Went there at 9:58pm, I didnt know they closed at 10pm, being in the industry I totally understand the inconvenience of someone doing that, I apologized and tried to leave, they said it was totally ok and they would be happy to help me, so I ordered and got my food in a timely manner. Truly a fantastic staff and would recommend everyone to go! Thank you.

My friend and I love the teriyaki chicken noodle meal here and the owner is so friendly. Hes professional but makes great conversation which always makes for a wonderful dining experience. Its also very clean and tidy.

I had a really good time with family yesterday evening as we chose to dine out at Edo Japan,Moose Jaw. The quality of food was one of the best that I have ever had. The taste of Teriyaki chicken deserves special mention. The staff are polite and hospitable. My daughter accidentally spilled water on the ground, to which the staff calmly responded by cheerfully cleaning the mess up and by consoling us. Food was delivered quickly.

Had a bad experience ( delivery), I would say please let go something ( regarding bags and chains ) and be kind to everyone. People working hard out there.

Would have given 0 stars if I could, they don t even deserve the 1 star. Our take out orders were packaged poorly, the containers kept falling over each other in the bags. The sushi rolls were broken open or turned over onto their sides. My husband asked for no mushrooms in his beef bowl, only for a mountain of them to be hidden under the beef. The staff was rude and didn t greet us, in fact they ignored us standing there for at least 5 minutes before we were finally noticed by the girl behind the counter who quickly panicked and made someone else greet us, while she hid elsewhere. Will not be returning in the future or recommending this place to anyone.

Edo Japan was so delicious last night I had to order it again tonight but in person instead of skip. It was so clean inside, and the staff was so friendly and talkative. They had a good vibe. Really enjoyed our experience! You re missing out if you haven t tried them yet!

My boss went and picked us up lunch and the food was amazing!! Fresh, delicious and just what you want. The milk tea was great aswell never disappoints. The wait was long but they are a new establishment so patience is always something needed. The manager or supervisor on duty apologized greatly to my boss and even gave her free sushi for having to wait so long. Will be going back and would recommend to anyone.

I placed a meal order at edo. Chicken teriyaki and beef sukiyaki. They make sure that the order is presented nicely. I also liked the passionfruit tea and I even added extra jelly Its a very refreshing drink. Both the food and the staffs are excellent. The staff members all have smiles on their faces and are very accommodating to any requests, thus the atmosphere is nice. The expediter always checks the accuracy of orders and is very friendly as well. All of the staffs are wearing gloves. They make sure that our food and all of the tables are clean. The manager is also very nice to his employees. He always reminds and acknowledges his staff. Even if there s a rush with the amount of customers they have, they always do their best in serving all of us customers.

I visited my friends in moose jaw. I had a good lunch over there in edo moose jaw, with my friends. We had a good experience. I placed my order chicken teriyaki with my bubble milk tea. I loved it so much. Staff was really friendly and cooperative. When ever next I will go there in moose jaw I will try it again.

Very poor quality Sushi. It was ice cold and the rice was rock hard. It was Clearly made a couple of hours ago and placed in a fridge. I dont know why they also replace the avocado in Sushi with Cucumber. Theres no shortage of avo. I prefer my Sushi freshly made.

We loved Edo Japan and this locations falls big time compared to other locations especially the ones in Saskatoon. I rarely give 1 star but I think, this one should be rated as such based on what we have experienced. First, when we entered the store, the floor is so dirty, which we understand that there could have been a rush hour and not enough staff to monitor the dining area. 2nd, we dined and made it clear that we are going to eat inside the restaurant, the guy from the till even went to our table to verify if its eat in or take home but when our orders came, it was all in take out boxes which we would love to enjoy the food in those red bento plates.. but still it is okay. We understand. Mistakes do happen. 3rd, UNDERCOOKED RICE or Rice cooked with not enough water? What we had is a big order. It was more than 100 dollars for what we have ordered only to get an undercooked rice. The kids had hard time swallowing their meals because of it. We let you know about it and has not taken any action. None of the staff came to sort it out or even apologized.. but then again, it is still okay. Lastly, we are about to leave and it has always been part of us to thank the staff/ people working in this industry which we used to be part of. We called their attention to say our goodbyes and thank them for their service only to give us rude look and didnt say a word. Unbelievable. Too bad that our experience is not as good as the others here, we are so excited having edo japan in Moosejaw but they have to really improve in their food quality and service.

