This is the 2nd time the service was awful! We had to get our server almost every time we wanted another drink. Parking: Street parking

We waited our order for more then an hour and when food was finally served french fries were cold, dont order steak there, you will be thoroughly disappointed with the portion of meat for the price you pay. Salad meal was ok but not much on the plate for the price you pay eathier.

Extremely disappointed in the service we just had at Browns at lunch today. Was 1 hour from the time we arrived til we received our meal which was good. The restaurant wasn t overly crowded. After 50 mins the waitress said our meal was up next. The next meal out went to a table of 4 who came in after us. If our order got misplaced, at least be courteous and let us know about the delay and explain why. Service 0 stars.

Updated. Hadnt been in awhile. Arrived at 5:15 because I saw online happy hour goes until 6. Apparently as of two days ago it has changed to 5 pm. A large table was beside us but not too busy otherwise; our food took 45 minutes to arrive and our drinks were empty for awhile. The volume in the restaurant from diners was so loud we could barely hear each other across the table. Food was decent but expensive. Wont be back for awhile...

We were attending the car show. Two of us had a car in the show, two were observers. The young lady serving us was a sweet girl, absolutely run off her feet. She appeared to be in tears by the time we left, 1 hr 45 mins after arriving. The food just wasn t coming. Two of our group ordered breakfast, we were told the hold up was they ran out of breakfast potatoes & they were cooking more. 45 mins after that our food came. The breakfast had French fries not breakfast potatoes. And 1 slice of toast. Eggs were ordered over easy, they came hard. One member of our group had blackened chicken cowboy salad. It was a smaller than normal portion. And the chicken had turned bad! After the salad was finished you could smell the chicken left on the plate. The 4th meal was thoroughly enjoyed. We d suggest for an event such as this the wait staff should not also be the bartenders and more help is needed overall.

I cannot describe in enough words how rude our server was!! We were there on the weekend and not only was our server rude, but her behavior was completely unprofessional. She got one of our orders wrong and then just stood there watching us switch burgers between plates to match the sides. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistake, or even just asking if everything was okay- she gave us an eye roll, laughed, and said okay after throwing one of her hands in the air and walking away. As if that wasnt enough, when we tried explaining how we wanted to split the bill she literally walked away mid-conversation! It was like she couldn t be bothered to do her job properly. Then at the end of our meal she came to the table and asked how do you want to split the bill? I know they were busy but I, with all honesty, have never seen someone that blatantly eye rolls when you call her over to just ask a question.

Went for lunch... the food was great, but the waitress was out to lunch! Every time that Ive visited a Browns Socialhouse, the service was top-notch, so Im hoping this was a one-off. Poor girl got the beverages wrong, missed parts of the food order, and a table of 12+ walked out because she forgot to attend to them for so long.

The vibe at browns is always 10/10! Our server Arielle did a fantastic job! She was very kind and understanding of our indecisiveness! Her smile is contagious :)

Last night we drove from Regina to Moose Jaw to attend the Clint Black concert. We decided to stop at Browns Socialhouse an have supper before the concert. We have eaten in this place many time while visiting Moose Jaw and had great service and quick food. We got there and were seated at 6 09 pm. It was very busy so we ordered Immediately after we seated. I understand they were busy but as more people were leaving they were quickly filling the seats and this is where the problems began. The kitchen was understaffed for this volume. At 6 48 I was able to finally get our Waitress and ask her how long would our food be till it arrives. The waitress came back and said 15 to 20 minutes maybe. This means the food would arrive maybe 1 hour after we sat down. Since we had to be at the the show at 7 15 we had no choice to cancel our order and leave hungry and get to the show. Browns Socialhouse should have let the clients now they were having issues in the kitchen and limited the amount of people they seated to avoid waiting over hour to get food to the clients. This is my view of a failure on the manager part of not trying to right the ship and avoid clients sitting there waiting for food that would be over and hour away. I have seen other comnents the same as what I was saying so this tells me that the problem keeps happening and no correction has been made. Browns Socialhouse I truly hope that you may take this review serious so it helps you correct the problems and make peoples experiences more memorable and avoid people leaving hungry and frustrated. On the flip side when we got back to Regina we order chicken souvlaki from our favorite restaurant Triffons on broad street an it was awesome. A little heavy this late but we were hungry after a great concert.

