This is the best place in Moose Jaw. Brianne and the rest of the staff have always been so welcoming and accommodating. Tasty food, the best drinks, and the most pleasant people you ll ever meet.

Got the food as a skip the dishes order, food came ice cold, watched the driver pick it up and drop it off, the wings were cold the wrap was cold the free poutin was cold the gravy smelled like cat food, the only thing on the order that could not be messed up was the ceaser salad... ohh... I tried the ranch and the ceaser dressing they provided and it tasted like water, after talking too the manager they offered 2 free meals (no thanks never ordering from here ever again) or get a full refund from skip, after 4 hours of talking too 6 agents over the messaging app as skip the dishes does not have a call center for us and says too go through the messenger the order was 58 dollars we were offered 27 then 50% then 26 then 24, unacceptable so I called pretending I was a restaurant and got hung up on then tried again got the full order refunded (not credit card refunded, skip the dishes credit for 58 dollars) I am happy for the resolution but I was defintly not taking the 2 free meals, the manager was very nice but did not give me a resolution that I wanted, we watched skip on the map drive and grab the order and bring it right too use we grabbed the order as he was walking away said thanks and everything was cold, so I think the brew house was not busy as it was late and made the order and it sat well possibly waiting for a delivery driver, I spent 4 hours too recoup my money and not impressed I do not do pubs maybe its not bad in house but DEFINTLY DO NOT ORDER THROUGH SKIP. Poutines are suppose too be hot and get a cheese pull not cold and the cheese is like rubber, lets talk about the ingredients now, ive cooked for movies and many restaurants in saskatchewan I even cook for the Tim hortons children foundation in kanaskis in alberta, the cheese is not real curds its mozzarella, the fries are store bought mcain fries, they must take the ranch and ceaser dressing and add water too it (it tasted like water I get better taste from kraft) the chicken they put in the chicken ceaser wrap is absolutely fake) the ceaser salad is hard too mess up what is with the kapers that look like cock roaches, ive had better gravy from small towns even though its fake there gravy smells like dog food, the wings are low quality, the whole order was absurb, 1 ceaser said 1 chicken ceaser wrap and 1 order wings for 22 bucks for 8, I have never ate here before but the food quality is bad, how hard is it too serve a customer good product with out a trick up the sleeve, I did not want too make this review but with this economy we need too save every dollar we can and not get ripped of, I bet the alcohol drinks are not a scam but we went for a ride tonight and 4 hours of my time too either get 2 free meals (Im good) or call skip too get a full refund BUYERS BEWARE 58 bucks wowzers

Service sucks they were on their phones we waited awhile .we finally order I got the steak sandwich with grilled mushrooms it sounded good but I was wrong .I took a bite of the mushroom it was salty and vinegary like it was gross I couldn t eat it and you can smell it I couldn t eat it and the sauce that came with the dish was so gross .i asked our watrous if I could have another thing of muchrooms because how gross it was she brought me some and guess what they were worst I spit it out and told her no I can t eat these .And you would think they wouldn t charge us they did .now I m puking .

Went for lunch here recently and had a bad experience... They offered a gift card to make up for it. Went to use that card today and low and behold it was never even loaded... Awesome.

The standard was on the ground, yet somehow we ended up underneath it. I wasn t expecting 4 star dining. I just wanted some wings and to watch the baseball game, while on a patio on a decent weather day. At the end of the day, should it take 1.5 hours for 2 baskets of wings and 2 drinks? And then an appy that never showed up after 2 hours? No. (Especially when all the food was ordered together) Don t know what kind of kitchen allows a ticket to fall through the cracks not once, but twice, especially on a refire. BTW - Also the death sauce is mild chipotle hot sauce with black pepper. Order it to impress your friends because you ll look fearless when you devour them. Hope the staff enjoyed our appy because i wasn t waiting much longer and left without it.

Just had lunch. Server processed wrong menu item so, got the wrong food. Offered to get new food but, we did not have another 30 minutes to wait. Got the bill and servers mess up cost me an extra $15. Therefore, no tip.

We were passing through town and thought this would be a good place to try as the husband and I have never tried it, we were told we could go to the patio and were waiting for about 15 minutes before walking out. Dont tell people they can go to the patio if you arent actually going to serve them.

