Really drunk guy pestering me and my wife as were trying to have a meal. Appetizers and main course all brought out at the same time, all lukewarm. It was not busy. Generrally good food but the steak was disappointing.

We found the prices quite high. Had an order of wings, they were on 1/2 price. The only price on the menu for onion rings was under sides, I commented to the server for $3.25 we will have a side of onion rings. The food was pretty good, but when the bill came the rings were $12.00...more than the wings. The manager would do nothing, said to switch your normal side to onion rings was an uncharged of $3.25. Server should know this, menu should say this. Very disappointed.

asked for certain items not to be on burger... came with them anyways i brought it to servers attention and all the did was scrape the items off and gave it back to me.. only 2 ppl in whole restaurant and took over 45min for wings and burger. apparently the dishwasher was the cook this night according to staff... stick to dishes bud

I have heard nothing but phenomenal things about this place as being new to sask & Moose jaw. Gave it a try last night and was actually disappointed. Ordered the beef taco salad- it came with no tomatos, no green onions and the beef was not seasoned at all. To say the least it was very dry and I choked it down because everyone else in our party loved their food. I just dont understand how a taco salad doesnt have any seasoning.. and missing tomatos and green onions. Oh well. ** manager reached out and rectified the situation.

Went out for brunch with a friend. I had never been here before. I was pleasantly surprised! The waitress came and greeted us quickly and showed us to our seat, and brought our drinks. I had a spinach and bacon omelette, hash rowns and toast. It was delicious! The portion size was quite large, everything was cooked to perfection and very filling. I was expecting it to be on the pricy side but it was very decently priced for how much food you got! Overall it was a great experience. The waitress was nice, the restaurant was clean, and the food was great.

We went as a group of 6 people. 5/6 of us had good meals. My husband however, was very disappointed. He ordered the chicken and ribs which was $29. The chicken was a thin slice of chicken breast and the ribs were a very small piece. He left there still hungry. The rest of us ordered lessor cost dishes and got more generous servings. It was just okay. Not like the Mad Greek, where the food is outstanding all the time.

The food at Flats was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection. Not one little thing needed improvement. Highly recommend for any night out. Better then you can imagine.

The drinks and apps were good. My mom enjoyed the pasta dish. But the steaks were overcooked. That s the one thing they should have gotten right. The sides were lacklustre and needed more seasoning. Also, overpriced imo. Maybe would feel less that way if the food had at least been great. But it wasn t. Service was average. Not worth it.

My husband and I had a fantastic meal!!! I had the Penne Alfredo and my husband had the Red Pepper and Feta stuffed chicken. Both meals were amazing!!! The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent!! We would highly recommend this restaurant!!

someone i was with ordered steak and ribs and was disappointed when the ribs came to the table frozen. she had to wait longer then everyone else for frozen food!!! i asked for a water that didn t have a piece of food floating around. the waitress gave me attitude when i asked for a fresh water. Horrible service. Our server, Chelsea was incredibly disrespectful and rude. She threw the cutlery and boxes on our table and didn t check on us throughout the meal. She barely talked to our table and had to ask a male server who was on the ball with multiple other tables. Didn t have a pleasant time.

Amazing food. Been here many times and always had a good experience. The previous bad reviews are old and outdated when compare the level of service to what it is today. This place is an echelon of greatness. The atmosphere here is great music isn t too loud. It s clean and updated. I wish we had one in Saskatoon.

Steak was over cooked but to be fair a 6oz stk is tough to get rare eggs were alright but the toast was dryer than sawdust, waitress was polite and courteous, atmosphere was nice

Honestly like Im the last person to complain. But wow was the service terrible. We sat there for 2 hours and had a big table of 9 but we felt completely ignored. One server seemed like she was trying but the other was chatting with her friends at another table. Easily could tell our food was sitting on the warmer and the server did not bring it up because one of my friends mashed potato were a literal brick(see picture). It really wasnt busy at all for new years so I dont know what was happening. I really hate complaining and am the last person to say anything bad about a place but wow. I probably wont be coming back honestly. Disappointing because it looks like a nice place and has decent drink deals.

Burgers , fries gravy and sides . Were awesome flavour Portions sizes were just right !! Our server Nishita, was just awesome And always checking in with us, asking how everything was. You will be seeing us again while on MooseJaw !! If you havent tried it , do it you wont be sorry.

There were only a few tables that were being served and most of them had their food. We order a chicken burger which only had a piece of lettuce on it and a chicken wrap and waited 45 minutes for our food. We received two sides and so we received about 12 fries each and a custard dish of salad. We will not be returning.

Food ended up being really good (besides one item, belgian waffle subbed from toast, was cold and hard like it sat for a very long time.) The server was terrible, very unwelcoming, and unapproachable Took about 25 mins to even take our food order. Then another hour to get our food. 4 of us all ordered breakfast foods. There were also only about 5 tables seated during our entire time there, so not overly busy.

