The second I placed my order I got a call from dominos to confirm if I ordered 10 lava cakes. I made mistake when ordering. Im very impressed with their staff. Someone is actually paying attention to what people order and when in doubt the call tye customer right away to confirm. Impressed!

Well on 21 April 2023 I ordered medium pizza with 4 toppings online and then i get it was wrong ( they didn t put any toppings one size only and other size they put only chesse ) i called them right away and they said they made mistake so they will repalce it but as it was time for closing so they asked me to drop tomorrow night as per manager (jaydeep) and i was like fine thanks. And today 22 April i called them to clam my free pizza first they said its okay we will deliver to your place soon. After couple minutes they called me again and asking me for delivery fee. I asked him why am going to pay delivery fee I already paid last night so why am goona pay it? He was like no you have to pay it. And i asked him am not going to pay any delivery fee as I suppose to and the manager last night didn t even mentioned it. He got annoyed by that and he said i will call you again. He called again he said jaydeep is not the owner of company he dont make rules i was like its not my problem as per customer services they dont ask you pay again for delivery fee. I asked him i also work in restaurant and I know this. And then he said am goona put comments on your account and next time we not goona do this, i asked him you sound like you doing favouring me okay you just to fix your mistake. He was literally so rude he even didn t let me finish my things while i was talking. And i asked next time i will not order from your location and thank you for nice customer service. He was like its fine. I literally never had this kind experience from dominoes. I dont like to complain but when this kinda things happen i can t control myself. I hope any other customers dont have this kinda rude behaviour. Thanks.

Fantastic experience every time! Im a weekly customer at the Mount Pearl location since it opened with a big complicated order and they have never made a single mistake and always smiling, friendly customer service. Whoever owns this restaurant should be proud of your employees. Ive been in the customer service industry 30+ years and this location is top notch thanks to the service. Great work everyone!!

Used to be fantastic... Now theres a noticeable lack of staff. Last time I ordered online for delivery, after it came out of the oven, it sat under the heat lamp for 30 minutes before it left for delivery. Last time that I did an order for a curbside pick up, The app showed that it was done and I indicated I was there.. 10 minutes later I have to go inside to pick up my pizza. Turns out it was still in the oven. And only 2 people working. The poor lady preparing pizzas look just frazzled. I dont blame the staff, theyre doing the best they can with limited bodies. Also, they got rid of the Garlic parmesan sauce and that was my favorite.

I love dominos, this dominos is a great, but I do have one issue, they close at 12 but their grills are shut off at 11 therefore you can t order any pizza, garlic fingers or anything of that sort after 11:00, so what s the point of being open until 12?

Ordered wings for delivery, when I got them I noticed the bag was already opened and half the wings were missing and the dipping sauce was spilled all over! Seriously looked like the driver ate half the Jesus order on me and the quality was just terrible to top it all off

This is a pretty good Dominos. The biggest problem I had with it is the awkward parking lot. They currently offer curbside pick up which is a good option, and the staff member that brought out our order was very friendly.

Ordered online, pizza was delivered to the vehicle less than 20 minutes later, piping hot and just as I ordered. It was delicious! I will definitely use the app and do curbside pickup again

Pizza and garlic fingers tastes delicious. Price is very fair. Order is usually correct. Ordering from the app is easy and you can earn free pizza by doing so. Ordering on the phone and in person is just as easy and staff are friendly. Delivery is always excellent, correct and friendly. Parking is available but can be tricky at times. Dont reccomend for wheelchair. My only complaint is that staff are inconsistent with charging for extra dipping sauce. Sometimes they charge sometimes they dont.

Fast, friendly and inexpensive

Placed an order for delivery, it arrived promptly but the pizza was made completely wrong (taking cheese off is not an easy fix). I called the store and they said they would have another one delivered in 25 minutes... 40 minutes went by and I called again to see if it was sent out yet and was told that they actually transfered our order to the paradise location... my pizza arrived at the 60 minute mark, still missing the garlic fingers they were supposed to replace due to the wait (I would have give the cold ones back obviously) needless to say I m a very dissatisfied customer. I ll stick to the far superior paradise location as I always have!

About a week ago I placed an order for delivery , ordered my pizza like always it be delivered great service, opened up the box , pizza was just like soup in a bowl . Called right away a lady answered sorry for the inconvenience would you like us to send another or a free pizza for another time you ordered, i said its getting late ill take the free pizza . Happy with the service she gave me. Called today to redeem it and there was not a think on file, I was told to call head office. When I order a pizza , I get home from work on pay day I order a delicious Dominos pizza but no more..............Thank you for the previous pizzas!!!

Pick up my order, return home and its the wrong pizza. Return to the store, they say sorry and remake it. Get out to the car its someone elses pizza again. Finally get the correct pizza and return home.. its not cooked.

Great pizza and service.

I ordered a Cinna Stix from here and basically got plain bread. It was half the size that theyre normally supposed to be and basically next to nothing on top. I wish i could post a picture for comparison. Im not the type to complain about food thats not perfect so i gave them a second chance, hoping they had just been busy that day. The second time was again, basically plain bread, i dont understand how they could let something so poor looking go out of their store thinking it looks fine. To be fair the cheesy bread i received was great but apparently they dont know how to make cinna stix properly.

My family and I have ordered pizza from this dominos location ever since they opened. They are very consistent and provide a great product. The parking at this location can be difficult, especially during busy traffic. The coupons offered online are good and offer great specials. The online ordering is very convenient. The few times that our pizza has been wrong, the staff have been great and fixed our order without hesitation. Great pizza!

I got a different pizza than what I ordered. A different one entirely. I phoned about it and was told that someone elses pizza was put in my box. She said she was sorry. I said will can I get a one to replace it? She said you can come get it. I said can I have it delivered since I am in for the night? She said I would have to pay the delivery fee. I said it wasnt my fault. She said it wasnt the drivers either. I said I dont think I should have to pay the delivery fee. She said Ill take it off for this time and you will get your pizza when you get it. I said it wont be cold will it? She said no and hung up. Poor customer service for sure.

Very disappointed!!! Am a regular customer at dominos in Mount Pearl, tonight we order 2 orders of BBQ wings, waited 40 mins for them to be deliverd once they came they were wrong, called and had they said they would send more never did show up! I went to the store and a worker came out and told me the manager would be right out, he left and no one ever came out!!!

Your online service went offline tonight so we could not order online. Why???? We had to called your Mount Pearl store and ask over the phone for the online deal we have been using for the last several months. That is the $10.99 for a five topping pizza. They acted as if this deal never existed and I had to ask for the Manager to get the price that we always received online. After several minutes of hmmm and ahhhhs, they gave us the price we always got online as if they were doing us a special favor. This is such sad service for such a long time customer. Is this the best you can do and why did your online service go down? Very unsatisfied customer.

Always pleasant

Ordered a thin crust pizza today and am highly displeased. Burnt around the edges and thin as paper, it was more like toppings on a cracker then a thin crust pizza. Wouldnt recommend.