My daughter and son in law are vegans and to complicate things one has celiacs. They were very accommodating and no one got sick.

Had a group of 13 came in at 4:30 didn t get food till 6:00 and half of the plates were cold. They were not busy it was just slow. Now we re till waiting for the bill and it s 7:00!!

We live some distance away and stopped in for an early lunch between Tunnel Tours. Service was good, and the food (burgers) were hot and tasty.

Not sure why I keep giving Browns an opportunity . Walked in, just the two of us shortly after 8, was seated in about 2-3 minutes-ok. Several minutes go by, waiter comes by asks for a drink order, drinks come relatively soon. Waiter comes and talked to us about something quick and mundane 2-3 times without taking our order. Order taken- 15 or so minutes later; nachos and chicken tai bites. Comes back a couple minutes later and says oven doesn t work, we need to order something else. Doesn t come back with menus, but asks if we want to order something else. We say yes, and a few more minutes go by, and menus come back. We look at the menus for about 1-2 minutes, put them back on the table and look ready for our order to be taken. 15 or so minutes later waiter comes back, bringing another beer that I hadn t asked for, (ok, yes that would be the only positive thing about this). By this time, it s been 35 minutes since we ve been seated, restaurant is MAYBE half full, no order has been filled yet, so I simply ask for the cheque, and state that it s taking to long and that we are leaving. Waiter acts surprised and asks if I m drinking the other beer he brought .the one I didn t order ???? I ve managed at a restaurant before, the manager is supposed to provide overwatch to the entire restaurant, and he was hovering by the kitchen counter, moving back and forth chasing servers and who knows what else, but obviously not doing what he should be doing . Every time I go there, the service is absolutely atrocious! I went to the flats, (also half full) had drinks and complimentary nachos within 5 min. Order taken in less then 10, food sitting in front of us in less than 20 minutes . Stay away, stay away, stay away from Browns!!!!

Came in from Saskatoon, Sask for a few drinks and dinner before the Warrior Game and had Arielle to serve us. Not only was this waitress quick and friendly but had the brightest smile the whole time! 10/10 will come back whenever she is in

Absolutely had one of the best experiences. The staff were absolutely amazing. I have gluten allergy and they were so helpful in making sure I found something that I could eat.

Went to pickup skip order, food was already packed in a bag but none of waitresses asked the order # or gave the order. Restaurant was not even busy, waited for 10 mins without any reason. Dt: 9 may, 2024 Time: around 6:55pm

I am so angry. Twice a year we visit Moose Jaw and have several meals at Browns. I forgot half my meal in a takeout container on the table. I went back within 15 minutes. I was told that my food was thrown out and they cant do nothing about it. My bill was $70. Perhaps they should have offered to give back the $10 tip instead of too bad for you.

The place was almost empty when we walked in around 8.30pm - we were greeted and seated right away. Server was friendly but not attentive and both server and kitchen made mistakes on my food and drink orders. It was corrected but there was an obvious lack of care about what was going on that night with both server and kitchen staff when it wasn t busy enough to be so run off their feet, mistakes could have been forgivable. Server was paying more attention to joking around with colleagues whose shifts had ended than serving us, or the table behind us (who we heard call out at one point to get her attention but even that fell on deaf ears). Not the kind of service expected after visiting other Browns locations across Canada.

I ve been here 3 times since February. I ve hoped each that it would be better than the last but that hasn t happened. Today was definitely my last visit. All 3 times the service has been terribly slow. Each time we ve been passed from one server to another and been forgotten about somehow. With the average plate costing around $25, I d have much higher expectations from this place.

Service was excellent, guacamole salsa and chips appy was just ok, guacamole was basically 1/4 of an avocado with 1/2 teaspoon of guacamole on top, I guess prepping the entire avocado was to much trouble? The chicken & pickles appy was poor at best, a few pieces of chicken and a bunch of shrapnel, very overcooked breading or small breaded chicken pieces that were difficult to pick up with a fork. The smokehouse burger and fries was good but very pricey ($22), 4 - 5 dollars more than most other places in town.

Wanted to give this place another try after our last 2 hour experience. Nope, poor service, wrong food, then new order was hard as a rock. Inedible. If theres room at Rosies go there, if its packed go to the Crushed Can.

