty the headboards hasnt been wiped in a month I was disgusted very uncomfortable and the room needs to be updated. The only reason Im giving this hotel one star is because the lady at the front was very good. Do not stay at this hotel and less you absolutely need to! We left and stayed at a cheaper, cleaner hotel.

The experience could have been way better. While checking in, all I needed were the room keys as all the paperwork had been filled out but they answered the phone and made a reservation. 10 minutes later I received my room keys. They could have put the phone on hold for 30 seconds. Not impressed. For the price of the rooms I would have expected more. There was NO HEAT!!!! The heat did not pass 13° even though it was on max. Nothing came through. Very cold when you work outside and want to warm up. And there are the hallways with cans leaking fluids. I let the front desk know but it wasnt cleaned up for another hour. Also in my room there were pills on the floor. Now if I had kids with me I would be very worried. Not a good stay at all. The only good thing was the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Room was chilly all night even with the heat turned up. Table had pop or juice spilled on it from the previous guest.

All the times Ive been to Moose Jaw, always drove by. Wasnt there foe business or a holiday, but to see a craft show. The room itbwas held in was spacious and very welcoming. Staff were courteous and able to point me in the right direction for the show. If I am planning a short holiday, I will be back

I would not advise to stay here ..unfortunately a front desk staff breached my privacy and spoke to someone about staying here and gave out our names to a person who is mentally unstable .she gave full names and we are not even from Moose Jaw which then there were pictures splashed all over around for no reason. Spoke with management they did nothing and this person should be fired .

Older hotel, not heritage by true standards but very nice staff, comfy beds, rooms have exactly what you need. Breakfast included too!

We were on our way through and found this hotel on our maps.. The hotel was totally booked up.. but it didnt stop the awesome desk workers and the manager to locate an available room for us.. I told them I didnt want to inconvenience them in any way.. but he said Our goal is to find you a place to rest.. That right there is why I will choose this hotel if we ever pass through here again... Very nice and clean rooms!

All good but the pubic hair in bath from last guest...made me worry about the sheets....

I went there for a job fair

I chose to stay at this hotel as it is close to my Uncles cabin, which is 30 min away. Overall I was disappointed with my stay here. Maid service went into my room even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. They went in and took our towels and didnt replace them. Threw out our soap. So we had to go down to the front desk to get our items replenished. Then the next day, my ring went missing. So I assume that cleaning service went into our room again, even though I STILL had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I know it is my responsibility as the guest to make sure my valuables are secured, but I trusted that the staff would respect my belongings. At least it was only one item that was missing from my jewelry, but I am still upset. Our room also lacked a safe, so there isnt even an option for me to lock up my valuables, even if I wanted to. After that we had to specify to cleaning staff to NOT go into our room to clean. The air circulation in the room also wasnt that great. I have allergies and I was looking at the fan/AC unit in our room and it was so dusty and gross. So it really affected my sinuses and breathing. The carpets were also very dirty, so I was smart to bring flip flops to wear while in the room. Our key card also did not work for one of the three entrances to the floor our room was located in, which was frustrating. This hotel is also not easily accessible as there are no elevators and only stairs, so I would not recommend this place for people who struggle with their mobility. I will not be staying at this hotel or any of their other locations in the future and I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay at.

Went to see if their brunch was on after closing it due to covid and it tastes just as good as I remember it

This hotel is old and smells like smoke. If I could give 0 stars I would. Staying for work, been bbqing at my truck for weeks. For some reason the hotel staff put it out with water today instead of talking to me. Brutal customer service. Not interested in doing anything to help out. No guest laundry service either.

Great time swimming with my family

We went for their Sunday Buffet, after not having been for over a decade. It was absolute amazing. So much great food, as well as customizable omelettes made fresh to order. We will be going back again soon.

Do not stay here! We checked in for a weeks stay with our two kids. . The front staff were friendly and helpful. But thats where the good news ended. We felt like they thought we were going to run out the tab.. They charged almost 800 at check in on the credit card Our first room stunk like a wet towel. You could feel the extreme humidity as soon as you walked in the front door of the hotel and smell the stail wet air. The first room had the bathroom door knob hanging off and the door wouldnt close (it was warped from humidity). You could not take your shoes off as the carpets were all wet and smelled of mold. We asked for another room. They moved us to the second floor. That room was worse... Again it was as wet and stunk like a load of laundry left in the washer too long. This one had old school ceiling tiles water stained and twisted hanging down. The TV was smaller then my microwave at home. And tha hot stail air was killer. You may as well sat in a sweat lodge full of stinky laundry. There was no way we were staying here. So I went to the front desk and explained our issues. Even the front desk staff said she would not stay here with her kids and completely understood. Thats rediculus when the hotels own staff says that. She did refund us in full and apologized numerous times. She honestly seemed ashamed... We packed up and went to the Super 8 up the road. Do yourself a favor and do the same. My sister had her wedding reception here years ago. It used to be a good place. I said used to be. It has fallen into such a state of disrepair that it is borderline unhealthy at this point. Avoid it at all costs.