Went there for sushi, was hoping for raw fish sushi selctions and they did not have any, the spring rolls were amazing, the California rolls were made too perfection, my only problem was the dynamite rolls which had a ton of sauce and crunchy bits on the top and the presentation was very poor and the overpowering taste of that sauce they used made it not pleasant, the volcano roll was the same problem, way too much sauce, I will re review next time I go, I know they were very busy and was a big strain on the rush that the staff was experiencing on day two, next time I will be asking for no sauce as that s what I think what made it taste funny as I am use too sushi with no sauce other than a spicey tuna or salmon roll which I always tell the places where I order that too go easy on the sauce, other then that I think the best bang for your buck if you like shrimp is too go with the volcano roll as they have shrimp in the sushi and butterflied shrimp on the top. The prices were great too. *EDIT went back got the dynamite roll with the small little shrimps on top, asked for no sauce and they looked at me like what no sauce, I received my order and brought it back home and it was really good, even my partner enjoyed it too, the presentation looked good too, but unfortunately for the price I paid it was either 9.10 cad or 10.10 cad I can get the same roll from another restaurant for cheaper BUT if I was in the area and had an sushi crave I would defiantly get it again, this time I went in the store it was very vacant compared too day two of opening, I do not desire too order anything else from the menu because I don t like stir fry s, I will review again once they have raw fish sushi, there sushi was a dollar more then the other places I like too go too I gave an extra star and it sits at 4/5 for now but once they get the raw fish sushi is when they will get the true rating! The photo is from the first visit, hey it might be famous sauce but it tasted like a normal teriyaki sauce and over loaded, if you go in I suggest too ask for no sauce

It was just ok . Owner/ manager gave a creepy vibe. He made me feel like I should be honoured to take my food early as there is a 40min wait for sushi during lunch. The California roll is completely butchered and diluted with mayo.. the imitation crab is cheap enough to buy so I feel it should have texture and not be ground into a paste with an excessive amount of mayo! Will not be back but it was an experience non the less.

Order sushi was cold clearly was kept in fridge was extremely disappointed with quality considering the price. If you want sushi go to superstore an buy it cause at least the sushi there is wayy better quality they what i was served.

This is a Japanese food store franchised by Indians. The service attitude of the owner and clerk is quite good, friendly and patient! Originally, we were worried that the sauce poured on the dishes would be too sweet like other Japanese restaurants. In fact, it was only slightly sweet, but it was very delicious. In addition, I didn t give it 5 stars because the big black tray that came with the food was full of water inside and outside, as if it had just been taken out of the pool. I can t say it was clean; also, the guests dining in the store, Some combos are packed in red combo plates, and some are packed in take-out boxes. As for mine, even though I told the front desk to eat it in the store, the meal that was served was still packed in a take-out box. Its really casual. Looking at the dishes, I had no desire to take photos. This was my first time!

Did not eat there. I cant give it stars for food. I ordered two buble tea drinks. It took 12+ minutes to receive my order. Sorry to say but my wife and I did not like the drinks.

I ate teriyaki salmon there and food was very delicious and the hospitality they provide is fantastic. I suggest everyone must visit there.

A good experience for surf and turf every Saturday. Just add 2 dollars for 6 pieces of shrimp. We came early dinner so we just waited 15 mins. for our food.

I tried Noodlefull Veggie Bowl here. I thought that Edo Japan doesn t have lot of veggie meals but i was wrong. There are many Veggie meals. Many of them are suggested to me by the front desk employees. They explained ingredients in every meal and They also suggested me the best combinations for the veggie food like chilli garlic sauce and sushi made of Yam and i had an amazing meal with all the suggestions. I loved the Service provided by the employees especially the front desk people. I will definitely visit again. Vegetarian options: Noodlefull Veggie Bowl
