Pinocchio Pizza & Burgers in Moose Jaw

Employees were not friendly and unwilling to support uber pick up. So disappointed with this experience.

They havent updated their hours... they say 900pm but apparently its 800pm. So i put an order in for 850.... they sent it at 700. Like if u close at 800 send at 750... unfortunately all the good restaurants are being taken over... customer service not a priority!

I was there to pickup the order, first they asked me to wait for 10-15 minutes and when I asked again for a order after 20 minutes, the guys from the kitchen came out and asked me to wait for more time if I want the order or asked me to leave restaurant. There all staff don’t know how to talk with customer

Ordered 3 pizzas and some garlic fingers at 5:43pm. Told me it would be ready for pickup in 30-40 minutes. Showed up at 6:25pm and they hadn’t even cooked it, apparently there was a “disconnect” between the person taking the orders and the kitchen staff, as the kitchen staff never received the order. Told us they could have it ready in 20 minutes, our kids were already starving at this point so we left very disappointed. I won’t order from them again, plenty of other places in town to order from!!!

My $28 ham & pepperoni pizza tasted like beer the dough was so old. It was obviously pre-made & "reheated" too, still arrived ice cold. The meat is the thinest sliced deli meat diced up & barely a sprinkle of it on the pizza. Couldn't even swallow the 1 bite I took, complete waste of money. And this is what the $9 appy size onion rings gets you. I'd hate to see what the $5 side looks like. Cheesecake had been sitting in thier fridge too long & had picked up the taste of everything else in there. Burger was ok but isn't a smash burger like they advertise

Ordered 13 in ham and pineapple and 15 deep dish pepperoni bacon with extra cheese. Got two 13 in pizzas. We had them correct their mistake and still only recieved a reg 15 in pizza, and our other pizza was cold. Will never order from here again.

Well a paradox experience many things good yet many things wrong. Went there to try out a burger recommendation from a friend well the smash burger was a smash . The restaurant was clean and the serve staff very friendly . The not so good was other staff having loud conversations not in either official language of our country which makes the customer feel out of place plus the server even though friendly has less than acceptable personal hygiene

Ordered it for the first time tonight, the pizza bread and shrimp was good. But the churros tasted like they were fried with the shrimp and didn't taste good. I ordered fried banana caramel cheesecake. And it was cold! Almost like it wasn't even fried? I dont think I will be ordering again.
