I loved my experience in this pizza hut specifically, one of the few places i find to be the cleanest and with the best service. The manager Jerar i think his name is, was super nice super polite super helpful truly recommend choosing this pizza hut over any other one. 100/10.
In such a windy day it's was nice to have a pizza well cooked and fresh . The employees were welcoming and friendly I would suggest to go check that place more often also specially if you are driving a long way and stop by have a meal
Unsatisfactory to say the least! New crafted crust is a never again crust!! This branch needs a supervisor to make sure that food quality is at it's best every. Single. Time!
I ordered a moyen size which should be 12’’ pizza, but delivered me a 9” pizza. I called the store but nobody answered my phone!
Ordered the handcrafted pizza crust. Bad idea I think since the dough didn't bake properly was completely flat and tasted doughy.
The service provided from the staff and the manager is beyond my expectations for restaurants in Montreal, they exceeded it. Pizza and the sides were absolutely fresh! Food was rich with toppings and flavour. A highly recommended pizza place to eat from!!

Stopped at this Pizza Hut at 11:10 PM, hours online said it was open until midnight but when I went in to order the man working said they wouldn t take my order because they wanted to close early. I asked about the posted hours and the hours on the website and he said to bad. Awful service.

I was so disappointed with this pizza hut, i ordered a thin crust all dress. Drive home 30 minutes, guess what? The pizza was burnt, the cheese was burnt, i felt sick after eating it. Wasted $20. Never coming back. FYI - they werent even busy when i went in.
The place is clean although it takes time to make a pizza which is tolerable. Highly recommended.

Dun autre côté, nous avons eu une belle friandise de la part du directeur car nous sommes hors de la ville. endroit très recommandé pour prendre une bouchée fraîche et rapide.

Been going to this Pizza Hut for about 20 years and recently got the new handmade air crust which was horrible. Went to the store with my uneaten pizza and worker took a picture and said my manager will refund you in 5-7 days went back to the store manager never responded or gave me my refund. Totally unprofessional service compared to dominos. Food isn t even that great but service I would give a 0. Manager gets a 0 and will contact PizzaHut office regarding this unprofessional attitude. Given them so much money after 20 years and to treat a customer like this I just recommend you go to Dominos or papa John s. Way better pizza and service. The fake reviews are also very apparent the manager is not beyond outstanding which is a total lie which reflects the 3.0 star reviews.

Hadnt ordered from here in a few months, decided to order today and was demanded to give a tip over to the driver under the explanation that he had been serving us for over 3 years, when we told him we certainly wouldnt be tipping him now, he seemed upset. Called the pizza hut to report what happened, the cashier was extremely understanding, but the driver was heard yelling that he wanted to talk to us over the phone before we finished the report and hung up. We are waiting for a manager to call us back.

The worst pizza hut ever. Ordered a medium cheese veg pizza on 16 july at around 3:45 pm. There were numerous things not right. 1. Hygiene- Botht the employees were not wearing hair mask or gloves flaunting there newly done hairs. ( I guess the rules in quebec are more stringent about this) 2. Poor customer service- when asked about the options for veg pizza as we were english speaking and couldnt understand the french menu, we were answered with.a very cold read yourself and decide. No effort to explain the spread. We were the only customers in the shop. 3. Poor service - Got our pizza 25 minutes after the order , it was a simple veg pizza and there were no other customers in the shop. 4. Had to ask 3 times for the sides. 1st time for ketchup 2nd for chilli flakes and when asked about the oregano.. the answer was we dont have that .. not even a loom just shouting from inside. Also no tissues were provided. I want to give 0 but google doesnt allow that. Worst pizza hut ever.

Parking: There are only approximately 3 to 4 parking spaces in front of the store, and it can be quite challenging to exit safely because of the continuous traffic on the busy Cote-Dea-Neiges road. Food

They give you 13 pizza with one inch bread around it in the name of 14. Its just a 12. Watch out of this branch.
Terrible service. Ordered a pizza and waited over an hour and it never arrived. Called the store and they said someone will contact you shortly, which never happened. I decided to call back to cancel the order and the agent seemed like he didn t even care, no apology or empathy given at all. Do not recommend, I gave 1 star but if I can give less I would.
I ordered a pizza, Caesar salad, and cheese sticks from Uber Eats, the delivery time was considerable. The pizza was very good, I really liked it and so did the cheese sticks, unfortunately the salad was very bad, the lettuce was several days old (inedible) I requested a return.