Air conditioning didn t work, and the staff wasnt willing to do anything about it. The showers hot water would only work for about 2 minutes then would be ice cold. Restaurant staff was minimal and rarely there to serve customers.

Not provided with enough basic lavatory/toiletries stuff for a 2-bed room. Fridge not getting cold enough. Otherwise location is good, food service at cafeteria super, and good sized pool for guests to enjoy. The cafeteria lady was nice and welcoming.

Nice hotel and rooms with morning breakfast. Had to come for emergency personal reasons and they were very sympathetic and helpful at the desk and allowed me to stay an extra night when I needed to stay longer. Close to the casino and outskirts of town.

Theres 2 hot tubs and a sauna with a pool tool I loved it!!!

Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Scrambles eggs, overcooked sausage and hashbrowns all of which were cold. I guess we know why no one else was there. Tub drains didnt work. If you managed to close it then you couldnt open it. No clocks, paper or oens in room. No city maps. Back door we could access to let the dog out at night had no lighting outside so using card swipe was an adventure. Front desk staff were friendly though.

The rooms are way too out of date unfortunately and really really small and because so out of date feel dingy and almost dirty even though they are cleaned... The service is wonderful and the restaurant is pretty good.

Great for banquets with amazing food

Stayed all week as my son was taking a course at the hotel. Last morning there I went down to have breakfast and my toast was burnt and found a hair in my eggs .When I asked for another breakfast I was verbally attacked by the cook Pat in front of other guests ,which was so unprofessional. I was in disbelief that this happened and went to front desk to explain everything to desk agent Crystal who has been friendly courteous and now compassionate all week. (Best part to our stay honestly) Pat even came at me verbally again at the front desk. At that moment I was uncomfortable as I was unsure of what was going to happen next. Heard from witnesses that Pat was talking and swearing about me in the restaurant in front of the public. Maybe a course in customer service and how to deal with guest complaints would be appropriate as this behavior is unacceptable and borderline harassment. Or even loss of job.

Hotel was dated. Rooms were filthy and I had to move at midnight due to the bugs that look like miniature cockroaches. Plus a dried up one was under the covers and a spider was also crawling on the covers. Service was OK. when I complained about the bugs , the receptionist downplayed it saying they were harmless maple bugs. When I tried getting lunch, the workers were busy talking and it took several minutes before I Said excuse me for assistance. They Said the waitress was off for another 5 minutes. I didnt order lunch. Meeting room was spacious, but the chairs were very uncomfortable. I wouldnt stay here again.

Due to a freak snowstorm, we were forced to find accommodations on short notice. Having attended some vendor events at the Heritage Inn, we chose it for its large parking area, clean overall appearance and proximity to services and the Transcanada highway. The parking lot was effectively snowed in, with a crowd of would-be lodgers forced into the lobby. The staff was attentive and polite, but the strain was visible on everyone there due to unreasonable demands from the lodgers. We stayed for two days (until the highway was approved for travel), and had no complaints about the room. Be aware that in such emergencies, restaurants (and delivery services for them) and stores will be closed to protect the safety of their workers. The room rate at the desk will likely be higher than the rate for online booking, so it may save you a few dollars to book a room in the car while youre dealing with natures unpredictability. Please note: there is a second floor with guest rooms, but there is no elevator. Disabled patrons will require first floor rooms for accessibility.

Hotel is starting to really show it age. First thing is that there no elevator for a 2 story hotel. So lugging bags up a flight of stairs is not fun. No hot water in room, so cold shower. I stayed in better hotels for the same price.

It was good service, good breakfast but no hot water and the rooms were so hot, no ac! Not the best stay at a hotel!

We had no hot water for our three night stay and hotel staff did nothing to deal with the issue. Multiple attempts to talk to the manager were made, but no ever came. Horrible stay. Will never go back. Save your money and stay anywhere else.

Zero stars but not an option. Team stayed and multiple parents. No hot water for a 4 day stay. Ice cold water. Clearly has been an issue for months, but staff did not notify us until arrival. Rooms without heat, no space heaters. Poolside rooms were 37 degrees Celsius and no AC. Toilets that wouldn t flush. Bathtubs that wouldn t drain. No manager on duty all 4 days, left the front desk staff to try to help out. Pool was dirty, hot tub was even dirtier. Coffee was terrible, breakfast was horrible. Management need to get it together and update.

We had reservations with a large group. Numerous issues including rooms that were excessively hot with the air conditioner blowing hot air and no access to an exterior window. There was NO hot water available for showers, baths or hand washing leaving us wondering how the dishes and bedding were washed up to health standards? My room had NO working heat and no space heaters available. Numerous attempts were made to speak to management with no one available. Please save your money and STAY ELSEWHERE.

We had no heat for 3 days we had no hot water for 3 days ,We asked for help few times on this ,Got no help ,We ask for a manager from Friday to Sunday he alway said he would come but never showed up ,please do not stay here ,They gave us 12 off are room .I didn t want money I just wanted heat and water ,They Also said they never had this problem.But 25 room we all booked no one had hot water ,pool was dirty hot tub was dirty ,Just everything was no great ,we did try to move .But there was no rooms left .hope this help the next family or team staying here next ,I would have to know this before booking !!