This place has gone down hill... we were just there for supper tonight... service wasnt great... waitress kept walking by, we had to stop her a few times to ask for condiments, refills and let her know the gravy was super thick yoi couldnt even dip a wrap in it. My poutine was cold, cheese didnt even melt and my gravy was stiff. My wrap tasted old as did my sons. Hubby got the ribeye special it was super over cooked (last time we came bere, same issue). We used to come here alot and used to really love this place. We thought maybe we just went on a few off nights but its definitely just gone down hill. Sad it seems to be the service industry isnt what it used to be. We unfortunately wont be back to the Canadian Brewhouse.

Slowest restaurant on this planet and terrible service. Over an hour to get our food and some at our table were finished before the last plate came out (table of 5 only). Had to go get our own water, cutlery and napkins because the server wasn t coming by. Has been awful the last three times we went there. Done with this place.

Latin Night at the Brewhouse, Kelcy was our waitress. It was a busy night; the service was Awesome. I notice all the girls seem to be moving with sense of urgency, but still had time the chat briefly with us, making our experience personal. Kelcy was a Standout.

The manager Kelsey is unreal! We celebrated my daughters birthday at brewhouse and the entire family couldn t be more thrilled with the service we received. Kelsey made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was attentive and extremely professional. We can t wait to come back!

A great atmosphere for watching a game or UFC night. Beer is ice cold and the food is good. Our group usually gets Vera as our waitress, and she does a great job. She makes us feel at home and is always in a good mood despite how busy it may get. The guys behind the bar are always on top of the drinks. Great place to spend your time and money.

Went for the Oilers game with 42 friends. Service was good for the amount of people we had salads quite watery most everything else was good. Satisfied for the large group we had.

Very sad at the cost and what you get for food .. 21$ for a Burger and fries . Kids menu is good for feeding a 6 year old, but not enough for a 9 year old. It comes with desert cotton candy cone is just a ball of cotton candy or sunday. What it should say is vanilla icecream . They dont offer any toppings . Slow servers not worth coming

Absolutely terrible food and service.

This place is a microcosm of the work apathy of Gen Zzz and Millennials. They have zero attention to detail, no understanding of their customers or how to interact with them. It shouldn t take 15 minutes to get a pop. I shouldn t have to wait until Christ returns for a refill. I did however, talk to my waitperson, and was told that they get inundated with fat, lazy customers ordering skip the dishes. So it s definitely time for the customers who get up from the sofa to demand from management that wait staff is not funnelled off to fill skip orders.

One stop shop for food, brews and best yet karaoke. The staff are amazing and the foods always good, definitely stop in if you want to feel at home. Wheelchair accessibility: Front entrance has a ramp and double wide doors, bathrooms also accessible. Don t be afraid to ask the staff for help as they re super friendly.

So dark inside at lunch it was hard to see the food. It s a sports bar, turn the lights on.

Waited 5 min for waiter, ordered, and waited 5 min for drinks. Our food arrived, and it was tepid at best. Nobody came around to see how things were. Asked waiter to heat up one dish. Another 5 min. Sub par results. They did offer to get us something else, and they did comp our drinks, which was nice, but $40 for two cold meals is not ideal. Apparently, the kitchen was busy with skip orders, but the restaurant was not busy. Stuff happens, and were not unreasonable people, but the bar needs to be set higher here. I will say the manager was very professional about things. We declined a free dessert to go. There are lots of lessons here for the waiter.

Very bad restaurant experience. Very slow service, rude server, missed an event afterward due to how slow service was. Server did not give proper amount of drink refills, and when asked for missing drink, replied rudely and did not give drink for another hour. (another server had to give the drink). Bathrooms were dirty and had no soap. Too many tvs in restaurant.

We came in as a large group which I know delays time, but the service was unacceptable. It took an hour to even get our food options and we didn t get many options because of our large group which I understand. When we got our options we didn t get the chance to ask questions about them so a lot of us ended up getting something we didn t really want. When we were getting refills our server didn t bring me mine. So I waited for her to come back in case her hands were full the first time but she didn t bring anything. So I asked again if I could get a refill. She looked at me sideways and said another one? with a lot of attitude. I then tried to explain to her that I never got mine but she walked away. It then took almost an hour to get my lemonade. One of my friends is gluten free so the waiter said she d bring an appropriate dish. When she came back she was holding a small side salad with no dressing that the rest of us got as a whole meal for my friend. My other friend has a peanut allergy so when the waiter brought a dish and put it right in front of her we all assumed it was the peanut free dish. She then returned after my friend had already began her meal with the peanut free dish meant for her. Luckily she was not harmed. An overall bad experience.