Started off with a dirty cup for my cup of tea. No sugar or milk was offered. The soup was so salty, only one of 3 ppl actually eat it , the one put a lot of crackers to lower the salt taste. My partner and I order medium rare stake, one was well, the other was medium. Scallops and shrimp were small, dry and straight out of water. No sauce, no any taste just plain and overcooked. Mash potatoes were not mashed, but lumpy, baked potato was barely loaded , and still uncooked on places. Service was okay. I was expecting way more considering it is a stake house and each meal was priced at over $40. Not impressed!! They did took the meals off our bill, so thats okay.

Placed a pickup order because Browns was quoting over an hour for food and Rosie s was packed. Overall it was food (and yes I meant to say food, and not good). Weird that both Browns and Rosie s were packed yet here was empty on a nice weather Saturday lunch. The fried pickles has 5 spice which comes with that weird numb mouth feeling. And my ceaser salad both had something very hard in it (a lemon seed? Idk) and (at least) one piece of raw onion (which I m very sensitive to. I ve been not 100% most of the afternoon so I have to imagine there was more than one onion piece in there) Other than that the place is basically still looking exactly like OJs except they took out the off sale fridges leading you to go down a rather empty hallway for takeouts. I might go back for drinks but food? Let s let time tell

First, the restaurant was almost empty and we waited more than 20 minutes for our beer. The waitress said that it was a new bartender, but three beers should never take half an hour to pour in glasses. I paid for 2 premium sides: greek fries and greek salad. I received an ordinary house salad, but with greek dressing for 3.50$ extra. Greek fries are totally normal fries, but wirh a different spice instead of salt, for another 3.50$ extra. I really dont care paying extras if they are worth the price, but this was ridiculous. I asked to speak with a manager, but none was present at the time. I politely verbalize to the waitress that since nobody seemed to care about what I had to say, then google review would probably be the best option.

The problem is the food, they just need a new chef. They deep fried our Salmon and burnt our fish. And it was $56 after the tip.

They serve raw food to their customers, they only serve half of the meal you order when it should come with more. Told them I was pregnant an they still brought me raw food

Our waitress was awful and super slow considering there was maybe a handful of tables and she was not the only server. Our drinks were good, when we finally got them. 29 minutes from the time she seated us before she took our drink order after she came back because she did not bring the drink menu in the first place. Ordered the steak sandwich with the french onion soup and fries. Was a disappointment! You would think the cook had never tasted french onion soup in their life! The steak on my steak sandwich was way over cooked and super dry as well. The waitress also forgot to add the mushrooms onto my friend steak sandwich, even after coming back to ask her about them! Terrible experience, terrible food, and a huge rip off for the price paid. Would never go back & would NOT reccomended.

Favourite place and favourite hotel in country

I have eaten at Flats several times & never a bad meal. Not great but good. As for the staff, awful!!! I have worked the bar, tables & door so I know what service is about. The ladies are more concerned about gabbing & there phones. If it wasn t for a good back of the house I d never go again.

Went here with a large group of people, around 15 of us. Our server was phenomenal! We got little bites to eat to share, and they were as you would expect from a bar. We were there during a hockey game which they were playing on TV, and the vibe was great! I d recommend a visit if you are in town.

Will not be coming back. Its usually a red flag when you come into a place and its dead on a Satuday night. Service was awkward and slow considering the lack of people in the restaurant. Had the feta stuffed chicken and it was sloppy and from frozen. Side veggies were soggy and from frozen. Potato soup had an odd flavor. Had to ask the server who delivered the complementary fried potato chips for our drinks refilled because ours was no where to be found. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very strange. The large pod lights above are way too bright for a restaurant, making it feel cold and awkward. Really sad country music was blasting the whole time. Would not recommend for a date night.

Went for dinner with my girlfriend on a Saturday night. Service was poor, food was bland, the lemons on our ceasars were brown and you could see they were old. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

Visiting town and thought we d try this place instead of our usual. Do not recommend. Rude staff and mediocre food. Lettuce in salad was brown. They were out of cookies for the kids meal and did not offer anything as a replacement. There are better restaurants in town to spend your money

Food was very chewy and the steak had too much fat on it. Not to best in the area. Atmosphere was welcoming.

My girlfriend and I ordered the daily specials which was a steak sandwich. And let me tell you, this is no steak house! The steak came with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, that seemed to be wet and lacked any flavour at all. After taking a few bites from the main course our appetites were gone. Fortunately enough we did order an appetizer which was good and the drink special had a wide variety of drinks that were also tasty. I highly advise against the steak as it was not a good experience .

Good service from Courtney. Chicken Thai Wrap was OK, potato chowder was extremely salty. Place looked dirty, it needs a good cleaning. Probably another business that expects servers to do the vacuuming after their shifts, rather than hiring a cleaning company to do it after hours. Prices were decent. Overall, meh.

