Wings and ribs? More like wings and frozen breaded pork balls. The buffalo sauce was somehow sweet (ugh). We couldn t finish them. We ordered a double order, but they wouldn t let us get two kinds of sauce. Crazy amount of sauces to choose from though. But stay away from the buffalo sauce.

I wanted to try big wings for a long time and just never . Was everything I expected. Will definitely be a return customer.

Ordered food for delivery and it didn t show up for an hour and twenty minutes. Called the owner and she was dismissive blaming it on being busy and didn t say anything else. Food was ice cold too. Customer service is very poor.

Best wings in Moose Jaw. Tons of different flavors and for a decent price on Wednesday. Food was 5/5, but the restrooms at the restaurant were a little dirty.

The wings were cold and soggy not crisp. No crunch at all. Sauces were somewhat bland the honey musterd did not taste good. Delivery driver was incompetent and after he dropped my drink on the ground was argumentative about it. Would not recommend and will not order again.

Order food. It s been an hour it s still hasn t arrived. Called the store for them to flat out lie saying the foods in the way. 20 minutes later call again and they lied yet again saying it was coming. Almost 2 hours for food and still no food . DO NOT RECOMMEND

Disappointed We used to to get wings from there quite often but hadnt in a few months. We were disappointed in the way the wings were cooked. Very dry. Also the wing and fingers had very little sauce. At least half then there used to be. We arent particularly fussy people but take out is a treat for us so would think twice about where we order again.

Absolutely horrible restaurant. I have never experienced such levels of disrespect from an employee. I have dined in many times before, receiving poor service every time, but my most recent visit tops all others. I walked up to the server and asked for a seat, she responded by asking if I was 18. I handed her my ID to show her, and she proceeded to tell me to leave since I wasnt 19. I stated my confusion as she just asked if I was 18, but she kept saying it was always 19. As we debated, a couple walked in with 2 very young kids walked in and were allowed entrance with no problem. Never give these people your money, the food tastes microwaved anyways. Zero stars if possible

Worst service Ive ever recieved at a restaurant. Ive eaten at this restaurant many times. I have been in the restaurant at 11pm, and been the only customers in the restaurant, and its taken up to 20 minutes to even get menus, let alone out food. Recently, the experience had got even more aggravating. Big Wings Moose Jaw set a local rule banning people under the age of 18 from dining in at all hours, despite the legal drinking age in Saskatchewan being 19. Once I tuned 18, I returned to the restaurant with my friends and dined there several times, while the staff were very inconsistent with checking for ID each visit. Tonight was certainly the worst experience yet. My friends and I entered the restaurant about 9:30pm, and asked to dine in as usual. We were asked to present ID, and the usual server Ive had the last few times stated that we had to be 18 to dine in. Upon showing my ID, the server stated that I wasnt allowed to dine in becuase I wasnt 19, in complete contrast to her ealier statement, and the usual Big Wings policy which isnt written or posted anywhere. As my friends and I were discussing our next move, we saw a family of 4, two parents and their young children come in and take a seat without any difficulty or harrassment. Upon seeing this, my friends and I left, and went to Boston Pizza instead. In summary, this restaurant and its incompetent server/receptionist are not worth your money. They are discriminant against age, perhaps even just teenagers in general. They have shifty, unlisted policies that are probably just come up with on the spot at the will of a lazy server. They provide terrible service and the food is lacking at best. Used to love the cheap food and the generally empty restaurant, but now I see why the restaurant is always empty. Would rate with 0 stars if I could.

This is a horrible restaurant. The service while Ive been many times here is bad. But this doesn t bother me as much as my most recent visit. I have dined here many times before with no issue getting in while it is late at night, but this most recent visit has been the most aggravating. Me and my friends who are all 18 walked in and asked if we could sit down and eat. The lady at the front asked for our ID to see if we were 18. She changed her mind and said 19 is the age to dine in. I have been here many times as 18 even after my ID has been checked by whoever is at the front. Right as we have been told we cannot dine in we see that there is a family that consisted of 2 parents and 2 children that were no older than 7 years of age. We were discriminated against and refused service due to inconsistent unlisted age restrictions and and/or a lazy server. The food here is mediocre at best and is not worth your money, do not come here.

I have never felt more personally offended before. I went into this restaurant with a group of my friends and as we entered the restaurant, we were confronted and asked to show ID. We have eaten in this establishment before and the age of service was 18 but suddenly it was 19. The worst part was that right the server/receptionist checked our ID, a family with two children entered and sat down to dine in without having any troubles or being harassed. This just shows the pure disregard and obvious age discrimination they have toward teenage customers. Absolute worst service I have ever received. I would rate it a 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

We ordered food yesterday and it took more than an hour for it to be delivered. We called the restaurant multiple times but no answer and no call back. By the time we got the food, the onion rings were soggy. Disappointed.