I was really saddened of this place I was looking forward to taking the kids somewhere new to try since the closest Canadian Brewhouse to us is in Saskatoon, anyways we got there a lil after 6pm got seated right away, got our drinks and ordered our food, a hour fifteen minutes maybe longer waitress comes to tell us there s no fries by this point my kids were getting hangry, we decided to leave but offered to pay for our drinks as rightfully so we drank all our drinks lol anyways the wonderful lady (not our waitress) said not to worry about the bill for the drinks and apologized, felt bad for our waitress too because she looked super frustrated. Hope the table of 5 elderly peeps got their food they looked hangry too lol so much for trying somewhere new

Hi I had the worst experience in my life. I brought my friends ( there were around 8 people including me ) . Everyone had physical ID except me . But I dint had any drink but all my friends bought the physical ID . They told me to get out . I showed them copy of my study permit and passport. Yet I was told to leave. But my friends bought drinks for 50 CAD and even gave them 6 CAD tip . Worst experience ever and I felt it was very disrespectful and rude to tell only to me to leave the Canadian brew house. I will never ever come to Canadian brew house ever in my life. Worst rules and regulations ever. it happened today April 1.

Bad behavior especially the bartender . He was so ignoring towards Indians, his attitude was that Indians have no money in our pocket!!!!! I never had this kind of attitude in Moose jaw and also by seeing the past reviews they dont reply to Indians.

It took 45 minutes to get our drinks after having to ask then 2 orders of food came after the waiter walked around the whole restaurant looking for us. Twenty minutes later another 2 orders came same thing , the waiter didn t know where to bring the food and finally about 10 minutes later we received the last order. I spoke with the manager she was apologetic and we did receive a discount. Just wanted the restaurant to be aware of what was going on. Terrible service.

My husband had the steak and eggs the Steak was Tough and Scrambled eggs were Overcooked. I had the stroganoff special, the stroganoff came in a red sauce And lasagna noodles, Stewing beef was tough. It was more like a broken stroganoff and a twist of Nanas Without the red wine and sour cream, I was very confused with this dish, It tasted like a spicy marinara With stewing beef And lasagna noodles. The waitresses Were very professional The atmosphere was lovely every kind of sports On the Television

We went to The Canadian Brewhouse on Wednesday which was 69¢ wing day. I was expecting the wings to be small or poor in some way, but they were regular sized and delicious - extremely good value.

We sat down got our drink orders taken and she brought them out and messed up my husbands drink order. Then took our order and when the food came out my husband had ordered a salad and was brought soup. Told her he wanted a salad with thousand island so she took it back and brought him a salad with Italian dressing so had to wait to get her attention to get the salad dressing changed. She got my husband a refill but never asked my daughter or myself if we wanted a refill until she came to take our plates away after my daughter took my husbands drink because she was thirsty.

Im not a sports fan, but the food and service are great. Wouldnt hesitate to go again.

Food was ok, nothing fancy. Service was very standard, nothing out of the ordinary. They just need to keep the restrooms cleaner. Besides that it is a good place if you want to spend a good time with friends watching sports

We ordered through skip the dishes. 50 minutes later I got an email saying they needed more time. Our meals finally came almost 1 hour and a 1/2 after the order was placed. And everything we ordered was super cold. The only good thing was the free perogies for spending a certain about. (Even though they were cold too) The atmosphere was great cuz we were at home

Ordered delivery through skip. Taco salad had zero lettuce and was made with cabbage! Fish and chips was okay. We didnt get the promo perogies, portions were small. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

The CBH in Moose Jaw seems understaffed and the staff that is working there seem to be high-school drop outs settling into their future career. 15 minutes just to be seated and the hostess actually walked away from us to help another customer prior to seating us. The manager then felt that being toxicly positive about the whole ordeal somehow made it better. This place may be a national franchise but inside its pure moose jaw.....

Went for the first time after having a good experience in Saskatoon. I understand with a rider game going on the slower service but tonight was extremely slow and took forever to get anything. I order a ceasar salad but when I got it there was no dressing on it and when I asked for dressing I didnt get it until the rest of the table was finished their meals. The salad was taken off the bill but still had to wait 20 minutes to get the bill.

Abby was an amazing server! She was very attentive, polite, and personable! The food was great and I will be going back.

Brooklyn is awesome! We had a blast!

