I usually order in rather than go to the restaurant.

The food was delicious. The staff were friendly and atentive. They have some gluten free options on their menue. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options including a gluten free dessert option.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the waitresss name that we had but she was absolutely phenomenal our drinks never ran out you checked on us off and and it was amazing to see the manager out and about helping his stuff which we dont see very often. I had the Truffle mushroom burger from the summer menu as well as the three pizzas off of Summer menu it was very delicious would absolutely go there again and would absolutely order that again. I would highly suggest dropping by here we had a great time

The food was great! the service was great! we walked in to a girl (didn t catch her name) all smiling she sat us and was so efficient!! our server ian was the funniest and funnest server ever! like oh my lanta! half of the meal he had us laughing! we will definitely be back!

Jinaea D was our serve. And she was absolutely terrible. Poor attitude and just an over all just a not wanting to be there vibe. When asked for a cup so we could take our kids specialty drinks home she said they dont have anything and walked away. We asked another server who was more than happy to bring us 2 cups for our kids.

Went there with my Uncle while visiting and found that their Thin & Crispy Large Pizza was one of the Best Tasting Pizzas I have ever tasted. The Service was Great as well and enjoyed watching the Football Game on their Wide Screen TVs.

Good food but the drinks are a little skimpy for the price.

We ordered delivery, and after an hour and a half called only to be told it was out with the driver. An hour later, we called back again only to be told they could not find the order. I definitely will not order from here again or recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of good places to order from who actually care about customer service.

Great environment, and usually amazing service, tonight we had wildly slow service, both drinks are finished. We ve been waiting over a half hour just to be checked on. We ve been trying to leave and simply aren t able to without paying of course. For people in a rush I don t suggest this particular spot.

Took an hr to get food after placing order and when food arrived it was warm at best the waitress gave no eta what so ever

The 3 meals we had were good. I called ahead for a 3 pm pick up and when I arrived, I paid and then waited about an extra 10-12 minutes as the food wasnt done yet. My smokey mountain spaghetti was tasty and the portion was enough for 2 meals. I love that.

Since COVID I find the menu lacking options and our server seem a little occupied definitely more interested is something other than us.

We came to town for one night and didn t know what to expect for restaurants. There seemed to be a lot of restaurants in the area. We were tired and just wanted a good meal and some sleep. We recognized the Boston Pizza Brand. I had eaten there in the past. I didn t think anything of the food except that I knew it was a safe bet but nothing special. Well, let me tell you! WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! Great customer service from the first contact and the get go! The food was delivered timely as ordered by a polite young man AND WAS DELICIOUS!!!! Little boo-boo when our cutlery wasn t with the order, but the amazing staff zoomed back quickly with the cutlery and a generous discount! To tell you the truth, we started eating with our fingers because it was so good! Thank you to the team at Boston Pizza!!! (B location) Awesome and highly recommended! Kid-friendliness: Our puppies are our babies and they loved the delivery guy!

Went in with friends for a late supper after a football camp. We all ordered and when the food came out, everyone got theirs except me. The server didn t come around for a solid 10 minutes to tell me what happened and by the time I got my food, my entire group was finished and I didn t get to even enjoy mine. The server never apologized and still proceeded to charge me full price for the meal that I didn t get to enjoy with the party I came with. On top of that, she charged me 1.50 for a little side of plum sauce on top of that. The way she handled the situation was very poor. I didn t get the servers whole name besides that it starts with an A and she had dark hair back in a clip. She also had attitude with another person I was visiting with as well commenting on how he was finishing his food as she was grabbing his plate even tho he never said he was finished in the first place. Awful service on this servers part and was extremely disappointed. From a fellow server myself, I would never of handled this situation like she did and clearly she didn t care about the service she was giving out. I wouldn t recommend this place!

They brought back the lunch menu.

Everything was great up until the manager felt she had to interrupt our meal time with our senior . Just to show her authority over co-workers. No class just trash. She should be fired.

