Came there at 5:30AM and I was being told that only Drive-Thru is working. Store opens at 6
I’ve been going to this location for three years was my favourite Tim’s. Three weeks ago I had a really bad experience with three men who were working. Whatever they didn’t get the order correct. But they were rude and very mean. Between three employees not one of them knew English and got mad at me because they weren’t understanding. Gave it an other try today and yet again another man. The chequing button wasn’t working for debit. Again couldn’t understand English and was angry and told me I was declined even though I didn’t put any numbers in. A woman came over and told me to press one for chequing that’s all it took. I’m kind and get you don’t understand English but stop being abusive jerks,
They never get my order right in the drive thru, I have to return every time. Someone in my household can’t eat egg so we order a simply bacon breakfast sandwich for them and that’s the sandwich they mess up the most and it’s only bacon and cheese..
Purchased sausage and egg English muffin. English muffin cold, tasted like just came right out of package, if not toasted at least warm it!
Sorry, but there are a few things I would like to mention. First of all, the plastic lids on the paper coffee cups always leak, and have almost burned my hand. Second, there is not enough soup variety. One can get tired of Chicken noodle soup all the time. Third, the long wait times in drive-thru. People should only be able to order quick items (drinks and/or muffins/donuts) not 3 or 4 sandwiches and ice caps, etc. This should be done in the restaurant. I was in a drive-thru almost 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. This is not good customer service. Maybe you need more staff to speed things along. I have been going to Tim Horton's for years on a regular basis and sorry, but it isn't what it used to be.
This was my go to Tim's because of its location, but the last month I've consistently had grounds in my coffee. I know Tim's isn't known for having consistent coffee, so I never had high expectations, especially considering this one is built into a gas station. But I cannot find a reasonable explanation for consistent coffee grinds. That means that it hasn't been just one cup made wrong, but the entire coffee pot. If you're going for coffee, cut your losses and go to the McDonald's just up the street. If you are specifically looking for a Tim Hortons, go up to Old Placentia.
The food is consistently tasty and made well at this location. I live in the area so I go there a lot and am satisfied with the food and beverage. The service is always good, especially 2 particular servers that usually work at the drive-thru in the morning are excellent. They don't carry few of the items I like such as peanut butter cookies (Tim Hortons has the best peanut butter cookies) but they do have a great selection otherwise and often their selections are available. Also their new fresh egg is good, not as flavorful as the ones they used to serve but that's a good thing in my opinion. Store appears clean.
New employees. Coffee is getting much better it seems though the manager has made huge improvements. One employee really stands out and is very friendly and don't mind the work is Marlee.
This place has skibidi rizz
The place with great coffee
Excellent service and friendly staff
Worst customer service
This is herb-chicken bowl Food
Slow line ups people ordering pizzas and that takes time in line up for drive though to get your coffee and donut 15 and 20 mins waiting when in hurry all food orders like that should be inside ordering Parking: Once in line up you cant get out you have to wait now your gonna be late for whatever you have on the go
Great
Tried their bacon pizza delicious whats not fussy and a chicken parmesan pizza it tasted like the chicken came out of a tin but thats just me lol
Just love my Timmys!
Excellent service and great atmosphere. Mr Hamza is a great guy. Highly recommended.
Biker friendly location
For a quick delicious snack I go to Tim Hortons. Tims has all kinds of sweets, different sizes of Coffee and Tea. Reasonably priced and always fresh. Food
not only was my order incorrect, i tried to call and explain what had been wrong and they did not want to hear it. Better off just avoiding
Coffee has sugar in the bottom if I dont ask them to stir well
After buying 10$ worth of product refused to give me an extra cup to share the drink between my 3 and 4 year old..
Stopped in Today to grab the usual large dd , 3 apple juice , 3 breakfast sandwiches and a 10 pack of timbits for my kids . Asked for an extra empty cup to split up some some timbits for the youngest and the employee expressed id need to pay another 10 cents.... honestly the dime wasnt the issue it was once I brought up that Id need to make another debit transaction and sense I had just spent $20 was it really necessary ? He abruptly infomed me again me the only way to get an extra cup was to pay the 10 cents . Finding this just ridiculous I asked to speak to his supervisor. To which again he abruptly told me he was the supervisor and that nothing else would be done as he shut the window in my face . Now typically Im not a confrontational person but I had to say something about being treated this way. So again I asked for the number of someone higher up to speak to to which he flat out refused and shut the window on me for the second time ... I spend at least $20 a day there . Needless to say I wont be back . Absolute garbage customer service displayed by a few member of that location . !
