Double Angus burger is my favourite, staff is very nice and restaurant is always very neat and clean, Must add Ghost pepper mayo on burger.

Pickle Pickle Poutine was delicious. Manager Ryan and staff is very nice

Food is great and at a fairly comparable price to other fast food restaurants in the area the quality far exceeds! GAURAV SHARMA is super friendly and are always happy to help. I highly recommend giving this location a try! Not expected that much from fast food chain.

I ordered two Sausages with 8 toppings at mount pearl location. One was requested for today the other deconstructed for next day. Staff were meticulous, provided the exact items I requested. The hot dog btw is a full days meal for a steal at 5.99 wo cheese, 6.99 w cheese. Above average eould recommend.

One of my new favourite fast food places! The burgers are absolutely delicious, and the staff are always so friendly!

Fantastic fries, phenomenal burgers, best fast food chicken sandwich, high quality milkshakes. All at a great price. Great customer service. Food was made with careful intent, and was wrapped and bagged gently. This should be the standard that all fast food chains strive for. Around $16 per person for a generous meal. Parking: Plenty of spots nearby.

Just ordered delivery food was cold burger was Luke warm but had great toppings on it but not fresh off the grill it was left for a while Doordash driver had put the bag in the snow No thermal bag fries and rings were ice cold too There is no way to get a hold of anyone on the app dont have pics of the food But not hot hot expecting more in delivery Still a fresh product

I tried ordering drive thru and the woman working the drive i could of swore she said thanks for choosing Harvey s what can i get you then i thought she said pull though so i went to the window to just get ranted at saying she was taking my order already so i said no thanks and left before my blood boiled over hearing a grown woman complain that I m at the window to a empty line restaurant

Whensomeone orders the double burger and asks for only yellow cheese... that doesnt mean only give them one slice instead of two now... SMH man. Cheap, lazy, not sure why but its not right

Tremendous food quality and service

Harveys had the best burger in my opinion, at least for a chain burger, it is grilled fresh, my choice is the original burger with cheese, plain and simple, you get it topped exactly as you want, their fries and onion rings are both good so I usually get the frings. Vegetarian options: I think Harveys has the best vegetarian burger out there, hands down, its as close to the real thing as ive had.

We regularly eat at Harveys in Mount Pearl. Their food is always fresh and delicious! The staff are some of the friendliest around and most obliging. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

when we went first tume had issue with order but the lady she solved it really great way , she showed what is exactly customer swrvice means, i also worked in food service so she made my visit really great thank you tushita to make me feel comfortable Great people are working there

Burger was awesome

Honestly, so disappointed.I had Harvey s in gander years ago and I actually really enjoyed it, probably because the burgers from my opinion taste real unlike McDonald s. But not this time well this Started out as a wonderful day, celebrating a treat meal weekend, after working so hard all week, to treat me and my girlfriend to a meal. We found a hair in our fries!!! and the burger was oddly cold, i get it, mistakes happen but hear me out first.. i don t know if it got mixed up with a older order someone forgot or what, as for the hair, I hate to leave negative reviews but after discussing this with a worker they apologized and never even offered a refund. Unbelievable, said I m really sorry that happened, I ll let the manager know I always said a company shows it s true Color s when it encounters problems and shows the way of handling it. I guess it s too late now, so they even read these reviews? The chances of me getting our meals replaced are probably slim to none which is very sad. You want to make it up to me ? And show the public you are a good legitimate company that cares? We ll prove it by making it up to us, $24 gone down the drain.

Everyone who went thru the drive thru had to wait about 15 minutes for their order. Food was cold when it finally arrived. We wont be going back.

Typical fast food but with better food in my opinion. Only downfall is if you go around lunch time there will be students from school and workers tend to put them before you even if youve had your order placed already.

I have always loved Harveys, but until a few years ago, the only location in Newfoundland was on Stavanger drive. I was into that location 4 times in 6 years, and my burger was undercooked every time. I was happy that Harveys opened a restaurant in Mt. Pearl and I am in there at least once a month for almost 3 years now. The Mt. Pearl location is clean and fast, and the food is perfect every time! The staff is courteous, if sometimes quiet, and I cant find anything to complain about with this location. Well done!

We ate in at this restaurant. The area was very cold. Ordering was very hard as it is hard to hear with the plexiglass barriers as well as the employees wearing masks. Obviously this is for security due to COVID but makes for a hard time understanding the employees. We felt rushed while making the meals which did not have a whole lot of flavor even after adding the toppings and sauces. I dont think Ill be returning to this restaurant.

One of the best places for a good burger. Always a juicy patty and the selection of toppings to build your burger makes it unlike any other burger joint. Prices seem reasonable for building a burger with a variety of toppings. Its the subway of burgers pick your starter then add your veggies and sauces

The Big Harv might be the best fast food burger I ve ever had. I m legit impressed. EDIT: Having gone to them multiple times now, one of their surprises was how good their poutines are. Get them with jalapeños.
