I wasn’t going to post anything but his bitterness towards me was on called for. I asked politely to cook the pasta some more and he started being rude and disrespectful. Even after he re-cooked it, I ate half and threw the rest. I had a good experience 2 years ago but I won’t be back here no more.

Maybe the most mediocre pizza I’ve here had. Barely and cheese and ingredients. All you see is the dough. Very disappointing and definitely won’t be going back. The picture sais it all. Ps-The message below is useless. I sent an email 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t answered. Thanks a lot for rectifying the situation.
It was awesome experience at bacaro Rockland. We ask for veggie food. Casier explain and help to choose from menu. Very helpful and friendly staff.
This restaurant is just amazing. I liked everything about it. The food was perfect and tasted like actual Italian food. The service was very nice and kind. When I went with my friends a couple days ago I didn’t expect something super impressive. However, I was extremely impressed by everything that went in my mouth. Definitely deserves a visit
Fantastic food and service! I went here today with my friends for some italian food and we were very happy with the service. The cashier was friendly and gave us advice on what to get according to what we like, and the food was quickly prepared. I ordered the zaza pizza and it was delightful. Then, I ordered the nutella fritters for dessert and it was AMAZING. An explosion of joy in my mouth. I don’t remember the price for this one but whatever it was it was completely worth it. I will definitely come again soon and I recommend you do the same.
One of my favorite pizzerias around! Great taste and good portions for an above average price! But totally worth it! They have many branches around Montreal and one downtown with great atmosphere! I totally recommend it
Food is good but it takes too long and if you take to go, the boxes is not even big enough so all your slices are Basicly sitting on top of each other’s. Guess what a slice of pizza with hot melted cheese does under another slice? Ya not great

I like coming to eat here. 2 to 3 times a week. The food is good and served quickly. I think you should make an effort on smiles and service. Saying hello, thank you, goodbye costs nothing and keeps the customer coming back. SAY it and not whisper it under your breath.
Pizza with tomato paste, do you call that pizza?! For $16 a pizza which is actually worth $5. You are in my top of the most disgusting pizzas in Montreal

We are customers I asked for some hot water for our baby he told me no you have to pay for a coffee, we didnt believe what he was saying but it was really petty, its anti-commercial We will never eat at his place again. I will tell our friends and our network that.

Terrible service. Found it amusing that I was unsatisfied with his service. The gnocchi is honestly the worst thing I ve ever tasted.
I was there a little after 6pm I ordered what I always do and did NOT get my usual the employees there proceeded to tell me they have never had that a dish I had always gotten there. That bad enough the pasta for what I got was over cooked and there was basically no sauce. All and all if I could have given a negative star I would have given -5 stars this restaurant is so NOT worth. I am going to Nickles from now on!

This is the first and last time I will order from you in Bacaro Rockland. A mozzarella pizza (extra $2 eggplant, extra $2 olive, extra $2 red peppers and extra $2 mushrooms) and with no taste and Also alfredo pasta is hard as if it is not cooked well. I paid $36.22 for this and of course I will never recommend it to you.
Today I went to this place around 7.30 pm and their was a girl who said it was closed, 5 minutes later some people went and ordered something and she gave served them food. and in my opinion this is very racist because the people that came 5 minutes later they were white so she gave them food
You have to ask them to clean their equipments if your dont want pieces of pepperoni on your marguerita. Apparently we cant assume theyll rinse their pizza cutter between orders unless the clients specifically request it. It happened today. I asked them to redo my pizza and the manager got quite agressive telling me he doesnt care about my preferences or religious beliefs. When I asked him to at least cut the center of the pizza with clean equipment as a compromise. He was still being agressive and insulting. That was definitely the last time I ordered from Bacaro at Rockland. If you have allergies, religious beliefs, etc. Think twice before ordering anything there...
The pizzas and pastas were delicious. The menu offers a great choice at a great price. The service was excellent.

I ordered pasta and I noticed that the person in charge of my order took my pasta by the handful in a disgusting manner and without gloves and hand washing of course. I was so speechless that I didnt know what to say. Disgusted by the situation, I never managed to eat this pasta. . This is unacceptable behavior for a restaurant which must have a hygiene standard. I would not return and I will pass the message to those around me to be wary of the hygiene of this restaurant.

Personal service. Amazing. Not 1 hello not a thank you of course you have to forget the smile but rather hello the bulls face. We bother the ladies to ask for an espresso. This isnt the first time this has happened to me in this place. But today it is really abused. Especially since its 1:45 p.m. on a Tuesday and there are no crowds......

I liked the gnocchis, they reminded me of those my grandpa used to cook. As for the pizza, it was really great too. The sauce was out of this world, and the crust was perfectly cooked. Ill definitely pass by again.

I was very impressed by the one page menu. We had Pasta. Pizza and chicken wings. Everything was really good and fresh. My pizza primavera was a bit bland but i enjoyed it anyways. Would recommend.
The pizza dough tastes nothing and the gnocchi are overcooked. The tomato sauce tastes nothing
I havent tried the pizzas there but too expensive for pasta. $20 for a plate of pasta and a small salad. Exquisite salad, but for that price I expect fresh pasta, not pasta that goes squick squick when you chew it.

The people looked lost and my pasta was okay at best. Their pizza looked really good but the pasta was meh. It was also $13 for a pretty small amount. Disappointed.

Im in love with this place!! The prices are totally reasonable. It s only been opened for about a month and I ve already been there 8 times. The service is great and fast. And they have ILLY coffee!!! Every thing I ve had so far was absolutely deliscious. Like authentic Italian. Top picks so far are: their cappuccinos, pizza fungo, ghnocchi and their Nutella fritters. So excited to finally have good Italian food in the area.