Service was horribly slow considering very few people in the restaurant - this was also a red flag as this was 12:30pm on a Sunday and not a lot of people were there dining. Our server was rude and inconsiderate and didn t seem to be bothered to fill our drinks or check in with us at all. There was also a hair in one of our party s dishes which in turn had the food be sent back and it took roughly 20 minutes for the newly cooked food to come out again. The end result of this was a $3.00 discount on the dish. Also, our mozza stick appetizer was late coming and we had to remind another server about this until it was brought out with our main dishes. Wouldn t recommend this place and we won t be coming back.

Poor service, lots of cheep ingredients in a dish but most importantly - not tasty thought portions are huge. There are much better restaurants in Moose Jaw.

Staff didn t even know what their specialty was. Picked a patty that was on a menu with a picture. Let me tell you that what I got was nothing like the picture. I will not go back there.

I ordered a chicken breast burger . It was a white processed chewy preformed piece of meat. It was whiter than a McDonalds chicken nugget but still processed with compressed meat. It had 1 cut slice of romaine lettuce on it approx 2 inches big and a small slice of tomato. The red pepper soup was unexpectedly chicken broth based and very gelatinous. It tasted good though. With a side gravy, fries and a coke it was $25.00. The Habanero chicken burger combo at A and W for $12 tastes WAY better . The waitress was lovely

Only 2 beer on the happy hour menu, GW draft which they did not have and no substitute was offered, or domestic bottles for $4.50 each (regular menu is ANY 2 bottles for $9). Ordered happy hour nachos, is was a very small plate of chips with some veg and cheese, no sour cream or salsa. The glass I was given to use was dirty. Overall value for money - not so good, service - not so good, food quality - fair. We did not stay for supper as intended, we went elsewhere.

Looked like a nice place to have a couple beers and lunch on the patio, But we waited for about 30 minutes for our drinks to get to the table. We had to go to the bar to order our drinks, hardly saw our server.. food took an hour. Wasn t very fun .

Terrible service charged me 3 times for same meal

We got there at 8:45 pm. There were 2 other couples there but no staff to be seen. It sounded like a party going on in the kitchen. We were still waiting at 9:05 to be seated and no one came out so we left. It would be nice if they would quit goofing off and try some customer service.

Extremely hit and miss on serving, sometimes they are asking if you need water every 5 mins, but other times you are waiting there 30 mins ready to order. Sometimes is the best meal, other times the food is tough, there is no consistency.

This is by far the worst place I have EVER tried to eat at. The waitress laughed when I found someone else s half eaten food on my plate. Pretty sure my steak was microwaved. I d rather eat a half eaten gas station sandwich that I found in a sewer drain. John Taffer couldn t even save this place.

The beer is way too expensive. I cant even imagine how expensive a drink would be. The food was ok but not great. Im not sure if go back.

Our food was fantastic, absolutely zero complaints. The atmosphere is great. Its a nice modern place and done well, I even has a nice patio for the warm days. However the service was super slow from the word go. Our server was genuinely friendly and tried. She was just in super slow motion and seemed confused. I guess she could of been new or something. She spoke like a mouse and wasnt sure of anything. Secondly our food TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE. Like 40 mins (we had 3 different pastas) And wen it did arrive only two out of the three of us got served. It was another 10 mins before I got mine. Serving 2/3 of the table and leaving one an extra 10 mins us a huge no no. Now again this could of been a simple mistake, but they never said word about it. Not Im sorry your food will be right here, we have an issue.. Nothing... What sucks more then sitting while the whole table eats without you and then you are eating alone at the end. If the bugs we experienced were worked out. I would go back and give it another go. Parking: Lots of parking

Went here with some family, was unfortunately disappointed with the service. The waitress seemed off and was quite cold. The food was hit and miss. The ribs were fantastic but my steak was overcooked and bland. The steak sandwich was bland and the chips were over cooked as well. For the desert the cheesecake was delicious, but the carrot cake wasnt even fully cooked. It was basically a pudding. Hopefully next time this wont be an occurrence.

We had a group of 5. Service was prompt and efficient. We started with boneless chicken bites and also the spinach dip. Boneless chicken bites were okay. The spinach dip was bland. I had a prime rib. It really didnt seem like a prime rib cut. It was also very bland. The au jus was congealed gravy. The potatoes tasted old. Nothing about the meal seemed fresh. The meal wasnt worth the price tag.

Service was good. Food was pretty tasty.... but... if Im paying 40 at a steakhouse I expect a steak thicker than 1/2(might be thinner). When I inquired, the waitress said noone ever mentioned it. I doubt it. I ordered medium but no way you can make a thin steak medium. Just save your money and order the steak sandwich as all the steaks are paper thin. Not typical for this neck of the woods. Not a real steak house.