Browns is always a good choice, although it is a bit pricey.

Ordered through Skip, restaurant needed an hour to make which is fine but missng part of the order, cold stale fries and way overcooked to point of rock hard chicken

Food and drinks were good. We were a group that had pre-booked so there was an automatic 18% gratuity which quite honestly stinks. You need provide good service if you re going to do that. We had a meal forgotten and little to no check in on our tables. And the person whose meal was forgotten still received a full bill. She had to ask about it and they then gave the meal to her 1/2 off. Disappointed.

Avoid! Worst service Ive had in years anywhere. Restaurant was not busy, more staff than customers for most of our visit, Couldnt flag down server, they were all too busy on phones and talking to each other. Waited extended times to order food and to get a drink, at times could literally not get their attention despite waving arms for over 25 mins. Staff could not be less interested in customers, theyre at work to socialize and look at phones. Even after repeated requests to send server to our table and ask for a different server, still waited extended times. More than half the night my beer was empty and I was desperately trying to order another. As closing time approached, a guy basically said get out we want to go home and sleep, started grabbing drinks. Probably the rudest service Ive ever had at any restaurant from this individual. This place consistently is the worst service Ive had at any restaurant. I only ever come here because friends drag me out. Every single time its the same bad service. But tonight took the prize for worst restaurant experience. Absolutely unacceptable and rude service. New management is required.

If I wanted to go out for dinner to a nice restaurant I wouldn t recommend here. The waitresses dress like they are in a strip club. If I wanted to look at nipples while I celebrated parents anniversary an my brother just being married I definitely would have gone to the rippers but for a place that tries to represent them selfs visually as an high class/ fine dinning. You fail horribly, the pricing of food for the quantity of food you get is just ridiculous . 30$ +, pasta because they charge you for the other half of a Chicken breast you should already be getting ??? Not to mention the waitress tried to charge us for the wrong drinks she brought to our table due to her being too busy standing around talking instead of waiting on all the tables in the restaurant. Your food wasn t worth the almost 400$ we spend for 6 people. Total rip off

Way too long of a wait for our food (50 min) no apologies from wait staff. Had ordered a starter that could have come before the meal but it was served with the meal. It seems Skip the Dishes and the like are a higher priority than the in restaurant diners, seems wrong.

I usually go there for Skip the dishes order pickup. The treatment by the staff is pathetic. They completely ignore the couriers and when we ask about our order their behaviour is arrogant. It s not just one time experience it s treated.

It s not enough food to feed a small child then it s way overpriced. They ve dwindled the food portions down to nothing you get a lot more at any other browns this is a joke. Terrible service. Gave me a half order when I ordered a full. Instead of re-firing me a new dish as I asked, they just dumped some more pasta on top and game me back my now nearly cold dish. If you want to feel ignored and sub par food then here s the place for you.

Food and drink were good when they came. Waited over 20 mins after being seated for a server. When megan finally came to take our order she seemed very rushed despote the restraunt being very quiet. Drinks took another 10 minutes to come as well as a glass of wine that was ordered to come with the engree arrived 15 minutes after my entree did. Service severely lacking. Taste of food was the only thing that saved it

The service at Browns was quite lacking. The server constantly complained to us that they were short staffed, which made us feel a little awkward. I do understand that maybe things will be a bit slower, but I wasnt expecting to be waiting 20 minutes for a single glass of beer. They also didnt feel like dealing with the tap for my drink so I had to order something else. The burger I got was good, but for the size it was very over priced. $22 for a single smaller patty burger. The taste was quite good, just a bit more than I was expecting to spend compared to other restaurants. I dont think I intend on coming back to Browns as several better locations are available.

Worst experience ever at moose jaw browns social house. Very rude and racist staff and they certainly dont like when you complain about food and flat beer. When i asked supervisor if i could have her name and then her response was she is not here to give me her name.

Very rude and racist staff at Moose Jaw location. Staff gets mad at customers for their own mistakes. I ordered pasta without chicken and she mistakenly served with chicken. I simply ask her to take it back and replace. They didn t like it and created a scene. Very offensive behaviour by staff. Would never go back there again. No professionalism and customer service at all.