We were a very large group(35 to 40) and had made reservations ... which were generously accommodated and we had most of two good sized sections. We were surprised that the manager had not arranged for more staff ... we had only one server assigned to our group. She did an amazing job ... considering the challenges associated with a group our size. But, as you can imagine, depending on where she started .. ... it took a very long time before we could order our meals. This is not a server issue .. this is a failure of resources management.

A good place to eat if you have kids and the kids eat free coupon.

Great pizza and great staff!

The staffs are accomodating and friendly. My husband order a steak, he does not like it. I order salad which is okay. And my kids order the chicken fillet and fries, the kids did not finish because the chicken taste spicy, they just eat the fries

My husband was in there this evening, the service was subpar, the waitress said shed be back to get the drink orders but abandoned so the hostess (who was quite touchy) came by and said she would take the drink order and food order to the waitress. He ordered what he quite often orders at BPs, The ceaser salad came hardly dressed, easily remedied by asking for more dressing. The wing order came out the wrong flavour, ordered medium and came out honey garlic or something, brought it to the attention of staff. One minute later the SAME wings came out doused in hotsauce to try cover up the honey garlic sauce, because he was so hungry after a 14 hr shift he ate them but my goodness. Unacceptable and an embarassment to the Boston pizza brand. Yikes. Will not be eating there again.

A lunch with friends here made for a great experience.

Our lacrorosse team popped in for a lunch today between games, and if I could choose more stars I would! The service on all levels was fantastic, fast, and friendly!!! We had 14 boys between 8 and 11 and then all their parents and families, and the server took the time with every single one of the kids. They all got exactly what they ordered, and even when our team was a little roudy, the server smiled and kept on working hard. It was also nice to see managers supporting their staff, smiling, being friendly, and being such great role models. Thanks so much for a great meal and experience!!!

Tried it for the first time. The pizza and pasta was good. The fried chicken wing bbq and garlic parmesan fries was our favorite. We ordered their own quenchers, peach mango and passion fruit. Just flavored water and we honestly didnt like it. We felt quite awkward and fascinated at the same time by the waitress not writing down while taking our order. Overall it was great! Well be back to try more on the menu.

Well it s a Boston Pizza so mediocre food but this particular Boston Pizza had great service and the company I was with were fantastic. Their beer on tap is always cold and delicious too.

We had a good, cheap lunch here and something different than the typical fast food.

Sat outside on the bar patio. Good waiter, cheerful and pleasent. Food was ok, good marinera. Lots of plants, it was slow so it was nice and quiet. 8pm on Thursday night.

We stayed at nearby hotel and ordered their pineapple, beet and goat cheese salad; and beef dip sandwich with au jus. After travelling a long day and feeling pretty hungry & looking forward to our food. Hugely dissatisfied! First no cutlery or napkins- delivery to hotel should have been a clue to including these. Salad had maybe ~1 oz of julienned beets (approx 10). Beef dip included about 2oz beef, maybe 5 very small pcs. Delivery took an hour and meal was over $60. Would not recommend these two menu items or delivery.

Super friendly staff

When my daughter went here with her team, they got there at 7:45pm and got their food at 9pm! Terrible service and I do not recommend! Also the waiter said to my daughter, after she asked for the check to be patient and wait! Not cool at all, 0/10.

Food was mediocre at best.Service was not good at all-appetizers came out with main course,ordered a Ceasar and it came naked with two ice cubes and one speck of rim on the glass.Disappointed!!

Stayed shortly at a hotel near by and ordered some food. Found 2 bugs in my salad. Called for a refund. They said they cant do a refund because of the way I paid, which is by credit card(??). So I offered to drive there for a refund and they said they could come ba k to give me a gift certificate instead. I agreed even tho I think its crazy I cant get a refund after finding BUGS in my meal and didnt eat any of it. Delivery guy showed up with a 5$ coupon. What a joke. Be aware of those kitchen everyone.

