The food is great, affordable prices but the service is really slow

Can't beat it for the money and the great service and a decent but limited but so low-cost menu. How about a full club sandwich for under $10 in this day and age May 2023? I had the Italian sub with Italian sausage and a soup and fries and it was under $10 as well. What a great little nook that my accountant introduced me to. It's a nice little find and a special little place. Exceptionally clean and the food is actually homemade. Who could ask for anything more!? . The only thing challenging is the parking. .

Working very close to Restaurant Paré, so I've had the chance to eat there a couple of times already. Everytime I go there the service is fantastic, very kind and generous. Food is delicious, a feeling of home-made food rather than a "restaurant standard" which is great! Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Overall, a great experience. Very recommended.

This has got to be the coziest spot to have a taste of delicious home style cooking. Friday’s barbecue chicken is arguably the best in town - hands down. If you’re a fan of burgers and hotdogs- no problem! Wraps, fish’n’chips, pizzas, pasta dishes, you name it - you got it. Friendly atmosphere and affordable, this is my favourite go to place for lunch. Josie is the best and sweetest!

The food is good. The service can be a lot better. The wait time to order, receive food, and pay is terrible. The service is extremely slow. During a lunch hour their is only one staff with a full restaurant.

Decent cheapish meal. Friendly staff, waitress seems to know everyone by name and will ask it if she doesn't. Extensive menu, almost any lunch fare you can imagine hot or cold. Daily specials as well. Drawbacks were there was only 1 waitress doing both table service, counter service and telephone delivery orders so the service was very slow (but friendly and motherish), and the facilities were very cold, drafty and decidedly unattractive. But I ate a very good chicken sandwich with fries and was satisfied.

Great family-run restaurant with a good variety on the menu. Excellent pizza, subs, grilled chicken caesar wrap, Greek dishes, and homemade cake. Everything is fresh and homemade and a step above any other restaurant with a similar menu. The service is warm and friendly and I wish I still worked in the neighbourhood, because no other lunch place I've been to can beat it.