Really polite people working there service is fast
Ordered French vanilla
They were fast and polite and got my order correct
Love Timmys
Since your renovations, haven t had a single decent cup of coffee, watered down swill is what you re serving, you are a coffee shop, don t be afraid to add coffee to your coffee! Coffee has gone downhill even further, Tim s is a shell of what it once was, coffee is watered down even further during busy hours, shameful.
Want you word except from a drive through at 5am
Enjoy having coffee and chatting with friends
dont go inside if your in a rush
Always friendly
Slowest in history!
Great product and rewards program
Didnt make my drink the way it should be and 3 times in a row never got my roll up the rim scan..... Worst Tim Hortons 3 times a row.... Especially yesterday around 1 o clock in the afternoon when it was not that busy
Always friendly staff. I have been using the online ordering option more often. My order is always ready when I get there for pickup.
Good food
I take it seriously Im trying to be right and check the facts and answer the questions
Great place!
They dont have specialty coffees. They dont have basics...various bagles or biscuits. For drive thru with limited options They were very slow. Vegetarian options: Zero options.
Always a great location to meet with friends to enjoy coffee and a chat
coffee
literally trashiest tim hortons around, never have coffee at opening times and closing times
My favorite coffee and donuts
Super slow
Its close to me
Not Tim Hortons but Esso 4 stars
Its a Tims in a gas station and as such, you cant expect the best. This one, though, the few times Ive visited, has been consistently good. The tea today was fresh, service efficient and courteous, and the bathroom clean. The seating area appeared to have been recently cleaned, and was limited in capacity due to covid.
Good service
Delicious food and no line up when i was a customer
Good service. God bless them
Stir the coffee people.
Staff is reliably slow and panics at the slightest inconvenience. Would recommend going to another timmies if you dont have time to spare
The service is usually good here. They need to pay more attention to mobile orders though.
Yes. Just yes.
Coffee was great and doughnuts were really fresh
Waited 25 minutes in drive through
Absolutely love the cold brew!!
Its tim hortons, dont expect much except for Canadian culture commodified
I got blocked in the drivethro for 25 mins causing me to be late for work. I have been short changed and they never honored there promotion. Park ave mount pearl got to be the worst in the city. I will never visit this place again and think they should change there ways. Staff are nice but over worked and under paid.
Best coffee ever.
25 minutes in line and like 5 people in front of us. The whole staff ignored inside and only worked drive thru
One of the slower Tims around.
Gotta get my Timmies!
Love my ice capps
nice
Couldnt even get a doughnut ffs
Cheap coffee served in cheap leaking cups ...
Poor selection and everything is made of almost pure sugar. Not fit for human consumption.
Good food and great coffie and tea products.
Coffee
great iced coffee and friendly staff
Canada ehh
Service was good. Place was and very big. Coffee was hot.
Misses was some rude to me. I tried to be nice but she was not having it apparently.
Best coffee in town! Fast friendly service. Locations everywhere
Tonight good staff
The tea, coffee and muffins
The prices are getting out of hand, $2.50 for an xlarge coffee is a bit much, still better than Starbucks.
Quick services. Good coffee
No chicken, no ranch but got a free muffin due to lack of other
Slow
Staff is friendly, but service tends to be slow and in the evening they run out of decaf and dark roast quite a bit
Yum!
Love breakfast sandwiches which are delicious and served thru the lunch period
Coffee!
Great atmosphere. Not overly crowded.
Can be very crowded
Always people smoking and just hanging out outside the windows next to the seats. Very loud and long waits for coffee. Service is average I guess.
Customer service is amazing, employees are friendly an service s fast..
Service is slow and the floors and tables are always dirty I been going there for years and it hasnt changed
Wifi is bad
Very under staffed and under trained staff. Theyre slow never have any meats ready for sandwiches or wraps half the menu might aswell not even be posted. Coffee is offten burnt and i see alot of people coming back with wrong orders everyday. Worst tims in mountpearl and st.Johns combined.