A typical BPs and you get and know what to expect, which is fine. I was curious to see if my favorite BP pizza was the same as back home, and it was! Consistent quality is a good thing! Server was engaging. Would definitely return if in MJ next time.

Always our go to for supper & birthday suppers! Fantastic food, fantastic management & our fav server Ian, who is always the best! Food is out fast, hes quick with refills and great with the kids and family. Love that he goes the extra mile to chat and make those connections!! 10/10 as always!!

My husband and I stopped by the local Boston Pizza here in Moose Jaw. It was relatively busy but the staff was great and so was the tropical chicken pizza we shared. The service was quick and the waitresses were very attentive. Will be returning for sure.

Pizza bread with meat sauce, cheese and salt and pepper wings. Wash it all down with a very well made Caesar then top it all off with a lightening show. Service was very good. Food cooked to perfection. Very clean. Choice Hotel next door and with room key 10 percent off. Will be back

This place has always had great food! Temperature is perfect indoors, unlike other restuarans that freeze you out. This time, I ate outdoors on the beautiful patio to enjoy the huge, and I mean huge pots of flowers that were hanging literally making a wonderful canopy of shade from the sun. So relaxing!

This was a great lunch stop as we were traveling through the city.

Service was excellent the food was average, fries Luke warm, beef a little bit chewy. ( The Big Dipper ) . Draught Beer selection poor all larger except Rickards Red .

Harvest is busy season everyone knows. I literally made a note on the order to have lot of napkins and cutlery because we are taking out the food to a field. I didn t look I trusted the workers. Got out to the field and there were no cutlery neither napkins. We literally can t eat our supper because how do you eat noodles with hand? Update: ordered again, there was no parm on my salad and still no cutlery. ridiculous

Good food and good service

Worst service I ve ever had, unfortunately. My meal finally came as my colleagues were nearly done theirs. Wasn t even an apology given. I had to ask if something could be done to compensate for this and then was given a mere 20% off. I think a free meal would have been a normal practice in this situation. Needless to say, won t be back.

The meal was okay, but I was not so happy about the fact that I had to wait forever for my food. My colleagues all had their food and were done eating their food and thats when I heard that my order was given to someone else. I was not happy with this. I had to wait almost another 30 minutes for my food, after I was notified about the mix up. I was expecting some apologies but nothing. Im sorry, but because of that I have to give this restaurant a 1 star review.

Staff were great. Having eaten at many BPs this one was the best by far as the food actually came out smoking hot rather just than warm. They even preheated the plates/dishes to keep it hot. When I have received my food at most other BPs, it has only been warm rather than hot.

First time in moose jaw and i stopped here for food and drinks. I sat at the bar and met Rob, what an extraordinary, polite, quality bartender - not to mention easy on the eyes.. thanks Rob.

The tables in the lounge were full. I had to sit at the bar. Unbeknownst to me this was going to be the best thing that ever happened. Rob the bartender was friendly, personable, and not at all hard on the eyes. As a single guest to a well known establishment...I felt like the only customer that mattered. I highly recommend sitting at the bar top when Rob is tending bar!

Bartender rob gave excellent service! Made sure my drinks we always topped up and remembered me and my drink of choice! Parking: Lots of parking and if you drink they ll give you a free ride home!!!!!!

Rob is always so kind and welcoming. Always makes sure my drinks are topped up and keeps a good attitude ( even when hes in pain).

It can be very hit and miss whether or not you will be served in a reasonable time. Food is usually good though.

Came for a team supper this weekend after our hockey game. Staff was amazing, allowed us to have the kids in the dining room and the parents in the lounge so that we could fit everyone in. They took care of us well. Food and drinks were great. Thank you!

The order was missing the side, gave me broccoli, instead of spaghetti bolanaise. Wasnt very impressed, 24.00 for one piece of chicken and 2oz broccoli. Follow up!!! Kelly fixed everything and made it right, thanks will be back!! Nice to see that there are still businesses that realize you work hard for your money and treat you with the same respect that they would appreciate from you.