We stayed at this hotel from November 17-20 and were extremely disappointed with this hotel. Their boiler system went down and no rooms had hot water. Staff did nothing to rectify this situation during the entire three day stay. We checked out the hotel hot tub and you couldn t see the bottom of the tub it was so dirty. Water temp in the tub was Luke warm and the button the tub were broken. This hotel is poorly managed and it is clear they have little do no maintenance going on to maintain the property. It should be shut down by the Saskatchewan health department.

Terrible stay!!! Do not stay here!! Stayed for 4 days, No hot water at all, rooms either freezing or cooking. Hot tub was disgusting, housekeepers would knock once then just walk in, didn t give even 10 seconds to see if someone would answer. Gave us 12$ off each night which was a laugh in the face!! We were with a big group taking in 20-25 rooms. We were told the manager would be there to talk to us but after hours of waiting never showed up. Those poor Front desk girls that had to deal with his, managers, dirty work. Will NEVER recommend this hotel to the anyone, very very disappointed

The only thing was the hot water heater failed so no hot showers but this was not the hotel fault the parts were not available til Monday but the hotel took 20% off per night much appreciated

No service in lounge.....had to keep asking for service from the cafe and still wait for someone with a key .....then made me and my company like we were bothering the servers Safety: Was comfortable in the hotel

The HVAC system was broken. Our room was 25+ degrees. Couldn t adjust the temp at all. Rooms are dated.

1. My wife checked in and received one free breakfast card. She informed the lady there is two of us which the lady replied that there was only one on the booking which I know I told them two of us when I booked it. Anyways the lady wouldn t give another free breakfast card. 2. Went to shower that night and no hot water. Apparently if you are on the end of the plumbing you have to run the water for several minutes. 3. Kids hockey team was staying there as well which is absolutely fine as I have kids that do team sports as well, however screaming and running up and down the hallways past midnight is unacceptable in my opinion. Other then the points I listed the stay was good. Banquet hall, food and service was very good.

Rooms are good and clean. The staff is also very good and well behaved. Only thing is required is a pure vegetarian breakfast. Or even halal non veg breakfast will also do. Still a good one for staying. Also if they can lower down the process little that will help because 90$ for 1 night is little expensive.

Clean, friendly and enjoyable! We visited on our way back to BC and were really happy to find a place to stay that felt safe during covid. The staff were friendly and professional and the complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was excellent! We also ordered dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed it as well - fresh and delicious. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus and very pristine. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was comfortable and nicely air conditioned upon entering. The beds were soft and inviting. There was ample room to park an oversized vehicle. The restaurant was unfortunately closed and the hours were weird. So we didnt get to sample the cuisine. But it was still a pleasant experience.

Nice place. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Instead of the regular continental breakfast, you get vouchers to the attached restaurant (with a small handful of breakfast options) and served like a regular restaurant. Good for the money. Staff was friendly. Nothing fancy.

On arrival my booking had been cancelled??? But quickly rectified by the receptionist ...I actually have called ahead that I would check in the following morning of my 4 night stay. Rooms were fresh and clean!!! Amazing House Keeping staff and wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows!!! I totally enjoyed my visit to The Heritage Inn!!

Pleasantly surprised!! Its clean, comfortable and quiet with a wonderful breakfast included. This will be our regular stop from now on on our frequent trips to Calgary.

Biggest thing? No air conditioning in room, temp in room was 25 degrees. The complimentary breakfast was ok, 2 slivers of bacon, hashbrowns you could tell had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Staff in restaurant, lounge and hotel were pleasant. TV had about 9 channels and no guide telling you which ones. In short, this hotel could use some improving. Staff is good.

Pros: clean room, pool was warm, nice hot tub Cons: no elevator, dated cheap furnishings,lack of continental breakfast Overall average- I d try to find somewhere with a continental breakfast next time we re in Moose Jaw- the options were too limited and I prefer yogurt muffins etc. Rooms : 3/5

Smelled funny and could use a remodel. I think there was a cricket trapped in the room down the hall. I would not stay here again.

Good and comfortable!

A/C did not function at all, room was super hot, couldnt sleep. The lady working in the lounge was nice. Food was just ok. Front desk people were nice. Complimentary breakfast was poor at best. 2 tiny, and I mean tiny pieces of bacon. Hashbrowns you could tell were made in a big batch and left under a heat lamp, had to ask for utensils. If the glass of orange juice was any smaller, you would have to serve it in a thimble. Overall, staff nice, building run down, needing upgrades, poor value for your money.

The rooms were kinda outdated, the carpet has a bit of smell, though shower is good. There is not much of an amenity like gym, however, the pool and hot tub was nice, as well they served free hot breakfast. Overall, it s good if you don t spend much time in your room, like me who is only for a couple of days visit.

The meeting areas here are the best in Moose Jaw. Ground level, easy to access, and spacious.
