2 star is only because the food we got was actually good but it was breakfast and that’s hard to mess up. The service here on the other hand is absolutely terrible. They have people who have no idea what they’re doing and forget about you or pay no attention to you. Our first experience here was sitting down and being told to wait to take our order that was a to go order so we could eat in our rooms. Took the girl 15+ minutes to come take our two orders in which we had to go and grab the waitress who was just standing there. Second time here we waited an hour to get our food because the girl had no idea what she was doing and had to ask for help to put the orders in. She forgot half of the things we asked for like our drinks, and meal add-ons and had to be reminded twice. The only server we had a good experience with was a young Hindi guy on the Sunday who was super nice and went above and beyond for us. Also, there was a cook yelling at the servers and made us feel terrible for the staff no matter how bad the service was. Don’t be rude to your staff. The Hindi girl gave us the most trouble and had no problem with keeping us waiting and really needs more experience and help in the industry. Not to mention the place was dirty, and I got to eat with cobwebs all over the window beside me.

Went here for the Sunday brunch. The fact that the food is not very good is not the fault of the chef. The menu calls for an enormous buffet of extremely greasy and carb-heavy food. It must be costly to run at a profit, and so the raw materials are poor, salty and glucose driven. Regulars seem to love it, loading up huge plates. But it is incredibly unhealthy. The service is spotty because they are understaffed and run off their feet. We had to ask repeatedly for cutlery, cream, napkins, coffee etc. Again not the staff's fault. Had I known the nature of the cafe, would not have gone there. People who want lots of low quality food and cheap endless cups of coffee will enjoy this place. Just not my thing.

Came for valentines. We waited a hour and a half to have them take our order. We got one drink and she never came back to refill. We have waited over a hour for our salads and appetizers. Will never go back. Very unhappy especially since this was a special day for us and we missed our other reservations due to this

The food was incredible. There was lots of options and they were bringing fresh food out regularly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great brunch in Moose Jaw.

Great Coffee and good breakfast.. Server was friendly and made sure we had the cups full all the time.. good experience.. breakfast was included with stay at the heritage Inn..

We went for brunch yesterday. Food was lukewarm, no bacon,sausages were cold n way over cooked. Cranberry juice didn't taste like cranberry so watered down. My son couldn't drink his ice tea it was carbonated. Buffet was a quarter the size it used to be. Did they cut the price according to that. Not at all. Was not worth the $. Will not be back nor my family. Was a total disappointment.
