2nd visit to Montréal since 2022 and we hit this place two nights in a row. Food was done to perfection. That is, my panzarotto and my wifes pizza al fiore di latte.

Amazing food and excellent service. Got served by Marie i was very impressed on how polite and courteous she was. I will definitely be coming back!!

I had a chance to visit this place and I was blown away! The food was AMAZING! I visited from Ottawa for a quick trip but definitely coming back just to eat again at this place. The place was so clean, food was so fresh, right portions and cost effective!

Ill start by saying that both atmosphere and location are good. The service is fast, nothing particular to add. The beer is expensive and definitely not worth it. Tastes like a cheap one. The pizza is the worst part: it was like someone saw a picture of a pizza in a magazine and tried to make one without ever having eaten one. And of course its overpriced.

If you respect yourself, your health and your budget AVOID THIS PLACE ! Very bad and no taste food, dirty place, rude and completely loss of minimum respect for customers, highest prices and villain attitude. The place WAS nice and clean in the past, now is a hole with very doubtable serving people and less than poor food, even DANGEROUS FOOD. Cold an rubberish tasteless spaghetti Carbonara, worst pizza Campana ever. How do you balance 4 $ for a simple coke with 21 $ for a chewy pizza Campana ??? all that + taxes ??? and a horrible service in a dirty hole ??? A serving girl Catherine cleaned the table and thrown the crumbles on the chairs by smiling us...Dirty and horrible maintenance, the personal, lead by a senior lady is sitting close to the bar joking an laughing showing things on their cells, and I was waiting for the requested pepper or parmigiano...in front with my already cold pasta or pizza AWFUL SERVICE, CLEANLINESS AND FOOD !!! The sides of the stairs leading to cellar went white - and the walls are grey-biege... We went there the 8-th of August 2024 from 14.02 to 15.18 in the afternoon, paid 98.31 $, when they see the payment they become agressives asking me why do I not leave tips and I will never go there, the place is a HEALTH MENACING BOMB !

The dishes are excellent but the service was a little slow. Its a little too expensive but I admit that the food is fresh and tasty.

Visited La Pizzaiolle on a hot Saturday afternoon after working nearby. The air conditioning was a welcome relief :) (*they also have a beautiful terrace, but it was too hot to sit outside). The calzone I ordered exceeded my expectations the dough had the perfect balance of softness and crispiness. Absolutely delicious! Will come back again!

The lady serving us today was very sweet. The food was good and the restaurant has had recent renovations and is very modern. It was great!

If there was an option to put zero stars i would.Absolutely atrocious experience at .The food was beyond terrible, tasting like it was reheated leftovers from last weeks dumpster dive. Not to mention the service, which was abysmal. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers, and when they did grace us with their presence, they were unbelievably rude. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this culinary disaster zone.They even forced my friend to throw a drink they kept hovering over us and we didnt even get to finish the food when they came wanting us to pay asking million of questions.Disgusting .

If I could give 0 stars I would have done so. My experience was not pleasant. The servers were incredibly arrogant and not attentive. Not only did they make me feel like I was bothering them, but they were also very rude in their interactions. This really spoiled my appetite since the pizza was really not good and my desire to come back to this establishment. Dont go there. The waiters also dared to ask if there was a reason we didnt leave a tip after all this horrible interaction. Yark really yak.

Just by coming to the place as my first time with my friends i was really expecting a nice service since it looked like such a nice place but the moment we came to, the lady was so rude to us asking that my friend needs to get out with her drink without even an OUNCE of respect towards her. Even then, we felt really rushed especially towards the end of our stay when one of my friends wasnt even finished with her food, whom it was really disgusting it felt like it stayed outside for atleast a good day and night, and our server came immediately asking us to pay for our food even though my friend wasn t even done with her food. She had to literally tell the server that she wasn t finished with her food when she came hovering next to her. And when my friend didn t leave a tip, she had the AUDACITY to ask her why. When we told her she was really rude to us and was rushing us , she said she ll bring the manager to ask. Like she actually thought that we were obligated to leave a tip after the most atrocious experience ever??!! Never again. The rudest encounter ive ever experienced in.my.entire.LIFE! Not only was my friend not done with her food and she was asking her to pay, but she still had the audacity to give us attitude until we basically felt like we were being kicked out even thought we were barely there for less than an hour. Never coming again here!!! Absolutely horrendous.

To the point where my friend hadnt even finished her food when they came with the bill asking us to pay. When we chose not to tip, the server rudely asked us why and proceeded to threaten us by saying she will call her manager.Overall very rude staff. Do not waste your time with this horrible service.

Good food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff

It s the second time Pizzaiole refuses or tries to refuse kids. I am horrified by the manager who turned away my neice and her friend. Stating they are too young to go out for dinner and forced them to order take out. When I called they said that children under 12 can not come unaccompanied by an adult, I then said my neice and her friend are 13 and 14, so please seat them and they refused. Saying, well they already ordered so it is too late. Another time I went in the summer with my family the manager also tried to refuse me saying she only has tables of 4, which means she can t sit a family of six. I said well then I will take the two tables of 4 next to each other. She looked upset, because I had a 6,5,4 year old with me, but I dismissed it. I am outraged, you would think a restaurant would appreciate regulars kids or not.

Went there for lunch with a group of twelve. We had great pizza and dessert with amazing service. Highly recommended!

Nice place. The food was amazing, I got pizza, and my mom got lasagna, which was delightful. Their desserts, specifically I got ice-crem with pistachio(it has an Italian name but I cant remember it) is to die for. The place inside is a little tight but I liked it. Vegetarian options: A lot of pizzas with vegies toppings to chose from.

