The food was excellently tasty, service was superb!! The cleanliness could improve and maintenance could be used but would definitely go back.
Went there the other night with my family once home we thought the subs looked small and the two 12 inch subs we ordered were only 10.5 inches. To say the least we were disappointed with out experience.
I’ll be honest, we didn’t eat here. Didn’t even order. When we drove up, the restaurant looked closed. There was one vehicle in the (unkept) parking lot, but it was 8pm after all. As we walked up to the front doors, it was evident neither the windows nor the doors had been cleaned recently. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt, we proceeded inside where we were greeted by an unpleasant smell. As I reviewed the menu, my husband went to wash up in the only bathroom that was operational. He came out almost immediately and said we should probably go eat somewhere else. As we got into the car, he informed me of the condition of the washroom, evidently matching the smell and condition of the rest of the establishment
Dirty store, I was right here at opening and the floors and tables all had a layer of grime and the pop machine as so dirty I didn’t even order a drink. This place needs so much cleaning and upkeep. Would avoid unless you crave you like dirty restaurants.
No staff one man could not find the prices. Our sub was toasted and was burnt My husband soup was hot however mine was in a bag in the steam table not yet hot. Lunch was 22.43 way to much for what we received. My husband went to the wash room said I should rethink it and tool me somewhere else We will not return....
Very strange experience, no sauces, no pickles/Peppers offered. They charge 50c for sauces that are supposed to be free. Bread tasted like it was old and was very dense. First time and last time I'll try it.
Ordered some food from here on Friday and it wasn’t good at all. The bbq chicken flat bread pizza was so hard and had no flavour at all. It was tasteless. Husband ordered a 6 inch sub and the bread was so burnt he only ate the inside. Use to get this all the time years ago . I really wanted to enjoy this but I’ll never go back again. It’s a shame since they use to be my go to for a good quick meal.
Food was good but dirty dirty dirty. All the tables were covered in smeared food and grime but the bathrooms omg yuck yuck yuck

Person behind whos supposed to make subs said he was there but didnt know how to make any or what to put on them. He was alone in the store.
yeah I used to be way better than the day its really blandon play cold in there like its empty food wasnt very good but the service was excellent the girls very friendly and headed up there right away but theres only two of us in there

Very friendly staff, willing to accommodate for anyone with allergies. Not all places will do that!
Today is Monday. Apparently stock comes in on Fridays but somehow they are out of the gluten friendly bun already. This is the third time this year that I have gone in on a Monday and have been unable to order due to this. I am beginning to think that they dont order enough of these buns or they just dont want my money. This is strike 3 as our family likes to eat together and there are other places to go.

Very disguising the meat was dry and my son found hair in his sub the bathroom stunk the lady should be wearing a hairnet when making subs never going back there

Sub was amazing. We had a Chipotle steak and couldnt have asked for better. Gentleman at this location was very friendly too!

Awful!!! Zero stars! They literally put 3 cucumbers on a 9inch sub. Didnt put any sauce. Asked for mushrooms, I got zero! Asked for bananas peppers got 2! Was supposed to come with bacon and all I got were to very tiny little bacon bits. Very unimpressed. Get new staff that know how to make a sub. Paying pay 15+ for basically two pieces of bread!