Our food and service were amazing. I highly recommend the Cajun chicken Alfredo or the teriyaki dragon bowl. Our server was Cara, and she was just wonderful. She went above and beyond to male sure we were looked after. Next time I am in town, I will definitely be back. Thank you, Cara and staff, for a wonderful evening.

Food was amazing service was great. The chicken sandwich was done impeccably and the desserts are great too, got the brownie, wasnt overly sweet or heavy and the gelato was a good touch. The ambience is great too, awesome place to be, will definitely go again

Where to start. The chicken sandwich was beautifully cooked. The crust, amazing and well seasoned; adding a satisfying crunch. The sauce, tomatoes and lettuce were very satisfactory. The chicken, juicy and flavorful. The bun was well paired with the chicken and overall I would reccomend anyone reading the review to order it to try for themselves. The onion rings and the dipping sauce for them were amazing, flavorful and satisfying. The dessert: Oh, the desert was impeccable. Well balanced flavors with the carrot cake, the cream cheese frosting and the butterscott syrup were very well balanced and did not conflict with one another. Over all, Id rate the food a 9.8/10 Thank you for the amazing customer service, we will be visiting again at a later date.

A large group of us came in. We had a reservation and they knew we were coming. Our food took a long time to come out and a handful of orders got missed. My steak was extremely salty. Then when we went to pay a few extra items I never ordered showed up on my bill. I asked to have them removed and the server agreed that it was a mistake. I still ended up paying for it in the end though as she forgot to remove the items. They also automatically added a gratuity tip which I had to pay even though I did not think it was earned.

Every time Ive been to this restaurant, the greasy smoke from the kitchen grill is all we can smell. We actually left early because of it. Does to exhaust fan need cleaning and/or repairs? The kitchen smells should not be overtaking the restaurant. Very unpleasant

The last 3 times Ive been there I have not had a good experience. The first time my girlfriend and I were sat down in a timely manner, only to wait 40 minutes to have no waitress to come and ask us what we wanted. needless to say, we left. Second time was practically the same thing. Third time I ordered the tuna roll and it was stringy and disgusting and when I was given my main meal, which was bbq chicken pizza, a big hair was in my last piece, which made me feel a little sick. (the cook had a hair net on and I understand sometimes this type of stuff happens) Ive given browns too many chances, and will not return.

Who ever is working right now is just hanging up the phone every time we try to call to make reservations. Very unprofessional and disappointing I guess we will be going somewhere else I could only imagine how terrible the service must be if they hang up on customers trying to get though

We were hoping to try something local and unique but they were all closed. Thankfully, Browns was open. Decent atmosphere... the playlist was a little eclectic swinging from Acid Jazz to Pop to Country to 90s... We were seated promptly and given the option of table or booth. Our server was attentive and friendly. Another staff member delivered our drinks and made some recommendations about the pasta. My wife had the fish and chips... large portion, tasty, fish was nice. I had the steak with mushrooms and fettuccine... good size portion, steak was a little over spiced but cooked to my liking (medium rare) and the broccoli had a peculiarly sweet flavour (I would have preferred a simple steamed broccoli but not a deal breaker) Overall decent value, great service and a better than average atmosphere. Would go again.

This was our fifth different Browns that weve had the opportunity to visit. Four in the Edmonton, AB area and another in Vernon, BC. I gotta say I really liked the design of this locale, what with the high ceilings and exposed ductwork. The dark blood red subway tiles were most appealing to the eye. Were in time for the happy hour deals. We started off with Brown Social Red and a pint of Stella which were both on special. Our server Ashley was a delight and very efficient & friendly. Our appetizer dry rubbed ribs were first up and were delicious, served on a very hot plate.... Thanks for the warning, BTW. My wife had the Cowboy chicken salad and I ordered the Italian Job hand pulled flatbread pizza without mushrooms. I was stuffed after our meal and a couple libations. So I was unable to assist my wife with her chocolate brownies that she had for dessert. Thanks again for a most delicious and delightful meal. Just sad that Browns no longer does the flatbread pizza.

Quiet when we went, which I enjoyed. Seated fast, staff was polite, service good and the food was tasty. The carrot cake was a delicious choice for dessert, even had a little cup with carmel to pour on top.

Went during a lunch rush and there was only one server on, who does that? We waited almost half an hour before anyone came to bring us water and then they didnt even ask if we wanted anything to drink or if we were ready to order. We should have left but stuck it out, finally ordered and got our food after being there for almost 2 hours. The food was good and the server was great considering the stress she was under.