I like this place when it 1st came out but it is steadily gone downhill. By now the servers should know the menu its been open long enough yet they still dont. They advertise deals if you buy 3 or 4 orders of wings but wont give you the advertised price. The quality has gone down as well. The wings come way over seasoned. Sad to see

We were late night travelers in Moose Jaw looking for something to eat and we came across Big Wings. My expectations were low because I feel most wing places have very low standards. Not this place! For what seemed like a quiet night and us walking in late in the evening, they produced great food! Honestly some of the best wings and boneless ribs Ive had in awhile! Nice job!

Very bad customer service. Ordered spicy wings for deivery but haven t received food after 40 minutes. Called and talked to the manager, she was rude and said there was no order in the system and if you want free wings take it. Not ordering anything from there again.

Good food but very poor service. Brought my mum a warm glass of water, forgot about us several times and forgot that she ordered poutine. May try to eat there again in a few months. If I get better service I will update my review

We got the kiss of death wings x2 ( very salty almost like they dumped 2 grams of salt on top), also got the large fries (very salty but crunchy, we liked the crunch but not the 3 grams salt they poured on the fries) also got the large ceaser salad ( was good), got the chicken strips ( was good and no salt! Loved it). Got the kiss of death ghost chilli pepper sauce that was not hot ( Franks red hot sauce, tomatoes sauce and ghost pepper seeds mixed , was not good or hot, very vinegary), also got gravy (beef) was very salty, also got the kiss of death, hot wings very very salty and not hot, tasted more like tomato sauce, I was really excited about this meal and with what I ate was not too much, I have had my salt intake for 2 month from this meal, I will not return.

The food was good just make sure they warm the wings up before serving.. For the size of the building not much room in there.

My hubby and I went here for supper recently. We decided to give it a try since it is so close to our house and we walked past it every day. We also like the fact that it is open very late most nights, so if we get a late night craving we can walk on over or order snacks to be delivered or picked up as takeout! They are fully licensed which my husband likes; he ordered a bottle of Miller Genuine Draft & I had a bottle of Mountain Dew. Then we ordered a variety of different foods; for our 1st order of boneless wings we tried a delicious sauce which was described in the menu as being a combination of sweet Thai chili & BBQ with a bit of heat. The wings were breaded in a perfectly crunchy batter and very well drenched in sauce. For our 2nd order of boneless wings we had chosen a more traditional flavour of honey garlic which was also very tasty and the wings were perfectly breaded and well covered in sauce. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers which were fairly unremarkable but were served to us pleasantly hot and perfectly cooked and were accompanied by a marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks and a fresh & tasty tzatziki sauce which elevated the simple diner style food. The restaurants decor led almost to a 50 s diner type feeling with glossy black bench style seating and red paper tablecloth s. And when our waitress served us our food it came in red baskets with a plaid print paper liner, and everything was served with plastic cutlery and disposable ketchup packets, paper napkins and salt and pepper packets. It probably wouldn t have been my first choice but it actually really worked with the decor and feel of the place! All of the food was very tasty, fresh and hot, perfectly cooked well drenched in sauces and accompanied with dips, really there was nothing that had us feeling like we needed to ask for more sauce, or an extra side of dip, everything seemed perfectly complete as it comes straight from the menu! Now... here is the best part.... my hubby and I ate ALMOST everything we had ordered, and we were so full we couldn t even consider dessert, although I will confess that their deep fried Mars bar is definitely 1 of the items on our takeout order for this afternoon lol... and when we got our bill we were shocked at how inexpensive everything is!! Even with an alcoholic beverage, adding on a large (30%) tip and all charges and taxes in it cost us less than forty bucks!! Here s a little sidebar rant: I worked as a waitress and a lot of people are unaware that in licensed establishments the employers can legally pay their servers LESS than minimum wage, and besides that, at the end of my shift, I had to payout 6% (non-negotiable) of each bills gross total to be split between the buskers and the cooks....even if I wasn t tipped on every bill... so I sometimes had to pay the buskers and cooks their 6% out of my own pocket if I had a bad tipper or a dine n dash!!! So I know from experience how crucial those tips can be! Please people, DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON TIPPING YOUR SERVERS!!)) ANYWAYS LOL... their prices are fantastic, their facility is immaculate, their service is fantastic, the food is delicious and perfectly cooked, their wait time is next to nothing.... Both my husband and I wholeheartedly give them 2 thumbs up and a well deserved 5 stars!! Thanks Big Wings, we are your newest regulars and some of your biggest fans! Now I need to wrap this up so I can phone in our takeout order..... yummy it s almost lunchtime!!!

Came here for a lunch meeting at noon hour. First time. Server was very busy but attentive, efficient and got every detail right. The food was over the top fantastic and when I paid the tab felt that it was the best value I have received at a restaurant for some time. Right up their in the top 3 for us. Thank You so much - great experience! (Get the big wing)

We ordered honey buffalo, salt and pepper, and honey garlic. They were cooked crispy and the flavors were great , everything was perfect. Great job , high 5 to the cooks , and service.
