When school is in season the kids from the schools nearby are ignorant to the staff and customers
If you want the gluten free option don't stop here. They never have it, or the staff don't know they have it. Other location in Mount pearl or Paradise will have it.
Love this place. This was my first attempt to get an item I could not find. No pinenuts! Costco it is.
Not sure what’s happen lately but the quality of food have gotten really really bad. Last couple of times it’s been very sloppy and tonight the bread was so hard you could hardly bite down into the sub. Super overcooked to the point it wasn’t really edible. We also bought a cookie and again really hard and the m&ms were burned. This is our favourite subway in all the city. Hoping it doesn’t continue. Service was amazing the people working there were very kind but the subs were not good at all.
Went there just then and the person serving me did not know what items went on a chicken pizioli sub I had to let her know that pizza sauce needed to be added she she added pepperoni to the sub as you would for that sub. But I look at my recept and I was charged a additional $4 in each sub for a item that comes on that sub. My order total for 2 footlongs was $44.35 am I supposed to get charged for pepperoni on a chicken pizioli sub?
Nice little spot very clean and food was fresh and tasty but the service although friendly was very slow I was waiting about 40 min for my order. It's very expensive lately I bought a chicken wrap for me no meal and a footlong steak and cheese meal for both my kids it cost $53 ! For sandwiches that's very expensive but seems that's the case everywhere post covid.
Went there last night for dinner and been trying to call ever since. Two of the subs had NO MEAT that was ordered but not added. You would think subway would staff their store during busy hours. The line was out the door and they staffed one person in the pick up and 1 for online orders. The customers were waiting over 30 minutes. Thankfully I had ordered online and was able to pick up once it was ready but to have had the correct order would have been STELLAR!
I got the new guy. took 25 minutes for 4 subs that were bearly edible. Let's chalk this one up to experience or lack thereof.
Some of the employees cant tell the difference between sliced ham and sliced turkey, and will argue with you when you try to let them know which is which. Wont be going back.
Walked in there not long ago four people in stood in line for 15 minutes while they were doing other orders then got through the counter to find out they had no meatballs. What a joke!!

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options like: 1. BLT (with no bacon). 2. Egg, breakfast (egg breakfast sandwich you can also get with bacon and/oar sandwich) There are others, but I cant think of them right now.

Excellent customer service even at a busy time. Ive been here a few times and the employees are great (Especially M, whom Ive interacted with most). They handled allergies (not my own but a childs) and other procedures very well. All round great place to get a sandwich.

The worst store that I have been. There was only one staff and she ignored the line in the subway, people were waiting but she was busy in doing Cashout which was not that important, she could have done the cashout later and have attended the customers first. I also work in a food industry but I do understand that customer is the first priority but there you go this store does not care about the customers.

Love their sandwiches when wanting a quick lunch, but not big on the processed meat.
They seem to lack basic training or at least the ability to pay attention. I order 2 subs and she put one if them in the oven without cheese. The next girl on the veg line noticed and slapped some cold cheese on my freshly toasted sandwich and didnt even offer to toss it back in for a min. You also cant use coupons from the app in store unless you order through the app what a joke.
Took more than 45 minutes to get served when there was barley anyone in line and there was only 2 people on working, one making sandwiches, the other stares and watches doing nothing
Was there today and they literally slipped the subs together , very messy! Its been like that the last couple times I been there and they also made the wrong sub for my fiance..... not pleased there very lazy and dont care for there job, nothing is neat !
Standard Subway shop.
We ordered through skip the dishes. We ordered meals for 4 people. Mine, wasnt toasted. There was a note in the bag saying they didnt have any English muffins or potato bites and we had to contact skip for a refund. That is not good enough. They should have called us and offered a substitution. As a rest, my daughter who wanted a breakfast sandwich, got nothing. We had to split our meals with her. I tried calling them several times but they are not answering their phone. Not impressed.
Sub was good service was decently fast, 2 woman were wearing full masks but the tall dude working had his nose out side his mask. Weird
Check your cookies before you eat them, found a sharp piece of metal in mine.

Not been at this Subway before....really good staff, lovely decor, and well laid out. It ultimately is a Subway, but the staff and decor make it feel like a step above.

Have not had worse service at a subway for a very long time. Seriously. The sandwich artists were disinterested and slow, and seemed unfamiliar with subway standard operating procedures. Do not recommend.

Was just there today. Arrived at 1pm with only 2 people ahead of me. 4 people were working. It took them OVER 20 MINUTES to make my sub! By the time they were done I had no time to eat it. I worked at Subway for years - it takes effort to be this slow.