Solid experience at this Browns! The hospitality was absolutely outstanding, food was tasty and honestly perfect portions. Being from out of town, we were greeted, seated and fed seamlessly. You wont go wrong eating here, so be sure to grab a seat in the patio if you can while its nice out; service / management was awesome!

Went for brunch, disappointing food. Between our 4 meals the words were bland, dry, overcooked, and expensive for the quality of food. Would have brought it up to our server but we didn t see her again after food was delivered.

1/10 and thats being generous. We tried to go to Rosies next door and it was full, decided browns would be alright instead, Mistake. Menu was overpriced so we asked to just have a poutine and she said sure. Were brought lukewarm tap water on a really hot day and that should have been when we left. The poutine was literally the size of a coffee mug with some fries in it, gravy and what I think was flakes of parmesan. It was so small, disgusting and they charged 15.50 for it.....legit a 3 year old would have still been starving after eating it. To top it off one of the servers spilled all over my Auntie and nothing was done about it. They brought her a damp towel.......no discount or anything and we still had a full day of walking around ahead. I wouldnt go back to this place if the meal was free, let alone to pay for anything again. So disappointed that Rosies was full because its legit some of the best food ever and right next door. Save yourself some money, get a better meal and walk the extra 10 feet. How this place could have 4.1 stars with food and service like that, totally beyond me.

Stunning dining area with great food and atmosphere

Went for a drink and food, after being sat, waited around 15 minutes before a lady asked if we have been served. We stated no and she took our drink order. Then the drinks sat on the bar for 5 minutes, then a waitress came and asked what we wanted for drinks, we told her we are just waiting for them then walked away and served another table. Then a third waitress asked if we wanted food before we got drinks which we waited another 15 to 20 minutes for. We paid and left after that. It was not busy at all.

Nice and costly place. Good food and professional staff. Good place to spend your time if you were waiting for your turn in case you were visiting the tunnels.

My wife and I stopped in at Browns in Moose Jaw. We were on our way to North Battleford and stopped in Mosse Jaw for the night. We were looking for a place to eat and all that seemd to be around were burgers and pizza. I usually avoid chains as they usually feature bad food and very poor service. We were very pleasantly surprised.. The food was pretty good and the service and friendliness of the staff was very refreshing. We would definately recommend this Browns if you are in Moose Jaw

Eleven of us from (work related) Calgary, Ab were staying at the Best Western Plus who called around to see who could accommodate us on short notice. Absolutely the best service, food was amazing, good drinks treating us amazingly well. Loved the brownie dessert that the Best Western Plus had arranged for us. Popped in for a drink and appy. Best calamari I ve ever had and one of the best long islands with their Social. Would definitely stop again.

Went to dinner with a friend, three waiters could not see us standing at the door, basically no customers, probably busy closing, ordered a fried chicken, all flour, a little bit of meat, the key is that the chicken pieces are hard as a rock, eat my mouth feel like my mouth to be poked ~ ~

My partner and I drove in from Lethbridge yesterday and wanted to grab a nice bite to eat. It was late on a Sunday so it was pretty empty, just a few tables seated. The service was fast and friendly and the food was good, but shortly after we were seated two off-schedule employees came in with their friends and ruined basically everything. They sat at the bar and were shouting across the restaurant at the people in the kitchen. It was quiet so everyone could hear everything, other tables were visibly upset, we were tired so it was really annoying and all we wanted to do was leave so we had to rush eating. The employee was a short, blonde woman with glasses, and honestly she should know better than to do that.

Me and my girlfriend had our 1 year anniversary tonight and couldnt be more disspleased with the service. For starters, our server whom didnt tell us her name. Didnt run the correct drinks first time around, and second time around just forgot to entirely, my food was cold to the touch and my partners was undercooked. The hottest item on my plate was the gravy which seemed to be forgotten about as the server had to go back to get it. And on top of this we didnt get to communicate this to anyone as our server hadnt table touched to upwards of 25mins at times. And when finally communicated, she threw a fit at the bar top throwing her tray when told about the missing drinks, and when told about the food after nearly half an hour of waiting for someone we were offered a dessert.... Politely declided and when on our way. Easily one of the worst ways Ive spent 80 dollars!! on a service in my life.

