Very fast & friendly service at 14 Community Rd Napanee Timmies!

Way over priced and over run

Ordered a bacon Farmers wrap and a double double made with milk. No line up no rush. Coffee was made with cream. Wrap felt like it was made before hand as it was on the colder side of warm and last but not least when the employee went to give it to me, he proceeded to scratch his arm pits then grab my food and hand it to me. Needless to say i didnt eat it. Will not be going back to this Tim Hortons and suggest everyone else go south of the 401. Atleast they cleaned there act up after the mouse incident.

Late night service at this one location always the worst service of all This worker take forever to take orders with zero line up and no customer on the inside. Definitely not going back for his service again

My wife came home with 3 farmers wraps not made right 3 hash browns on the side not fully cooked three coffee being xtra large 4/4 xtra large TT and Extra Large Black had coffee grinds I m not impressed please pay more attention my wife and I don t think we will be returning till something is fixed not only we lost our money due to this but we lost a good breakfast

Whats wrong with you people. Your employees are lazy or you lack the abilityto order stock properly. It dont matter what I try to order. Always an excuse, pizza oven is being cleaned... all the time. No bacon, no buns for sandwiches. You dont have this or that. Sort yourselves out!!! Only at tim hortons you get this problem consistently

Just got a take 12 and a 50 pack of timbits. Counted timbits before I left as it seemed light. They put 40 in, not 50. If you get a 50 pack and can see the bottom, give a quick count. Im off to clean up our dead grandmothers house. Fun to get stiffed on food for people mourning as they empty a loved ones home. Go to the timmies on the south side of the 401!

They really need to give proper training to the new arrived in Canada in SANITATION, CROSS-CONTAMINATION... A dude was brushing the carpets with a broom at 9 am. A big cloud of dust was coming out of them, I turned around right away gaging. This is not a barn its a restaurant ffs Most of the time, they cant make sausage-bacon farmers wrap with tomatoes, no sauce, correctly 3 times out of 5. What happened to OUR standards Canada?

I am giving a one BC a zero is not possible. This place is TERRIBLE!! Customer Service is almost non-existent. The wait times are atrocious. The product is never the way the it is supposed to be, e.g. iced cap is rarely frozen. And finally....your order is almost ALWAYS wrong. We arrived home a short time ago to find the hot chocolates that we ordered for our kids are actually coffee....besides that, the iced cap machine is broken yet again. I have called and complained to management, as well as Head Office, and nothing has been done to change it. Neither HO nor management care. Just avoid this restaurant all together. The same franchise owner also has the next closest one, so either way they make money. The next closest one after that is owned by their parents...so again...they arent going to care. Edit: February 2024 experience. Heard crashing through the speaker. Asked if the person was OK. Silence. Asked again. The response was a rude, what!?. I repeated, and got a, ya. When I was at the window, I got to hear how dumb I was. I chose then to say, thats nice guys. I am showing sincere concern for your safety, and you are making fun of me? Thats really nice. To which I received a snotty, rude, and disrespectful, goodbye and have a nice day.

The new morning staff are awesome, way faster, takes no time to go through the drive through.

Drive thru order for 2 coffees with milk and 1/2 sugar. Got 2 window, attendant was on the ball. He noticed the cup indicated 2 sugars. He apologised, and asks us to repeat the order. He got us new coffees. We drove away. Got back on 401, opened coffee. BLACK!! AND AT LEAST 2 SUGARS! This isthe second time we stopped at this location, both times order was wrong. Staff is friendly though

Went an order a bowl of chili at 12:15 today, and I went back to the office and sat down to eat it. Opened the container only to find it was 2/3 full, and my bread was not in the bag, but I did get my butter and the knife to spread it with. It is always something with this place every time I go.

We have stoped here multiple times coming home from cottage country and they never have anything in stock. No Tim bits on a Sunday morning, no sausage for a farmers wrap...

Pass this location daily. Usually I bring my own coffee to work. Today, I forgot. So, stopped in at drive through this am. Window opened, debit machine popped out. I tapped my card (couldn t see the debit machine). Was handed my coffee and the window closed. She didn t say a thing. No welcome, thank you, good morning, etc. Then to boot, I checked my online banking when I got to work and the charge was for over $4.00. For one XL coffee. Clearly Timmies needs to just go out of business.

Terrible location. I think the workers are on drugs. Every time I said something she completely misheard me and to the completely opposite or different item that didnt sound like what I said.

