If I could give this restaurant Zero or a negative star I would. Ordered the pork souvlaki meal which included a salad. The pork souvlaki meat did lets did not taste right. The piece of meat that I bit off and chewed, tasted like spoiled meat. I spit that into a napkin, real quick. I Informed the waiter, of my claim and the waiter said sorry that I was not satisfied with my meal, and was given the option to select something else from the menu. At this point, meat was no longer an option. After my encounter with the pork souvlaki meal. I was informed that that meal would be removed from the bill, and that we would be charged for just the potatoes skins that I ordered as my opinion! But to our surprise, they charged us for the salad that included with my first meal pork souvlaki,which I sent back because I was dissatisfied! I was appalled This restaurant knows nothing about restaurant etiquette and customer service. I really hope Im well and dont end up with food poisoning, shame on you!

Definitely not what I remembered from before. The sauce used to have taste. Now its plain. I wont order pizza from here again . Food

The food was nothing worth paying for. I had the souvlaki and salad.. the salad dressing was literally just olive oil. Everyone s salads came out before their entree, without being asked so when our food came, it was just 3 chunks of souvlaki and a sandwich on a plate. The food was bland. Wouldn t recommend.

I recently visited Houston Pizza and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home.

Never a bad meal at Houstons. We eat here quite often. We usually order from their Lighter side menu. We dont eat as much as we used to. Love their Souvlaki, pizza, and fish and chips. Their soups are awesome. They have Happy Hour specials every day. If you need a room for a private outing, their back room area holds about 30 or 40 people. Parking: Street parking free after 6pm. There is a parking lot behind the restaurant that is also metered, free after 6pm. Wheelchair accessibility: We dont need this option, but the entry and the whole restaurant is at street level .

Ordered a pizza and souvlaki for two. Delivery was on time. No garlic toast in the order, the meat in the souvlaki was fatty and inedible, the pizza was very soggy. The cheese on the pizza was delicious so we ate the cheese and the salad. Dumped the rest. Disappointed as we were hungry. First time we ate there. Maybe it was an exception, but we won t be back.

Seated for 15 mins while no server came to even take our drink orders. After waiving my arm and ignored we decided to walk out. Once i stood up i noticed the 3 servers sitting behind the front eating ! As we walked out the exact girl that seated us not 15 mins prior says have a good night ! Are you serious ? Dont even recognize the fact we haven t been served ! Will never go back.

Houston s has some of the best pizza in town. The pizzas are always loaded up with so much cheese and toppings- you won t find another pizza place that loads the pizzas up as much as they do. The location is super convenient and the staff are super friendly. We recommend Houston s to everyone!

I dont know why we even tried because in 40 years weve never had a good experience at this location. First they couldnt answer a simple question about the chicken fingers- are they the processed ones from Superstore they used to serve or are they proper chicken fingers like other Houstons locations? we asked 2 people but neither had any clue what processed meant and thought that meant frozen. They did say they werent from Superstore anymore though so we decided to take the chance & place the order which was the next problem- They advertise they have a kids menu. It you look really hard you can find it hidden on thier website but if you try to order a kids meal they say they dont have a button for it. After some more of thier confusion they said kids can only eat in. Never heard of a restaurant that didnt want an order of multiple meals just because one is a kids meal. Dietary restrictions: Staff can not answer questions about the meals or ingredients. Kid-friendliness: There is no kids menu

Service was terrible. Beer was flat and warm tried a Cesar instead and it was watered down tomato juice. Most of the food was bad, pasta was passable.

The staff were fantastic. Handled a horrible Karen who was yelling at staff and ruined our dinning. But the staff were so professional and tried to help. The whole time the white blond Karen was yelling and being rude and takling Ina demeaning way to staff. . but the the manager and wait staff were brilliant

Have you enjoyed Houstons breakfast brunch buffet? It is almost like it was precovid..just missing the fruit trays and juice.

I ordered lasagna for eight people and we were all extremely satisfied with the huge portions, that came with garlic toast and delicious Caesar salad. The low price topped off our excellent meal. Very happy with our food and quick delivery!