It s a nice place for a drink and a snack. I am not very fond of their menu (The food isn t bad I just don t find it very appealing.) but the bar food is good and the staff are very nice.

Arielle was our server tonight she was very attentive super sweet, always checking in! Food was amazing always drinks amazing !! Would recommend 10/10 Food

We just had the most delicious and amazing experience at Browns social hall in Moose Jaw! The service was so friendly, food was absolutely delicious, and atmosphere very warm and welcoming! The manager Diane, at one point came by to chat, introduce herself and make sure everything was going well. We raved about the food and half hour later she treated us to dessert, saying sometimes everyone deserves a little treat! Hands down, an amazing dining experience start to finish!! Thank you!!!

Excellent all around

Came to browns with my family for dinner tonight, we were all blown away by the service provided by Emma. She was funny, attentive and made us feel at home. Best service hands down! We will definitely be coming back thank you so much Emma!

$20 for a breakfast that was supposed to come with thick cut bacon that was more akin to transparent ready crisp, potatoes were bland and flavourless too, so much for the rosemary they say it s seasoned with. If you re going to charge $40+ for 2 people to eat breakfast at least provide a good product.

Food was good. Waiting times to get food and to get the bill was horrible! Took 2 hours for just two of us between 1pm & 3pm. Lunch should never take that long, and as far as I could tell it wasnt very busy and they were well staffed. Also a waitress who finally brought our bill was trying to be chatty which is great but then proceeds to say why would you come to Moose Jaw? Theres nothing to do here! Especially now as were trying to get out of the pandemic and bring in tourists, I dont think putting your city down is something you want to do right now.

Never received our meal. Many people came in after us, got their meal. My husband coffee was stone cold.He asked for water 3 times. Was told all new staff in kitchen. We paid for our drinks should of been free. I was at this restaurant in fall and ordered chicken quesadas, they hid the burnt side on plate.

So we have been coming here every single Friday night for the past few months. Generally speaking this place is pretty good. By this point I have tried most if not all the items on the menu. I would say that the gyoza, the calamari, all the burgers, the tacos, and the steak frites are consistently good. The cod bowl, however, is pure garbage. Drinkswise the watermelon mint is super good. We have also been served by almost all the waitresses. Obviously not accurate on spelling here but Kristin and Cally have been awesome. We have had service that wasnt great once or twice, but given the number of times we have come here that is a statistical eventuality. Overall Id give these guys 4.5 stars, but they dont let you do half points on here.

I won t explain in great detail of our experience Easter Sunday. However to the young lady seating people, you dear set the atmosphere. We aren t that old, we know how to use a code to see the menu on our phones. Sorry to make you walk 4 feet for a menu. Not necessary to toss it on the table and drag your feet rolling your eyes walking away. We also caught how inconvenient we were to you. From the door to our table it was a great display of mumbles, eye rolls, smart commentary and just rude. Yikes. We left. Likely won t be back.

The dragon bowl is great. Service is excellent.

Nice atmosphere. Lively but not too noisy to talk. Food was good. We had the cauliflower app which was divine. Steak was cooked perfectly as ordered. Burgers were good. Salad was really yummy with lots of good things in it. Our server was fantastic. Very friendly and prompt.

Seem under staffed but the servers ran their buttons off.

I ordered the SEARED AHI TUNA CRUNCH and was disappointed with the plate. I ve had it before but this time it was missing avocado and some additional toppings. I mentioned to the server and she was nice enough to let the kitchen know but like literally the just throw like 5 little pieces of avocado in a little bowl. Pictures are add to this. Very disappointed with the food. The servers did what they could and I guess tried.

They forgot about us so we had to wait to order. Couldnt do eggs poached hard the first time... But when the food did arrive it was as good as I remember from years ago. Still a good spot, nice atmosphere.

Food was fabulous! The hostess was very welcoming and had great humour!

Had the blackened chicken cowboy salad and was underwhelmed to say the least. Have had this dish at other locations and it is good but the chicken here was the size of two nuggets and I left feeling hungry and short changed. Was kept waiting for ten minutes before my order was taken although the waitress did apologize saying she didn t know I was there. Walked past several min and pop eateries on the way and made the wrong decision in choosing what I thought was a safe bet.