Very rude employees they behave like zombies and make you feel like why you come here we don t want to serve you. They don t listen what you order .

Drive through is crazy long. I waited 25 min so my kids ended up upset. Not a positive experience and wasnt the first time they have taken that long. People were yelling in the drive thru because they wanted out of the line and couldnt get out.

Ive been here multiple times and not everytime is something wrong. But 99% of the time they dont get the order right. Either the drink is wrong or the food is wrong. Today I asked for no tomato on my wrap, and they still put tomato on it which whatever, I can just take it off myself, but when I go to take the tomato off and its rotten!! Thats an issue. They need to pay more attention and stop serving out food that is bad and need to stop being so careless.

A compact but fully loaded coffee shop, often the small timmies are lacking but this one has had everything Ive asked for. Now mind you there is no spot to sit down, its simply walk in, walk out or drive thru. Friendly staff and a clean appearance, its the one I always choose on my way into town. Parking: Its a huge parking lot that is joined with a service station. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, and an automatic door. Minimal obstructions.

Usually great service but today wasnt their day. Ordered large coffee 2 sugar 1 cream. Steeped tea with 2 milk. Got a large coffee 2 cream no sugar & a med coffee 2 milk. Come on guys. Pay attention. Too late to go back to fix it.

No communication that the debit was down prior to making an order. Cashier even knew a sign should have been put up and they forgot?

This is the most SLOWEST timmies going. Stood 3rd in line this morning and took 15 mnts to get a coffee and again this evening 7pm was 5th in line and it took over 15mnts to get a simple coffee as people in front of me only wanted the same a coffee. Definitely ran out patients with this Tim Horton

Staff were friendly and service was fast. Giving only 3 stars because the coffee was noticeably burnt tasting. We also ordered muffins which were fine, but when you are coming in off the highway to grab a hot coffee in the morning before hitting the road again, its not a great experience when its burnt. 3 stars for now, but Ill give it another try the next time Im coming through Napanee and see if I just came at a bad time. It was a clean and bright location within the W.O Stinson gas station, so everything else was pretty good, and I could probably rate it higher other than the coffee

One of the worst Tims. It is better to stop Onroute or go to other near Tims. I place mobile oder for Donut, wedges and coffee. When i go there for pickup they do not have any donut as well as wedges and there espresso machine is down. I place oder with point..which they cannot reimburse.

Terrible service, not first time at this location I fuel here. One girl working while manager and 2 others yakking, looking at customers in line. Nine minutes for a coffee and I was next in line.

Where do I start at what bad service..me and multiple.people Ive spoken to have even spoke to corporate and they are disgusted at the service..every single order that bigger then a regular coffee will be messed up..or oh wait they dont know what a regular is,they think its black coffee with nothing.they advertise all day breakfast but dont serve it ..they are put of every single thing nonstop ..the owner doesnt care and is rude and wont deal with problems..the managers will look at u after mistake and exact words..not my fault I must of messed up...lolol just horrible ..Ive never seen such horrendous service and cant believe corporate allows this lieing fraud in business to keep going on Ive actually had to correct them on there price by ten dollers before as they ring it in all single instead of the meals I order..just disgusting cant say it enough ..again 85 percent of employees dont know what regular coffee is..u will look when they say they are out of hashbrowns but big girl at back has 3 in front of her eating them whilst working ,just pitiful

My daughter brought me home potato bacon soup from this location. My first spoonful had a chunk of plastic in it. I called the location to let them know and the response I got was oh, it was probably the piece we cut off the bag. Shouldnt the first thing be an apology? She took my information and said the manager would call me and the only reason I am leaving this review is she either didnt tell the manager or the manager just didnt care enough to call. Bad customer care!

Typical Tim Hortons. Never get an order right, makes drive thru slow. If you go to one on a base the service is always perfect. Listening skills arent high priority at this place.

They are usually good but lately when I have ordered a steeped tea Ive either gotten coffee or tea with coffee in it. Very disgusting for a non coffee drinker

This place has refused to serve us via the Drive thru due to an ongoing dispute with the owner who cannot call me. So he decided that 3 locations are not to serve me even if I am in a vehicle. This is a total disgrace on the Manager Bob Annett he hides from talking to us about this but trying to enforce a No trespass policy

The location is great but every single time I have been to this location, they dont have Dark Roast coffee. How does that even happen? If youre getting low, start another pot. After drinking the Dark Roast for so long, the Original Roast tastes TERRIBLE!