Cozy atmosphere - friendly staff - delicious food - great place to meet with friends!

This is a TMR gem, its super cozy and relaxed in the evenings in winter, in summer its capacity doubles. The pizza is next level, the meat balls are to die for and the service is absolutely perfect.

Brings back memories of my time in Montreal. Delicious thin crust pizzas, it was a favourite place of mine. Unique ambience.

Very basic salad, slow service and drinks menu was limited but i liked the outdoor atmosphere and the pizza was 4 out of 5.

terrible experience worst customer service especially for family with small child, they just want to get tip and do nothing, especially the older waitress with glasses i took out from there dozens of times and left tip for a service i was not getting; this time we would have liked to seat and surprise no seat although most tables outside were empty; i would have ordered something extra if given the choice but no, bluntly i was sent out; don t tell me they were reserved on an early afternoon saturday, there were very few people do yourself a favor and find other place where you can get 3 pizzas each time and probably better; also thank you for showing your face now before ruining a birthday party of 20 i thought i would do there pizza in general is good but this time we didn t get much taste besides the tomato sauce (a lot of it!!); the salad is not fresh and below mediocre Kid-friendliness: does not exist

Low key but one of the best pizzerias in the city. Lots of choices of toppings, crispy crust and just the right level of cheesiness; to die for! Service is always excellent. Only thing to work on is improve the wine list by the glass, a little sad for an Italian restaurant.

Vegetarian options: We had vegetarian pizza (sun dried tomato) and vegetarian spaghetti pasta as well. Honestly, it was one of the best Italian food I have ever had. The authenticity makes the food unique.. and the vibe is amazing!!! After once, we have gone here more than 5 times in our stay of 6 months in Montreal. 100% recommended Food

Excellent Neapolitan pizza with the service that accompanies it, calm and fast, beautiful terrace on a historic train station site very well redeveloped by the city, free parking on the site, not common on the main arteries of the metropolis, beautiful park opposite and nice place to go for a lunch or dinner with friends. Parking: A dozen. Of places approx.

I was a bit disappointed, the pizza dough was very good but the pizza sauce had a weird taste. It ruined the pizza. The atmosphere and service were great. My friends had it before but they said the quality really went down.

I have been eating at Pizzaoile for over 30years, the staff here is lovely and I enjoy bringing my kids 9,9 and 6. The pizza is perfect and hasn t changed taste the same as it did when I was a kid. If you like thin crust, crispy pizza (not quite Napolitain style) this is great. Also their gnocchi is amazing! Vraiment délicieux.

Really nice restaurant and good food! I went there with a friend and we loved our pizzas! The atmosphere is really nice and the service is very fast! There are very large windows that let in lots of light! Even if the tables are very close together, we still have privacy and we dont hear the conversations of the other tables! I will go back to try something other than pizza!

Ordered 5 pizzas take out. They were not even sliced. They were soggy, drenched in tomato sauce. Asked for extra olives, they charge 3$ and put 5 small olives. Much better other spots in the city.

Beautiful restaurant, great ambiance, super friendly staff, food was good, wine was great. Ordered an extra pizza to take out for my partner and unfortunately we were not home and the pizza was not cut. He had to rip it apart and ended up just folding it and eating it like a calzone which he did not enjoy as much haha

Our whole gang d the pizza and we even tried the eggplant Parmigiana... delish A great evening out. Thanks again! May 29th, 2022: Wow! Great pizzas, very thin & packed with ingredients. Even the salads were perfectly sized. I would definitely go back for the pizza. We also had the homemade sangria & tiramisu, which werent quite the hit. The sangria was sour and left a bad aftertaste and the tiramisu seemed frostbiten in the center. Overall, pizza is great! Would definitely return. Our waiter was great

Our first time at this resto and it was phenomenal! Delicious. Great service. We had the meatballs, foccacia, eggplant parm and the gnocchi / pizza were the best I ve ever had. Tiramisu and gelato just perfection.

So, I tried a pizza Margherita without looking at the menu in details... I received a low quality pizza joint type of pizza with cheap overcooked american shred cheese on top and 2 basil leaves attempting to disguise that mess. Apparently if I wanted something that looked like a margherita pizza, I needed to get the fior di latte. Im sorry, but rename that fior di latte pizza for margherita because thats what its supposed to be and rename what Ive received cheap garbage american pizza because thats what it is. Appart from that, the crust is not enjoyable, it is excessively covered in semolina which completely destroys any taste and subtelty of the crust... Or maybe their dough is low quality and they hide it that way I dont know. Either way, this place did not impress me at all. Actually the location is quite nice looking I have to say. Its a shame that the food is shameful. Reviewers here saying that this place feels like being in Italy clearly never went to Italy.

Food is ok. Prices are ok. So is variety. Nice terrace with views over the park. Service could improve from some waitress. Some are perfect some are mediocre. Verdict : give it a try. Vegetarian options: There are pasta and vegetarian pizza options on the menu. Parking: There are a few parking Spots right next to it. Kid-friendliness: There is an outside terrace. Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the ground floor, accessibility is not a problem.

We had the lasagna and the focaccia and they were both to die for! Excellent food! And the white chardonnay was a delicious pairing with our dinner. Highly recommended.

Je mets 5 étoiles grâces au jeune serveur qui a été mieux que lautre serveuse qui était stressée pour rien. Grâce à lui, il a contribué à me faire oublier celle que javais vue avant. Bien sûr, jai pris une commande pour emporter parce que je voulais être assis auprès des tables près des arbres. Si je décide de manger sur place, je me ferai un plaisir de lui donner un pourboire.