We were traveling through and looked at Google for a good dinner place. So glad we stopped at this restaurant- food and drinks were excellent. It was also pretty busy which is always a good indication. Modern and clean and friendly staff.

I enjoyed a birthday lunch with my husband and our food was wonderful. The gluten friendly butter chicken curry was excellent the staff is knowledgable fast service.

There are many factors that contribute to a good experience at a restaurant. Unfortunately some factors weigh in more then others and in this case it was the server.. again. Twice we had the same server in the past month. The young lady serving us was the least bit friendly. She was rude, unaccommodating, disengaged and lack lustre. Not sure what the manager is thinking when hiring someone like that, it s clear she does not suit the role. I hope that if we decide to come back next time that we will be served by someone else. Really puts a damper on some good food.

Worst experience I have ever received/witnessed. We had taken our friend out for dinner tonight as she is getting married this weekend and had numerous issues with our food, and literally zero drink service. My drink had lipstick on the glass of which was not mine. After waiting nearly two hours to receive our food, it came ice cold, and cooked improper. We ate our main courses as we were not going to wait another 2 hours for it to be remade. Our server did not deliver our food, nor checked on us after we had sent back some side dishes to ever hear our complaints. Part of our party left as soon as they finished eating as they had other plans and informed them that we were unhappy and would like to speak to a manager. The manager then came out to collect our plates and ask how everything was. We stated our complaints, she cleared some plates. Then she proceeded to send out another hostess to deliver our bills with zero compensation. We told the poor girl that we would like to speak to the manager again, and that it was unfair for her to be put in that position. The manager then came out again with our server and we again addressed the same issues to both of them and zero accountability for any of her or the servers actions were taken. As someone who works in the service industry, and has worked in the restaurant industry in the past I have never seen such poor customer service. 10/10 do not recommend.

The day I went it was sunny and warm. We had ordered some of the same things we had ordered from the Regina restaurant. We had gluten free food. The salt and pepper ribs, nachos small, sweet potato fries.. When we received the salt and pepper ribs the ribs had to much pepper and thyme. The nachos were not full of the things that go on nachos. It was a disappointment. So my friend and I dont plan to return. Wheelchair accessibility: Im in a wheelchair and it is accessible. They are also having a gluten free diet.

They were very friendly and the food was good. Overall a nice stop on our travels.

Good food, great patio

Great vibe, friendly staff offering great service and my Baja fish tacos were yummy! Heartily recommend this place!

Was there last weekend with a group of ladies from across Canada. We put a lot of thought in where we were going to try. We thought this would be good but the service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. To find out our rude server was the supervisor on shift made it more appalling. Who then decided it was better to argue with us and blaim her staff for not doing their part and blaming those at our table with allergies. Had to even ask for water 5 times to finely get your just going to have to wait. Would give negative stars if I could. I highly recommend trying somewhere else.

Not only was it super clean, but the staff were amazing! I came here for my staggette and our server AND management went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the most friendly, yet professional manner! Huge shoutout to GM Diane and our server Kaley! Will definitely come back to support, and would highly recommend! 10/10 :)

Great place for a quick lunch friendly staff good food.

Service was slow. Wrong drinks. Some how ran out of lemons. Food was made wrong for someone with dietary needs. No forks or napkins brought with food. I took a meal back inside myself to get it fixed as no one was coming around and ended up getting our own forks. Here for 1h 45 min and only had one drink thats how slow they where. Atleast food came right the second time. Now waiting for bill and typing will see how long that takes. Also to note we came after supper rush to avoid it being busy. Was about half full.

Had the Butchers block burger and Prosecco Sangria. My order took almost an hour to get to me after sharing a platter of dry ribs & nachos.

Steak was overcooked past what I asked for. Paralyzer was not made properly. Kept separating.

I enjoyed my visit to Browns. The food was good and for the most part service wasnt bad. A couple times the server was walking around avoiding eye contact or chatting extensively with the same people one table away not paying any attention to any attempts to signals to get the bill. Also, really difficult to socialize when the music is dialed up to eleven. Could have been a better experience, but I liked it overall.

Love the food and drinks, but the last 3 times Ive been here the service has been really lacking. I dont know if they are short staffed possibly or not but 3 different visits, all about a month or two apart and at different times of day and all the same extremely slow service.