So disappointing! Six of us went for supper, partly because of vegetarian options on the menu that two of them required. Several should-be-basic items for all of us were not available (apparently due to delayed deliveries), so that was frustrating. But more frustrating was that the servers had to come back twice after our initial orders to say, Sorry, not available. Either they had not been kept informed earlier, or were not well-trained. Also, some disappointing food: the tuna bowl had no flavoring added at all...just the base items in a bowl. The donair was much more cheese than meat. The impossible burgers were good as were the riblets. However, we wont be back.

Ryan was very attentive and sweet and always made sure our needs were taken care of! He asked us about where we were from, had great conversations with us while staying on top of taking care of the full bar and provided us with great service! Thanks Ryan for the best time at canadian brewhouse!!

The changes in the past year at Brewhouse were for the best, much better food and awesome service.

The kitchen was out of nachos and the server Kalee went over an above to make sure I found an alternative-

Previously have had good experiences here, but last night was a total disaster. place was almost empty, but still waited 30 minutes for drinks, and over an hour for food. When it finally started to come out the orders were wrong, or mixed up, or cold. If the kids hadnt been so hungry, wed have just left. Manager finally appeared to apologise, but kept bringing out wrong orders that had not been checked. Then she left a young server to handle the checkout experience, which was unfair to them.

The absolute worst service. Especially in the patio. Takes over an hour to get waters. Let alone your drinks, and menus

Awful service. Never get your drinks. Never get a menu, theyll forget even bringing your drinks or youll get them 30 mins later. The servers could care less to even listen to your order.

Well, that was probably the worst meal we ve had in years. Pirogies tasted like grease fire, chicken wings were a) raw and b) un-sauced. Chicken strips were burnt to a crisp, yam fries were somehow both burnt and limp. Also, it took over an hour for delivery. 0 stars

An absolute cluster of disappointment from a chain restaurant that fails to clear a low bar. We have visited multiple times often chalking up poor experiences to a one off, but after several poor experiences it is clear this is not an isolated issue. In fact I am writing this as I wait for my garlic fingers I ordered when I sat down two hours ago to get made and put in a take out box. To be fair we had mediocre wings and an overpriced beer in the mean time. Waitresses seemingly do not have assigned tables, and do not communicate well with regard to what tables have placed drink or food orders, so expect to wait a while before having your order taken, and then expect a waitress uncertainly asking you if you ordered the wings she is holding. Taking food away, or getting a refill is an equally long and frustrating experience. Want the ball game on the nearest TV? Expect to miss a couple innings while they locate the remote. A disappointing experience considering they otherwise have a large patio and many TVs. Considering I didnt expect much from this dime a dozen chain restaurant its pretty incredible I have gotten to the point of writing this review. I still have not received my garlic fingers.

I was here about a week ago on a Friday night for a Patio Party event they were having. They were providing samples all night and the service was great. I m normally not a huge fan of brewhouse, I avoid it more often than not but I was pleasantly surprised with our experience and would go back again!

Agreat place to go

A manager might wanna sit in on Kaits cash outs with her nightly for a bit, not good with handling money or POS systems at all. Lots of pointless confusion during a basic transaction. Wasted a lot of our time and then yelled at us for being confused. They did nothing to recover their poor service and have no customer charisma at all, it was honestly offensive. Server also only asked the men at the table for more drinks haha. Food was good.

Went in tonight to try this location again as the last 2 visits were less what used to be the normal quality of food. Ordered a chicken wrap it was mostly cheese and lettuce 2 small pieces of chicken. Disappointing. Had a poutine as a side and it was luke warm even the gravy. All in all a very disappointing visit. All of our food was sub par. Sad to see my usual favorite place going down hill in quality. The waitress was awesome and attentive to our needs too bad the food was sub par at best.

Props one of my fav restaurants in my city!

I kept seeing ads, see the place each day thought give it a try. I had the Canadian cheeseburger with fries. The burger was like damp pressed cardboard. No flavor. Had friends from US visiting and they ordered a nacho pizza no nachos on it. Not impressed. Food : 1/5

Had an excellent time at the Brewhouse! Our server Kelsey gave us amazing service and recommended tons of shots to us! My fav was the melted slurpee dangle. Then the manager, Bri, came over and even bought us a round! Definitely an awesome experience and will be my new go to spot in town.

Terribly average. Fine beer but the sizes are confusing made up names the servers don t even understand. Taco bowl is fine with semi soggy nachos, of which there there were six, that is until your server drops one and doesn t care to replace it. No pizzazz at all. They should spend less on decors and more on quality!

Every time I go to this particular brew location I get amazing service, great food, and the environment is always so bright and fun. Management is so kind and always makes sure that we re good and happy. 10/10