Love the tea
Super fast and efficient. Very friendly service as well.
No point to go inside. They care more about the drive thru. I was first in line, waiting to be served while my boyfriend was served and received his food from the adjoining Wendys.
Generally no complaints until today. A picture says a thousand words
My favourite Tims location out of all the ones I have been to :)
Always a pleasure
Double double bah
Always here too. Very busy at times.
Coffee taste like its bin siting to long and they dont dumo the coffee grounds rigt after its done if not it taste like its burnt Have bin there many times and drive thur people when they dont have any customers in drive thur they should help out front end people but they dont hey stand there and say thats not my job i have waited over 10 mins or more with no one in line up waiting to get my coffee i have worked for tim hortons befor thats not how its done
Fast service and the food is always fresh. Great for a gas bar coffee stop!
Less than Zero Stars. Slow slow slow, rude rude rude. Even when you show them there poor service they deny it...for example yesterday morning, Feb 17, 2017...I always ask for a dbl cup so I can stir my lrg triple triple, yesterday they could not supply that extra cup, and Jessica assured me the coffee would be stirred. My bad, I believed her and I should have stayed at the window and tasted before driving off. Instead I went to Tims at the Esso on Kenmount Rd for the extra cup. I went in and demonstrated by pouring Park Ave coffee into another cup and showing them the sugar at the bottom of the cup and asking, was this stirred in your opinion? Both said, No way this was stirred. I called Park Ave store and asked for Jessica and I asked her why she told me she stirred my coffee, she denied not stirring. Unbelievable service over and over again. There is a gentleman working overnights who serves fresh, stirred coffee, and provides great customer service. I look forward to driving thru during the night and early morning, it is a pleasurable part of my day. During the day, it is a nightmare. Cars blocking the entire gas station, rude service, crappy product and I think this Jessica person might even be the owner or manager?! Regardless of what her role is with the chain, she lies and denies, is unprofessional and she is just a bad start to anyones day! At 6am in the morning all I want is a large triple triple double cupped please... why does it have to get so complicated? Why cant they just get it right? The night shift guy can stir, can he show the day staff how its done? Really? Yes, really, its that simple...get a long spoon and after everything is in the cup start stirring ensuring the spoon touches the bottom of the cup. I do not understand why this store cannot get it right? Why does it have to be the store closest to me? Can it be fixed? Can they be taught? The double cupping was started to stir without a spoon in the car. You wouldnt have to line up for the replacement coffee, you just pull over and pour coffee back and forth between the 2 cups until it is mixed right. There is just no way anyone can afford the time it takes to go through Park Aves drive-thru twice, and going inside is even worse, yes even worse! I have been a Timmies drinker since 1993. Minimum of 2 stops a day. I have been to almost every store on the island, Goose Bay, Edmonton, all over southern Ontario and Ottawa, Montreal, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. I think I live next to the worst one in the entire country! This Jessica person, well what can I say...Its obvious she does not care about the Tim Hortons brand or about doing a great job and providing great customer service. She is unable to form positive relationships with her customers if she cannot admit fault and will lie instead of being truthful to save face.
Dark roast double double anyone?
Good service, forgot to ask for dark roast and the server exchanged. Dark roast is excellent.
Not very friendly, food wasnt very fresh, and the place was a mess, at least clean off the tables!
Service is good
Decent service, limited seating.
Fast service with a smile.
Always service with a smile!!
Quick and easy service
Slow orders always made wrong rude staff
Busy busy busy.
Awesome service
Good food.
Tims coffee and good staff.
It has all the same merchandise as larger store and is attached to a gas station
Great service and friendly staff, drive thru and in store can be busy during peak periods, such as morning rush hour, lunch and evening rush hour. Only one order screen at this drove thru could be the culprit
Slow service, make your order wrong, twice. And I hope you like standing in line for 10 minutes despite the fact that theres a cashier standing there doing absolutely nothing. :)
Fast service
Worst Tims in the area. Slowest service. Hardly ever a selection to choose from and my orders are wrong 80% of the time. Only keep going because it is next door to where I work.
Hit or miss on getting your order right. They rarely have a full selection from the menu.
Its a tims but its small and cramped because it is in a gas station
Counter service here is consistently bad.