The food is good? We had a pizza to go and I waited in the lobby. The fabric of the booth table seemed to be caked in the grime of 30+ years. The cocktail I had while waiting was a good price, pizza was good, but for the grime I can t say I d order again.

Pizza lacking sauce now. Got the 13 bacon, pepperoni, mushroom. Always a reliable choice and good tasting. I understand price has to go up with the way things are, but now the pizza has fallen from favour. Sorry, was 5 star, now 3. There was basically nothing for sauce. And, I looked. Probably wont order again, or if I do itll be to see if theyve fixed the recipe.

Terrible service. Took 50 minutes to get our food over lunch when the restaurant was empty. Server blamed the kitchen, kitchen came out and blamed the server. I will never return to this horrific establishment.

Service was top notch; our water glasses never even came close to running empty, napkins were automatically given without even having to request, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I had lunch today, a staple was in my caesar salad. I m so glad I didn t bite or swallow the staple. The manager did not handle the situation appropriately. He has no care or concern for the customer experience. The manager is absent and unprofessional. This was a great place to go, the food is excellent but I can t say I will be back due to this critical issue.

The food is usually good except if you dont tip what they think you should,you end up with a REALLY burnt pizza that my dog couldnt even chew, I literally put this to the test the last 3 orders. I Called and let them know and nothing was done. All I got was a sorry you didnt enjoy your incredibly scorched pizza. Thanks Moose Jaw

Houston pizza in Moose Jaw did an amazing job of accommodating our large group of almost 40 people! They were super organized, our service was perfect, and the food was fantastic! The highlights were: lol the salmon with mashed potatoes (it was cooked perfectly), the ribs, and the pizza! I love their style of pizza! We will definitely be back!

Ordered New York, didnt have so substituted a sirloin. Steak was maybe 4oz max. Overpriced for the portion provided.

We ve been ordering veal parmigiana and pork cutlets two or three times a year for twenty years. It s our anniversary supper. Very disappointed tonight, cold side dishes, no baked potatoes, half a container of Caesar salad, mine had 3 croutons wife s had 0 croutons. Having said all that the manager called me back and made it all right and good. I must say he took our complaints to heart and made it right. They get another try.

Went for lunch as well as had take out pizza. We were served by the loveliest and most accommodating waitress named Cynthia who met all of our needs. Food was absolutely delicious, service was exemplary and we met the manager Nancy who was another lovely and friendly woman. Homemade Caesar Salad dressing was delicious and the pizzas were fantastic. Great job Houston Pizza Moose Jaw location- I will be back!!

This Houston restaurant is not just a run of the mill Houstons! The restaurant had a beautiful decor with lots of private seating to enjoy with family & friends. After having a long drive, we chose to stay in Moose Jaw for the night. We happened upon Houston Pizza, located in downtown Moose Jaw. We were the only patrons in the restaurant at 9pm on a Monday evening. The wait staff advised that they had a brisk take-out / pick up business. Service was friendly and courteous. Meals were generous portions. The hot vegetables were barely warm. They were cooked, but not at the temperature which I expected. We would go back again for the quiet, comfortable atmosphere and good service and to give the food another try.

We went there for our daughters birthday. She ordered chicken Parm. It was supposed to come with spaghetti. The waitress asked what side she would like. So she picked fries. When it came out there was no spaghetti just fries. Same thing with the veal Parm. When we questioned her she said she didnt know the menu. She had been there over a year. Then she told the manager we were rude. The manager backed her not the customer. Will never go back again. And we will tell all our friends about the bad treatment we received at Houstons moose jaw.

Server was also hosting, seemed uninterested and annoyed in diners showing up for dinner. Had to ask for a drink menu 15 minutes after being seated. Server didnt have any idea of the menu. They served our 1 year old a broiled lasagna plate. red flags: vegetables were superstore mixed pack blanched from frozen, served somehow hot and cold haha also veal cutlet was a hamburger patty (? Could have been any protein for all I know?) Chicken Parm wasnt breaded and tasted like burnt overused dirty flash pan. Its Boston pizza but they care less than that. Owner tried to make me pay for a plate I didnt eat (chicken Parm) I will advise family and friends to not support this business in these trying times. There was nothing wrong with any of the pasta dishes, but considering the price per entre plate I would expect and appreciate a higher attention to detail as they fell short on everything else. Cant comment about the pizza. The blonde server was especially bad, as she messed up half of the tables entres and handled it poorly by snickering at our issues and telling mgmt she was bullied. She isnt capable to speak to complaining guests. 0 people skills. Haha it was like she was stoned honestly. She didnt give an f as a feller says. Maybe try the pizza I guess.

