Pizza is tasty but pretty cheap on the donair pizza topping, I was disappointed as it was good but lacking. Maybe 12-15 small pieces of meat on the entire medium pizza.

I was a customer at this location from the winter of 2022 until Feb 2024. They do not appreciate their customers. I ordered the walk in special with vegan cheese instead of the regular cheese as I have an intolerance. This has never been a issue until just recently. They wanted to charge me extra. I was pretty upset and told them that they would lose a customer if that was the case. They didn t seem to care. I called the manager and emailed the company with no response. Also. I can remember an instance when I went to pick up my pizza and when I checked to see if they put the vegan cheese on it looked like mozzarella. They assured me that it was vegan cheese and that they had changed the brand. They lied to me. It was regular cheese. I was a very loyal customer but they don t seem to care about that.

Tried ordering online with gift card and their website will not process the payment. I now have a useless gift card that they won t accept Update. Still no word from store or manager. I ordered for a spicy chicken pizza and they gave me paneer pizza . When i told them about it they told me to come and we will give you a new one with the right order . They lack customer service when i told them i will tell the supervisor as this is the third time i am facing problem they are like no worries .

Ive been ordering from Red Swan Pizza for a couple of years now. Other places dont compare. One of the things I like the most is the sesame seeds on the crust. Ive ordered a couple of different pizzas but my favorite is the teriyaki chicken! Only once in all this time did my pizza arrive cooled off but throw it in the microwave and its all good. I do wish when ordering online that some kind of confirmation would be sent.

Ordered from here twice in one week driving from calgar6 to Ontario ans then again on way back. First order was perfect Second order the Taco pizzas lettuce was nSty from the second I got it , and the perogy pizza was just ok. Traveling so asked for plates and cups. Not in the bags

The pizza is awesome and they make a special crust. If you are traveling through Moose Jaw or staying the night you can order ahead and pick up. It is close to Trans Canada Hwy near gas station.

Recommend the pizza and nachos supberb A+++ for Red Swan Pizza and for staff at the Moose Jaw SK location on Thatcher Drive. Vegetarian options: Nachos have no meat unless requested. This goes for the pizza selection as well. Dietary restrictions: No meat no problem. Lots of veggies to choose from for us non meat eaters Parking: Usually can find parking easily there.

Manager was completely rude we ordered pizza pizza came to pick 7 minutes late. When we picked up it was completely cold. Looked like it was left outside. Was made way prior to pick. Have not seen this kind of rude service.

My wife had the spicy chicken pizza , which she also loved. The kids had small cheese pizzas. All of our boxes were completely empty at the end of this great meal.

They have some amazing meat pizzas with amazing sauces. It was my 1st pizza in Canada and it was great.

When asked for deals on pizza they didnt give us much. Ended up $20 for one medium size pizza and saw posters with much much better deals. Not honest on the phone and the toppings on our pizza were very little. The fresh tomatoe chunks probably does not add up to one slice of tomato.

I ordered through the app for delivery and I get call saying there is no delivery driver available so I went and picked up the order myself and reaching store came to know they r out of dipping I was looking for so I can t get the refund for it and having no choice I had to take dipping I didn t wanted.

First time ordering pizza from Red Swan. It was delivered piping hot and within the time of quoted delivery. We had the pepperoni and the chicken bacon ranch. Definitely will be ordering again.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 7:22 PM. Was told they would be here at the motel a block away, in 40 minutes. It is now 9:36PM and my pizza still has not arrived. Very poor service. I will not order from this joke of a restaurant again. Dont waste your time or money on Red Swan Pizza, order from Family Pizza instead. At least they show up on time. UPDATE: My pizza never did arrive. Terribly disappointed in this business. Avoid at all costs.

Awesome pizza! Love the sesame seeds around the crust! An extra large serves 4 adults and only costs somewhere under $30 depending on toppings. We always grab the pizza to go and ask for plates and they gladly provide them. They will also bake the pizza a little extra for the cheese to be a bit more brown if youll just ask for it. Weve gone here more then any other place in town!

This evening, i ordered a pizza from Red swan and it was so delicious! i have tried lots of pizzas from around Moose Jaw but nothing as tasty as this one. This pizza was so full of good flavours, really good crust and delicious toppings. I will definetely come back again and i really recomend this place, from a foodie to another foodie believe me when i say this place is good.

Ordered pizza and it came late. Pizza was almost delivered to the wrong address, was cold and soggy. Called the store and asked for a manager the said the manager would call me back in a few minutes and that was yesterday. Have had a few ok experiences But this put a cold soggy taste in my mouth. Update the regional manager contacted me and sorted things out. Im feeling optimistic to give another try.

How our pizza showed up on delivery, employees unwilling to replace one pizza

The owner used skip the dishes and the driver ate our food, then the owner started to try to blame us.

Disgusting! The pizza is always soggy and the dough is undercooked. I remember being grossed out by the pizza months ago and hadnt ordered it in a long time, but tonight I let my guard down and tried it again. It was nasty. The dough was straight up wet in the middle of the pizza, the toppings werent hot, and the cheese was browned. Its as if someone put the pizza in an oven that was too hot, causing the cheese to brown but the rest of the pizza not to cook. Same thing I had last time. Any place is better than this. Dominoes is 100 times better. Yuck. Fed it to the dog. Never again.

Some times taste in redswan pizza is not good

Pretty good. Not greasy. Really good specialty pizza. Lemon shrimp is great. If your looking for something a little different then what your used to I recommend trying this place.

Place was busy and people were getting their orders done with incorrect toppings, mine included. Staff are friendly but need to slow down and read the order tickets. The chicken ranch was a soggy mess and pizzas were unusually wet overall. Took an hour from order placed to two pizzas ready. Won t be coming back for a while, MJ has lots of pizza place options.

Thin crust pizza. Cheese was overcooked to the point of being totally crispy. Whole pizza was the same exact shade of brown

I really wished they told you that sesami seeds were on the pizza, I hate sesami seeds so does my girlfriends, the pizza was under cooked on the bottom and over cooked on the top, we ordered bread sticks with no cheese, ive never had bread sticks that were like cookie dough, we will not return
