Hair baked into the cheese on one of our pizzas, and I'm pretty sure one half of one of our pizzas was an entirely different kind of pizza...? Ordered pickup and the customer service was good, but we ended up throwing out an entire XL pizza because there was person baked right in, and the other half had a bunch of stuff that didn't even come on that kind of pizza, that we definitely didn't order.
As of November 1,2024. A paying customer. I was refused access to the bathroom to wash my hand. Before eating my pizza slice . Was told the bathroom is for staff only now. Never going back. By By .
I would of left a zero but don't have the option. Placed an order for pizza tonight. I had articulated very clearly on the pizza's. The order came in a timely matter being Halloween, a bit longer than normal, but hey I understand that it was busy considering that it was Halloween. Pizza's came and the "special" order that was to be without green peppers arrived. I had articulated clearly what was supposed to be on the pizza. When I called to let them know it was wrong, it was like I was wrong. Not a good start with PR. Not a good start at all. Mind you I had the exact same problems 9 months ago on the same pizza's, communication is a problem there. They sent out a "replacement" pizza, the same newly made pizza came back again!! The problem with green peppers, is that the person who wanted their pizza without green peppers is allergic to the them!! Pizza came, opened it in front of the driver and there was green peppers on it. I lost it, even though I am a very calm person, phoned back to complain and used some very strong language!! Got an apology, but still wasn't happy for previously said reasons. Talked to whomever, don't know who he was, maybe the owner?, told him what happened, in colorful language, about tonight and the previous issues 9 months ago, and said he lost a customer. Pizza finally came the way I had requested two attempts ago. The attitude, communication and people skills need to improve drastically!! Two and half hours later the pizza arrive, for my little sister. Thankfully she wasn't starving and to wait that long to get a pizza right is absolutely insane. Overall they never really accepted that they screwed up, sad really. What started as a pretty decent pizza place has completely turned me off from patronizing them ever again.
We had a couple pizzas from here and they were soooo good. Will definitely be getting more.👍👍
We swung through moosejaw overnight after a long road trip back from Calgary with the kids and stumbled upon TJs through Google to order pizza on our way to our hotel. We arrived late for pickup and the pizza was hot and delicious. Even our picky eaters loved it. Will definitely come back if we are out that way again.
I don't like the tipping option always popping up on the debit machine when I go to pay. I always do pick up orders, never delivery. I wish they delivered out to rural communities for a reasonable price. The food isn't great. It's slowly been going downhill. I do like the desert wedgies, but the pizzas are lackluster.
It was clean and the staff was kind. I went when it was busy and they did a great job at making sure everyone that came through the doors was dealt with. I also like that I could see the kitchen and for being busy it was still really tidy. My pizza was hot and me and the boys loved it!
Delivery was fast 27 minutes. Driver was friendly. Pizza was awesome, ribs are excellent with honey dill dip. Carmel wedgies for desert are the best part. Delivered right to me at the truckstop. I have had alot of meals over the years and this place will defenitely go on the list for next time im in moose jaw. Thank you for the great food and speedy delivery.

Used to love TJs, but the last three times i have purchased my pizza was dry as cardboard. hope they fix this or i will not order again!
I ve ordered from here 3-5 times a weeks for months. Without issue. Tonight the man we picked up from wasn t only rude but had no decent customer respect. I m not impressed!

Tried to order for take out got yelled at it ll be an hour when we said we would wait the hour he got even more Upset and said it will be a. Hour and a half. You guys need to teach your staff not to spaz out and be rude. All Moose Jaw take out is becoming a joke it s like your not allowed to order
Love eating here! The management is absolutely amazing and the pizza is top notch! I highly recommend eating here. They also support local non-profit organizations!
Was good as always, and enjoyed it even more as I won those pizzas as a prize. Ordered up and spent a little extra money and ordered the combo

Love the dry rib poutines. This was 2nd time trying the deep fried pickles and they were no near. as good This time. But Ill give it another go yet.

Visiting Moosejaw figured I d Google top pizza places. TG Pizza came up within the top few. The guy who answered the phone talked about watching videos in terms of cheese quantity etc. A very interesting person to say the least. I had to repeat what I wanted 5x. Meat Lovers(NO salami). The first pizza shows up with ONLY salami on it! I called back and whoever answered the phone says he knew what happened. When I asked what he said we are very busy and hung up the phone. RUDE The replacement pizza shows up and it s completely the wrong pizza again (All Dressed). I called back and the same arrogant guy answers the phone and says I made you a new pizza I m not sending you another one , slams down the phone on me. RUDE AND EITHER BRAVE OR JUST STUPID I called back and tore a strip off him telling him not only is he a poor businessman for hanging up the phone but also in how he failed to properly address their screw ups I also explained to him that it was completely the wrong pizza, he says oh you ordered a Meat Lovers I realized these people are incapable or under some other influence and that I simply do not trust them to make my pizza. I insisted they refund my money or that I would deal with the matter face-to-face and on any legal level I saw fit. A refund showed up on my door 15 minutes later. I still left the elderly delivery driver with a $10 tip. THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY OFF WITH THE STAFF/RESTAURANT 08/31/22 10:30pm I really hope they respond to this message as I would love to hear what they have to say by way of a defence. Overall there s nothing notably special about this pizza.. save the headache and throw a dart at any other pizza joint.

First time ordering from there. The website was easy to use. Delivered right on time. Everything was hot and crisp still! We had the ultimate meat lovers and bacon wedgies, wings. Pizza had good amount of toppings. The wings were very tender but a little small. Definitely will be ordering again.

Loved this place, good pizza, reasonable prices and friendly staff.
They got an item wrong with our order tonight but were quick to send out the right item and we got to keep the mistake, discovering a tasty new to us item. Everything was delicious and it was fast.

Tried using a coupon we got from our hotel. And it clearly says one coupon per order over $25. And we were told we couldnt use it on our $30 pizza order. Pizza tastes allright but dont try to get any deals. They will just get mad and say no.

If we want pizza, we go to TJs. We always do the 2 for 1 pick up special because its the best value for your money compared to other places in the city. Not only do they offer this great pick up special you can get any of their speciality pizzas as your pizzas. I would recommend this pizza place to anyone in Moose Jaw over other pizzerias.