I placed an order They QUOTED me 30 to 40 minutes it took record time an hour and 22 minutes As I dished out my family I realized that it was rock hard and cold With us being famished we tried to eat what we could not realizing if we are not happy with the order the full order would have to be returned Now with 3/4 of the meal in the garbage they ask us to return what we dont want The full meal Now my family and I are out food and money with only a quarter of our bill paid for and a free cake that we should have got for free with a phone order anywaysI strongly recommend you to eat anywhere else but here McDonalds service is even better

I don t normally leave a review to restaurants but if you are searching for places to eat a good and affordable food in Moose Jaw, I highly recommend this one for y all guys. Absolutely amazing place for gathering and a place to eat with the whole gang cause you re gonna love it that you ll get a lot of food for affordable prices and some of their entree meals are gluten-free, great news right? The pizzas are freshly made by the kitchen and you can customize the toppings of your own pizza, the staff/servers and the owners are very friendly. Great atmosphere with nice people. I am definitely going back with my whole company!

It was my first time coming into Houston Pizza Moose Jaw after a couple years. The food was awesome, especially the club house sandwich. Ever since the new owner took over, I would say that the food has improved drastically. Definitely recommend trying this place out

Spent $70 and it took an hour and a half to get to my house. Pizza was cold, burnt and dough was very tough, the chicken wings we bought were cold and the ceaser salad was disgusting couldnt even eat it. Even the pop was flat. Go anywhere but here, we had an absolute horrible experience.

Ordered an item off their menu the cooks have never cooked before nor did they realize what it was (I found that very odd). Their pizzas are very sub par for the price you pay. Have had better pizzas at Dominos and better priced too. Parking: Parking sucks.

Great experience overall! The atmosphere is fantastic, the restaurants theme and lighting make for a very chill environment. Booths are super comfy and provide a good sense of privacy. Waitresss are nice to chat with and are quick, tried multiple different menu items; Burgers, steaks, appetizers, deserts and cocktails and theyve all been delicious. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a place to relax, take your time and enjoy your meal!

We ordered take out online from Houston Pizza in Moose Jaw. Ordering was quick and easy on the app. We received a text saying it would be ready in 1/2 hour and they were ready right on time. We ordered a combo with pizza, Caesar salad and dry ribs. The Caesar salad had lots of dressing and it seemed like a homemade dressing- we liked it but there was just to much dressing. The dry ribs were great - cooked well but still juicy. The pizza was thick with toppings and tons of cheese! It was so good! We really enjoyed the meal and had friendly service at pick up.

Went out for Sunday supper. We ordered a Greek salad with a 10 inch loaded pizza. The salad was very good but the garlic toast that came with it was cold. The pizza was flavourful, but was lukewarm in the center, which was a major detractor. My wife s stomach also says there was MSG in the meal. The servers were friendly and polite.

We ordered the fish and chips and the fish was basically like fish you would buy in the freezer section at supper store, ver disappointing. My husband ordered the 1/2lb burger and it was nothing special. It was 2 patties of plain frozen burgers. The presentation was sloppy, there was oil all over the rim of the plate.

Decent food.

Went for supper and had the liver and onions with rice. It was fantastic and the rice was perfectly seasoned. Normally I add soya sauce to my rice but I didnt have to. The service was also very fast and friendly.

The management and staff are great! The Pizza is fabulous and one of the best Saskatchewan style pizza around! But ..... avoid the on line ordering app at all costs!!!! The app does not work properly and even though it sends you a confirmation... the order will not be processed. You will wind up waiting for them to make up your order!!! Phone your order in .... DO NOT USE THE ORDERING APP!!!!!!!
