Stopped in with my two grandsons this evening and ordered a cheese pizza, cheese bread and 8 wings. After ordering and paying it was 5:50 pm, (the time was on my receipt), I was informed the wait was 20-25 minutes, which was fine. I finally received my order at 6:42. That was a 52 minute wait for a plain order!!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!!!!! Was going to ask for my money back but my grandsons were starving by then and hoping it wouldn’t be much longer. I realize it was busy when we were there but other people were coming in after us and ordering at the counter and receiving there orders within a 20 min time frame. Like I said absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning.
Good Pizza. Just don't order it a few in hours in advance. Mine was made too early and sat on shelf until designated time for pickup
Site says until 1 am delivery... didn't get that as it said open till 1 am on a tuesday night, site also says 3 medium for 33 why did I not get that last week and paid 3 for 38?, you lied and once the pizza comes what are you suppose too say when your basiclly hold too gun point for your pay? Please family pizza I'm not looking for a regret or an excuse I paid it, i dont care for your reaponse as we have been through this before and you dont care, no worries, change your google listing and site, I make alotta money 4 or 5 dollars are not going too break me BUT it might break your other customers.... fit up and get Into the internet days... shame on you, all you food companys are thieving bastards, and back in the last 3 years you use too have 2 4 1 pizza any kind too battle tj pizza, too be honest I will just make my own pizza which is better products and the way I like it, you guys are just like safeway, loblaws, coop, 15.98 for fake boneless chicken go suck it.
Unfortunately my wife and had the worst pizza of our life. Soggy pizza is NOT acceptable. Usually the pepperoni used on pizza are small ones but they used the cheapest large pepperoni. The woman on the phone never explained us they have only have one crust. I ordered thin for my wife and regular for myself only to find out they only have one type of crust. The Ginger ale drink they send it’s not the one from Coca-Cola instead they send us a Soda Ginger ale which is completely a different product from a different company. Honestly to pay over $45 is not the issue as long as the food is worth it. Very disappointed and will never order again
Amazing Service, but for the high prices I expect my pizzas to not be burned. This has happened both times I have eaten there. I'd rather pay the high prices at Al Capones around the corner.

I had a late delivery order this evening and he could not access my floor so I happily told him I'd come down to the lobby and he felt bad because I ordered a Pepsi 2 liter and he brought a orange crush which was totally fine with me as I like orange crush too, he wanted to at least pay me back ($5) for that mistake so I agreed paid him 40 and he gave me back the 5 bucks and told him to keep the rest, a small but decent gesture, I thought. But the young delivery man was so polite and sincere and genuine ,he's the reason Family Pizzza has the best pizza in moose jaw, Saskatchewan.
I got 2 free birthday pizzas codes for my bday and went to pick it up. Not only were they rude about it but seemed mad it was 20 minutes to close….. why offer free stuff as an incentive to order if when you do. You make the customer feels dumb for ordering. Not cool !!!!

What can I say about Steve and his staff??? They are amazing, fun and friendly... This place is one of Moose Jaws longest running pizza places, the pizza is always good and if there is an issue they are quick to fix it. Family Pizza is one of our go to places besides Rodos.
They have great pizza (not like Rodos but good). Crust options customizable pizzas and pasta deals. It s easy to order online. This place has stood the test of time in Moose Jaw for a reason. Food

My favorite pizza place left some disappointment tonight. Ordered family pack 3 asked to upgrade cheese sticks to the bacon version. Manager said not possible due to coupon Asked if I can pay for a extra topping on the pizza and put it on the cheese sticks once again not possible I just wanted to pay extra to have bacon on it. Decent pizza but horrible customer service. They don t want customers to pick up. Was told my pizza would be for pick up in 25 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes later, took payment before sharing a little detail that it wasn t quite ready, but will be in a couple minutes. 35 minutes later after watching 8 delivery drivers come and go, 1 guy was on his 3rd pick up as I waited before they finally made time for the customer waiting in their parking lot. Clearly Uber foods, Skip the dishes and every other food delivery app is more important than the customer willing to actually walk into this business. Do NOT order pick up if you need 2 10 pizzas for $32!
Always show up within 5 minutes of requested time. Pizza is always hot, alright amount of meat. Website ordering is easy to use which is always a bonus. The nutella dessert pizza is always a hit here.

Ordered 2 pizzas & a breadsticks. One pizza was supposed to be no cheese which was ignored & we were charged for triple cheese breadsticks. Why is ordering a pizza with no cheese such a problem for this place? This isnt the first time this request has been ignored. Or theyve honoured it but charged double as some kind of penalty.

My favorite pizza period. I live in manitoba but I always stop in here when Im around! Always go for honey garlic chicken or pep and bacon. Excellent quality. Also their 2 slice and a drink for five buck lunch special is where its at!

I always order Pizza from here, and I like it because they have been reliable. One of the last times I called, the storm was causing the power to shut off and it was raining bad. But they still showed up with couple of hot pizzas.

Great pizza for business and large group.
By all means eat at this pizza place if you want a place that offers shrimp and bacon as a topping for 2 topping pizza and not cheddar cheese. Eat here if you agree with the idea that cheddar cheese is a gourmet pizza topping. Two toppings is laughable anyway when most pizza restaurants in the last place I lived offered three. Cheddar is as basic as strawberry ice cream. Stop with the stupid vegan crap and add cheddar to the list of common toppings.

very poor hygiene, bad hand washing practices. gloves on hands while touching debit mchine,cash register ,and cash. he went straight back to the food area and started making pizza without changing gloves for a clean pair. gross
Good pizza, but not a restaurant. Our family of 7 was driving through Moose Jaw and assumed it was a restaurant based on Google reviews. Its nothing more than a pickup counter, so there wasnt anywhere to sit. Also, they dont sell water.
